Our Core Niche Audience Are Social Conservative Freedom Builders

Social conservatives who love freedom and pluralism, because good ideas don’t require coercion, are the best Americans and should therefore have the most powerful voice in this land. But, sadly, they are the least favored and also they are the least served niche within the body politic.

In this vain, consider the notion that those who serve a niche must seek to become among the top providers. It is argued one must pick a niche and dominate the marketplace of its demands. If you are not willing to even try to dominate a niche, such that you are at or near the top within a few years, then you should understand that the long-term only holds failure for your efforts.

We believe the social conservative base who are either Christian in devotion or who are at least culturally of a Judeo-Christian tradition are grossly under-served and this niche represents as many as 30-40 million Americans who have no political home and no online home.

For too long social conservatives, who believe without faith and moral/civic virtue freedom is impossible, have been part of a grand coalition whose topmost leaders are not social conservatives. Also, for too long we have been told our faith and philosophy should not inform public policy, but libertine and agnostic ideas are fine.

Through Freedomist we aim to gather, inform, and rally a social conservative base of freedom builders and through Upadaria we aim to provide such people with a new nationality and virtual homeland they can truly feel accepts and embraces them and seeks their good above all else.

Social conservatives who are also committed to a free and pluralistic society are the true salt of the earth and the most noble kinds of souls which any country, society, or civilization can be blessed both to count among its number and to lead them into a glorious future of wholeness and happiness.

We (social conservatives) alone understand the way society must be governed, from the standpoint of God’s laws and ways, albeit not through coercion and violence as is the wont of our opponents on the left: these alt-gendered immoral and mentally backwards totalitarian loons whose craven lusts for power are almost like a sexual deviancy.

Social conservatives need a voice and the Freedomist is that voice, the only forthright and intelligent news and information resource that deeply caters to this base of freedom builders whose love for God and Country is praiseworthy.

Racism and America Never Matched

THE ALT-RIGHT AND THE END OF AMERICA

A brief speech on our possible future by William Collier (to be read as a speech and not like a normal article.)

Ladies and gentlemen, the hour is late if you want to save the American political union. I feel that, as I have seen so much of what is happening now way back in 1982, I must warn you and I must show you that, if we who value a color-blind society rooted in Christian virtue are to escape and preserve ourselves from the crisis to come, we must consider what I saw as the path of refuge back then- the deliberate embracing of a new nationality defined by Christian ideals and a covenant bond without reference to race or even statehood.

But if you wish to save this Union you must also consider the same path, a new intentional ethnicity as it were, as a defender of the true meaning of America and the ideals upon which she was founded but which we have yet to achieve.

In 1982 if I told you that throughout parts of America a doctrine of white identity as the basis of citizenship would once again lead to the rise of a confederacy, you would have said I was nuts. And people did. But what I saw as a fictional scenario that sets up the end of America, the rise of racialism and racism, is fast becoming a real life scenario. With the rise of the alt-right movement we are seeing the potential demise of the American political union, but it’s NOT the fault of the alt-right.

The alt-right movement agrees on one point- that white identity deserves the same political organization as all the other racially defined groups. They believe that races are inherently different and unequal. They believe that the white identity, especially Anglo-Saxon identity, is more associated with America than any other racial identity.

When the left says America was a racist nation which favored white people, the alt-right says “so what, so do Arab nations and so does the Jewish state favor their race and religion.” Indeed, it is argued, the argument that Israel must be preserved as a distinctly Jewish state has been accepted by many and, so the logic runs, why wouldn’t the natural progeny of the Founders of the American state want to preserve the Anglo-Saxon and Christian identity and nature of their state?

America was and should remain an idea. But it should be a distinct idea. And to be an American one ought to demonstrate adherence to that idea. This naturally includes the core beliefs and values which made America what it was, as outlined, perhaps, by Alexis D’Tocquiville. To become American ought to be a conversion of ideology and values which must be confirmed in a covenant bond with other Americans.

But, the alt-right correctly conclude, being an American means nothing at all. There is neither an identity based on common ancestry nor conscious conversion to a faith or ideology which define America. And so the left have made America mean nothing and a nation based on nothing disappears. Their hypocrisy on the matter of identity politics has destroyed all of their moral high ground.

In 1982 I saw a future in which America continued to betray its faith and ideals, thus opening the door to dissolution and the rise of alternative forms of self identity. The alt-right is a manifestation of that.

