Biden’s Banking Blowup and the Bailout Fix That Might Make it Worse – A Report

BANK FAILS SHAKE UP THE BIDEN ECONOMY – The second largest banking failure in U.S history occurred on March 10, 2023 when the favored bank of Tech start up venture capitalists went bankrupt. Silicon Valley Bank went bankrupt after a bank run precipitated by the selling off of bank stocks by the leadership of the bank, along with news that it had lost billions of dollars selling now nearly-worthless 10-year treasury bonds it had invested the bulk of its deposits in.

This led to a bank run, which began on Wednesday prior, culminating in long lines outside the physical location of the bank by depositors wanting to get their money out a sinking ship. This failure was followed by the third largest banking failure in U.S. history, the closing of Signature Bank, a bank that had once banned the account of former President Donald J. Trump. The question is whether the bank fails have stopped or only getting started.

BIDEN CREATES NEW LAW DECLARING DEPOSITORS TO BE PROTECTED IN RECENT BANK FAILS – President Joe Biden recently revealed in a statement to the nation that offered no press opportunities for questioning that his administration would protect the deposits of everyone entangled in the recent bank failures of Signature and Silicon Valley Banks. Defying rule of law, he declared that depositors with even more than $250,000 deposited (the legal Federal limit on bank deposit protections) will get all of their money back. While he pledged this would not be a bailout that would reward the leaders of the banks that failed, he made no mention of how the government could get back the millions in bonuses and stock sell-offs the leaders of these banks have already made. He also pledges somehow U.S. Taxpayers won’t be on the hook for this bailout that is not a bailout.

BIDEN’S BANKING BLOWUP BAILOUT CULTIVATING UNSECURED BANKING PRACTICES – After President Joe Biden announced plans for the federal government to back up bank deposits over $250,000 in the risk-seeking bank Silicon Valley Bank, experts are pointing out that such a move will only cultivate higher risks both from banks and the depositors that choose them. Knowing the loss will be covered by the Federal government, the depositor will see no reason to not bank with one of these high-risk, high-reward-promise banks, which will lead to the proliferation of more unstable practices in the banking industry as a whole.

A research fellow in economics for The Heritage Foundation, St. Onge, said of Biden’s move, “If the administration gets away with this, then we are going to start moving into a world where bankers, where Wall Street, feels like they can take any risk they like, because this is all going to get bailed out because you’ve got these human shield.”

More importantly, those who flourish under such a corrupt system will be directly beholden to the Democratic Party, whose stranglehold on power through mass mailer elections must be maintained in order for these corrupt “capitalists (CINOS, Capitalists in Name Only) to continue to exploit such a dangerous marketplace.

ARE THE BANK COLLAPSES AN OP TO SIEZE CONTROL OF AND POLITICIZE AMERICA’S FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS – A segment on Tucker Carlson asks the question, “What does the Federal Government hope to get out of [the bailout]?” Tucker posits the DNC-controlled Feds gain two things, one is an opportunity to inject more DNC-engineered anti-American woketarianism into the system and two is an opportunity to consolidate regional banks into the larger banks, making it easier for a few bankers to enforce DNC law on Americans than it is for the DNC to control many bankers, some of which might reject their hostile assault on the American republic. Tucker said, “Remember that after 2008, the Obama administration, Eric Holder swooped in and imposed DEI, diversity, equity and inclusion standards on the entire financial sector, and that’s one of the main reasons our big banks are now increasingly incompetent and one of reasons Americans are so divided by race. Ideologues who used the 2008 bank bailout to kill American meritocracy, that’s a big step, mostly unacknowledged, but we are living with its consequences. So, you have to ask yourself, what are they going to do this time?”

DNC SENATOR LOOKS TO BIG TECH TO PROTECT THE PARTY FROM “MISINFORMATION” ON BANKING COLLAPSE – Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) asked government officials from the Federal Reserve, Treasury, and FDIC (Federal Deposit and Insurance Corporation) if they had a plan to censor information that might counter whatever narrative the DNC wants pushed in relation to Biden’s banking blowup. He was exposed by Republican congressmembers who were on the call, with U.S. Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) saying “On our conference call, led by [Senate President Chuck] Schumer, with Fed, FDIC, and Treasury, a democrat senator asked the three agencies if there was a program underway on social media to censor information that would lead to a bank run.”

Senator Mark Kelly denied the claims, saying he was only asking about “foreign adversaries” spreading misinformation and protecting against that. But remember, this is a party that calls loving the Constitution a dog whistle for white supremacism. To them, Americans ARE the foreigners, as manifest in the Twitter files that exposed the scare tactic of foreign misinformation spreading to ban American citizens from social media platforms.

