Bill Collier- The possibilities of a dark winter, driven by the totalitarian ambitions of the Party in power and by the new varieties of “the virus”, are becoming ever more probable. Stocking up on essentials and husbanding your resources and money for dark times is part of the necessity, but so also is building mutual support, even if informally, among your local family and friends.
It is time to fortify yourself so that, like a mighty fortress in a dark winter fastness, you and your family can thrive and endure the coldest and most forbidding environment.
We can anticipate stock market swings, supply shortages, increased pressures to conform to the new cancel culture of alt-gendered depravity, more lockdowns and restrictions, and deplatforming of dissent, all under the twin guises of public health and allegations that all dissent equals insurrection.
Who can you trust to help you and have your back? Where can you live if you lose job and income? Do you have 6 months worth of necessities? What happens if you can’t get new prescriptions filled? How will you power your home or cook food and stay warm if utilities fail? What will you do for water if the water supply fails? How will you protect yourself or where will you flee to if violent rioters invade your neighborhood? Will local officials and local police back your rights against state or federal edicts or will they support the assault on your rights?
If you are not asking and finding answers to these questions, then this winter could be rather dark and foreboding to you and the pressure to abandon any semblance of your Christian or Jewish, or Muslim, faith in favor of the alt-gendered hedonistic culture and its authoritarianism may be too great to bear.
Three things should be noted: this may not materialize, it may materialize only here and there and not everywhere (albeit randomly), and, come what may, it isn’t likely to endure for more than another 3-9 months from when it begins. The force and means required to maintain such a regimen of top-down control and contravention of basic human rights are beyond the means of the present ruling class. They can’t print enough money or buy enough gangster goons to keep the pressure up forever: their hope is that through top-down imposition people will adopt their “new” barbaric ways and no longer need to be coerced so strongly.
The more prepared people are, the more connected to other people, the more likely this scenario will either fail to materialize or the shorter it will last once it begins.
A dark winter is very possible and the necessity to prepare and to intentionally connect to other people has never been greater in modern history.
Western Civilization is now old and decrepit, it has advanced to a stage of moral and spiritual decline from which no civilization can recover, and all the signs of its depraved corruption are abundantly clear to any discerning student of history. Those who imagine they can save this civilization and its sociocultural, socioeconomic, and political structures or even its religious and familial institutions from further breakdown and ruin are sadly ignorant of the cycles and patterns of history.
A “world-as-spoil” mentality and a growing inequality of wealth distribution coupled with increasing command and control, top-down hierarchical diktat over intimate affairs of life once of no concern to such authorities, are transforming the entire society into an authoritarian madhouse to most morally and intellectually honest people. All of this has been oft repeated by every dead civilization that ran its course. Their brittle, fragile societal structures and institutions appeared strong against the common person, but any major natural or man-made challenge sweeps them aside and leads to the end of their proper functioning.
As with every old civilization, the more true and honest souls who deeply revere the pure spiritual essence which once animated that civilization seek to return it to these noble roots and re-found it through reformation and purification of its institutions. While this is a losing battle, the efforts either fail totally and their progenitors suffer the wrath of the morally depraved rulers of that civilization’s institutions or they inadvertently sow the seeds of a new civilization.
Never before in human history has one civilization spanned so much territory as Western Civilization or influenced or infected so many other civilizations with its spirit and its corruption. Today, while Western Civilization has itself become a top-down, corporate and government partnership imposing an increasingly depraved sociocultural worldview and lifestyle throughout its realm, it is also infecting others and using the might of its universal empires, America and the European Union, to punish those powers that refuse to bow to its rainbow gods and its global governance.
We can say that the collapse of Western Civilization will drag almost the entire globe into chaos and upheaval, leading to economic ruin, political chaos, and likely military conflict, among other destabilizing events. The institutions and powers of Western Civilization have their claws in every other country on the planet, thanks in part to a global trade system that has rendered every country interdependent of the rest of the planet and acutely connected to all the vicissitudes impacting any major power.
The fall of the West could take decades, or even a few more centuries, though any major catastrophic event at any time could unravel its sociocultural, socioeconomic, or political institutions within weeks or months. These institutions are already brittle and weak, hence the overreaction and puffed-up arrogance of their leaders who are drawn to authoritarianism like flies to honey. It is over compensation for inner weakness these leaders sense but dare not vocalize.
