iDOJ Shocked at Audits After Mass Mailer Election, Threatens States

The US inJustice Department has come out swinging against any opposition to the mass mailer election of 2020, aiming to quell efforts in other states to take a look under the mass mailer election hood of 2020.

The inJustice department were alarmed about the “unusual second round of examinations” attached to the 2020 mass mailer election. Remember folks, the key phrase we are repeating here is mass mailer election.

As we’ve said in other reports, the audits may or may not find anything, but they are irrelevant to the more pressing fact that we conducted a national election using a mass mailer to do it.

Here is an interesting chart from MIT that will show you what we mean:

From a previous high of 20% in terms of mail-in ballots in 2016, this election saw close to 50% all votes being conducted by mass mailer, more than doubling the previous high percentage. For the Justice Department, the inJustice Department, correalating an increase in post-election concern to this massive spike in vote-by-mail is either too difficult or too inconvenient in how it affects the political fortunes of the CCP-knock-off party, the DNC.

An inJustice Department mouthpiece ‘clarified’ to reporters the intent of the warning with this statement, “I think the reason we’re issuing this as guidance is to tell jurisdictions generally that we are concerned that if they’re going to conduct these audits … they have to comply with federal law. This document sets down a marker.”

This official issued this statement behind closed doors anonymously. No one from within the department has leaked the identity of the press whisperer.

The warning seems to be about sending a message to the states that the Feds will mess with their stuff through attempts to arrest or sue officials that might take part in one of these audits of a mass mailer election.

(note: to the usual crowd of DNCers in all your forms who might be righteously screaming right now, “It was a pandemic!”, that fact is irrelevant to the more pressing fact that we conducted a mass mailer election, no matter the reason, a method of voting that has no accountability and should be afforded no trust).

Let’s see what happens in “Red Country” in response to this not-at-all-veiled threat on states’ sovereignty.

Tony Podesta was facing serious prosecutorial threat for his role in the Russia hoax against then-President Trump, but, thankfully for him, we conducted a mass mailer election and voila we get Biden.

(note: we are not claiming Biden didn’t win the election, but we are claiming a mass mailer election is no election at all)

After the Biden mass mailer win, Podesta was still uncertain whether his allies in the DNC would yet not take advantage of his vulnerable position to cull him through prosecution.

Podesta, the brother of John Podesta, one of Barack Hussein Obama’s inner-circle political hatcketpeople (right next to the likes of Rahm Emmanuel), is now off the hook for sure, for sure, not because Federal prosecutors announced anything (they haven’t, and their silence is defeaning), but because he’s landed a sweet deal helping Huawei invade American lands, in service to a police state focused on destroying from within an American republic formed around the Bill of Rights and the principles that emerge from them.

Podesta has a long history of lobbying our government for China favor, and it is assumed he will fill that role for Huawei.

The admission of employment is the final symbol of approval he can receive from the DNC that they will indeed reward their soldier with a sweet monetary payoff thanks in large part to their frenemies and inspiration, the Chines Communist Party.

Biden Teases Vaccine Requirement Mandates from the Feds

At the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in McLean, Virginia, with Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines present, President Biden was asked if he would consider executing a Federal mandate on getting vaccines.

Biden responded to the question by saying, “that’s under consideration right now,” a move that is sure to ampify the tensions in this land even more than it already is if the Federal government claims to have such authority in the first place.

If he does, we are sure the next step will come from states not beholden to the party of total power, the DNC, who might very well pass laws expressly protecting its citizens from such assaults on liberty.

We are betting no such mandates will come, but rather, that it is telegraphing to the states inclined to make such decisions on their own, a move that is sure to affect those that live in what are colloquially referred to as blue states, but which we will call CCP-knock-off party controlled (that is, the DNC) states, or simply knock-off states.

We are not anti-vax here, but we are anti-mandate, for sure.

Pennsylvania Government School Counselors Want Your Children to Hate You and Your Country

The School Counselors Association of Pennsylvania just signalled its commitment to the perpetuation of racism and bigotry recently by coming out in support of Critical Race Theory being taught in classrooms.

First we were told that CRT is a legal standard only taught in law schools, so reports of CRT in our government-run schools were wild conspiracy theories. Then we were told that CRT is the only way to end racism in America, so anyone opposed to it is simply anti-racist.

As violent authoritarian types often do while they yet have lack of total monopolistic power, this group is appealing to actual injustices in the land to justify injustices that will soon outstrip the injustices they allege to be ending. They do this by failing to actually end the injustice they promise to end (as a matter of fact, they often excacerbate them, and we are sure this is what will happen here) WHILE adding more people to the rolls of injustice than were there before (as CRT most assuredly does).

Keep reading the Freedomist for more on CRT and the complexity of confronting a program of police-state control without undermining the parts of that program that might be beneficial to Americans, such as facing our sins, reporting on them, sharing them, and seeking to create more just societies that measure up to a Bill of Rights standard this nation-state has yet to fulfill, but has consistently been moving ever closer to fulfilling.