Researchers Claim They Have Perfected Perfectly Secured Communications

Researchers from the University of Oxford and Carnegie Melon University claim to have created a completely secure method of digital transmission. The technique hides the intended content within other content in a way, they claim, cannot be detected. They use a technique called steganography, which involves sharing sensitive content within innocuous content. Up to now, the insertion of the sensitive data into the innocuous data creates enough of a change in the innocuous data that the cloaking can be detected.

The algorithm applies to a setting called steganography: the practice of hiding sensitive information inside of innocuous content. Steganography differs from cryptography because the sensitive information is concealed in such a way that this obscures the fact that something has been hidden. An example could be hiding a Shakespeare poem inside an AI-generated image of a cat.

Despite having been studied for more than 25 years, existing steganography approaches generally have imperfect security, meaning that individuals who use these methods risk being detected. This is because previous steganography algorithms would subtly change the distribution of the innocuous content.

To overcome this, the research team used recent breakthroughs in information theory, specifically minimum entropy coupling, which allows one to join two distributions of data together such that their mutual information is maximized, but the individual distributions are preserved.

ED.NOTE: Whenever one sees reports of perfect encryption, a healthy dose of skepticism is in order. It remains to be seen whether these researchers can further demonstrate the efficacy of their claims, but I have little doubt the advances tilt the balance of power towards anonymous, secure communication, though perhaps that goal is ultimately beyond our capacity.

If, indeed, they have stumbled upon the holy grail of secure encryption, the race to secure the technology and prevent it from reaching the general public is on. Hopefully, there are open source advocates working to duplicate this type of work, preventing it from being cut off from regular Americans behind Intellectual Property walls.

UK Ponders Bill Making it Illegal to Even Believe in Abortion Outside Murder Centers

England is becoming a horror show of anti-Christ, anti-human ideological cultism manifesting itself in the worship and protection of murdering unborn children so casual fornicators can continue to sin at the expense of the murdered unborn child. The country is now proposing a bill that would criminalize protesting outside the murder centers, with an amendment added that would even prevent “silent prayer” outside the murder centers. Some MPs are fighting back, rightly arguing that the amendment creates thought crimes which would be extended far beyond merely preventing humans from silently praying outside murder centers.

The inhumanity of leftism is becoming more and more apparent as it has spread to all corners of the earth, exposed for everyone to see. No longer isolated in distant countries, leftism is the new depraved norm. Its ideological worldview, that the self can make everyone itself by first becoming the orthodox, centrally controlled and defined, view of the social man, is producing on larger scales in lands where it can no longer hide, the murderous consequences of such a schizophrenic assumption.

England is not as far down the path of death as Canada, which has even less protections for its citizens than England does. America is holding on by a thread, buttressed by the willingness of Americans to live out the Bill of Rights standards and DEMAND our governments and corporations do the same. Without it, we would be where England is right now, passing laws that put government guns in the hands of child murderers and point them at those who resist this ungodly standard.

Leftist Activist Commissioner Sued by FDNY Chiefs

The New York Fire Department is dividing over the appointment and leadership of FDNY Commissioner Laura Kavanaugh, who seems to be more concerned with assuring the department reflect anti-American leftist ideals rather than being an efficient fire fighting force. The Chiefs have had enough, and now they are suing the leftist diversity hire.

The leftist appointed by Mayor Eric Adams has put a priority on getting women fire fighters, at risk to other fire fighters, and at risk to the people whose homes and businesses are on fire and in need of efficient handling. She has no previous experience fighting fires herself, something that is not lost on the firefighters that are forced to follow a “leader” who wants to use the department to advance her leftist bona fides rather than serve the public securely, a trait more often than not seen in leftist politicians across these lands.

The Reality of Power, Or How Not to Become a Tyrant

INTRODUCTION

The DNC-CCP utilizes a version of leftism (the assumption that the self can rescue the self by becoming absorbed in the uniform social) that uses the word power almost always in a pejorative sense. Their philosophers base the justification of their deconstructing systems on this claim that they will end power in this world, a silly notion if you think of power as being something akin to gravity, a neutral element or condition of being, nothing more.

To counter the DNC-CCP’s characterization of power, I offer you a theory in progress about the nature of power, the nature of action, and what kinds of ways of being produce the type of power the DNC-CCP is really talking about (and promising to end, while perpetuating that very power).

I will keep this as phenomenological in language as possible, save for the end, when the “solution” to managing real power is offered.

DEFINING POWER

Power is the perception of the potential to influence action and the perception of the consequence of action.