But regardless of the timline for the physical collapse of every Western power and institution, real ruin and collapse of services and trust, both essential to support individuals and families, is already being felt by a strong plurality of people. As for those whose spiritual and moral values more closely resemble to heritage of the progenitors of Western Civilization, they cannot recognize the present society as anything connected to those ancient values. The very essence of the present society is overtly hostile to the values and traditions present only 50 or so years past and anyone who is older remembers a life that cannot see any trace of that life in the present culture.
Basically, for anyone who still has affection and loyalty to the Judeo-Christian essence of the old civilization finds the present society an affront, a hostile threat, to their values and way of life. For them, if civilization itself is a spiritual and moral reality that nurtures the individual, marriage, faith, family, and community, then it is said that civilization has already collapsed and only a lifeless corpse artificially animated through sheer unnatural force remains.
It is precisely this stage of ruin, evidenced by spiritual and moral depravity, that sees the first signs of the seeds of a new civilization emerge, usually and ironically, among those who tend to wish to revive the old civilization and return it to its roots. The new often emerges within the old through a process known as “withdrawal and advance” whereby the harbingers of the new withdraw into their own sociocultural and socioeconomic structures and communities only to advance after the collapse furthers its negative impact on people’s lives.
Those who build new relationships, associations, communities, structures, and then whole institutions around what become the essentials of the new civilization actually tend to become the progenitors of the ruling class which will stand atop the edifice of the new civilization that must follow. When a small plurality of people both realize the present society is itself a threat to their way of life and that they have the means to erect their own alternative structures to protect their lifestyle and provide for their needs, they begin an internal exile of sorts which disconnects them from the systems of control that rule the old civilization.
This process of withdrawal to advance is as old as civilization itself and seems to be the first step toward surviving past through and past the period of decay. Even as, for those who embrace faith and family as the foundation of life itself, the old civilization has already failed and its structures have already become alien and hostile, the seeds of a new civilization have already begun to sprout.
What follows the collapse of civilization as many once knew it is the early emergence of the alternative associations and structures by which individuals can maintain the ancient ways and shield themselves from the attention and interfere of the old and decadent institutions. It is irony itself that the people who keep trying to redefine sociocultural norms in a manner they perceive to be necessary, evolutionary, modern innovations are in fact reviving a pre-civilizational culture of savage, hedonistic barbarity. They represent the dark past, not the glorious future they pretend to represent.
Blurring the lines of gender and divorcing marriage as an institution of progenation and sociocultural interdependence to render it merely a contract of mutual pleasure-making and transient feelings of fleeting erotic-romantic affection, are the ways of savage uncivilized people. They are the ways of the past, always revived when a civilization is in decline and ruin.
The other irony of times like these is that those deemed backwards and who it is said are clinging to the past, no longer modern or progressive, actually represent the future and the seeds of a new civilization which will transced the old.
The collapse of Western Civilization is aleady well underway and the first signs of rebellion against its morally and spiritually depraved ruling class with their barbaric uncivilized culture are already also present. The new will emerge among the heroic progenitors of a new people and new structures which have deeper spiritual roots in ancient ways.
The progenitors of the new, as pioneers of the first new people or peoples whose inner convictions revive but modernize the ancient ways, will tend over time to survive and thrive, seemingly untouched as the impacts of the collapse hurt many people around them. The old will continue its ruin and those who imagine they represent the future by adopting its depraved cultural norms will feel the sorrowful and painful impact that befalls such a people who defy the eternal laws of cause and effect.
On one hand, and all around, spiritual and moral depravity leads to socioeconomic and physical tragedy for more and more lives. On the other hand, and within and among them, a new people or peoples coalesce around new alternative structures and, despite persecution and marginalization, ultimately experience thriving abundance.
Ruination and tragedy on one hand seems to prevail as most people adopt the uncivilized sociocultural norms being imposed by a corrupt ruling class. But on the other hand abundance and prosperity emerge within alternative structures and communities animated by what will become the spiritual essence of the new civilization.
Those who have clear eyes to see that the modern innovations aren’t progress but a regression to barbaric and dark times of ruin will tend to embrace the new and, as new structures emerge, here and there, they will shift their loyalty from the old standards to the new banners of unity. The emergence of the new civilization may look like a sort of renewal of the ancient ways, albeit in a modern adaptation, but it becomes a further advancement of human civilization itself, a next evolution toward a better future of abundance and happiness.
