Nelson Peltz is renewing his efforts to fundamentally transform the media giant and now DNC-CCP agitprop machine Walt Disney. He hopes to get seats on the board for himself and his investment firm, Trian Fund Management, after increasing their stake in the failing company to $2.5 billion. He made a move similar to this last year but backed off after former CEO Bob Chapik was fired and his predecessor, Bob Iger, replaced him, promising to make the necessary changes.

After almost a year, it appears Pelz has no faith that Iger intends on ending Disney’s close ties with the DNC-CCP, as it continues to pitch the woketarian ideology of fear, hate, and fake hope that the DNC-CCP has been using to rise to power and consolidate it, transforming America to Progermica, which is no America at all.

An article in Yahoo Finance is typical of how the DNC-CCP-controlled media is covering this move. The only hint you have that this is an assault (a righteous one) on the ideology that the writers, publishers, editors, and managers of these publications have also exploited for their own personal power ambitions is in how almost every article only calls Pelz an “activist” investor.

Yahoo Finance, for instance, closes out its article as if to rebuke the need for “reform” at all, saying

“Disney has undergone a period of transformation, restructuring the company and streamlining operations to make the business more cost effective. It is on track to exceed the $5 billion in cost savings it promised investors.

The Burbank, California-based entertainment conglomerate has improved the financial performance of its streaming business, which is losing money but on track to turn a profit by the end of fiscal 2024. Disney also is working to improve the quality of its films, focusing on franchises and major releases, whose profits it seeks to maximize by distributing movies both in theaters and in the home.”

To we Americans paying attention, this writer suggests you cheer on Pelz and his effort to remove the cancer that is Disney from the American landscape and replace it with a Disney that reflects American values as opposed to the systemic pedophilic ideology of Woketarianism currently traumatizing our children across this country.

White House Calls Criticism of “Queer” Interior Spokesperson “Harassment”

The White House would have you believe exposing the views of its administration officials is the same as harassment, targeting Libs of TikTok creator Chaya Raichik for true harassment for exposing the perverse views of their Department of Interior Spokesperson Tyler Cherry. The administration said of the criticism of the spokesperson “No one should be targeted simply for being themselves. It is cruel and unacceptable. This is an administration that believes to our core in the principle that out of many we are one — and we are proud that the people who serve in it reflect those values as well. Tyler is an invaluable member of our team who continues to deliver for the Department of Interior and the American people.”

The statement in and of itself reveals both the seditious nature of this administration, that doesn’t understand America’s 1^st Amendment, let alone the constitution as a whole, and certainly not the underlying principles that make our republic possible.

We all understand by now that when the DNC talks about “unity” they only mean unity among the accepted classes of people, which don’t include whites, heterosexuals, binary gendered people, Christians, or really anyone that doesn’t embrace the DNC-CCP’s anti-American, anti-human ideology of fear, hate, and fake hope.

The move comes as leftist media steps up its ACTUAL harassment of Raichik, blaming her for merely pointing out the depravity of leftists both in the administration and in our public schools. Unfortunately, some of those schools have allegedly received bomb threats, but this writer is inclined to believe those bomb threats are either fake or created by leftists seeking to Smollett their way to victory.

Elliot Imse, the executive director of the LGBTQ+ Victory Institute, a rainbow fascist organization that seeks to coerce people into “accepting” the gay lifestyle rather than merely tolerating it, as well as openly supporting these perverted teachers in public schools using their tax-funded power to molest and groom children to be just like them, articulated the terror assault strategy the left is using to seek to protect it from just condemnation for its assault on our children and our constitution.

She said, “It is difficult to comprehend the immorality and wickedness of people who launch these attacks without understanding it is a tactic to drive qualified LGBTQ+ people out of public life. Our LGBTQ+ appointees are facing an increasing number of attacks from those threatened by a world that is leaving their intolerant kind behind. While this ugliness is damaging and disgusting, many more Americans stand with Tyler and other LGBTQ+ appointees than stand with these bigots. Tyler is a true public servant and it is great to see all the online love being sent their way,”

Israel Plunged Into Survival Mode After Hamas Invasion

In the early morning hours of October 7, a Hamas-Led Palestinian invasion of Southern Israel began with 2,200-5,000 rockets being launched, hundreds of men in motorized paragliders dropping into Israeli settlements along the border, and 30 plus breeches made in the defensive barrier between Gaza and southern Israel created.

