Directed-Energy Weapons (DEWs): The Future of Warfare?

Long a staple of science fiction, Directed-Energy Weapons (DEWs) are rapidly becoming a reality in modern warfare. These advanced weapons emit focused energy in the form of lasers, microwaves, or particle beams, promising to revolutionize military operations. While experiments with directed energy began as early as the 1930s, the term “LASER” (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) only emerged in 1960 with the invention of the first laser by American engineer and physicist Theodore Maiman.

Since Maiman’s groundbreaking work, laser technology has revolutionized numerous fields. In our daily lives, lasers are ubiquitous, found in CD/DVD players, barcode scanners, fiber-optic communications, and various medical treatments. From precision measurements to advanced manufacturing processes, the impact of laser technology on modern society is difficult to overstate.

Military applications of laser technology have been equally transformative. As early as 1962, the U.S. military began developing laser-guided targeting systems. By 1967, Texas Instruments had developed the world’s first laser-guided, “smart” bomb, the BOLT-117. This innovation marked a significant shift in air warfare, moving from mass bombing raids with high casualty rates to precise, targeted strikes that minimize collateral damage. The ability to guide munitions with pinpoint accuracy has not only increased military effectiveness but also reduced civilian casualties and collateral damage in combat zones.

In the realm of surveillance and reconnaissance, LIDAR (LIght Detection And Ranging) technology, first developed in the 1960s, has proven invaluable. LIDAR can create highly detailed 3D maps, even penetrating dense vegetation to reveal hidden structures. This capability has profound implications for both military operations and civilian applications. In warfare, LIDAR allows for precise terrain mapping and the detection of camouflaged targets. In the civilian sector, it’s crucial for autonomous vehicle navigation, urban planning, and environmental monitoring.

Despite these advancements, the development of combat-ready DEWs has faced significant challenges. The U.S. Navy’s AN/SEQ-3 Laser Weapon System, installed on the USS Ponce (LPD-15) in 2014, was the first publicly deployed DEW. Designed to counter small UAVs, missiles, and boats, it represented a milestone in DEW development. However, issues with recharge times and beam coherence led to its replacement in favor of the Lockheed-Martin HELIOS (High Energy Laser with Integrated Optical-dazzler and Surveillance) system – currently fitted to the destroyer USS Arleigh Burke (DDG-51).

The HELIOS system represents a significant leap forward in DEW technology. With double the power output of its predecessor, it promises improved performance against a wider range of threats. The system’s integration with the Aegis Combat System on the Arleigh Burke-class destroyers demonstrates the Navy’s commitment to incorporating DEWs into its existing defense architecture.

The primary obstacles in DEW development are bulk and power requirements. While progress has been made in reducing system size, power technology lags behind. The slow recharge times of capacitors remain a significant hurdle, though ongoing research promises future improvements. Scientists and engineers are exploring various solutions, including advanced battery technologies, super-capacitors, and even compact nuclear power sources for future DEW systems.

Another challenge facing DEW development is atmospheric interference. Lasers, in particular, can be affected by moisture, dust, and other particulates in the air, potentially reducing their effectiveness over long distances. Adaptive optics and beam control technologies are being developed to mitigate these issues, allowing for more consistent performance in varied environmental conditions.

Despite these challenges, the potential benefits of DEWs are substantial. In conventional warfare, ammunition can occupy up to 50% of an army’s logistical capacity. DEWs could significantly reduce this burden, revolutionizing military logistics. With theoretically unlimited “ammunition” as long as power is available, DEWs could dramatically extend the operational capabilities of military units in the field.

Moreover, as space becomes an increasingly important military domain, the low mass-to-effect ratio of DEWs makes them particularly attractive for orbital and anti-satellite operations. Traditional kinetic weapons are less suitable for space warfare due to the risk of creating debris fields that could endanger friendly assets. DEWs offer the potential for “clean” space combat, disabling enemy satellites without creating hazardous space debris.

The strategic implications of DEWs extend beyond their direct combat applications. Their potential to alter the balance of power has sparked a global race in DEW development. Nations worldwide are investing heavily in this technology, recognizing its transformative potential in future conflicts. This has led to concerns about a new arms race, with countries striving to gain a technological edge in directed energy systems.