The ancient ways show us the future and next evolution of society, the modern innovations which are divorced from those ways are merely a throwback to pre-civilizational savagery. People who seriously debate or are confused by gender identity are not civilized in an advanced way, they have become barbaric savages driven by animal lusts and instincts that defy the laws of Creation itself to their own hurt and shame.
In advanced civilization, the great questions are centered around what the laws of creation truly are, but in savage times, especially the latter days of a doing civilization, the very notion such laws exist is questioned or, even if they may somewhat be acknowledged, the “great” questions center around WHY the Creator made or allowed those laws. Why would the Creator punish people for not serving or loving them and why would they create people even capable of defying those laws knowing the consequences to those people?
Asking unlearned questions without an answer any human can give is in fact fostered by the culture of a barbaric society that can’t be bothered with truth or practical wisdom, with laws of cause and effect as they actually are and which we cannot control or question. The deeper question is not “why did the Creator make this so” but “what is so and how can I use these laws of cause and effect to avdance my own life?”
An advanced civilization is not interested in the inner psychic satisfaction of individuals in ever-learning and debating without coming to knowledge so much as understanding the laws of Creation and avdancing the physical and mental as well as eternal well-being of each individual. When one ceases the advancement toward true enlightenment as to the laws of creation, the habit is to pursue mental gymanistics and doubts that avail nothing of concrete good.
Why does the Creator allow this or that and why are people who defy the Creator and Creation’s laws punished? These are interesting questions some may from time to time ponder, but the answer is inscrutable. Those who obsess over them have little time to seek true and practical knowledge that tends toward wellness and happiness.
Understanding the way of Creation is not easy, it is as if it wasn’t meant to be this way, which may lead one to ask why this is. Why didn’t the Creator make these things more clear, why even are the ancient sacred Scriptures so demanding of spiritual and mental maturity and disciplined study and why are these things so easily misunderstood and misrepresented?
Again, this is an interesting and entertaining exploration, but if it prevents a person from actually exploring the way things are in order to utilize that wisdom for practical ends, then this question will have to become of minor importance.
All the questions of “why did the Creator do or not do thus and so” have their place, but they lack depth and substance if the desire is to thrive both in this world and the world to come. The focus on non-essentials which replace essential and practical questions of human action and interaction is par for the course of a dying civilization and a moribund culture.
Advanced civilization succeeds largely to the degree it answers “what are the laws of Creation and how can we use them” as opposed to “how dare the Creator make such laws!” The progenitors of the new civilization begin to rebel against and disavow the sociocultural norms of the old, which have devolved to questions that do not profit the individual and which cannot be answered by mortals. The heroes of advancement and renewal tend to focus on the actual laws of nature and of nature’s God and how best to profit from this in this life and the next.
The old devolves and calls it progress, the new seems to look backwards but advances to new heights never known by humanity until now. This remains a humor of history.
There are real reasons to be circumspect and careful during these interesting times of historical transfiguration, but for those who first see and embrace the ways of the new civilization, there is no real need to fear or feel doom and foreboding. The old civilization and its structures will present real challenges and troubles, but their entire basis defies the laws of Creation, therefore they will eventually falter and fail. The new civilization has its basis in the laws of Creation and as its alternative structures emerge they will become more and more impervious to the attentions of the old and corrupted structures.
A new civilization is upon us and within some of us, those with an advanced wisdom and purity of heart who alone during such times can see past the endless and troubling noise of a dying and depraved culture and its illogical and barbaric propaganda. In our lives and on our lands, among our people and alternative structures and communities, the blessings and prosperity which accompany advanced civilizations will be felt and experienced regardless of what the surrounding society experiences.
PGC – “Intelligent” drones run a quick diagnostic of the state of humans at a given scene. This data is beyond instantly filtered back and analysed by a team of deep learning ai machines, which, beyond instantly, give instructions as to mode of operation to assume next, not a complex list of commands, just an operational directive with parameters assigned.
These drone quickly identify the particular type of people the operators, owners of the drones have assigned them to identify, and for what purpose. Drones then rush in to do what has to be done to whom, according to the parameters of the operation given to them by higher up AI who received their orders from a small council of humans who determined what kind of humans are desirable and what kind of humans are not.