So far, over 600 Israelis are reported to have been killed, with over 2,000 injured, while 300 plus Palestinians have been killed. The Palestinians seized Israeli military bases, capturing a number of Merkava tanks and Armored Personnel Carriers.

The Palestinians also utilized terror as a weapon of war, systematically executing Israelis wherever they could find them, including a massacre of over 260 people at a music festival that was going on at the time of the invasion. Israelis not killed were captured and taken as hostage, which includes a number of high-ranking Israeli officers.

The reaction from the world and America has been mixed, with the Progmerican left being divided between support for Israel and support for Palestine, and the conservatives overwhelmingly supporting Israel.

As of right now, the Israelis appear to be amassing in preparation of a land invasion of Gaza following two days of intense strikes to the 2 million strong city. Turkey, Iraq, and Iran have warned Israel not to invade Gaza by land but that appears to have had no effect on Israel’s decision-making so far.

The invasion began on the 50^th Anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, which also happened to be on the day of Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, the most holy day of the year for practicing Jews.

“We decided to put an end to all the crimes of the occupation, their time for rampaging without being held accountable is over,” Hamas said. “We announce Operation al-Aqsa Flood and we fired, in the first strike of 20 minutes, more than 5,000 rockets.”

The occupation forces are fighting Hamas fighters in seven locations in southern Israel near the fence with the Gaza Strip.

The gun battles are taking place in and around the towns of Kfar Aza, Sderot, Sufa, Nahal Oz, Magen, Be’eri, and the Re’im military base, the Times of Israel reported.

Iran

An adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Hosseini Khamenei said that Iran supported the Palestinians’ attack, the semi-official ISNA news site reported.

Italy

Palestinian President Abbas

Poland

Qatar

Qatar’s foreign ministry issued a statement saying Israel alone was responsible for the ongoing escalation of violence with the Palestinian people.

It called on both sides to exercise utmost restraint and calls on the international community to prevent Israel from using these events as an excuse to launch a disproportionate war against Palestinian civilians in Gaza.

Russia

Russia said it is in contact with Israel, the Palestinians and Arab countries in connection with the escalation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, the Interfax news agency reported, citing Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov.

Saudi Arabia

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan called on Israelis and Palestinians to act with restraint and refrain from hostile acts that could exacerbate the situation.

“We call for restraint from all parties,” Erdogan said at a congress for his ruling AK Party in Ankara. “They must refrain from aggressive acts,” he said.

Ukraine

Ukraine’s foreign ministry condemned what it described as “ongoing terrorist attacks” on Israel.

“Ukraine strongly condemns the ongoing terrorist attacks against Israel, including rocket attacks against the civilian population in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv,” the ministry said on X.

United Kingdom

Sen. Ben Cardin, Democrat of Maryland, the chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said in a statement that he condemned “the brazen and ongoing terrorist attack.”

“I mourn those lost and my heart goes out to their families. May their memory be for a blessing,” Cardin said. “Just as the United States stood by Israel after it was attacked exactly 50 years ago on Yom Kippur, today we stand by Israel in this time of crisis. As chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, I am committed to ensuring that Israel has what it needs to defend itself and its citizens, today and every day.”

The chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Sen. Mark Warner, Democrat of Virginia, called the attack “unprovoked and despicable” in a statement.

… The Times Square protest was organized by the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition, the Palestinian Youth Movement and other groups.

The group began in Times Square where they were met by dozens of pro-Israel protesters, but then marched east toward the Consulate General of Israel, where a concurrent rally in support of Israel was taking place.

Over 100 NYPD officers and NYC personnel were on the scene coordinating the march and setting up barricades.

The NYPD barricaded the scene, about a block away from the consulate, preventing the two groups from clashing.

From “Basket of Deplorables” to “Deprogramming” MAGA, Hillary Signals Fascist Reality of DNC-CCP

Back in 2016, leading up to the Presidential election, Hillary Clinton referred to supporters of Donald Trump as being a “basket of deplorables.” The language was hate-filled and sub-humanized Americans supporting Donald Trump, which was about half the country at the time.

Now, Hillary Clinton has stepped up her fascist game in a CNN interview with Candy Crowley in which she said of Donald Trump’s supporters (which is about half the country again), “At some point maybe there needs to be a formal deprogramming of the cult members.” She has now become the broken brand the DNC-CCP spits out its most awful ideas through in a test to see how the country reacts, especially their own base.