Power is a neutrality. It is neither good nor bad, oppressive or liberating.

Power exists outside of perception, but the self only knows power through perception. The reality of power is beyond our perception and is influenced by it. The reality of power influences perception, to varying degrees, with each selfness equipped differently to be able to create perception that is not reflective of the underlying reality of power.

I have divided power into three primary types, though all manifestations of power (pre-or-post action) have some degree of all three primary types.

TYPES OF POWER

Coercive– A selfness with advantaged power utilizes it to force an other selfness(es) to take action not consensually willed.

Cooperative – A selfness with advantaged power utilizes it to give an other selfness(es) limited choices not consensually willed.

Consensual – Selfnesses exchange action without utilizing any advantaged power they may possess to limit the consensual choice of will.

There is no pure consensual power.

THE BASE OF ACTION

Power is the fruit of the necessity to fulfil preference, which produces action, which produces the perception of the potential to influence action and the perception of the consequence of action.

The base of action (actuine baza) is preference. The base of preference is the apex existential, the will to be perceived by self and non-self as becoming, having been, or continuing to be an existential excellence.

THE PATHS OF APEX EXISTENTIALITY

The self pursues the highest potential perceived apex existentiality that can be reflected back to the self by non-selfness, especially non-selfness the self identifies as being a part of themselves.

That path leads to two extremes, perceiving the self become a finite God on earth on one extreme, and perceiving the self becoming eternally more like a God that cannot be finitely defined on the other extreme. The first extreme leads to coercion. The second extreme leads to consensuality.

As the self perceives limit, the self adapts their apex existentiality. They can change their new model to fit something they perceive they can become an apex existentiality in or they can switch from directly becoming to vicariously becoming.

Limit is an awareness of self-sin, self-lack, and non-self-dependence. The less the self perceives self-sin, self-lack, and non-self-dependence, the more the self is inclined to pursue the coercive apex existential path, directly or indirectly becoming in the here and now a finitely-defined god.

THE PATH TO CONSENSUAL POWER

All humans are becoming god or pursuing God. If pursuing your god leads your god to become finitely definable and offers a chance to fulfill salvation (redemption from sin and liberation from self-lack and non-self-dependence) in the here and now, you switch to becoming God, vicariously or directly, which leads to habits of coercive action against non-selfnesses.

All political, philosophical, and theological theories that create finite understanding of sin, lack, and self-dependence, create systems of coercion.

All political, philosophical, and theological theories that create pursuits of an understanding of sin, lack, and non-self-dependence that is not capable of being finitely understood, create systems of consensual exchange.

A sovereign God who gives guidance without revealing the finite details, in face or Word, creates systems of consensual exchange that can only be sustained by pursuing becoming more and more like the sovereign God, who alone possesses finite knowledge and understanding of the reality of power.

There is only one God who does this, He is the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit revealed in His Word and in His manifestation of creation to we who are made in the image (the vision) of God.

DNC’s DHS Circumvents Due Process Through Domestic Intelligence Program

The Department of Homeland Security has a program called “Overt Human Intelligence Collection Program” that allows agents to circumvent due process requirements of questioning individuals without their lawyers present. The program allows them to interview anyone, including prisoners, where the due process issues begin to be muddled. Employees of the prisons where the interviews took place demanded that the program pay for legal liability insurance, as they knew the program was a violation of the spirit of the law, at minimum.

The program empowers agents to conduct interviews with “willing individuals” without lawyers presence, under the guise of being for the purpose of collecting intelligence for security reasons. An unnamed employee for one of the prisons said the operation “is shady” and “runs like a corrupt government.”

The program appears to be more of a shakedown operation to intimidate people than anything else. When the DHS comes a calling, offering to have a voluntary interview with someone, you know they understand that refusal could lead to serious charges coming their way. The nature of the relationship alone implies such threats, as the DHS is a large government organization with the authority to charge people with anything from extortion to sedition.

In an age where anyone other than a DNC-marked human can clearly see the level of political bias in the most lethal branches of government, including our own military, means restraint of power is not something a human being sitting in a jail cell can much believe in.

The program is a classic sophistic assault on the spirit of truth, finding a grey zone to effectively violate the 5^th amendment, the right to due process, for purposes that are more often about DNC interests than American ones.

Colorado Elementary School Transitions Kids Without Parental Consent

Nicole Solas, the Senior Fellow of the Independent Women’s Forum, tweeted out images of emails that expose Colorado’s Poudre School District open defiance of state law that requires parental consent to “transition” students from one sex to another. Pawelski concludes she will violate parents’ rights because she knows what’s best for the child, feed off their natural curiosity and confusion and inject your poisonous death cultism into their minds, confusing them even more, especially sexually.