This scenario is most likely already here, but if you doubt it, the Czech are publicly releasing a project alleged to have created drones with brains, drones that can identify people who might be fighting or injured or whatever, though the story doesn’t bother to explore the possible beyond the narrative given them from the Czechs themselves.
Many of the liberty-shielding standards in America simply don’t exist in Europe, so we can expect Europe to be the immediate laboratory of how to integrate police state control into current year tech opportunities. Whatever works in Europe, narratives will begin to form in America that support the kind of stories of fear it would take to convince Americans to accept yet another invasion on their liberties.
Fights and injuries occurring inside large groups of people could soon be easier to detect, thanks to a new Czech-developed crowd surveillance system that analyses drone footage via the use of neural networks.
The innovative new system was developed through a joint research programme between the Brno University of Technology and the Czech Police, who have increasingly turned to drones to monitor large crowds in recent years.
Existing drones, however, are nowhere near as efficient as they could be, according to David Bažout, a fresh graduate from the university’s Information Technology faculty.
PGC – There is yet another social media app coming on board to join the not-at-all-saturated-and-dominated market. That app is called Gossip. The app does this, by the CEO’s own words:
“Our product allows users to create and share short voice stories (30s or less) that expire every 7 days – because who wants to listen to the old stuff?”
The app itself is interesting in its temporality, not that you will be immune from archiving if you use this app, but the spirt of the creation itself could be there for what the CEO would hope to be its vast majority audience.
These are two spirits, as I see them, brevity and temporailty.
The spirit of brevity, matches the age we are currently in as far as our primary means of regular communication, and the spirit of temporality, a spirit I would argue we live in though we have strong veneers of the eternal thjat cut us from seeing the nature of the things we create in current year, that awful reality we so desperately want to avoid looking at.
To die is to live, to live is to die.
The app itself is interesting enough to warrant some coverage, but this quote from the CEO is what interested me in writing about this:
“Most of the time the content we are listening to augments our perception of reality.”
Words create internal patterns that set, what I call, our heuristical institutional patternings, our habits of action and supposition that guide and compel us through the overwhelming majority of the actions we take, be it thinking or dialing a number.
This is a recognition of the assumptions of many philosophers regarding the nature of being, whether it is an internal imagining, and thus the place for investigation, or the fruit of an external happening, and thus making the external the place for the investigation into the nature of being.
Of course, there are many hybrids of these assumptions and one would guess, perhaps, that this CEO of Gossip might very well one of these hybrids, those that dance between the internal possible and external possible of being. Plato, it could be argued (and has) had his own balancing act he held between the nature of being, which was not purely logical, observational, nor was it relative, there were absolutes.
Plato’s absolutes are ideals that you don’t dare define too particularly lest you become reduced by them until you no longer exist in them, they wholly exist in you.
So, if our Gossip CEO does reside somewhere in the midst of the internal and the external as to the origin of selfness within our observational senses, then I give this project a good chance of succeeding, but if the CEO is all-too-external-assuming, then Gossip will meat the heavy maw of moral authority in short order.
The reason I put him in this category is because of his quote, where he refers to the content outside the self as an augmentation to our reality, but not the full definer of it. This does not mean, from one quote, you can deduce this man walks between internal and external, it only means he said nothing in this interview to suggest otherwise, and that quote perfectly sums up the position he seems to take.
This is very important for a small start-up with a CEO willing to put his narrative on their brand. The idea itself is snapchatty, but perhaps the longer life will attract people that will do what he seems to hope the app will do for people, create good ephemera that can help their bodies calibrate positively in the world around them. If your content is affirming, your day just might be affected by that pattern as well.

PGC – It’s not enough to be owned by your dependence on centralized systems, these same sources of central power now want your dependence on their platforms to offer them more than merely control through dependency on your life. The data you produce in how you execute your dependency on these centralized systems is well-documented thanks to the mostly digital manifestations and augmentations that human action is now expressed through.
This means that Google and Facebook and Amazon know enough about you to pretty much put you in any algorthm they want to determine your worth according to a system’s design. If your system wants to figure out whose going to live longer to offer more insurance, these guys can get you that information.
