After Texas passed one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the nation, the abortion rights activists have been coming for Texas, and many of their corporate, media, and state compatriots have joined in that assault. The push is to create a climate where even questioning the morality of abortion could end up leaving you blacklisted on their social access cards.
As abortion rights activists become more and more militant, to no one’s surprise the prolife crowd is coming back more determined than ever to make abortion illegal across the land. Rather than intimidating and silencing the prolife, they’ve made them more determined than ever to end abortion once and for all.
As sure as one side is of their moral right, so too is the other of theirs, and the divide is unbreachable. The old method of settling the greys, the spaces where our Bill of Rights do not clearly define how we should approach such an exchange of potential action, through the courts, through legislation, through elections, seems to be going out the window, and the ‘left’ fired the first existential shots that made it clear to the prolife, that there could be no compromise.
You accept the full abortion program, from beginning to end. You don’t question the morality. You don’t dare support laws restricting it. If you do, you get suspended from your social access card. Your life is to scratch the dirt in the underground, a shadow of what you might be if you lived in a land that did not use violence to silence dissent.
The response is not fear, however, as the now-DNC-normal-once-radical-left is soon to find out, it’s more determination, and less compromise in return should the ‘right’ win back power from the ‘left,’ now fat in their cups and feeling invincible in their current overwhelming concentration of power.
Texas is a symbol of that defiance, but also of the further breakdown of any hope of these divides ever finding common ground again. Texas is making abortion as existentially threatened and abortion rights activists have been making being prolife an existentially threatened position in society.
The cost of supporting or not supporting abortion is high in America after Texas. It’s no longer a one-sided affair.
I predict Roe v Wade may not be overturned so much as limits clearly defined for states to operate within, if they address Roe at all, as some of the issues involved in the Texas abortion law go beyond abortion rights or unborn rights questions alone, and, while I won’t get into those particulars right here, there are elements that, I would suggest, should be concerning for Americans, be the for or against the right to abort. These vulnerabilities could ultimately be what does this law in (and I predict it will be shut down, at least in the enforcement part of the law).
I predict the court will sidestep the Roe v Wade question altogether and leave it to Texas to write a law that doesn’t violate numerous other Bills of Rights of citizens (as I predict the court will find, but, again, based on the enforcement part of the law, not on the issue of restricting abortion itself).
One of the underlying problems of enforcing an abortion ban is how suspected abortions are reported in the first place. Here, I believe, is where the Texas Law might run into more than enough legal troubles to render it a non-law, a declaration with no teeth. This problem, of how to create a reporting mechanism that doesn’t give the state powers it is most assuredly sure to extend beyond mere abortion investigating.
Whatever your belief regarding abortion, the issues around it are complex, and they deserve a hearing for we the people to listen to, to take part in, to form, through a caucus-type process to form something as close to a consensual national spirit regarding abortion. For myself, I am decidedly pro life, and unapologetically so, but we live in a Democratic Republic, limited by a Constitution, by a Bill of Rights.
Within that pluralistic frame, it is consensus we should seek with such a difficult issue as abortion, in a land populated by people of diverse views. We have no real consensus even fundamentally in faith, let alone politics, or even in ethics at this point. But we have the Bill of Rights, and around this a diverse people can ‘progress’ towards a greater total fulfilment of the idea that all humans are individually sacred but integrally dependent. We start with the sacredness of the individual before we design our human zoos. We will not negotiate on this matter.
In order to be that place for these diverse peoples, we must give consensual exchange a chance to give this nation a shared understanding, in overwhelming aggregate, of our Bill of Rights standards as they apply to such a difficult issue as abortion. I hope, I pray, and I even believe, that, in the end, in a spirit of reason, a spirit of logic, a spirit of symbolic understanding, a spirit of faith understanding, we as a nation find a way to end abortion in this land without creating horror from our effort to end it.
This is the key, to end one horror without causing others. If we don’t take everyone seriously, we will surely cause horror no matter what we decide to do.