It would be intellectually cheap to say they are racists. To say this would be to say that groups and movements based on the perceived shared interests of blacks or Jews or Hispanics were racist. The idea that white people could decide they had interests common only among themselves is completely defensible compared to other racially defined groups who make the same claims. Identity politics is the norm with all save white groups in America and with most peoples and nations around the world. It is the left which has argued over and over for identity politics based on race, albeit only selectively and for their political advantage. But you cannot argue identity politics for one group and not other groups.

In 1982 I saw a future new nation not based on race, but ideals and values. It is intentionally established as America and many other nations and states come apart and Western Civilization itself starts to become unravelled.

I saw a new and intentionally created national people among whom membership was recognized after being confirmed to be in covenant with that nation as a nation of people whose God is the Lord. Among this national people and their communities, people consciously chose their new non-racial ethnicity over all other natural identities and considered all their fellow nationals their peers, without distinction by ancestry or skin color. The ideals and covenant bound them, but to accept these ideals and follow them was a prerequisite to attaining standing by merit.

In my fictional story from 1982, identity politics takes root and America’s largest ethnic group, the white ethnicity, enters the fray and asserts its own collective rights and and interests. This sets the stage for the recreation of a race-based state that takes over parts of the old south.

Racism, the belief that race is real and your race is superior, follows racialism, which is merely the belief that races exist and have their own self-interest. The efforts by the left to use racialism (identity politics) for coalition building have come to a point in the real world where the premises of racialism, which say black or Hispanic or Jewish people have their own self-interest separate from the white race (which is demonized), are now being embraced by whites who say they also have their own self-interest as a racial community which is separate from those races.

Tired of being the bogeyman and tired of every culture being celebrated while theirs is demeaned, for many whites, racial consciousness grows and and more whites begin to embrace racialism in their own race’s self-interest, which leads eventually to racism.

The premise that ideals and culture, values and a way of life, which transcend bloodlines and race, because there is ONLY one human race, is defeated because the very notion that any nation or state would afford standing on the basis of actual adherence to its ideals is denied. Through identity politics among only “minorities” and efforts to redefine America in a way that betrays the values of, for instance, the Bill of Rights, the white person in America is left with only a racial identity as a vehicle for defending a way of life they rightly know is threatened.

It is a dangerous road. But, sociologically speaking, it makes sense.

I reject it.

I reject race. I reject the idea of race. But as a white person, at least that’s how the left defines me, I am keenly aware of the pull to cling to my “group” and protect its existence and honor. Even I, who have always rejected race and who envision a new nation defined by its faith and values and not by bloodlines, have sensed a growing awareness of a white identity. It is not a happy feeling. Not that I bear shame for my ancestry, I am proud of my ancestry, but because I believe that racialism and racism are dangerous to human Civilization and contrary to God’s laws.

The idea that we can be defined by anything but our merit or that we would associate on the basis other than shared values and standards makes us savage beasts. The left have cooked this brew and we will all be forced to eat it.

If my prophetically inspirational story proves true, as ever more it has (and I am sad to see that), then the only way for many to escape this mess will be to claim and adopt a new intentional ethnicity based not on race or biology or even statehood but, rather, covenant bonds. In America, according to my story, people will adopt this new intentional ethnicity (and so will people around the world), because they reject racialism and racism and yet also because they embrace covenant as the basis of ethnic union and identity, covenant that is rooted in shared faith and values, shared ideals, and and a shared way of life that are explicitly defined. (Again, if my prophetically inspirational story turns out to be more truth than fiction.)

When you remove covenant bonds based on these things as the basis of a nation, then all you are left with is racialism and racism on one hand or ideological dogmatism on the other hand. In trying to destroy America’s covenant values so that they can create a new leftist ideological basis for a new America, the left has had to use identity politics. But, too late, they have destroyed the foundation before they could establish their new ideology, leaving only identity politics to fill the void.

I do not blame the alt-right. Their emergence is inevitable and was only made possible by the cultural arson inflicted on America by the left, and by their insistence that they could encourage identity politics among only their targeted groups while denying that white people even had any right to return the favor in kind.

The America which I saw flying to pieces in my 1982 vision is fast emerging today. The battle is on and yet none of the defenders of our Christian ideals, which alone hold hope for our Union, have come forward to join the fray. The end could very well be what I saw then, and it will not go well for anyone who is not prepared to weather the storm.