The reader will note the use of the word “formal” in particular, a word not associated with consensual action, generally speaking, ESPECIALLY when we’re tying it to the state, which, this writer believes, she does in using this type of term in political discourse.

The not-so subtle implication is this; Hillary means to theorize that the state might need to coercively reach out to half the country and deprogram them so they no longer support Trump. This statement should be taken very seriously. It’s not an off-the-cuff remark. Hillary doesn’t do candid. She is a rehearsed machine with a ruthless agenda to claim as much personal power as she can, whatever the cost.

When Hillary goes on CNN and says the people who support Trump are “cult members,” knowing full-well that she’s describing at least 80 plus million American adults, she does so knowing the calculated risk she is taking. She risks alienating more than just the Trump supporters, she could very well alienate independent voters as well and help further brand the DNC-CCP as the terror police state machine that it is already and that it hopes to become more and more.

She goes out there as a brand that is already broken, and her handlers and/or fellow progpatriot leaders have given her the task of sowing the seeds of thought control policing by attempting to normalize such dangerous language as a leader of the party in power. This is also a test of the reaction not so much from the right, but from the DNC-CCP’s base. Will they go along with the planted seed of terror, or will they reel against it as well?

If the progmerican left fails to signal that such thoughts are a bridge too far, even for them, then expect to see this type of language come from other Democrats whose brands aren’t already so fundamentally broken like Hillary’s is. She’s the flag raiser who can take the punishment if even her leftist base rejects her. It is like hoisting a dead corpse up over the fox hole to take the bullets, so you know where the enemy is firing. The corpse is already dead, you can’t kill it again.

This is what Hillary has now become for the DNC-CCP, the corpse you raise above the foxhole to see who shoots and where they’re firing from.

WTO Decline Signals End of “Pax Americana”

The WTO is piling up unanswered complaints from its members while the U.S. continues to block new WTO judges due to claims the WTO is overreaching its judicial powers.

The status of the WTO worldwide has been declining as more and more states ignore its rulings, leading to the organization declaring the loss in standing is a reflection of the loss of faith in “globalization,” a reality that was only possible thanks to American power, which is now waning.

Recently, the WTO warned its members that there will be no more appeals until 2024 when the members have pledged to remedy the problems that have drained its authority (including the lack of newly appointed judges).

An article in Reuters quotes Keith Rockwell, a Senior Fellow at the Hinrich Foundation as claiming the WTO is “teetering on the abyss of irrelevance.” He said, “People are not feeling in any way constrained by their obligations to the WTO when it comes to policy and that was not the case a decade ago.”

To this writer, this decline is due directly to the decline of the American Empire, a largely commercial Empire that granted much autonomy to its de facto client states in exchange for supporting U.S. foreign policy and opening their markets, their resources, their technologies up to U.S. interests.

Now, with the decline of American power and the rise of rival powers, the very seas are about to face great increases in transport cost due to the lack of an American fleet powerful enough and willing enough to sustain the pax Americana that was rooted in America’s aircraft carrier task forces.

Drones are in part to blame for why, ultimately, aircraft carriers will become less relevant, or at least easier for more nations to produce (drone carriers, for instance, would be much smaller and less complex to develop and construct that ones needed for aircraft flown by humans), but even as far as the will alone is concerned, America is finding itself less and less inclined to want to continue to be the keeper of peace in the world, and are finding less and less economic benefits for doing so.

The age of pax Americana is over, and with it will go the “great” global institutions, like the WTO, who relied so much on it even as many of them worked as much to undermine American power as they did to take opportunities that flowed FROM that very power.

Fifty years and one to the day of the launching of the Yom Kippur War in 1973 (October 6, 1973) by Israel’s Arab neighbors Hamas has launched a massive attack by air, land, and sea aimed at provoking a final Arab-Israeli war and destroying the state of Israel once and for all. While such goals may be delusional fantasies of deranged extremists, the deadly import of this massive terrorist strike in dozens of locations with over 5,000 rockets fired in 20 minutes is certainly getting all of Israel’s attention.

Dozens of Arab terrorist cells have entered Israeli towns, killing Jews and taking hostages, and engaging in running gun battles with the IDF while rockets hurt and killed Jews across the State of Israel. In some instances, the Arabs have destroyed border fencing and checkpoints with Gaza and Israel, have occupied Israeli terroritory, and even seized Israeli armored vehicles.