Texas’ attorney general asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday to deny the Biden administration’s request to reimpose a lower court injunction against the the state’s controversial abortion law as litigation over it proceeds—but argued in a court filing that if the justices take up the case, they should also consider more broadly whether to overturn the court’s precedent on abortion entirely.
Texas AG Ken Paxton filed a response to the U.S. Department of Justice’s request for the Supreme Court to block an appeals court order that keeps the abortion law in effect, which would stop Texas’ Senate Bill 8 (SB 8) from being enforced while the litigation plays out.
The freedom of expression versus the freedom of expression comes to bear, with one representing the expression of gender in the form of transgenderism and the other in the form of not having to be compelled to express an opinion one does not share.
In this instance, the backdrop is a public space under the authority of a private enterprise, a cake shop in Colorado. The issue to be resolved within a Bill of Rights, Due Process, Rule of Law context is to determine which right is more fundamentally being violated here, the person wanting a cake celebrating a transition day for a transgendered person or the Christian who does not wish to express such approval for such an act?
Of course, we Americans can easily see which side should be held justified in this exchange within that Bill of Rights parameter, and that would be the one you are compelling to express a belief that person does not share. In esseence ,the pro-transgendered person is asking the state to make acceptance of transgenderism compelled belief, to establish a form of secular church, an orthodoxy of belief that the people must openly express approval of, one of which is that transgenderism is good and should be celebrated.
The two parties aren’t talking from the same value perspective at the start, with one side equating a hierarchy of minoritized groups as defined by a mere handful of human factors (gender, sexual preference, race, and are you anything other than us which makes you literally Nazis?) which should determine the hierarchy of rights values. The heart of CRT is to inject into the law super extra ‘considerations’ that essentially boil down to a hierarchy of preferred human expression and a hierarchy of forbidden human expression with which to undo the very spirt of the Bill of Rights itself.
A not-so-trojany-Trojan horse that the alleged opposition, the GOP, seemed not too concerned to let into the inner sanctum of jurisprudence nonetheless. Of course, this was just one of many ‘fails’ that have many, including many writers for the Freedomist itself, to conclude the GOP is mostly controlled, even still, by the DNC’s Washington Generals team, leading all Americans into hopelessness as the DNC Python squeezes the life out of the American soul.
Still, the reality of our technological situation is such that these days of heady micromanaging power will more than likely be short-lived, and in that era, transgendered folks will be free to live openly, without fear of hate, and Christian bakers won’t be compelled to create any message they don’t wish to create, as will Muslim, Atheist, and Hindu bakers.
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WBTW) — South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson joined 16 other attorneys general in support of a Colorado cake shop that refused to make a cake celebrating a gender transition.
Wilson, in a news release, says the amicus brief supports “free speech rights of small business owners.” The brief claims cakes are works of art and should be protected by the First Amendment.
“The right to free speech is precious to all our citizens and cake bakers are no different,” Wilson said in the news release. “The U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled in favor of this same small business in a previous First Amendment case so we know we’re on solid legal ground.”
Jack Philips, who owns Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado, was sued after not making a custom cake celebrating a gender transition because “[i]t would violate [his] religious beliefs to send a message to anyone that he would celebrate a gender transition,” according to the news release.
Wisconsin Parents are accusing the school district of aggressively pushing their daughter to become a transgendered boy. The school district chose to address the child as a boy and by a boy’s name without the parents’ permission. The school district is assuming parental authority and the parents are saying that Americans still have parental rights over their children, not government schools.
A Wisconsin school district addressed a 12-year-old female student using both a male name and male pronouns against her parents’ objections, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday.
Filed by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty and Alliance Defending Freedom in the Waukesha County Circuit Court, the lawsuit alleges that Kettle Moraine School District violated the constitutionally protected rights of the girls’ parents and pushed the 12-year-old towards a significant life decision she was not prepared to make.
Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel Kate Anderson told The Daily Signal Tuesday evening that the Wisconsin case reflects policies the legal organization has seen in states across the country, including Wisconsin, Virginia, and Washington state.
“Parents have the right to direct the upbringing of their children, and at the heart of it, parents just want information about what’s going on with their kids at school,” Anderson said….