UPDATE SEP 3, 2022

The “alt-right” may have seened to fade, though to the left this bogeyman is the caricature of everyone they disagree with. But I feel strongly the backlash to white guilt, wokism, CRT, the alt-gendered anticulture, and the raging authoritarian left will awaken this again, perhaos in a more powerful way.

The issue is not for Freedomists, Bill of Rights Americans, to avoid racism or racialism so we don’t become an easy target for a media lynching. The issue is for us to not do that because it is morally reprehensible and is an abomination to God, every bit as foul as the child grooming garbage being pushed by fake teachers who are really subversive political hacks in the employ (not formal, de facto) of the Democratic Party machine.

Every human being regardless of ancestry, race, gender, creed, religion, citizenship status, and whatever pursuasion owns and ought to respect liberty as we find it in the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights! Every. Singe. One.

We must believe this, insist on this, and defend this and though the leftwing neomarxist corpostaters won’t hesitate to blood libel us, we will press on knowing that bigotry and intolerance are truly anathema to any Freedomist.

Analysis: Tools of the Trade – The Return of Industrial Warfare

Originally, this article was going to be considerably different, until research suddenly swerved in a different direction. That direction is to reinforce a fundamental military truth:

Artillery was, is, remains and will remain, the “King of Battle.”

The original concept for this article was an examination of towed 120mm mortar systems, specifically as used by the United States Marine Corps. However, the Marine Corps has divested itself of the M327 “Expeditionary Fire Support System” (EFSS) 120mm Towed Mortar, in favor of the UVision HERO-120 ‘Loitering Munition’.

While retaining the “Dragon Fire II” vehicle-mounted 120mm mortar, the reading on the rationale behind these decisions stands testament to an unacceptable failure by the military establishment in the United States to focus on reality.

Since combat operations commenced in Afghanistan in 2001, the US military in general has drilled down to a focus almost exclusively on “counterinsurgency operations” (COIN). Although pointedly left unsaid in public, this is a reaction to the fact that the US military establishment essentially abandoned COIN operations in the aftermath of the Vietnam War, to focus exclusively on the perceived threat of a Soviet invasion to Western Europe, and the assumed nuclear exchanges that would follow. In the aftermath of the 9/11 Attacks and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan deteriorating into guerilla conflicts, the US military swung the pendulum 180° in the opposite direction from the 1980’s.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, and Francis Fukuyama foolishly proclaiming the “End of History”, although rarely spoken out loud, military forces were seen as almost redundant anachronisms in many quarters, and should be reduced both in scale and capabilities, rendering them as something like heavily-armed police forces, with the occasional, movie-ready SWAT teams for hostage rescue. Combat operations like the first Persian Gulf War and Operation Iraqi Freedom were seen as aberrations, large operations against technologically inferior despot forces with lots of heavy (if antiquated) weapons and gear, and lots of troops, who – if not very well-trained or motivated – at least had plenty of simple weapons, and who would require somewhat more force than the international equivalent of a beat cop holding up their hand and saying “HALT!” in a loud voice.

Enter Russia.

While we are not going to delve too deeply, here, into the politics of this year’s Russian invasion of Ukraine, Russia is currently – by their own counts (which should, of course, always be taken with a large grain of salt) – running an average of c.580 fire missions per day. Assuming that these missions are run according to Russian military doctrine, each of these missions are a “battery shoot” involving a battery of four to six weapons. Roughly 30% of these would be rocket artillery, mostly from BM-21 ‘Grad’ type rocket systems, with the remainder fired by conventional “tube” artillery [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artillery]. Using the most conservatively realistic figures, this equals approximately 7,000 conventional artillery rounds being fired.

Per day.

This come out to over 200,000 rounds in a 30-day period.

In contrast, the Western democracies have “bet the farm” on weapon accuracy, developing “precision everything” in mortar, rocket and conventional artillery rounds. They chose this route, because the conventional news media is ecstatic over images of dead civilians, which is much more likely when using “dumb” weapons. Needless to say, such casualty-limiting precision comes at a price: the M982 “Excalibur” 155mm precision-guided artillery round costs anywhere from US$68,000 to $175,000 per round (depending on who is counting).

In the West, conventional “dumb” artillery rounds cost between US$300 and $1,000 each. This, of course, begs the question: is “smart” better than “dumb“?