As DEW technology matures, it raises important questions about the nature of future warfare. Will the advent of these weapons make conflicts more or less likely? How will they affect military strategies and international relations? The potential for DEWs to serve as both offensive and defensive systems complicates traditional notions of deterrence and military balance.

Furthermore, the development of DEWs has implications for international law and arms control agreements. Current treaties may need to be revised to account for these new weapons, which don’t fit neatly into existing categories of conventional or non-conventional arms. The potential for DEWs to cause temporary or permanent blindness in humans has already led to restrictions on certain types of laser weapons under the Protocol on Blinding Laser Weapons.

The ethical considerations surrounding DEWs are also significant. While they have the potential to reduce collateral damage compared to conventional explosives, concerns remain about their long-term effects on human targets and the environment. The possibility of DEWs being used for crowd control or as non-lethal weapons such as the Active Denial System (ADS) also raises questions about potential abuse and human rights implications.

In addition to combat applications, DEWs have potential uses in other areas of defense. For example, high-powered microwaves could be used to disable electronic systems, providing a non-kinetic option for neutralizing enemy capabilities. This could be particularly useful in urban environments or situations where minimizing physical damage is crucial.

Research into DEWs is also driving advancements in related fields. The development of high-energy lasers, for instance, has led to improvements in materials science, optics, and power systems that have applications beyond the military sphere. These technological spillovers could have significant impacts on civilian industries and scientific research.

In conclusion, while the path to operational DEWs has been long and costly, the potential payoff appears to justify the investment. As technology continues to advance, we can expect to see more DEW systems deployed in various military contexts. Their development represents not just a new class of weapons, but potentially a paradigm shift in how wars are fought and deterred.

As we stand on the brink of this new era in military technology, the implications for global security and warfare are profound and far-reaching. The successful integration of DEWs into military arsenals could reshape battlefield dynamics, alter strategic calculations, and influence geopolitical relationships. However, realizing the full potential of these weapons will require overcoming significant technical hurdles and addressing complex ethical and legal questions.

War is space is coming. That it has not yet happened is more due to luck than anything else; international pronouncements to the contrary, functional anti-satellite weapons have been long-deployed, although they have not been used in an active conflict to date. In space warfare, mass-to-fuel ratios will be the dominant factors: anything that reduces mass is well worth the developmental expenses. Destructive laser weapons systems, while not yet “ready for primetime“, are almost to the point of active deployment to the battlefield.

The story of directed-energy weapons is still being written, and the coming decades will likely see rapid advancements in this field. As with any transformative military technology, the ultimate impact of DEWs will depend not only on their technical capabilities but also on how they are employed and regulated in the complex landscape of international relations and conflict. The age of energy weapons is upon us, and its effects will resonate far beyond the battlefield.

It is not “war cheerleading” to promote the development of new weapons systems – like it or not, for all of the research on these weapons in the West, there are plenty of other nations which are working just as hard on the same systems, for the same reason.

The Era of Hybrid Warfare – Reality Or Buzzword?

All too frequently, people resort to pithy and catchy buzzwords and phrases to disguise the fact that they really have no idea what to say, but have to say something. We’ve all heard examples: “streamline virtual portals”, “strategize cross-media interfacing“, “maximize enterprise users“, etcetera, etcetera, ad nausea. Sadly – we’re way past ‘alarming’ – militaries, especially in the West, are no different.

For military forces in most parts of the world, sounding trendy is necessary to keep money flowing from their civilian leadership. Thus, at budget time, military leaders tend to appear in front of civilian bureaucrats – most of whom know absolutely nothing practical about anything ‘military’ – with new and scarily indefinable concepts to keep the money spigot turned on. In this, while the military generals and colonels are technically lying, they are doing so because whatever threats their nation may be facing, those threats are not changing very much or very quickly (mostly), but politicians live to be “ahead of the game”, and tossing out buzzwords on the Sunday morning talk show circuit to show how up-to-date they are. And don’t be fooled: the politicians the generals hate the most are not civilians, but those military veterans who go into politics, because they are far less susceptible to Buzzword Bingo.

But, I digress.