Miss South Africa will not have the support of her own government if she chooses to compete on the world stage in the Miss Universe contest. Her crime? She refuses to support the boycott against Israel that is all the rage of Marxist-adjacent South Africa, who finds common cause not in the alleged apartheid of Israel over the Palestinains, but because Israel has long been the primary power hedge in the Middle East that America has relied on to retain influence over the region.
Were the Palestinians to announce tomorrow they were shifting their orthodoxy from Islamo-Fascism, which is very Marxist-like adjacent across many fronts, hence the ‘natural’ alliance with American and European Leftism. The more Marxist your leftism, the more militant your anti-Israeliness. The South African government has withdrawn its support for Miss South Africa after the organisation refused to pull out of the Miss Universe contest in Israel, amid calls for a boycott to show support for the Palestinian people.
Pro-Palestine organisations have called on Lalela Mswane, crowned Miss South Africa in October, and pageant organiser Miss SA to boycott the December event to condemn Israel’s treatment of the Palestinian people.
The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture said in a statement on Sunday it had tried to persuade Miss SA to withdraw from the event and still hopes to convince Mswane.
South Africa has a long history supporting the Palestinian people, and Israel’s treatment of Palestians reminds many in the country of apartheid crimes against its Black population. Israel denies it maintains an apartheid policy against Palestinians.
Political parties including the ruling African National Congress and some of the country’s biggest trade unions also support the boycott.
President Donald Trump’s decision to move the US Embassy out of Tel Aviv to Jerusalem was a signal that America recognized the whole of Jerusalem to be part of the state of Israel. While the Biden administration has not shifted the embassy out of Jerusalem just yet, it may be preparing the way by reopening the consulate in East Jerusalem, the Palestinian-held part of Jerusalem. Trump shut the consulate down and merged it with the embassy.
President Biden’s announced intention to reopen a U.S. consulate in East Jerusalem for outreach to Palestinians looms as a significant point of contention between the administration and Israel. A look at the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, 1963, is a logical starting point to analyze the problem. The Convention provides in Article 2.1:
The establishment of consular relations between States takes place by mutual consent.
Article 4.1 provides:
A consular post may be established in the territory of the receiving State only with that State’s consent.
The tension on the Polish-Belarus border has hardly abated, as Poland has added yet another claim that Belarus is attempting to destabilize Poland by forcing floods of people from hostile lands with hostile cultures to Poland’s mostly Catholic-dominated and Polish-ethnic culture.
WARSAW, Poland (AP) — Hundreds if not thousands of migrants sought to storm the border from Belarus into Poland on Monday, cutting razor wire defenses and using branches to try and climb over fences. The siege escalated a crisis along the European Union’s eastern border that has been simmering for months.
Poland’s interior ministry said it had rebuffed the illegal invasion and claimed the situation was under control. It posted a video showing armed Polish officer using a chemical spray through a fence at men who were trying to cut the razor wire. Some migrants threw objects at police.
Video footage from Belarusian media showed people using long wooden poles or branches to try to get past a border fence as police helicopters circled overhead.
“A coordinated attempt to massively enter the territory of the Republic of Poland by migrants used by Belarus for the hybrid attacks against Poland has just begun,” a spokesman for Poland’s security forces, Stanislaw Zaryn, said in a statement.
The largest investment firm in the world, State Street, is enacting policies aligned with the DNC, policies based on assumption of guilt by association, genetics, and ‘normative’ life choices.
In keeping with that model, the wizards at State Street have decided they will be enacting a “check with us before you hire the white guy” policy to assure white guys are not given too many opportunities that take away from the ‘everyone but white people’ group derisively termed “people of color,” though white acolytes of the DNC moral code use the term in ways they imagine are affectionate (when affection is really fetishism, but we’ll save that for another story).
The whole world versus the whites. That’s not creepy at all as your foundational assumption about the reality of the world, the reality of humanity. And these are the ‘trust the science’ gang.
In point of fact, there most likely are still ongoing stigmatizations within this powerful law firm that might be preventing certain people groups from gaining fair access. There are also socio-cultural value structures that are viewed differently when through a lens that is, say, of some form of mostly white dominated spaces in America that cause whites to devalue those that don’t represent values they assume are universal to all of humanity.