If your system wants to figure out whose the more viable money merchant, who has consistent financially ‘responsible’ behavior, these guys can tell you that as well. Given the fact that all of these companies have agreed in whole or in part to the code of race, gender, sexuality supremacisn, it reasonable to assume that such assessments of credit worthiness won’t be merely based on your direct financial action, but your political, your religious ones as well.
The article from Bloomberg holds this up as a good heads up for Financial Institutions, to get on board the social media data mining gravy trane where you get to assess the worth of human beings according to their interactions on platforms that are highly regimented and exclusive in who or what they allow on their platforms in the first place.
Get in on that sacred code, banks, so you can find out more and more about the people you will soon be banning from life because of their lack of moral plum by your strictly enforced moral supremacist standards.
Why should banking watchdogs worry about the consumer internet? The answer, as researchers have been warning for some time, lies in their “DNA loop,” shorthand for data, network, activity. It’s a powerful circuit, which regulators must be prepared to break if they want to stop the next financial crisis in time.
The original data about consumers may come from e-commerce, social media or online searches; nothing to do with money. But in an ever-expanding successful network, it becomes easy to mine disparate bits of information to map users’ repayment behavior, and set up lending operations to exploit that knowledge. User activity on payment and loan platforms generates yet more data.
PGC – CNN continues to use its considerable power and advantage to target everyday Americans for economic destruction should they dare oppose CNN’s manner of conducting business, which is to essentially become a DNC propaganda machine using increasingly violent and divisive rhetoric in clear efforts to trigger violent thoughts and action to anyone who cares to pay attention.
That same CNN has decided to dox a private citizen they claim is sharing “medical misinformation.” They’ve already conditioned the perpetually angries among us that minformation is just as bad as the worse sin you could ever commit if you could hope to be considered human, being racist.
Misinformation usage will be called a dog whistle of white supremacism soon enough, with the definition of mininformation, again, being declared by the most powerful of power among us, the few that control our state, our markets, our culture, our schools.
Using this epithet, it was easy enough for CNN to whip its minions into a frenzy to do what the angries do, rip their neighbors to shreds to feel better about their own moral standing in an authoritarian land.
CNN showed up at his office. CNN showed up at his house. CNN eventually hunted him down on a bike ride.
[We wanted to ask him] about the misinformation he’s been posting like masks don’t work, vaccines can be dangerous, and vitamin C or D can prevent or treat the coronavirus.
And now, CNN gets to gloss over this story so as to protect the enforcers from having to look at the metaphorical dead body they just about already created. This doctor will have his whole life destroyed, economically and socially, by the angries that these DNC war machines mostly created, agnries who will do what they have to do to satisfy the great god ba’al that is CNN, a god that demands you sacrifice your children to appease him.
Feeling hatred for your fellow man is the surest sign you’re a corpo-woketarianz, of the CNN and Google and DNC variety.
PGC – A move by YouTube to drop a local county government city council meeting being held on the platform further illustrates the real power advantage the digital service has over even our own sovereign governments, from local to national.
The move was made because they allegedly shared misinformation regaumrding the Covid-19 vaccine and treatment of the virus. The term misinformation should come to mean “outside the orthodoxy of the cabal of government, social, market, and media leaders have agreed to universally enforce.”
Despite unblocking and attempting to walk back the block, YouTube just gave more governments, not just American ones, more incentive to create laws to combat the power the platform seems to want to take over the governments of the world.

PGC – Alibaba is letting the world know that things don’t look so great there in Xi land, as Chairman Xi finds himself having to pay for an inordinate amount of catastrophic loss and repair in the wake of numerous dams breaking throughout the country.
Such catastrophes are just the latest in a series of bad events for Chairman Xi, not the least of which is what the Chinese really remember about just how Xi handled the crackdown at the initial surge of the Coronavirus.
He has little choice but to reign in the glorious images that might compete with him in charismatic leadership. Those images are largely the new billionaires the Chinese compromise with Capitalism has created. Now, the party must end for the sake of the party, for the glittering billionaires must be diminished and put to heel, else talk swirls around a new priest-king to lead the people into the true mandate of heaven, a mandate Xi appears to have lost.

PGC – On its face, Apple’s decision to scrub the phones owned by other people looking for inappropriate photos beneath the age of consent might seem like a great idea, but is there risk to giving a company such a power as this? PGC – China is leading the way in loneliness tech, it seems. Many Chinese look forward to going home to be welcome and safe, like anyone else does throughout human history.