Of late, one of the major buzz-terms has been “Hybrid Warfare”. Sounds concerning, right? But what is “hybrid warfare”, exactly? The official NATO definition is, itself, loaded with buzz terms. Simply out, “hybrid warfare” is the combination of “conventional warfare” (i.e., the current war in Ukraine) with all the other stuff: guerrilla warfare, psychological operations and propaganda, “information warfare” (itself, a buzzword), low-level drone warfare, and on and on…essentially, the combination of all the means of waging war, if deployed all at once or even in pieces, is “hybrid warfare”. If this sounds familiar, that’s because it is: this term perfectly describes everything from World War Two to the US and French wars with Vietnam, to Desert Shield/Desert Storm and the recent  “GWOT” (Global War On Terror).

The reason this is particular buzzword is relevant, however, is because – as was pointed out in 1940 – effective combat technology has migrated down to the level of the common citizen. Knowledge is like that: if you know how to do a thing, getting the tools and materials is not overly difficult…as Western forces have discovered to their regret over the last quarter-century or so: if you’re wondering why the recent series of wars have been inconclusive, this is one of the main reasons.

Key Components of Hybrid Warfare

The basic components of hybrid warfare can be defined by the following:

Conventional military operations

Traditional military force deployments, and/or shows of military strength have formed the basis of recorded warfare throughout history. When the average person thinks of “war“, this is what they think of: serried ranks of troops in uniform, gobs of artillery and armored vehicles, big, fast-moving jets, and all the other “stuff”.

Warfare. Collage – various sources, public domain.

Irregular warfare and insurgency

The use of proxies and non-state actors on a regular basis is a relatively new phenomenon, at least when done with any degree of reasoned planning and execution. Arming rebels, insurgents and guerrillas – or jihadist’s – has been done forever and a day, but today, in the glare of news cameras hungry for bloody story meat, the practice is frequently regularized, and given a sheen of legitimacy…whether it is competently done or not.

Another buzzword feature associated with this idea is that of “asymmetric warfare“. This is a “weasel term“, as it essentially means anything the enemy does that seems irrational, but that works in a combat environment. This can be anything from tunneling under perimeter of a “forward operating base” (FOB), to adding peanut oil to conventional engines, something the British SOE and the American OSS did in Europe during WW2.

Military establishments and their (mostly) civilian masters have come to depend absolutely on computer technologies, including the internet. As a result, cyber attacks and information warfare are now serious problems.

Hacking and disruption of critical infrastructure – who remembers the STUXNET virus? – demonstrated both the terrifying levels of damage that a simple computer virus could wreak on highly dangerous manufacturing processes, but also the equally terrifying scale of the potential response.

In like manner, “disinformation” campaigns and social media manipulation, once laughed at by many people, have proven to be an important component on the new battlefield. The ‘edgy’ memes shared over social media, however, are the equivalent to the paper pamphlets of past decades, the crucial difference being that this kind of media can reach a far wider audience, and do so far faster than conventional radio or television spots. For all that, however, the main impact of disinformation campaigns has actually been to undermine the public perception of government in general, as governing bodies around the world – peopled by many who lack any real understanding of technology – desperately try to restrict both free speech as well as social media access, to the extent of developing “caged” social media platforms which they then restrict their citizens to using exclusively, on penalty of arrest. The end result is a rapidly growing distrust of all forms of government.

Economic pressure and sanctions

Likewise, the old standbys of economic pressure and trade sanctions are beginning to fail, because there is too much money to be made getting around the sanctions. Even targeted economic measures against key sectors within a hostile state can be overcome, if that state either has friendly economic partners willing to either openly ignore the sanctions, or at least are willing to turn a blind eye to the smuggling.

Cases in point, both Russia and Iran, while both suffering economic hardships initially, have both rebounded quickly, to the point that Rosoboronexport – Russia’s state arms dealer – is working three shifts to produce mountains of military vehicles, equipment and ammunition to supply not only the war in Ukraine, but to fulfill export orders to multiple countries (unlike the West), leaving the failures of the West’s total lack of strategic vision laid bare. The brutal government of Iran, too – like Saddam Hussein’s Iraq – is doing perfectly well for itself; the welfare of their citizenry is irrelevant, as long as they can limit access to news, and can keep the populace at work.

