30 parents of children killed in the Uvalde shooting joined others in a lawsuit targeting Daniel Defense, the company that manufactured the gun used by the Uvalde shooter to kill children and teachers with. The lawsuit follows the DNC-CCP playbook on the use of lawfare to destroy American rights without having to pass legislation that does it. Here, the family members of shooting victims are being seduced by DNC-CCP anti-gun-rights organizations well funded by anti-American billionaires like George Soros to seek revenge for the death of their loved one by attacking the manufacturer of the gun that killed them.
Some might want revenge, still others have been persuaded that disarming the American people will protect children in schools, the same schools that are creating the psychopaths that are killing children and adults in response. They fulfill the DNC-CCP’s favorite tactic, use a “victim” class to be the face of your policy change to neutralize any logical or ethical opposition to the policy change.
In this case, the policy change is that you can somehow hold a manufacturer responsible for how a person uses their product, even if they were not using it lawfully or for the purpose it was designed for (not to preemptively murder people, but to protect people from people who want to preemptively murder them).
The lawsuit accuses Daniel Defense of making “unreasonably dangerous products,” among other accusations. This accusation, if it were to be accepted as a standard in civil liability law, would effectively end gun manufacturing in America and the willingness of any manufacturer outside the U.S. to sell to that market.
This is the intended goal, whether the parents duped into being part of this anti-American assault on our liberty knew it or not, to price the cost of gun manufacturing out of the sky, effectively killing the second amendment without making any real changes to gun laws at all.
We Americans, however, will not be dissuaded by the DNC-CCP’s constant barrage of human shields, untouchables that, by their very victim status, cut off all opposition from any who would resist this violent assault on our republic. Whatever the motivation of the parents involved, we would appeal to their loyalty to America to drop this lawsuit and concentrate on holding the people who are really responsible for the deaths of these children, the leaders and supporters of the Democratic Party and its anti-human, anti-American, psycho-creating agenda.
The University of Buffalo decided to change the rules on club recognition to exclude the conservative group Young Americans for Freedom. The anti-constitutional university sought to figure out how to stop the YAF from holding events on the campus that could challenge its efforts to create more seditionist students willing to sacrifice the republic in the name of defeating the white, heterosexual, cis-gendered devil. Now, the school is being sued for its “creative” use of lawfare to eliminate American voices on campus.
The school also created loopholes to assure the pedophilic, racist, anti-capitalist national groups infesting our universities continue to be allowed to create groups the school will recognize. The People of Color Council, whose name is overtly racist from the start, for instance, can continue to have a group on campus that the school recognizes. Non-recognition means the groups cannot host events on-campus.
Justin Hill, the chapter President of the Buffalo University YAF, told the College Fix in an email, “I believe we are being targeted for our viewpoint and offering this alternative viewpoint on campus. University at Buffalo’s policy violates the First Amendment by discriminating against us just because we are part of a national organization.”
The even more egregious thing about this policy is that it discriminates against certain groups, including Young Americans for Freedom, that are affiliated with national organizations, “On information and belief, this regulation (prohibiting clubs from being chapters of national organizations) was adopted in direct response to Plaintiffs’ association with Young America’s Foundation and was meant to limit Plaintiffs’ ability to effectively communicate on campus,”
According to the Daily Wire, Twitter has decided to back out of its pending deal with the Daily Wire to exclusively move its content over to the Musk-led platform. The deal was quashed after the Daily Wire announced plans to stream the documentary by Matt Walsh called “What is a Woman” on Twitter.
The CEO of the Daily Wire, Jeremy Boreing, claimed. “After reviewing the film. Though, Twitter let us know that not only could we no longer purchase the package they offered, they would no longer provide us any support and would actually limit the reach of the film and label it is as “hateful conduct” because of “misgendering.”
Musk has yet to respond to the accusations, though he did appoint a WEF leader to take over Twitter, a move that has caused many, including this publication, to label Musk a fraud, another controlled opposition designed to place resistance to the leftist Hate and Fear cult without actually stopping it.
American Thinker is reporting that City Journal has been cancelled from DocumentCloud, a non-profit open source organization that offers web hosting services. The alleged nonprofit is a 501c3, which is not permitted to engage in biased political activity such as they did by cancelling a conservative publication’s account for daring to oppose mutilating children for the sake of advancing the DNC’s pro-pedophilic agenda.