In other words, there is much value to being aware of the historical contextualities of peoples here in America, and, really the world, and using that awareness to not be heuristically governed by underlying assumptions that might not directly be from an assumption of race supremacism but end up dominantly negatively impacting people groups that aren’t represented in these white dominated spaces.
I want to make it clear here that I have no problem with white dominated spaces, so long as they are emergent and non-coercive in nature, or any other type of ethnically dominated spaces. My issue is not with geographical circumstances that, more often than not around the world today, are dominated by one particular, very specific ethnic group (including among the ‘whites,’ who have multiple distinct ethnicities, many of which continue to threaten one another and believe one or the other is superior to the other).
My issue is with lack of awareness of the multipliticies of peoples and the circumstances that many in some groups have found themselves within at birth, and for that and that alone have suffered coercive diminishment of an access to a pursuit of happiness as they define it.
So long as a Bill of Rights land is filled with spaces where such circumstances arise, we as a people are failing. Being aware of these failues, and working to correct them, for the good of the whole Bill of Rights Republic, is a healthy path forward for America, but doing it by stigmatizing groups of people is hardly the path to end racism and bigotry that the DNC solution claims it offers.
Training your staff to be aware of potential cultural and social differences that might unfairly discriminate certain people groups is a wonderful Bill of Rights ethos for a company to have. Creating a mandatory ‘check with us before you hire a white guy” stigmatizes every white male, and makes them all tacitly guilty of being racists, the number one sin in the DNC social moral code.
I would even go so far as to say companies that lack ethnic diversity would do well to attempt to find talented and reliable people that represent multiple ethnicities, and, in general, the larger the company is and the broader the audience, the range of expressions that humans represent just by being or choose to be represented by.
Being aggressively inclusive is fantastic, but targeting any one group for exclusion, and impugning any one group with generational sin is as bigoted, as racist as the racism and bigotry the DNC social moral code claims it will end if you just follow the code to the letter.
Isaiah 32: 7 (ESV) As for the scoundrel—his devices are evil; he plans wicked schemes to ruin the poor with lying words, even when the plea of the needy is right.
The plea of the needy is real, across this land, and in the course of allegedly attempting to help one group of needy, the DNC social moral code is creating tons more, so now we are all becoming needy, and we all are becoming more hostile not to the ones that have manipulated us into the existential affair, the corporate, social, media, and political leaders that give power to this new social moral code, we turn our hostilities to the particular groups being targeted by the DNC for salvation or damnation, while our executuves make bank from the content our meltdowns create (all of which will be copyrighted by the same executives).
The revolution will not be televised, it will be copyrighted by the victors.
As usual, our method of governing through death and threat of suffering is yielding exploitive authoritarian “solutions” to real pain and suffering from the people. As a people of God, we are called to not fear death, or to use it to spread the gospel or make disciples. We make disciples by being disciples first, to one another, to love as Christ loves us and showed His love particularly when he walked the earth as both God and man, was crucified and in the tomb three days before He rose from the dead and conquered death.
We do not rule through fear and pain, but through love and service, with grace that has a taste of salt to it. We speak hard truths, but with a hope of restoration. All of these values are absent this DNC code, and where the DNC code fails, our righteous code prevails, so long as we practice it first among ourselves, in our daily lives, in complete communities, our way conquers death and welcomes suffering, even as we also revel in the joy God gives us to experience in the here and now.
Our way conquers racism and bigotry by making us all sinners redeemed without earning it, and while we yet hated God. Our way humbles the haughty, be it in a sense of righteousness, understanding, or immortality. Our way leads to the low places being lifted up so that the high places are brought low in service, in a flippening of power that can only occur when the people as a whole submit to the same redemption, Christ on the Cross and the Empty Tomb.
If we wish to conquer the fallen world, we best be able to show it what a complete life in Christ in complete community with fellow believers offers in contrast to what the executives laughing at the struggles between the needy have now mostly forced on us by coercion or ‘consent.’
