THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAS DEVOLVED INTO AN EXISTENTIAL THREAT AGAINST THE BILL OF RIGHTS IF NOT THE ENTIRE COUNTRY ITSELF

For Freedomists, a fundamental principle of freedom is liberty. There are three core freedom principles: virtue, liberty, and independence. Democrats defy and betray all three principles but their war against freedom has a strong emphasis on a war on liberty.

In terms of virtue, they push an alt-gendered hedonistic anticulture and seem hell-bent for leather to eliminate the Christian witness from public life and even to make the private practice of the historic Christian faith difficult. It is clear, they don’t merely desire to ALLOW for alternative sociocultural norms among willing participants, they demand to impose their alternative as a new normal and to persecute those who refuse to bow and submit to their anticulture.

Civic and moral virtue predicated upon the Judeo-Christian historic traditions and orthodoxy are essential to the very nature of this country and drove America over the past almost 250 years along an arc of history tending toward maximum freedom and equal justice for every single human being in this land.

The Democrats push the alt-gendered rainbow fascist anticulture as their wicked and perverse alternative to the Judeo-Christian sociocultural norms and pretend their depravity is virtue and progress when in truth it is a moral failing that would lead to the collapse of our birthrate and the literal collapse of our country within one or two generations.

To be clear, it is one thing to say people can choose a culture and way of life that wouldn’t be defined as Judeo-Christian or even heteronormative and should not be shunned or punished for doing so. But Democrats want to make this the new normal and shun and shame, cancel and even outlaw, those who remain true to what may be called the Judeo-Christian historic orthodoxies or the heteronormative family tradition. Democrats use corporations, the press, and platforms but also government and government-run entities, like schools and the three letter agencies, to harass and otherwise make life difficult for those who refuse to bend to their “new normal.”

In terms of independence, their top-down global corpostate semi-planned economy and their penchant for using climate change to make people slaves to “one big system” sbows their hatred for the material independency of the People in their homes and communities from all corporate and government control. For instance, electric cars are not really your property: they can be remotely shut off, they cannot be repaired by you, and unless you plug into a centrally controlled power grid you cannot even power them. This is One Big System (OBS) and leads to the demise of personal material independency.

None of the Democrats’ proposals to “combat climate change” in any way promote or provide for sustainability and alternative renewable energy at the level of individual homes and local communities wherein the material structures are owned by individuals and small groups at the community level. Mega globalist corporations will exclusively profit and the systems creates are all OBS top-down systems that deny the individual a path toward material independency.

Many Freedomists do not disparage the idea of promoting sustainability, alternative energy, renewables (especially locally sourced), or the need to care for our environment and address potential human impact on the climate. What we insist on is a house portable and house affordable solutions wherein most of the new infrastructure is privately owned by individuals and small and independent cooperatives at the community level, even if states or the Federal government provide tax incentives of subsidies and even if the Federal government provides research with the resulting patents being free to use by all Americans but only by Americans.

The near-monopoly corporations, the platforms that censor everyone outside the corpostate narrative, and the gross top-down economics that strip individuals, families, and communities of material independency are also treasonous against the nature of this country. The fact that mostly due to Democrats the average person, family, and community are not almost wholly governed through freewill participation among people who are themselves largely materially self-sustaining is evidence of a long-term conspiracy against freedom by this authoritarian Party.

It is true Democrats defy and hate virtue and independence founded as they are upon the Judeo-Christian moral and cultural tradition, against which they declare themselves enemies. But their wanton assualt on liberty is most pernicious becuase with liberty the average person could defy and avoid the consequences of their war on virtue and independence.

With liberty, we can all get along regardless of our individual stances on things like virtue and independence, and people creating their own new normal doesn’t mean others in any way are forced into choosing between submitting to that new nornal or being discriminated against or outright being persecuted. One may not necessarily agree with or want to follow the Judeo-Christian sociocultural and moral tradition or embrace virtue and independence as we do to be an American.

We should never, ever define being an American along the lines of race, ethnicity, ancestry, or creed but, rather, as a strict adherence to a strong devotional commitment toward upholding and defending liberty for every single human beung in this land and against all hazards, foreign or domestic, official or unofficial.

Without a strict and literalist attachment to the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights it is impossible, in our view, for one to truthfully call themselves as an American. People of all religions or no religion and all creeds and persuasions or identifies of any kind can all come together within the context of a free and pluralistic society of equals if at the least they embrace and fiercely defend liberty for every single human being without exception.