The editor of the publication, Brian Anderson, claims the move came in response to a report by City Journal writer Chris Ruffo exposing the pro-pedophilic practices of Texas Children’s Hospital, a story being ignored by the DNC’s media outlets.

The move has triggered a lawsuit that is heading to the Supreme Court where SCOTUS must decide if it’s ok for a government to target companies for their political beliefs.
Dr. Riitakerttu Kaltiala of Tampere University in Finland is considered to be a world expert in pediatric gender medicine. She recently revealed in a local newspaper interview that she doesn’t recommend transgender “therapy” for children as four out five children who suffer from gender dysphoria outgrow it.
Transgender therapy for children was never about helping children in need, it was always about sacrificing the innocent just to advance a narrative that destroys the whole male-female paradigm so non-binary people can finally feel safe and free (while the rest of us suffer our diminished lives that are filled with the forced regurgitation of the denial of basic human biological reality).

Sexual sin is deep spiritual transgression and rebellion against God, against nature, and yourself. Women wanting to have sex with women, men with men, and denial of the differences between men and women, which are part of God’s design for Creation, are equal to murder and other abominations in God’s eyes. Whether it is a man calling himself a woman, which God despises, or a married man cheating on his wife with another woman, sexual sin always means one has become an enemy of God.
We who follow Christ know that God’s law is supreme and no country whose laws offend the Lord and rebel against God’s standards of righteousness and justice will prosper and its people will suffer curses and wrath. Sex outside a man and woman married for life is a sin and laws must always tend toward punishing evildoers and protecting the innocent and righteous from harm.
When I argue against outlawing deviations from God’s laws in matters of sex and marriage, it is not because I don’t think those things matter, it is because I feel that righteousness without a choice is not accounted to that person, only righteousness by choice and in honor of Christ is accounted to anyone. Given a realpolitik choice between laws that punish the righteous for not having any concourse with sin (e.g. “bake the cake!”) or laws that punish evildoers in sexual matters, even though I prefer choice, I would choose rather outlaw the sin than to outlaw the righteous, which is the choice we seem to be confronting.
It’s not popular to say, but this remains true, for God rules over the nations of people, over every person, and every country and government on this planet, all will be judged based on whether they pursue righteousness or not.
All of God’s law is truth and must inform every person, relationship, association, and even government on this planet, for one day, by God’s hand, this will be a reality. Ultimately, men and women of the ilk of Biden et al, who despise God’s laws and who look upon sinful evildoers treating them as saints, namely those who rebel against God’s laws in sexuality and marriage, will be damned forever.
It is my conviction that unless wicked vipers like Biden repent, they are damned, and the more they revel in iniquity the less likely they will be to have a chance to repent. As for making laws to “protect” and “include” people whose sexual behavior is an abomination before God, and who despise God’s admonition against trying to deny your gender, for a man being effeminate is a sin before God, this is a sign of judgment against this land which the righteous had better take heed of.
As far as I’m concerned, whoever says sexual sins are OK and that gender is a social construct is an enemy of God, and therefore I count them enemies of God’s People, enemies of myself. I love my enemies, as Christ commands, but I do understand they are my enemies. I do understand that such people deserve zero respect for their abominable beliefs and actions which are not equal to the range of beliefs that fall within God’s standards.
If you think being anything but a person whose sexuality is with the opposite sex only, contained within marriage for life, and/or that you or anyone can change their God-given gender and demand others recognize and applaud that, then you are an enemy of God unless and until you repent.
Biden applauds that and would probably consider me a domestic terrorist or seek to curtail my rights just for telling you the truth. But sex is sacred and marriage is a spiritual union that can only occur between a man and woman, who are married for life.
I’m not sure what Biden et al think God’s design and purpose of government is, they love talking about democracy and equality, but they don’t understand what it really is. God’s purpose and design for government primarily is to punish evildoers. It is to keep the land pure and clean of all wickedness. It is to protect the innocent and the righteous from all hazards and harm to their well-being, to their spiritual sovereignty as beings created in the image of God. We can argue it is also to secure the boundaries of habitation for all nations of people within their jurisdiction.
The government under our present leaders, most of whom are wicked and ungodly fools who pander to evildoers, especially sexual deviants and the alt-gendered, has become a vile abomination before God. It is an enemy of the Kingdom and wages war against the righteous in the name of the alleged “rights” of the wicked!