So long as we are not self-sustaining and reliant on other disciples, we are but a feckless fringe on the outskirts of the heart of the earth’s power, wholly dependent on its structures for our daily sustenance, as I myself can attest to. This corporation will not be moved, nor should we try to move it, to reflect our values. Rather, we should ween ourselves off of our dependence on Egypt and be bold enough to wander into the desert, with no idea where God might be leading us next.
But do let’s pray for these leaders that God might remove the spirit of deceit from their tongues, their ears, their eyes, their minds, their hearts, and come back to the justice that glorifies God, not the created, as the DNC social moral code does, the book of Ba’al, the book of Molech.

Rulers are servants and enemies are people we love, and hope to see restored, forgiven, concepts anathema to the DNC social moral code, now attempting to move from the HR departments to the letters of law with the lethal power of the state behind it. In other words, things appear about the same as they’ve been since civilzations first emerged, at least.
State Street is one of the largest investment firms in the world. It employs 39,400 people in 27 countries, including 2,500 in Ireland.
State Street commissioned the Fearless Girl statue on Wall Street. It moved the statue to the New York Stock Exchange.
The company also vowed to “increase spending with diverse suppliers over the next three years.” They want to “hold ourselves accountable for strengthening black and Latinx owned businesses.”
The policy is part of a drive by State Street, which employs 2,500 people in Ireland, to improve diversity within its middle and senior management. The multinational aims to triple the number of black, Asian and other minority staff in senior roles by 2023, and executives’ bonuses will be lower if they do not meet the targets.
The Uyghurs as a people are about to disappear from the face of the planet, and it’s all thanks to Han Supremacism as cultivated by Chairman Xi, the man who enables American corporations to do to Americans the anti-American things these corporations are now empowered to do.
While American corporations lead the charge against muh racisms and bigotries, lecturing to Americans every chance they get on how miserable our moral failings, and assuring us they will condition us by hook or by crook to “do better,” even if it costs us our jobs, even our lives. they’re also relying on Chinese fascit-powered market yuans and cheap Chinese labor to continue to provide for Americans products and services dipped in an America-hating, family-demonizing, human-invalidating, racist and bigoted agit prop additives, additives to our products and services our Constitution, specifically the Bill of Rights, SPECIFICALLY says we’re not to do to one another, NO MATTER YOUR JUSTIFICATION!

The Israeli version of the CIA with the better reputation, Mossad, is claiming that it foiled the attempt of a team of Iranian-backed terrorists to kill Israelis and Jews in Africa, specifically in Senegal, Tanzania, and Ghana.
The Iranians are calling the accusations baseless.
The arrests of five individuals happened this past Sunday, November 7th. The individuals were allegedly recruited by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards and had African passports. They were on their way to carry out the plan when Mossad arrested them.
The Israeli Mossad spy agency foiled an attack against Israeli tourists and businesspeople on behalf of Iran, resulting in the arrest of several people in African nations, an Israeli TV network reported Sunday.
According to Israel’s Channel 12, five people with African passports were by recruited by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps elite Quds Force to target visiting Israelis in Senegal, Tanzania, and Ghana.
The five people who were arrested underwent special training in Lebanon before being sent back to Africa to attack Jewish and Israeli targets under the guise of being religious students, the report said.
Israeli tourists on safari in Tanzania were chief among the targets, the channel said.
Iran denounced the allegations as “baseless,” the report outlined further.
After the military coup, life in Myanmar has continued to deteriorate as the militiary junta has failed to fully consolidate power. In the crosshairs are millions that are facing starvation as a result of the chaos that remains in many parts of the land.
UNITED NATIONS — The U.N. humanitarian chief urged Myanmar’s military leaders on Monday to provide unimpeded access to the more than 3 million people in need of life-saving humanitarian assistance since government forces seized power on Feb. 1 “because of growing conflict and insecurity, COVID-19 and a failing economy.”
Martin Griffiths also urged donors to respond to the U.N. appeal, saying less than half of the $385 million required has been raised since the military ousted the elected government of Aung San Suu Kyi.