Communist China, with an economy on life support and teetering on the brink of collapse, has been desperately trying to build an international infrastructure based on their “Belt & Road Initiative” to gain enough clout to create exploitable economic dependencies…which, if the collapse of French dominance in the Sahel region of Africa is indication, is a whole different kind of losing strategy.

Conclusion

The challenges for National Defense in responding to “total warfare“, or “unrestricted warfare” are vast. Far aside from the legal and ethical considerations, are the strains placed on both traditional military and governmental structures, and – most critically – the increasingly negative perception of those institutions, as they flail helplessly, deploying tools and strategies that they do not understand.

And of course, lurking in the background lay the twin threats of A.I. and biotech. As the capabilities of AI increase rapidly, deploying a hostile AI against an “enemy” populace, while likely to be very effective, can easily backfire, sparking a whole host of “science fiction”-like scenarios none of them good.

Far more worrying, is the possibility of very high-tech biological warfare. Conspiracy theories about the recent coronavirus pandemic aside, the potential certainly exists for the truly deranged to deploy a “slate-wiper” virus that they believe will kill just enough people to let them achieve their goals…the problem being, of course, that viruses have a nasty habit of rapidly mutating, rendering vaccines and inoculations against them completely ineffective.

This is not a case of “give peace a chance” – throughout history, there are plenty of madmen, and equally mad states – who take “soft” attitudes as an opportunity to strike.

We can’t tell you what is going to happen. All we can do is try to warn you.

Study Calls Humans Poison to the Earth

A government-funded study by the U.K. Center for Ecology and Hydrology is accusing humans of being a biological threat to the earth, the god(ess) this cult of death worships, even at the detriment to humanity itself. The study claims that “human breathing is contributing to greenhouse gas emissions” and even goes on to say we should use “caution in the assumption that emissions from humans are negligible.”

When you believe that humans are descended from pond scum, it’s very easy to remove the sacredness for humanity and seek to toss it, along with your nihilistic suicidal self, into the bin for the sake of the material you worship, the earth.

This study is designed to sub-humanize the entire human race and to do it under the guise of “infallible” science, the source for the justification of their hatred for the human species.

The study gives “legitimacy” to any measure by the state to “save the planet,” even if it means causing the deaths of humans, directly or indirectly. It also makes the whole “net zero” campaign seem more like a genocidal “final solution” than an effort to make the planet a better place for humans to thrive in. After all, why would anyone who thinks humans are a poison to their god(ess), the earth, want humans to ever thrive again?

Scientists Want to Rule the World, and They Want to Use the UN and “Climate Change’ Spooks To Do Itt

The experts that can save us from man-made global warming are looking to the United Nations to create a world governance panel that can dictate to the countries of the world all that must be done to save us from ourselves.

They have formed a United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that they hope will be a vehicle of power for scientists to become the new priest-kings of the new world order, all in the name, of course, of saving the children from planetary destruction brought on by humankind.

UN IPCC Vice Chairman Sonia Seneviratne made the pitch for a one-world Scientocracy by declaring “At some point we need to say that if you want to achieve this aim set by policymakers then certain policies need to be implemented.”

If you don’t want to take their advice, then Seneviratne insists, “As climate change becomes worse and worse, it is becoming more difficult to be policy relevant without being prescriptive.” In other words, if you don’t give us total power now, your kids are all gonna die.

Thankfully, there is pushback even in the scientific community to this blatant and totally insane power grab. One scientist, former climate advisor to Donald Trump, Princeton University Physics Professor Emeritus Will Harper, summed up the resistance perfectly when he paraphrased pseudo-conservative William F. Buckley, saying he’d “rather have climate policy set by the first 1,000 people in the telephone directory than by IPCCC ‘scientists’.”

This writer agrees, ESPECIALLY because the scientists gaining power in a UN environment will most assuredly all be far left extremist authoritarians who are just as likely to make policy designed to diminish “heteronormativity” as they are to combat any actual real climate change and its potential consequence.

Furthermore, the climate “scientists” that support this de facto techno-fascist plan are all assuming that we finite, flawed humans are capable of understanding with certainty, through science, the moral and ethical compass humanity should be pinned to and how to mathematically, through violence, create the conditions that allow this alleged perfect human to form and thrive.