We won’t throw the baby out with the bathwater, and CRT does have contained within it some ‘babies’ we hope to keep.

The bottom line is that an ideological frame that assumes humans are reducible to melatonin, genitals, and sexual preference is scientifically, spiritually, morally, and ethicly unfit for government schools that are allegedly there, in part, to create good citizens in a Bill-of-Rights-based republican form of governance.

The bottom line is that telling children their nation is evil, telling children their skin and their relation to their genitals defines their worth in society is criminally vulgar and molests the children the state alleges to be serving and equipping. This, my friends, is the underlying dark flaw of CRT, and Pennsylvania School Counselors just made it known they stand for this molestation of children by the state.

China Downplays Latest Targeting of Citizens in Pakistan after Gun Attack

Yesterday, June 28th, 2021, a Chinese national was wounded after an attack was executed in Karachi, Pakistan. The assailant used a gun despite Pakistan’s strict antigun laws to target Chinese citizens for death as China is beginning to extend its presence into foreign lands that don’t appreciate Chinese imperialism any more than they appreciated American imperialism.

This news is not as significant as how China is responding to the action, choosing to brand this as an “isolated incident,” despite the recent bus bombing in the region of Kohistan, Pakistan. 9 Chinese nationals, all engineers, were killed in that attack.

This move, to this writer, seems to be more about the dome4stic audience at home than the audience abroad, especially the Pakistani one, as the CCP will have to use its media corporations (in the same way the DNC does here in America) to convince the Chinese whatever they need to convince them to push the narratives forward that keep them in power and extend it.

As more Chinese die in foreign lands as a result of Chinese imperialism, this effort will become increasingly difficult even for the CCP to manage.

It was the Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian who labeled the assault an “isolated” incident not indicative of any collective sentiment by the Pakistani people themselves.

Sherrod Brown Thinks Americans Are Too Stupid to Have Nice Things Like Cryptocurrency

The potential threat to the state (and by extension the corpostate that serves it and is protected by it) control over the means of value exchange, currency, that cryptoocurrency offers might be seen in the recent fear tactics being deployed by an American Senator, DNC-CCP Senator Sherrod Brown, who recently declared that cryptocurrencies are an existential threat to Americans’ economic security.

Speaking on the state of crytpocurrencies, Brown said the currencies weren’t real dollars, which is true, they’re not fiat-based (or debt-based, really, but we’ll leave that discussion for another time), and that these currencies put our real dollars at risk (as if the Bidenflation, that’s Biden’s inflation to the uninitiated, doesn’t do that and more).

He called the exchanges “a shady, diffuse network of online funny money.” He informed Americans, who he seems to view as being incapable of making decisions on their own despite being part of an alleged republican model of government that assumes such powers among the rank and file from the state, that “if we want a solution to Americans’ legitimate fears about our banking system, shady start-ups are not the answer.”

As an addendum, I should add that the RNC record on cryptocurrencies is not much better (if it is at all) than the DNC, and this point also adds to the assumption made by many (including this writer’s) that the RNC is token opposition to the DNC. So long as we Americans rely on these two parties for relief from state and corporate tyranny, we will lose, again, and again, and again, to the few elites who control the means of social and cultural production.

Twitter Nukes Audit Efforts on its CCP-Inspired Platform

Yesterday, Twitter made moves to seek to quell the resistance to the mass mailer election of 2020 when it moved to end the twitter presences of numerous accounts that had been sharing information about ongoing election audits around the country.

The move was made under the police-state-standard-favorite guise of preventing dangerous misinformation from being shared with the sheep-like, child-like public, a public that must be told what to think and how to think by the corporate executives all busy living hedonistic lifestyles of excess and entitlement from atop their mighty gated fortresses of power.

Among the casualties: The official @ArizonaAudit account, as well as the sharper @AuditWarRoom account, which provided a constant stream of attacks aimed at critics of the sham recount. The anonymous creator of the latter account was also behind several other now-suspended accounts: @AuditMichigan, @AuditWisconsin, @AuditNevada, @AuditGeorgia, @Audit_PA, @Audit_Arizona.

This move is yet more fruit of a nation-state controlled, legislated, and moralized by the corpostate that represents in almost complete unity the will of the party, the DNC, which seems to be more and more pulling its inspiration from the Chinese Communist Party, which expects its corporations to enforce and propagate its party values to the ‘customers’ it serves.

The age of customer and provider is over in America, as corporations now view true Americans, those that hold to the legal and spiritial principles of the Bill of Rights, as subhumans to be weeded out of their police-state-friendly gardens.

America held a mass mailer election, there is no need for an audit for there was no election, as mass mailer elections are unaccountable by their very nature, and no audit will change that fact, no matter the results it might allege to discover. How can you figure out the results of an election that has no accountability and measurability in it in the first place?