People have sinned and God offers redemption. If you were married before and remarried and now understand this, then let this be a marriage for life. If you have committed adultery or fornication or you have engaged in sex with someone of your sex and realize kow the sacredness of marriage and the marriage bed, then repent and let your future be ruled by Christ and not sin.
If you are angry and offended that I say swapping gender, sex between two people of the same sex, or sex at all outside a lifelong commitment to marriage, is sinful and God hates it, then so be it. Your side says awful things of people like me who hold similar views as I am sharing, so it’s not as if you abominable reprobates who hate righteousness and life evil are any better at tolerating others. You despise dignities and make war against the righteous, who you hate just as surely as you hate God.
The difference between me and these wicked abusers of power is that I don’t seek to deny your rights to find God’s truth and follow His laws in a strictly voluntary and non-coercive manner! I would not outlaw you or take away your choice or right to speak. I am secure and at peace with my beliefs and choices. You who would silence me and become so enraged as to either become violent or use the violence of the state to punish me are behaving in a predictably reprehensible manner, which further alienates you from God and His People.
Like St. Stephen, I will preach the truth even if it makes you want to literally gnash your teeth on me in a fit of demonic rage.
They say the alt-gendered and Sodomites are suicidal because people like me will never accept them and their ways and because we call these something a sin and an abomination. The question is always, “what is right and true?” Righteousness, not “inclusiveness” for reprobates, exalts a nation. I accept people as people, knowing all without Christ are sinners and that, without Christ, I too would be an enemy of God, so I am no better.

In the closing weeks of 2022, it is painfully evident to even the most disinterested observer that the United States is in the throes of the worst political turmoil in generations. Significant blocs have formed within the voting-age population with diametrically opposing political views, views that are for the most part completely disconnected from their perceived opponents. Meanwhile, the majority sits quietly in the middle, struggling with skyrocketing costs of living, while wishing the rest would just be quiet for a little while.
But the populace of the United States is not alone in these views. Around the world, citizens of many nations protest regularly – and sometimes violently – over the same, or much worse, problems as the American electorate: whether those be skyrocketing inflation caused by the staggering incompetence of a disconnect globalist elite, the very real fact of a lack of fuel as winter closes in on Europe, fears of a widening of the Russo-Ukrainian War, the never-ending war on terrorism, and many more.
In short – people around the developed world are frustrated, disappointed, alarmed and very angry at governments in general, and usually their own governments in particular. These facts are enhanced by clear perceptions of corruption and wrongdoing, whether warranted or not. Indeed, “government contract” is virtually a dog-whistle signaling likely corruption being in play.
While your humble author makes no pretension of formal political science education, I have been studying this problem for over almost two decades. The following are my own conclusions, based on my own experience and research.
The fundamental problems are two: Firstly, most people simply lack an understanding of political tidal forces because, secondly, they have never been taught how to think about them.
This is a deliberate policy, because doctrinal public education models and doctrines have for over a century focused not on training students to think critically, but to learn just enough to be useful in the workplace. Thus, when situations accrete together, as they have at the end of 2022, the population cannot understand what is happening, which increases discord exponentially.
In the current realm, the point of the following discussion is to clarify the role of “government” as a generic entity, without delving into political mud slinging.
At the heart of this discussion is a fundamental question: Which is superior – ‘the government’ or ‘the people’?
The idea that the Government is inherently superior to the People is a childish and ridiculous notion, unsupportable in either logic or reason, for the simple fact that governments cannot create themselves – they cannot self-organize. “The People”, however that entity can be described, must decide to institute a governing body to oversee those things that individuals cannot carry out on their own, and retain the right to remove it at will.
And yet, there is a pervasive and festering notion that “government” somehow trumps the body that created it.
This idea comes from a sense of overwhelming intimidation, which has been drummed into the population at large by a scientific community that focuses on the mere mechanical reality of the vastness of Nature and the Universe, while ignoring the far more stunning fact that Humankind is able to consider and act to enhance its knowledge of what it can observe around it.
To attempt a start at a remedy for this condition of “directed circumstance”, I will present the following as an aide to those trying to understand the functions of government. We will focus on “functions” of government, to avoid getting lost in measly and petty political minutiae.
In short, “Governments” have a few critical functions that cannot be easily accomplished by the individual citizen. These were the real reasons why the collectivist rubric of a ruling structure that existed separately from the populace that created it was formed, back to at least the Sumerians, and likely much farther back than that (YouTube link).