Hubris, thy name is UN scientists, and no nation that hopes to retain its sovereignty would ever consider for a moment signing up to become slaves of a technocracy run by elite, sheltered “academics” who view humans as numbers on paper, with little to no regard for the law of unintended consequences, the fly in every far-left utopian ointment that has EVER been created and WILL EVER be created.

Has Science Found the Image of God in Man?

‘Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” ‘ Genesis 1:26-28

In the 1990s, Nobel-Prize winning physicist Dr. Roger Penrose, along with anesthesiologist, Dr. Stuart Hameroff, developed a theory about the “physical” state of consciousness called “Orchestrated Objective Reduction Theory (Orch OR). The theory was that consciousness exists as a quantum process thanks to microtubes.

The theory was “debunked” by the belief that quantum states can only be sustained by cold conditions, but a new experiment by oncology professor Dr. Jack Tuszynski suggests the brain is neither “too hot or too wet” to sustain the quantum state needed for consciousness to exist through the microtubes inside the brain’s nerve cells.

Microtubes are essentially protein lattices that form the structural network of the nerve cell. According to Orch OR theory, they possess quantum properties that allow consciousness to be “everywhere all at once,” connected to the whole of the universe. This state creates quantum entanglement, where particles can connect to each other across any length of space.

The problem with the theory, again, is experiments up to this point showed that the quantum state could not be sustained under warm conditions, but that thought has changed with Dr. Tuszynski’s work. His experiment showed that the quantum state was sustained for more than enough time (a fraction of a second) to allow for “consciousness,” quantum entanglement with all of creation, to exist.

From Popular Mechanics:

His team simulated shining a light into a microtubule, sort of like a photon sending an exciton through a plant structure. They were testing whether the energy transfer from light in the microtubule structure could remain coherent as it does in plant cells. The idea was that if the light lasted long enough before being emitted—a fraction of a second was enough—it indicated quantum coherence.

Specifically, Tuszynski’s team simulated sending tryptophan fluorescence, or ultraviolet light photons that are not visible to the human eythe, into microtubules. In a recent interview, Tuszynski reports that, across 22 independent experiments, the excitations from the tryptophan created quantum reactions that lasted up to five nanoseconds. This is thousands of times longer than coherence would be expected to last in a microtubule. It’s also more than long enough to perform the biological functions required. “So we are actually confident that this process is longer lasting in tubulin than … in chlorophyll,” he says. The team published their findings in the journal ACS Central Science earlier this year.

The experiment does not, in and of itself, prove the Orch OR theory, but it removes the knock-down argument against it, that the brain isn’t cold enough to sustain the quantum states needed to create “consciousness.”

The article in Popular Mechanics introduces Dr. Timothy Parker, who takes the Orch OR theory to the multiverse, claiming that consciousness is the fruit of the quantum awareness of multiple universes reflected the infinite “chances” of creation. His work is even more speculative and, perhaps, untestable, than the theory of consciousness in a mono-universal reality is.

For this writer, these theories and experiments are scratching at the mystery that is the image of God, that is, the ability of the human to see as God sees, and seeing is not just seeing in the material sense, but in the moral and ethical sense. We know good and evil as God knows it, or we know good and evil as a rebellion against God’s creation (which we cannot possess if we also don’t know the contrast, God’s knowing of good and evil, we can rebel against).

‘Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.’” But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” ‘ Genesis 3:1-5

This writer doubts the material and even quantum scientist can ever fully define in measurable, finite terms, what consciousness is, what gives us will to act in the first place, but yet science, in this case, can affirm the shadow of the material and quantum reality of God word resting in all of us.

‘For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen. ‘Romans 1:20-25

Surgeon-Scientists Put on Endangered Professionals List

Surgeon-Scientists Put on Endangered Professionals List – “Experts” from University of Virginia Health are sounding an alarm to the medical industry that, due to a number of factors, the Physician-Scientist is becoming an endangered profession.

The reasons given don’t include the extra layer of filtering choking off professionals in all fields, DEI filtering for the proper progmerican, which is no American at all.