Certainly – if you can afford it. Can the West?

Currently, following the defense budget cuts in FY2022 by the Biden administration, artillery ammunition procurement is being cut by some 36%. In the very best case scenario, this means that the United States currently produces enough ammunition in a calendar year for anywhere between ten days and three weeks of combat firing, based – again – on the most conservative take on Russian claims of artillery fire missions and estimated rates of ammunition expenditure in Ukraine. And the United States is sending ammunition to Ukraine to go along with the 155mm howitzers and other weapons we are already supplying.

And the US is not alone. In 2021, the British Army conducted a large-scale, “main force” wargame where they completely exhausted national stocks of critical ammunition – at the national level – in eight days. Similarly, only about 2,100 units of the vaunted Javelin missile are produced each year – and the Ukrainians are claiming to fire “hundreds” of Javelins daily, leaving the US defense industry scrambling to bring new production streams online. The FIM-92 Stinger anti-aircraft missile is in a similar situation.

Worse still, Russia is known to have fired over 1,000 “cruise missiles” since invading the Ukraine proper in February of 2022. Even given the highly questionable reports of those firings’ performance, it is clear that the Russian industrial base is still more than capable of supplying the weapons and ammunition to the firing lines (the logistical aspects of this are an entirely different subjects).

In contrast, the US currently purchases 110 Precision Strike Missiles (PrSM) for the MLRS and HIMARS systems, 500 AGM-158 Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles (JASSM) and 60 venerable BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missiles annually for FY2022, meaning that in six months, Russia has fired more than the US’s total production of similar systems.

It is vital to keep in mind, again, that the technical accuracy and reliability of the Russian arsenal is not the question, here. The fact is that they are able to maintain production and consumption rates of comparatively “dumb” systems – and firing something at the enemy is better than firing nothing, because you’re waiting on resupply.

The conclusion here is clear: the West is functionally trying to counter Russian aggression from a hospital bed, while ignorant children are playing with its life support equipment.

This is not 1939, and the West is no longer the “Arsenal of Democracy.” Ukraine is paying, and will continue to pay, a heavy price for trusting the modern-day Western states…and unless something is done quickly, the people of the West may well pay that price, as well – assuming that we do not pay an even heavier price.

It’s NOT Whataboutism To Criticize An Imbalanced Legal Scale

It’s not whataboutism to cite the fact the DOJ comes down heavy and hard on the slightest things Republicans may do wrong and ignores the gross and out in the open misdeeds of Democrats. The claim is not that anyone is above the law, the claim is that the DOJ gags at a gnat to prosecute and destroy Republicans while swallowing the camel of massive misdeeds by Democrats. It is an uneven and crooked balance.

Anyone claiming “Trump isn’t above the law” and then saying that us citing how major Democrats like Clinton get a pass is “whataboutism” is not an honest broker and is not arguing in good faith. They know full well that criticism of a legal system that makes the misdeeds of some carry a far higher weight than the misdeeds of others is injustice.

These same people, rightly I think, question how crimes are prosecuted against the poor or minorities versus how they are not prosecuted for the rich or majority ethnicity. To gag at a gnat to destroy people on one side while swallowing a camel on the other side is injustice.

If you don’t think it matters that Hillary got off without consequences, or an FBI raid, for the very same thing the partisan FBI allegedly raided Trump for after spending YEARS falsely and illegally getting warrants to spy on him and destroy anyone associated with him, then you are inept or dishonorable or both.

If you don’t think the burying of Epstein clients and the lack of prosecution against them by the same DOJ that is trying to jail Steve Bannon for a process crime matters, then you are not arguing at all in good faith.

If you think the DOJ should not be investigating Hunter and Joe Biden to either prosecute or clear them of serious allegations based on publicly known and verified evidence, while they try to destroy Trump, matters, then you have no moral compass.

Again, criticizing the DOJ for gagging at a gnat to prosecute Republicans and destroy them through lawfare while ignoring the camel-sized misdeeds of Democrats is not whataboutism, it is a well established critique of any legal system.

Trump is not above the law and if he broke the law the consequences are his. But if Trump is prosecuted to radical maximum extremes for a relatively minor crime while his political opponents, who had to sign off on this, are not even investigated, than we can consider this to be an injustice.