Governments, in fact, have precisely eight jobs, and ONLY eight – anything else is automatically suspect, because of the propensity for corruption – and even in these eight functions, below, corruption and mismanagement happen frequently:
Government deals with the barbarians across the river, so that the average Citizen doesn’t have to…Whether this means talking to them or killing them, is immaterial.
There is a pervasive attitude that the individual citizen is perfectly capable of defending themselves without a government to tax them in order to go fight eponymous ‘bad guys’. Since this has been dealt with previously, what I will say is, good luck with that artillery battery that’s in range of your house.
Government establishes uniform weights and measures, to attempt to cut down on graft, theft and corruption by their Citizens, and their friends and neighbors…However, “Caveat Emptor” still applies.
Pretty simple. The legal term “fungible” was coined to describe the nature of an undifferentiated mass of product.
Government establishes a common and uniform medium of exchange, for the same reasons as #2.
See #2. Governments work very hard to keep their currencies from being counterfeited, for reasons that should be obvious.
Government sees to the maintenance of certain lines of communication, so that no area becomes too isolated.
Look around your house – if you didn’t grow it or dig it, every single thing in your house came from somewhere else, and it came over a line of communication (a road, an airport, a railroad or a seaport) that is almost certainly not maintained by you…your tax dollars, however, pay the people who do maintain those lines.
Government enforces only those “mala prohibita” laws sufficient to maintain #’s 1 – 4, and ensures that “mala in se” crimes are adjudicated fairly.
You and a couple of buddies are not “law enforcement officers” – you’re a lynch mob. Careful legal processes exist to adjudicate cases fairly, both for the safety of the community as a whole, as well as for your safety…if that’s a difficult concept, look up “Robespierre”.
Government collects reasonable taxes to make 1 – 5 function properly.
People really get hung up over this. Everyone hates taxes; it’s a thing. But the secret, dirty little truth is, people are happy paying what they see as “reasonable” taxes, if they think that the Government is spending those taxes wisely…As pointed out above, however, many people around the world most definitely do not think that they taxes are being spent wisely.
Government ensures, as far as possible, equality of opportunity…never – ever – equality of outcome.
This is another sticking point that many are encouraged to ignore. Governments can only provide “equality of opportunity”. It cannot give things away “for free”, simply because Government is a net consumer, not a net producer, and never has been. If a government “gives” you something, the government took it from someone else, likely under threat of violence. Even in the days when troops were paid with loot from conquered enemies, the expenditures the Government incurs are never recouped for at least a century…and it is the Citizenry that bears the costs.
Government ensures that monopolies are limited and strictly controlled.
This is Government’s primary failure, especially in the modern day, simply because there is far too much temptation in the amounts of money and potential pot-government sinecures that large businesses can dangle at Government officials…which is a fancy way of saying that “money corrupts”.
Reread the above, as many times as you need to…Then, sit down and read or listen to Sun Tzu – he did the work for you, c.2,500 years ago. The least you could do, is read him for free.

Nearly two thirds of America’s “top” 53 universities do not guarantee that students will be presumed innocent until proven guilty on misconduct charges, according to a new report from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression.
“Spotlight on Campus Due Process 2022” found that most colleges do not honor students’ basic rights in evaluating whether they have committed various serious offenses, including some instances of sexual misconduct, theft, alcohol violations, and property destruction.
AMERICANS REJECT TRANS-IDEOLOGICAL TEACHING IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS – By an overwhelming majority, a poll conducted by RMG Research shows that registered voters oppose public schools “teaching” children about changing their gender. 72 percent oppose teaching younger children this leftist gender ideology while 62 percent oppose teaching any child of any age they can choose their gender. 80 percent support parental consent if you are going to teach gender ideology to children.
Americans are waking up to the threat of transgender activism in schools. While President Joe Biden tries to tie school lunch money to transgender policies and Governor Gavin Newsom threatens to remove kids from their parents if the parents refuse to treat their boys like girls or vice versa, Americans know that schools should not indoctrinate kids with the noxious idea that biology means nothing.
Many on the Left support transgender lessons in school, oppose any idea of parental opt-outs, and vocally push unfettered childhood access to “treatments” that will leave kids stunted, scarred, and infertile. Yet new polling suggests that vast majorities of registered voters — in both parties — oppose transgender lessons in school and support parents’ rights to opt their kids out of any such lessons. Many also oppose transgender “treatments” for kids.