To be sure, outside of the DEI filtering, the problem here would be existential even without that standard now being layered into most institutions. The addition of the DEI filter, however, will accelerate the death of this essential profession to human development, never mind healthcare, which is significant enough in and of itself.

From SciTech Daily:

“Surgeons are struggling to find funding, and many of them are not able to obtain funding despite trying for 10 years. Surgeon-scientists have made many advances in biomedical research in fields such as transplantation, oncology, and diabetes,” said UVA Health surgery intern Adishesh K. Narahari, MD, PhD, the first author of the new scientific paper. “In short, surgeons need to apply for funding early and become proficient at navigating the biomedical research world. Otherwise, we may see a decrease in innovation and lack of new solutions to not only surgical problems but many areas of biomedical research.”

Top Science “Journal” Comes Clean on Systemic Errors in its “Scientific” Papers”

The Association for the Advancement of Science (or AAAS) had to come clean and admit that their journal, Science has over 2,600 published articles between 1997 and 2022 that are fake, or, being as charitable as you can be, exaggerated in their claims. They were exposed by a rival publication, Scientometrics.

In response to the claims, which could not be denied, the corrupt publication said this research “suggests a worrisome rise of unreliable, exaggerated claims.”

As American Greatness points out, the organization known as AAAS has received $3.3 million in funding from taxpayers through the federal government.

One thing that is pointed out in the report that the use of “hedging terms” like “might be” or “most likely” declined by 40 percent from 1997 to 2022. Scientonomics said of that fact, “Less hedging may reflect a subtle strategy by authors to sell their results to editors and readers as an alternative to explicit language.”

This writer thinks that is a very charitable read of the situation. The real underlying issue for the fake science claims is the infiltration of the DNC-CCP into our scientific institutions. They put their feelings, their desires, their wants over fact. Where science might undermine their dark claims about the nature of humanity (such as denying “gender” is just another word for “sex”) they deny the facts and oppress them, along with the people courageous enough to state those same facts.

If you go to the front of the Science site at the time of this writing (August 25, 2023, you will see a quote from an editorial featured in the middle of the site that says “The knowledge of how to recover from disasters already lives in Hawai’I, but Indigenous community voices often get lost.”

This is the language of the DNC-CCP and it carries all the dark baggage of that language structure, built on a presupposition that white people invented evil, that there are more than two genders, and anyone who doesn’t parrot those beliefs and demonstrates a life consistent with those beliefs is a Nazi or a white supremacist.

If you click on the link, you get more DNC-CCP language in the title, Hawai’I, from ashes to sustainability. From that article you get this quote from the writer Keolu Fox, who “dog whistles” more DNC-CCP talking points: there is an opportunity to reimagine the governance of habitats through sustainable and equitable processes that preserve Hawai‘i’s natural beauty, with a less destructive, green economy that centers on ecotourism and Indigenous environmental management.”

That’s code for authoritarian micromanagement of citizens’ beliefs to match up with the depraved beliefs of the DNC-CCP.

“Science” is not an ideology. It has nothing to say about value whatsoever. It has no wisdom. Wisdom does not come from the scientific method, it comes from a higher source, God, and science is best when it just presents the facts, come what may, and allows you to interpret it through your wisdom framing, which can never come from the scientific method.

Science began in earnest after Christian Francis Bacon introduced the ideas that led to the scientific method. That idea is that one can investigate phenomenologically observable data and use a process called induction to derive higher truths. Up until that moment, deductions, deriving particular truths from higher truths, was the prevailing method of examining the world for humans. Bacon wanted Christians to use this method to be righteous stewards of the material, bringing it in harmony with God’s will. Now, science is being used to replace God by anyone who ever claims “trust the science” and certainly anyone who claims that “I am the Science” like plandemic terrorist Anthony Fauci did in the face of righteous rebukes.

Science can be used to murder innocents more efficiently or stop the murderers using tools it helps you create, but, like a gun, science is an inanimate object that has no sentience, no authority outside of the individual that chooses to use it.

The reason “Science” is reporting fake science is because it has been captured by leftist ideologues who can’t be bothered with facts as they are fighting the white devil, and lying to defend the world from the white devil is more than justified (or we’re all gonna die), so their “science” is a tool aimed at the heart of America, Christianity, and any belief system that doesn’t conform to their dark cult.