We define liberty in terms of the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights. This is where Democrats clearly show how anti-freedom, and therefore anti-American they truly are. The original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights is blurred by false and childish associations with the hypocrisy of those founders who owned slaves, but the value of the Bill of Rights is that by adopting them the founders made the ending of slavery as an institution inevitable.

The original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights is defined by the founders in many quotes and writings, including both the Federalist snd anti-Federalist papers and in any understanding of the very words as commonly used in the 18th century. For instance, the word “regulated” meant “supplied”, not regulated as we use the term today, hence the Democrats false interpretation of the meaning of “well regulated militia” is itself treasonous against the Bill of Rights and should be treated as a ghastly perversion bordering on a criminal act against this country.

Democrats wage war on religious freedom, freedom of assembly, freedom of speech and of the press, the right to keep and bear arms, and every other right enumeratedm They attempt to propose false rights, like a right to not be offended or social justice, to decrease or eliminate other rights. They are behaving like a mafia organization, not a legitimate political party. This is not just a political disagreement! We see this assault on the Bill of Rights and this denial of their original spirit and intent as treasonous by its nature.

The effect is to overthrow our government of the People and turn it into a corpostate authoritarian and one-party regime that no longer had the essential character of being an American Union of sovereign People and member republics.

We would like to see investigations into the ongoing insurrection and rebellion against these United States of America and our Constitution, especially a conspiracy to essentially terminate the Bill of Rights, being waged by the Democratic Party.

Foreign capture of that Party by a globalist corpostate establishment and kowotowing to China’s communist Party and Iran’s Mullahs also remain questionable and worthy of investigation. The Democrats perhaps want to be like these tyrants and their rabid hatred of Putin feels more like jealousy of the kind of power he has and his unwillingness to make deals with them like China and Iran do.

(Note: Putin, China, and Iran should ALL be treated as rogue states and all ties with all three ought to be severed as much as is practical and all efforts to foment regime change short of starting a war ought to be considered.)

The apparent amount of treason in the Democratic Party against our Bill of Rights especially is rife and starts from Biden down to every County level Democratic Party entity.

Democrats are, as a whole, earnest and decent exceptions aside, a party of authoritarianism, anticulture, and treason against the Bill of Rights, which they hate almost as much as they hate the Bible. They are, no doubt, more loyal to the likes of the Rockefellers and the Klause Schwabs of this world than their own country.

Just because one is a Democrat doesn’t mean they are bad people, but most of the worse kind of people, like felons, the Chinese Communists, and child groomers, would prefer Democrats win and most of the topmost leaders of the Party are corrupt, immoral, perverts who graft from the taxpayers and violate their oath of office with an ethically “criminal” intent.

Whoever denies the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights and tries to re-read them in a way that increases government power and decreases the sovereignty of the People is an enemy of America and should not even be called an American, regardless of their citizenship.

Note also: we Freedomists consider the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights to both be the litmus test for who we consider being an American and is also the primary standard of liberty which should be used in every single country on this planet, without exception, because these are basic God-given human rights. Laws against these rights, such as Germany’s anti self-preservation gunphobe laws, are illegal themselves.

On the other hand, even an illegal alien who agrees to honor and uphold liberty according to the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights ought to be considered more of an American than almost every Democrat who, as a collective whole, despise the Bill of Rights.

The Bill of Rights is the litmus test for treason. Everyone who in an official capacity seeks to undermine liberty according to the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights is a traitor and should be removed from office and have their citizenship stripped for at least 7 years. And everyone who argues against and denies the clear original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights should at least be considered a collaborator with traitors.

Republicans should, if they gain power, use that power relentlessly and without giving quarter, to thoroughly expose, confront, and demand the prosecution of Democrats, or Republicans, who violate their oath of office ESPECIALLY in reference to the Bill of Rights. Republicans should propose a law that states the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights and that provides for removing anyone from office who is found to have violated the Bill of Rights in their official capacity.

If you as an elected official or bureaucrat propose a law, policy, or regulation that would violate the rights of the People according to the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights you should, if found guilty, lose your office and/or job and have your rights to vote or run for office removed for seven years. Just as we prosecute people who violate people’s civil rights, we should prosecute anyone, including politicians, bureaucrats, and corporations, that violate the liberty of the People. Under such terms, there would be no Democratic Party as we know it because almost all of them violate the liberty of the People every day by their venal acts and proposals.