This writer cares little about the audits themselves, for the reason mentioned above, but I care greatly for the continued assumption of fact supremacism, of moral supremacism, that corpo-state billionaires and their cowardly hangers on wish to force on Americans, coercively, through the power of their monopolistic hold on the marketplace of commerce and ideas, and so should you.

A people cannot be free that are not self-sustaining. Where self-sustainability is dead, tyranny lives, and this, my friends, is where we live in current year.

Biden’s DOJ Drops Charges Against “Alleged” Chinese Spies

Biden’s DNC-infused and serving Department of Injustice is telegraphing to the world its alignment with the Chinese Communist Party by moving quickly to suppress the just efforts to bring to account the Chinese military researchers who violated American law and engaged in spying and espionage efforts to enrich the Chinese military, sworn enemy of the American way of life.

The Department of Injustice announced it will be dropping 6 cases against the Chinese spies that were headed to a California Federal Court, the Eastern District Court of California. In a statement given to the Washington Examiner, a DOJ (aka DNC) spokesperson, Wyn Hornbuckle, said,

“In all of our prosecutions, the Department of Justice evaluates the merits of a case as it prepares for trial. Recent developments in a handful of cases involving defendants with alleged, undisclosed ties to the People’s Liberation Army of the People’s Republic of China have prompted the department to reevaluate these prosecutions, and we have determined that it is now in the interest of justice to dismiss them.”

As the Washington Examiner highlighted, one such case involved a researcher named Tang Juan, who failed to disclose her military service in the People’s Liberation Army, an institution of anti-Americanism that is seeking to destroy our liberties from without and within. Even in 2020, before the Presidential Election, the DOJ apparently had DNC operatives that were pushing back against the Americans still occupying that institution, operatives who were claiming that her lack of mentioning her military service didn’t appear to be an example of intentional obstruction, but merely omission.

Tang’s defense lawyers told the court in a trial brief earlier this month that “there is dissension in the FBI’s own ranks” about the case against Tang. The lawyers pointed to an April 2021 draft analysis written by two FBI analysts titled “Defining the Extent of Obfuscation of Visiting Chinese Scholars’ Ties to the PLA.” The analysts suggested that the visa application’s military service declaration is potentially ambiguous, making it difficult to determine “whether obfuscation is intentional or for nefarious tech transfer purposes.”

The move by the DOiJ further underscores, in this writer’s opinion, the importance of the CCP to the DNC’s source of power in America and further erodes Americans’ confidence in a Justice Department limited by the Bill of Rights and working in the interests of a free American people.

Remington Folds, and Portends an Existential Threat to the 2A Through Corporate Fascism

The families of the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting that happened in 2013, leaving 26 dead, including 20 children, have sued the manufacturer of the rifle of that the shooter used to carry out the act.

That manufacturer was Remington, a once-legendary gun manufacturer that fell out of disfavor after gun owners came to conclude the quality of the product had gone done. The manufacturer is now bankrupt, but in an effort, it seems, to discharge its liabilities it is offering the families a collective settlement of $33 million.

There are nine families involved in this suit, meaning each family would get $3.7 million. The manufacturer filed its offer at the Waterbury Superior Court in Connecticut this past Tuesday, July 27th, 2021.

The move, if accepted, could have two potentially radically different outcomes, one which establishes gun manufacturing liability for improper use of firearms that brings harm to others, or one that takes the precedent potential off the table altogether by avoiding any precedent-setting outcome by the courts.

For the families, who have been propped up in large part by anti-gun activist groups, the temptation to settle might be significant, even if the people who brought them to the dance would be disappointed, as they are most assuredly seeking to set definitiive precedent in American legal jurisprudence that could effectively end gun manufacturing in America.

The battle for the war against guns is raging, most likely, between the material interests of these families and the police-state interests of the party Apparatchiks behind this lawsuit (at least as I see it).

The question is this, even if the families take the cash, will the settlement effectively end the threat to gun manufactuers in America or will it create a de facto chilling born from the lack of spinal conviction of corporate American leadership?

Given the trend in corporate America to constantly bend the knee to the most extreme DNC-infused anti-American, anti-human moral codes known to humanity today, this writer is more than concerned that a settlement in this case, just being offered, is already laying the groundwork not just for some gun manufactuers that are part of larger corporate conglomerates to shut down shop, at least to American retail consumers, but also to companies on whom these manufacturers rely on to produce and deliver that product, especialy in the financial sector, an industry that has already demonstrated its willingness to assault the Bill of Rights ‘legally’ through its monopolistic enforcement of DNC-values over American ones.

I am hoping the families are pressured to not settle and that they ultimately lose a lawsuit that should have never been allowed in the first place, though my faith such an outcome will happen in this anti-American climate is not great. Accepting a settlement will make the effort to destroy the 2nd Amendment through fascist corporatism will be a fait accompli, so we have nothing to lose, really in hoping they don’t settle, despite the lack of faith we might have that the courts will reflect American, as oppossed to DNC values.