“SCIENCE” is sedition, against this nation, against liberty, and against humanity as a whole.

Another Contender Comes Forth to End the Disease of Aging

Researchers out of Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts Institute of Technology have developed a new approach to potentially combat the disease of aging. Their findings were posted in the journal Aging. The scientists deployed six chemical cocktails known to have some anti-aging potential and tested them on rats and monkeys. Findings show the aging process was halted within four days of treatment.

From the abstract of the article in Aging:

A hallmark of eukaryotic aging is a loss of epigenetic information, a process that can be reversed. We have previously shown that the ectopic induction of the Yamanaka factors OCT4, SOX2, and KLF4 (OSK) in mammals can restore youthful DNA methylation patterns, transcript profiles, and tissue function, without erasing cellular identity, a process that requires active DNA demethylation. To screen for molecules that reverse cellular aging and rejuvenate human cells without altering the genome, we developed high-throughput cell-based assays that distinguish young from old and senescent cells, including transcription-based aging clocks and a real-time nucleocytoplasmic compartmentalization (NCC) assay. We identify six chemical cocktails, which, in less than a week and without compromising cellular identity, restore a youthful genome-wide transcript profile and reverse transcriptomic age. Thus, rejuvenation by age reversal can be achieved, not only by genetic, but also chemical means.

From Giant Freaking Robot:

The team, led by Harvard Medical School faculty member David Sinclair, is currently preparing for such tests, which could represent a significant leap in anti-aging science.

When tested on specialized cellular cultures, the researchers noticed a reversal of certain markers of aging, specifically the deterioration of nucleocytoplasmic compartmentalization.

The foundation of the de-aging research stems from the study of molecules capable of “reprogramming” animal cells into pluripotent stem cells. These stem cells can differentiate into various cell types, making them a promising candidate for regenerative medicine.

“Zombie Cell Killer” Could Be Key to Ending Cancer, Extending Human Life

A new molecule called CUDC-907 has the capacity to selectively target what are called “zombie cells” in the body for assassination without harming other cells in the body that are not zombie cells. The molecule could become an anti-aging drug that might extend human life AND combat cancer.

These zombie cells contribute to tissues aging and adversely affect the healthy cells around them. Researchers from the University of Leicester in the UK and UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya) in Spain developed the molecule. Professor Salvador Macip, dean of the UOC’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Professor of Molecular Medicine at the University of Leicester, said of the discovery, “The drug we identified is a powerful destroyer of old cells and its effect against some cancers is also now being investigated, so it could have a double effect: anti-cancer and at the same time, it could act against old cells that make the cancer reappear.”

The researchers tested the molecule of different types of human cells, finding that “dual inhibitor CUDC-907 eliminates a specific type of senescent cell with limited side effects.”

Macip added, “Perhaps an intensive dose of the drug would clean the brain and prevent the disease from progressing. It could also be useful in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, to slow its progress, rather than the aging itself.”

New Crystalline Material Exists Between Liquid and Crystal

The Max Plank Institute along with Kiel University have collaborated to create a crystalline material that achieves a state called “the hexatic state,” which is a state between the solid and isotropic liquid state (or phase). The state was achieved at room temperature using energy that is dramatically less than what an old theoretical method would have required. The researchers used ultrashort laser bursts to achieve the state.

The applications for the new material are far and wide and range from energy conversion to information technology. The new material could lead to far more efficient energy transfers that could make solar cells significantly more efficient. Some of the potential applications are yet to be discovered.

From Tech Explorist:

“The necessary spatial resolution can theoretically be achieved using electron microscopes, but they are often too slow. The Göttingen team, led by Max Planck Director Claus Ropers, has filled this gap by creating an “ultrafast” electron microscope that can capture even the most rapid processes in the nano cosmos. These experiments also used this microscope, which allowed us to take several pictures of the unusually organized phase and its temporal development.”

“Numerous scientific problems and potential applications are raised by the highly complicated dynamics of this layered crystal. The foundation is made up of intriguing network-like structures that can only be created and examined in close cooperation with cutting-edge research facilities, such as those at the MPI in Göttingen and DESY in Hamburg.”