As for planting evidence: the FBI has already been proven by publicly known facts to have manufactured evidence and claims against Trump which it knew to be false. So we cannot and will not trust an organization that has proven itself to be more like the armed wing of the Democratic Party than a law enforcement agency.

The problem here now is twofold: if Trump did a misdeed worthy of prosecution half the country has a very good reason to suspect evidence was planted or manipulated and many good reasons to argue that this is a political witch hunt. This is especially true when considering the scales of justice are weighted against one side in favor of the other. We have a DOJ who prosecutes to the extreme letter of the law anyone they don’t like while ignoring and covering up any misdeeds done by people they do like.

Has The Time Come For A United States Foreign Legion?

Foreign legions have existed for centuries, but in their generally-accepted form, have only really existed since roughly the end of the 1700’s. Unlike condottieri of Renaissance Italy, “foreign legions” are not, strictly speaking, “mercenaries“, in that they are not usually specialists hired for one-time contract work, who remain separate from a nation’s actual armed fores, but are organized, uniformed and disciplined units of non-citizen foreigners, organized into separate units by the recruiting nation.

Most famously used by France, one of the harsh truths of foreign legions is that a nation usually finds them necessary only when their own populations are unwilling or unable to serve their nation effectively in the military. There is growing evidence that the United States of America may have reached a point where a foreign legion is a necessity.

The United States has always had foreign volunteers in the ranks of its military forces: whether as mercenaries or starry-eyed volunteers in the American War of Independence, through the German immigrants who fought for the Union in the American Civil War, to individuals from nations suffering under the rule of hostile foreign powers (this author served with several such volunteers in the 1980’s), non-citizen foreigners are no oddity in US military service. However, times are changing, and it may become necessary to rethink how the US military operates.

Since the end of the Draft in 1973, the United States has had an “all-volunteer force” (or, “AVF”). Better-educated, on average, than the mass of draftees that it replaced, the AVF is also smaller in total numbers, even as the relative budget for the military in general has grown exponentially. The reasons for this are many, but boil down primarily to a desire for more remotely-operated weapons to keep US troops out of harms way as far as possible — as the military learned the hard way in Vietnam, dead American troops coming back in flag-draped coffins tend to cause a media frenzy, that paints even successful military actions in a poor light. One result of this, has been an increasingly smaller number of American citizens willing to volunteer to serve, because competition from the private sector is intense.

Quietly, in the background, a slowly worsening situation is developing, a situation that severely threatens US national security.

As recent articles have pointed out, American youth – now, as many as 70% – are unfit for military service. The situation is bad enough, that the military is seriously considering bringing in civilian specialists for direct commissioning (now termed “lateral entry”), because they cannot find enough suitable recruits. The reasons are many, but boil down to five core problems, either singly or in combination.

First, there is a noticeable epidemic of obesity in the United States. The US is not alone in this, as the problem does exist is several other developed countries, but the cold facts are that too many young people who would otherwise be excellent prospects for recruiters are simply too physically unfit to pass even the most basic physical fitness course. Recruiters try very hard to get these prospects into shape, but the results often end in failure. This situation has grown to the point where the US Army has actually dropped its requirement to – of all things – demonstrate proficiency in throwing hand grenades to 25 meters, one of the most basic duties of the infantry.

Second, reductions in military budgets, mated to extreme costs for high-dollar, high-tech weapons programs have forced reductions in overall troops numbers, to a point not seen since the early 1940’s. This has led to arbitrary, petty, toxic and damaging practices that directly impact both troop morale and reenlistment figures; critically, this is also hemorrhaging combat-seasoned talent from the various services.

Third, is the widening percentage of US youths who cannot pass even highly “flexible” criminal background checks. Debates about various civil/criminal policies aside, a critical factor in not finding suitable recruits is the fact that many youths get into real trouble before they can be enlisted.

Fourth, is a problem that has existed since the end of the Draft: civilian sector competition. Bluntly, without a Draft providing a steady stream of troops, the various armed services have to compete with civilian companies for talent…and with the aforementioned budget reductions, the military services find it extremely difficult to compete with civilian companies, given the requirements of military service: most introductory-level civilian jobs do not involve you getting shot at. Additionally, since 2002, the military has had to compete in earnest with the rise of “private military contractor” (PMC) companies — where this was rarely a factor affecting both enlistment and reenlistment in previous decades, the surge in use of PMC’s – including in high-threat combat areas – has sparked investment in those companies that aggressively recruit talent from the military, talent (usually either special operations troops, or aircraft technicians) that has been expensively trained, and that the military desperately wants to keep, but cannot, for parsimony.

