On Monday, Panama authorities arrested a former member of the Colombian military wanted for questioning in connection with the assassination last year of Haiti president Jovenel Moise, two people familiar with the matter said.

The suspect, Mario Antonio Palacios, 43, was detained during a stopover of a flight on which he was being deported from Jamaica to Colombia, the sources said.

Haitian authorities have accused Palacios of forming part of a mercenary group that assassinated Moise in July in an assault on his residence, during which his wife was also wounded.

Palacios was detained during a stopover in Panama and asked to “voluntarily” board a flight to the United States, a Colombian immigration source said.

In case he resisted, Panamanian officials said they would enforce an Interpol red notice issued by the United States, which is in addition to one that Haiti had already issued, the source said.

Haiti has also issued an Interpol red notice for Palacios.

It was not clear if he had gone to the United States.

Public University Pays Professors to Make Lessons Woke

A public-funded university, the University of Memphis, is using those same public funds to pay college professors as much as $3,000 a class to pollute their teaching with anti-American wokism designed by privileged white professors and funded and enforced by billionaires and their international, unaccountable corporations for the purpose of destroying the Bill of Rights values of Americans so that corporations can more easily directly control us.

Of course, the DNC, the party, the new nation these collaborators and co-seditionists are ultimately building, is fully welcoming of an international corporate tyranny that forces DNC values on all Americans, in every part of every life where corporations control our sustainability.

Wokism, CRT, Social Justice, whatever you want to call the vehicle of power the DNC and its corporate collaborators is using, is a direct assault on the very notion of due process, rule of law, of a government bounded by the rights of its citizens, of a government OF the people, the whole people, equally, not diminished according to identity.
Wokism demands guilt first, with no hope of innocence, for no trial would be allowed, lest they platform undesirable opinions. Wokism, CRT, DNCism, is a direct assault on equality and justice, the very words it hides its racism and bigotry behind.

Wokism is violence and hate and sedition against the American way of life, a Bill of Rights Life, and the University of Memphis, funded by American tax dollars, is attempting to pay its professors to push that hatred and sedition into the hearts of our children, and it does so with impunity, in the land of the fleeing, it would seem.

NJ Law Protecting Public Officials Could Violate Freedom of Press, Speech

As is too often the case, when government attempts to create laws to protect government officials, it clashes with the rights of the American people. US District Judge Esther Salas’ son was murdered and her husband wounded when a gunman tracked down her home address and invaded her home, intending to kill her. He later killed himself. As a result, the Judge joined the effort to pass a law called Daniel’s Law, named after her son, The law passed in New Jersey and now the US Congress is considering creating a similar law.

The law makes it illegal to publish private information about public officials, but critics say the law is far too broad and offers far too little carve-outs to allow for basic gatekeeping journalism.

Every parent’s worst fear is losing a child. For U.S. District Judge Esther Salas and her husband, Mark Anderi, that horrific fear was realized on July 19, 2020.

That night, the couple were celebrating the 20th birthday of their son, Daniel, when a gunman posing as a delivery driver rang the doorbell of their New Jersey home. He shot Daniel to death and Anderi three times, wounding him. The gunman, a self-described “anti-feminist lawyer” named Roy Den Hollander, was found dead a day later with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

According to ABC News, Hollander, who had appeared in Judge Salas’ courtroom months earlier, had compiled a detailed dossier about the judge, her family and other people he wanted to kill, including at least one other judge. Hollander also published an autobiography online, in which he attacked Judge Salas’ ethnicity.

The tragedy motivated Judge Salas to push for passage of “Daniel’s Law,” which makes it a crime to publish the personal information of New Jersey judges and law enforcement officials. The proposal became law in the Garden State in November — and a similar proposal is making its way through Congress.