While compared to the 1973 war, this onslaught is not major, as compared to all previous terror attacks, but this is a major attack and but is also more akin to a localized but all-out military engagement in a more conventional sense. In terms of the collective Israeli psyche, this has the same clarifying urgency and is eliciting the same kind of unity of outrage as the 1973 attack.

Of note, the conflict inside Israel over judicidal reform, in which a rogue Israeli Supreme Court was subverted by the left to essentially overturn actions by elected leaders, has been set aside. The same leftist groups urging Israelis not to answer call-ups from the military, so-called Refuseniks, have now urged all Israelis to immediately answer the call but their previous meddling in military affairs to protest in favor of judicial dictatorship may have contributed dramatically to the lack of preparation for this attack.

It’s too soon to speak of repercussions and recriminations, but already some are looking at the drama and division caused by the left, all to support judicidal supremacism to wit unelected leftist judges ruled by judicidal fiat, as aiding Israel’s Arab foes whose end is the extermination of the Jews from the Levant. But for now, the leftist opposition parties have united and declared “there is no opposition now” in light of the widely acknowledged fact Israel is at war.

Israel is celebrating Shemini Atzeret, a special holiday at the end of Sukkoth, and was in a mostly stand-down state of being, much as it was on Yom Kippur 50 years ago. A surprise Arab attack back then almost saw Israel overwhelmed. This attack was certainly a surprise, but at present, it has nothing near the same level of threat, though the genocidal intent remains the same. Few in the West, filled with corpostate media propaganda about “oppressed Palestinians” (Arabs by a different name), understand that the entirety of the Arab leadership in Gaza and in Judea and Samaria, are devoted to the removal of the Jews from the Holy Land.

The current American President’s gambit to force the “Palestinian question” into Saudi-Israeli peace talks may indeed come to naught as none of the Arab powers support the “Palestinian” Jihadist aims any more and all seem fully aware that without Iran and Turkey supporting this “Palestinian” uprising it would have been possible for some form of peace between Arabs and Jews in Israel. Saudi Arabia’s response to this fight has been remarkable: they called on Hamas to stop and for cool heads to prevail, instead of just condemning Israel.

Early reports indicate possibly dozens of Israelis, including many soldiers, have been abducted and taken as hostages into Gaza, making this an unprecedented attack that is sure to elicit an extreme and unforgiving response toward all Arabs in all of Israel’s territory, without mercy. This could dramatically harm the average Arab living in these lands, who is deluded into thinking the time for pushing the Jews into the sea is at hand. An unwillingness to even countenance the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish country that is also welcoming to its non-Jewish citizens: the goal of most Arabs in Israel is to exterminate the Jewish presence from the Holy Land.

The death toll is climbing as of 10:30 AM Eastern, US time, while at least 7 Israeli communities are at least partially occupied or under immediate armed threat by Arab militants. More than 100 Israelis are dead, and 900 Israelis have been injured in the Hamas rocket and terror assault from Beersheba to Jerusalem, Israel’s Health Ministry said.

FBI Defends MAGA-Targeting “Anti-Terror” Program With Leftist Talking Points

A report by Newsweek reveals the FBI’s complex plan to take down dissent from within, targeting Americans for supporting Donald Trump, for not supporting the seditious DNC-run government, for not being leftists in general. According to the report, the FBI has identified MAGA supporters as potential terrorists and has created a special division to monitor these supporters and take out the ones that it deems a “terroristic threat.”

The report gave plenty of defense of the FBI, painting them as having to walk a fine line between the “unfair” perception they are somehow a biased DNC-CCP operation while also fairly going after those treasonous individuals. One anonymous FBI official told Newsweek “The FBI is in an almost impossible position,” implying support for Trump and opposition to the DNC-CCP agenda is legitimately terrorism in and of itself (which you will see shortly).

That same official added, “Especially at a time when the White House is facing Congressional Republican opposition claiming that the Biden administration has ‘weaponized’ the Bureau against the right wing, it has to tread very carefully.”

The phrase “rightwing” reveals that this anonymous official is a DNC-CCP acolyte, who knows full well that “rightwing” is pretty much synonymous with fascism and white supremacism to the “American” left.