Last, is a crushing sense of ennui – bordering on existential nihilism – in a disturbingly high percentage of US youth. This serious emotional crisis breeds a distrust, if not outright disgust, with anything concerning governments, militaries and higher ideals in general. And again, there are numerous reasons for this, none of which can be resolved by military establishments.

You can only work with what you are given.

Yet, “spear carrying” troops are still needed. As military professionals are all too painfully aware, no matter how high-tech your military machine, you still need some kid with a rifle and a bayonet to stand on a patch of dirt, and dare anyone to come and kick them off. The recent casualty rates, coupled to the abject failure of Russia’s “BTG” (Battalion Tactical Group) in the Russo-Ukrainian War have highlighted the fact that mass mobilization and mass armies are definitely not relics of a bygone era – when you need them, and do not possess the structure to generate the numbers, you are in serious trouble.

Despite all its political, societal and economic woes, the United States still has immigrants flocking to its colors every year, so many, that artificial limits to legal immigration remain in force. These immigrants leave their homes, precisely because they still believe in what used to be called the “American Dream“…and many are more than willing to fight for that dream. Those artificial limits, however, only encourage emigres with “desirable” skills, and a desire to “fix bayonets and charge” is not usually on that list.

So — should the United States begin an active program to recruit a “Foreign Legion”? Not as individual recruits, as is done today, but as separately organized units, officered by Americans, but whose ‘other ranks’ are universally non-citizen, in the same manner as the French Foreign Legion?

On the plus side, such units are not staffed with too many “American Boys and Girls“, and consequently will not produce as visceral a negative reaction in either the press or the electorate when they soak casualties on the battlefield.

On the down side, forming a Foreign Legion is essentially an admission of defeat. To paraphrase the words of author Robert A. Heinlein, if a citizenry will not volunteer to fight for its country, does that country deserve to continue to exist?

More darkly, on the third hand, if the country does deserve to continue, is it time to rethink exactly what “citizenship” means for the United States in the 21st Century?

The United States of America is an ongoing “noble experiment“, an experiment that many still believe in, that many believe is still worth fighting and dying for. There is a decisive break-point in this argument, however, and that break-point of decision is rapidly approaching.

Making gender a social construct is a way to reinforce the notion that the individual exists in the social. The paradigm to be replaced is that the social emerges from the minds of individuals. This is the underlying assumption of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, that the government derives its power from the consent of the individuals, as individuals (not as identity groups).

Government itself emerges from the minds of individuals.

By making gender a social construct, it creates a political factionalism in everyday language itself wherever an adoption of this new social reality is coerced on others, as it already has been in America. Dialectically, the alternative-gendered expression is considered individual expression, but it requires social coerced-conformity to be realized.

Imagine creating conditions in which people can lose their means to make a living for merely refusing to adopt to the top-down created and enforced new language standards, breaking the binary constructs overnight, non-consensually, using violence and economic terrorism to do it.

That’s what has already been happening in America today.

The social construct gender game is a philosophical game of sophistry designed to create a new justification for coercion based on the preservation and advancement of the social, where all individuals exist, outside the mind, inside the social institutions managed by experts that are paid by a handful of the most powerful at the top of another pyramid of top-down, monopolized power.

The goal is not to liberate the non-gendered or gender-fluid. The goal is to change the right to rule standards of the land from an old to a new one.

The American Republic standard for rule assumes boundaries between the state and individual that preserves an individual’s right to liberty and the pursuit of happiness (as further expressed in the first ten amendments, the Bill of Rights).

So long as the state operates within those boundaries (which the state constantly violates, to be sure), the people will grant the state right to rule.

The gender-bending standard is paving the way for the DNC model, one that presumes the appointed, recognized, state-approved, corporate-sponsored experts should be the new definers of happiness, the social mission as defined by these same experts.

The masses vote in cities where the votes are counted twice and the real work of engineering is done as needed by the regulators now unshackled by the pesky limitations placed on it by the Bill of Rights. Without the Bill of Rights as a construct in the hearts of Americans, the state would surely disregard it openly overnight.

This social construct gender language game is just one of the many language wars the opponents to individual liberty and pursuit of happiness are currently engaged in, but it has become the tip of the spear of their most effective, to date, assault on the hearts of Americans.