The key exchange happened between the Assistant Principle of Laurel Elementary School, Amanda Pawelski, and PSD Chief Equity and Academic Officer Marlena Gross-Taylor. In the exchange,

The assistant principle wrote, “I feel very strongly about the student but have heard that we legally have to follow the parents’ direction due to the age of the child (elementary school). I’ve also heard that this is different in secondary schools due to legal determination ages….. Then tonight I was asked about this in the ABCs training, and I was told it makes no difference if elementary or secondary and that the law doesn’t make that distinction that we should follow the student, not the parents…. I’d like to be able to have a more definitive answer than I’ve experienced and want to know how to direct my teachers as well. We want to support the student. We also want to be covered legally.”

She concluded, “Just to keep you in the loop, Darcie and I met to discuss this and both agree that the school should use the student’s affirming name and pronouns at school and use their legal name and corresponding pronouns when talking with the family until they are supportive of the student’s new name and pronouns.”

Lawyer of Hate-Grifting SPLC Leads Terror Attack Against Police

A staff attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is charged with participating in a terrorist assault against new police recruits in the city of Atlanta. The hate-grift group uses accusations of “hate group” to give DNC-infested corporations the “justification” to unperson dissenting people, who then in turn continue to fund the hired “assassins.” The lawyer for the hate-grift group, Tom Jurgens, is alleged to have join in a planned assault of new police recruits at a new facility derisively called “Cop City.”

Atlanta Police say the group “destroyed multiple pieces of construction equipment by fire and vandalism.” They added, “The illegal actions of the agitators could have resulted in bodily harm. Officers exercised restraint and used nonlethal enforcement to conduct arrests.”

The assault group utilized the same tactics that Antifa groups have used in assaulting American businesses and homes throughout this country for the past few years. To the SPLC, Antifa is not really a group at all. They claim “Antifa, short for anti-fascist, is a broad, community-based movement composed of individuals organizing against racial and economic injustice. Those who identify with the label represent a large spectrum of the political left. The Trump administration frequently uses the term to describe any group or individual that demonstrates in opposition to its policies. Far-right extremists use similar tactics.”

Their very statement exposes the hateful nature of the group, constantly using labels like extremist, far, right, racist, homophobe, nazi, etc. to describe any individual or group that rejects the death cult of DNC woketarianism, with the SPLC serving as one of the cult’s “Unpersoning Assassins.”

While Antifa burns down buildings, the SPLC wants you to believe that loving the American flag is LITERALLY worst than Hitler, but burning down buildings is mostly peaceful protest.

CBS News has chosen not to cover this inconvenient truth, more evidence the SPLC is the hate group that should ALSO be designated a terrorist organization as Trump designated Antifa one (to the protest of this same hate group, the SPLC). The other networks left out any mention of leftist, let alone mentioning the SLPC lawyer, in all their reports.

Pro-Life Group Accuses Biden’s FBI of Spying

Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU) is accusing the FBI of using a federal informant to infiltrate their group and report their private conversations, notes, correspondence, which were then used against their director in court.

Mark Houck, the group’s director activism, saw his home raided by armed Biden agents in a shakedown of the activist’s work. Houck’s lawyer said, “They were trying to scare pro-lifers from coming out on the sidewalks and being active.”

Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Chip Roy (R-TX) sent a letter to the Attorney General demanding an explanation of this action. The Senators stated, “The American people deserve the truth,” Cruz and Roy wrote. “Are their tax dollars and federal law enforcement agencies being used to spy on pro-life Americans?”

Philippine Coast Guard Tracks Chinese Warship in Disputed Waters

The Philippine Coast Guard released a photo of a Chinese warship off the coast of Philippine-claimed Pag-asa Island. The PCG issued a statement that read, in part, “The observed location of the Chinese vessels fall squarely within Pag-asa Island’s 12 [nautical miles] territorial sea. Their continuing unauthorized presence is clearly inconsistent with the right of innocent passage and a blatant violation of the Philippines’ territorial integrity.”

The Chinese military has not issued a statement denying or confirming the clams. The island is populated with 300-400 Philippinos. The move by the Chinese is considered an attempt to establish new territory by simply occupying it. This is the unofficial expansion police of the CCP, to claim any nearby territory that is unoccupied by occupying it, then daring the wronged nation to respond with force. India is long experienced in dealing with this aggressive expansionist policy, having had some territory taken and others protected from attempts by the Chinese to steal by occupation.