A second anonymous source reveals the level of delusion within the FBI: “Trump’s army constitutes the greatest threat of violence domestically…politically…that’s the reality and the problem set. That’s what the FBI, as a law enforcement agency, has to deal with.”

That statement in and of itself should be more than enough reason to shut down this seditious operation and recognize it for what it is, a DNC-CCP political assassination squad hellbent on destroying the American republic and anyone who still holds to American, rather than Progmerican (which is not American at all) values. The language here is that of a far-left anti-Americanist, not an American, and it speaks to the systemic disease that has rotted this institution from within.

The FBI doesn’t help the perception at all with this extremely leftist-biased statement it gave to Newsweek in answer to allegations it was DNC-CCP biased: “The threat posed by domestic violent extremists is persistent, evolving, and deadly. The FBI’s goal is to detect and stop terrorist attacks, and our focus is on potential criminal violations, violence, and threats of violence.”

The only real threat to America domestically is from the DNC-CCP and its acolytes, the ones burning down cities and allowing criminals to go free in an effort to terrorize our nation to desperately seek authoritarian, anti-American control out of fear of the demons they themselves created or lie about.

The FBI added that “Anti-government or anti-authority violent extremism is one category of domestic terrorism, as well as one of the FBI’s top threat priorities.”

To equate being anti-government and anti-authority with terrorism is to equate the American spirt with terrorism. The founding fathers were terrorists. Libertarians are all terrorists. Resisting government at all is an act of terror. Their very statements in defense of their political assassination campaign to protect the DNC-CCP in the 2024 election reveal the deeply seditious spirit the agency is fully infested with.

The Newsweek report revealed that under this MAGA-hunting program “Sociopolitical developments — such as narratives of fraud in the recent general election, the emboldening impact of the violent breach of the U.S. Capitol, conditions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, and conspiracy theories promoting violence — will almost certainly spur some domestic terrorists to try to engage in violence.”

Perhaps the most telling quote is from another anonymous FBI official who claimed: “Obviously, if Democratic Party supporters resort to violence, it [AGAAVE-Other] would apply to them as well,” the FBI officer said. “It doesn’t matter that there is a low likelihood of that. So yes, in practical terms, it refers to MAGA, though the carefully constructed language is wholly nonpartisan.”

Meanwhile, cities have been burned to the ground, MAGA supporters have been murdered, but the FBI wants you to believe it’s only Trump supporters that are acting in “terroristic” ways.

The FBI must be shut down immediately. Republican states should ban all cooperation with this seditious organization and issue arrest warrants for the top leaders who espouse such on-its-face expressions of sedition against the republic this agency is sworn to uphold and defend. Whoever wrote those statements officially “defending” the FBI revealed they themselves are domestic terrorists.

This writer has no doubt that the work we do here at The Freedomist would be considered “terrorism” by the FBI, an agency who has gone so far rogue it is now openly expressing that sedition without even realizing it. If you doubt the efficacy of a mass mailer election, the FBI will put you on a watch list. If you support molesting children using government teachers to do it, the FBI will defend you from “domestic terrorists,” i.e. Americans not willing to surrender their republic to the woketarian agenda this perverse, unlawful agency represents.

“American” Chipmakers Seek to Protect CCP from Americans

If you want to understand how radically opposed to American interests the corporations in our country are, the big computer chip makers inside America are perfect poster children for that treasonous nature, in spades.

Recently, Nvidia, Intel, and Qualcomm have been pushing back against the Biden administration’s moves to cut China off from high-tech chips and chip-making technologies. These companies “warn” Americans that not working with China on chip technology will somehow be bad for us, not understanding that they’re asking us to work with the 21^st century version of Nazis in the name of advancing their own international corporate interests.

Tim Teter, Nvidia’s general counsel, said of the move to limit China’s access to chips and chip technology, “What you risk is spurring the development of an ecosystem that’s led by predators.”

An article in the NYTimes titled “How the Big Chip Makers Are Pushing Back on Biden’s China Agenda” is written in an extremely nuanced biased way that favors commercial interests over American ones, revealing what this writer believes is the seditious spirit behind the writers and the publication that allowed such a pro-CCP agitprop piece to represent their brand (especially one as sophisticated and nuanced as this article is).