Well-meaning humans seeking to follow a core American value, freedom of expression, are being led to support coerced expression in the name of the very value they believe they are supporting.

So long as the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence create a sense of entitlement in the hearts of Americans, no matter their race, creed, gender, sexual expression, expression, etc., the state, while it will always violate its own standards, will do so with much less regularity and open visibility than it would the moment the standards die in the hearts of Americans, and they lose their sense of entitlement.

That sense of entitlement is this, the government is we the people, and the state is merely the representative of the people. In practice, it’s hardly true, but in spirit, it most assuredly is true. It is so true that the American, no matter their individual expression or identity, when in a legal pinch, will say at some point, I KNOW MY RIGHTS!! More often than not, if the American is right, state authority capitulates.

It’s why Americans regularly tell government workers, including cops, I PAY YOUR SALARY! YOU WORK FOR ME! It’s that spirit that’s under assault wherever non-binary constructs, gender-fluid constructs, social construct gender language games, are being coerced on others.

It does not matter whether it’s the corporation firing individuals for not using people’s preferred pronouns or the state (though it is even more alarming when an American government chooses to so overtly violate the constitutional rights of its employers, we the people). They are both forcing a new language game on people against their will. The results will not be pretty.

Already, people are willingly facing being fired rather than concede to such perverse language game. The next phase is coming through the courts, as lawsuits become the test for the reality of the Constitution in American Jurisprudence.

I wish I could speak confidently here, but alas, there is more than enough reason to be concerned, but not dismayed. It will take a year or two for the courts to reveal whether they will hold the line on the social construct gender language game or not. During that time, I suggest you build where you are, paths to sustainable flourishing at the household level. Hopefully, you will connect to others doing similar things, and sustainably flourishing communities will emerge.

If it begins to look like the courts have fallen, the reality of power will soon set in atop the hill in DC. The people are sustainably flourishing outside of your centralized hierarchies of social control. Laws without the power to enforce them, corporate terms of use without the people to agree to them are no power at all.

America emerged from a happenstance of circumstances that created the necessity of a government that would not be compelled to challenge human action beyond what it could realistically manage. We who are now citizens should count ourselves privileged and entitled compared to the rest of the world.

However, this gift was given to this land, let us not destroy it in the name of free expression, thus ending free expression for all, across so many more language game parameters to be added to the first one that becomes the new standard of rule in the land

Ministry of Disinfo Won’t Track US Citizens, We Swear

Having chosen the queen of disinformation, Nina Jankowicz, to be the Czar of determining exactly what disinformation is, the Biden-appointed head of the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, wants to reassure you the American people that this whole disinformation board thing has NOTHING to do with American citizens, nothing whatsoever.

The queen of the Russia Hoax lie herself, Nina Jankowicz, is the head of the President-formed “Disinformation Governance Board,” but we the American people can be assured that the same party that illegally and unaccountably used secret FISA courts to wiretap a Presidential candidate, and later President-elect, will respect the ostensible boundaries of a department not intended to spy on Americans when it was formed.

If you remember, the DHS was formed shortly after 911, allegedly to facilitate communications between the various intelligence departments. Since then, it’s become increasingly focused on ‘domestic terrorism,’ and, no doubt, this ‘disinformation board’ will follow the same pattern the department itself set.

We can all be reassured that the department is working on our behalf to protect us from potential thoughts, ideas, information that might be outside the official party line. If we can control the narrative, we can make what it whatever we say it is.

This seems all too familiar, and usually leads to very dark places. Let us hope this experiment in anti-Americanism comes to an end peacefully sooner rather than later.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claimed Sunday that his department’s Orwellian “Disinformation Governance Board” will not monitor US citizens — and vouched for the “eminently qualified” agency czar who has been blasted by critics for being too partisan.

Mayorkas defended Nina Jankowicz amid questions from conservatives over her ability to ferret out disinformation when she doubted the credibility of The Post’s series of reports in October 2020 about Hunter Biden’s laptop — information that has since been confirmed by other newspapers and media outlets.

Jankowicz was also mocked when a wacky TikTok video surfaced of her singing a rendition of the Mary Poppins tune “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” to address the spread of disinformation.

Mayorkas praised Jankowicz on CNN as “eminently qualified” and a “renowned expert in the field of disinformation.”