Here’s one paragraph from an article that might as well have been written by the CCP (and who knows, maybe it was): The warnings from the companies speak to the tension between national security concerns and commercial interests and highlight an unavoidable quandary for the Biden administration: The economic interdependence of the United States and China, which has roots stretching back decades, means that any action by Washington to confront Beijing risks causing harm at home.

An American article would rightly conclude from the start that these companies represent an existential problem the nation has with “internationally focused” corporations that owe their allegiance to no nation, let alone the nation that enabled their rise to international power in the first place, America. But these writers (it took THREE people to write this pro-CCP agitprop) seek to present an “argument” that asks the reader to consider sedition when it invites profit and “technological advancement.”

Here’s another quote from the article that reveals the CCP-influenced nature of this seditious article: The companies have warned that a U.S. pullback could accelerate China’s development of an independent chip industry, paving the way to a world dominated by Chinese-created chips rather than American-designed chips.

Now they’re asking us to believe that withholding high tech from China will somehow lead to China becoming even more high-tech and will, of course, beat America at the high-tech game, with the tacit understanding in that quote being China is superior to us so we should just accept further entanglement with a fascist state that sells the organs of ethnic groups it deems undesirable.

All three of these companies are steeped in the self-righteous virtue signaling cult of American leftism, which rose to power largely through claiming the white fascist devil was going to kill us all so we have to combat whiteness to combat fascism. Meanwhile, they are spending millions lobbying our government to continue to entangle itself with the 21^st century version of the Third Reich that China truly is, from stem to stern.

The NYTimes article gives just enough counterview to the idea that cutting off China from American high-tech is a bad idea to cause you to doubt the claim that this is nothing but CCP-directed propaganda, but that counter-claim is far more convoluted and obtuse that the black and white claims that support further entanglement with a bloodthirsty fascist regime for “the good of the whole.”

A statement from the Semiconductor Industry Association(SIA) sums up the true seditious nature of our own American-based corporations, who demonstrate no allegiance to anyone but profit, Sedition Capitalism, if you will: “Recognizing that strong economic and national security require a strong U.S. semiconductor industry, leaders in Washington took bold and historic action last year to enact the CHIPS and Science Act to strengthen our industry’s global competitiveness and de-risk supply chains. Allowing the industry to have continued access to the China market, the world’s largest commercial market for commodity semiconductors, is important to avoid undermining the positive impact of this effort. Repeated steps, however, to impose overly broad, ambiguous, and at times unilateral restrictions risk diminishing the U.S. semiconductor industry’s competitiveness, disrupting supply chains, causing significant market uncertainty, and prompting continued escalatory retaliation by China.

“We call on both governments to ease tensions and seek solutions through dialogue, not further escalation. And we urge the administration to refrain from further restrictions until it engages more extensively with industry and experts to assess the impact of current and potential restrictions to determine whether they are narrow and clearly defined, consistently applied, and fully coordinated with allies.”

It is no surprise these same corporations use their economic market powers to enforce the anti-American “morality” of what this writer calls “Woketariansm,” which is the corporate version of “woke,” which is an ideology that holds to the belief EVERYTHING must be destroyed and rebuilt, including America, even Christianity, because the white devil invented them. If we don’t destroy what the white devil built, the white devil will kill us all.

America as a free republic is an impediment to their ability to exploit international markets for maximum profit, even if it means helping America’s fascist enemy, China, surpass her. What do they care, as long as they think they can continue to make bank even under CCP rule.

NY Fraud Case Against Trump Exposed as Kangaroo Court Trial Run by Seditionists

Judge Arthur Engoron issued a gag order against Donald Trump in his Fraud case in New York telegraphing to the world his intentions to assure a guilty plea that will enable the Democratic party to sell Donald Trump’s properties and use the proceeds to fund their seditionist programs.

Donald Trump has appealed the seditionist judge’s wild anti-constitutional summary judgment that claims the Judge knows better than anyone else what Trump’s properties are really worth despite having no expertise in that field to justify such a claim. It is unlikely he will win on that appeal in the state of New York as that state has fallen long ago to the party of hate, the party of fear, the party of fake hope that the treasonous terror organization, the Democratic Party, has become.

The disgrace to the American republic that is the NY fraud cause against Donald Trump is showing anyone who is not a far-left seditionist at heart just how far gone the Democratic party is as it relates to American values. The case has gone forward after a far-left activist seditionist judge ruled Trump in fact defrauded unmentioned entities by valuing his properties at levels this judge declares are not right, even though he has no expertise in this field whatsoever.

The NY AG, Letitia James, another far-left seditionist activist at heart, is pulling the race card to protect her from rightful condemnation, a favorite tactic of the DNC-CCP, who uses accusations of “ist” and “phobe” all the time to shield itself from truth that exposes their deranged, depraved, genocidal natures.

An article in Townhall by Rachel Alexander (friend of this writer as well as our publisher) really summarizes it best when pointing out the truly seditious nature of this whole proceeding, a proceeding that destroys American rule of law (as it is intended to do), while being cheered on by supporters of the DNC-CCP because it attacks the boogeyman this treasonous party has created, the “fascist” Donald Trump. From Townhall:

New York Democratic Attorney General Letitia James, who has targeted Trump for several years, said Trump and his associates used the valuations to obtain favorable treatment. James ran for attorney general five years ago campaigning to investigate the “con man.” Rules 3.6 and 3.8 of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys make it very clear that prosecutors are prohibited from making “extrajudicial statements” that “can create the additional problem of increasing public condemnation of the accused.” Yet nothing has happened to her.

Engoron’s order canceled the certificates of the key businesses behind Trump’s empire and set up a fast timeline to dissolve the Trump Organization and its connected entities. He revoked the licenses for some of Trump’s flagship properties, including Trump Tower and the Trump International Hotel. He claimed Trump had a “propensity to engage in persistent fraud.”

Engoron also awarded sanctions against Trump’s attorneys of $7,500 each merely for including defenses in their pleadings. I’ve never seen or heard of that before. Engoron claimed that Trump’s attorneys repeatedly brought up those defenses in pleadings, which were “frivolous.” How can he rule they’re frivolous when the actual trial hasn’t even started yet?

Of course, Rachel, the answer is simple, he can rule that way because New York is controlled by seditionists, not Americans, for if he were to conduct himself in such an overt disregard for American rule of law in an American-controlled state he would be removed from office and prosecuted for crimes against the American republic, as hopefully one day he will be.

The Fraud case against Trump is a case of Fraud against the American people, and only the deluded America-hating, human-hating left will fail to see the truth for what it simply is. Donald Trump, whatever you might think of him (and this writer is not a huge fan), is the precedent-setter for all of us. As Trump, a former President, is allowed to be brutalized with lawless acts of sedition because he does not go along with enough of their program, we who are far weaker than him are even more at risk of being caught up by the gestapo left and its Soros-funded terrorists who are unlawfully occupying positions in a republic’s government they so fully hate and wish to destroy.

X Won’t Censor Election Content For “Misinformation,” and the Seditionist Left is NOT Happy

Elon Musk has announced the dismantling of his “Election Integrity” team as the 2024 election approaches. He announced the plan in a tweet on September 27, where he said “Oh you mean the “Election Integrity” Team that was undermining election integrity? Yeah, they’re gone.”

That same election integrity team for the U.S. was apparently located in Dublin, Ireland, meaning the primary public speech platform in the U.S. would allegedly be governed for “election integrity” by foreigners.

Twitter created a blog post on August of 2023 that outlines the type of tweets that could be flagged and made it as clear as words can make it that “misinformation” will not cause your account and/or tweet to be flagged UNLESS it involves information that could lead someone to vote in the wrong place or on the wrong day.

The DNC-CCP media is apoplectic about this move, equating it to fascism, claiming that any public speech platform that doesn’t screen “misinformation” from its platform is aiding and abetting white supremacists or “right wingers.”

In the case of a Europe that lacks the constitutional framework America uniquely has, it’s against the law to publish “misinformation” or “hate speech,” a reality the DNC-CCP hopes to create in the land of the free (thus another reason this writer calls them the party of sedition).

To the left, “misinformation” and “hate speech” are really just code words for “content that does not parrot our worldview.” You can see that here in a post that bemoans anyone speaking out against child grooming in schools, or countering the lie that that there are more than two genders, even if the ones doing it are in one of their “protected” (code for “elite special class”) groups:

Leftists in America know full well that the boardrooms of our major institutions are all infested with anti-American seditionists like themselves, seditionists who call good evil and evil good, seditionists who say anti-American things like “freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom from consequences,” with the consequences being getting punched, stabbed, murdered, economically destroyed, and culturally and economically ostracized.

They know full well their faction has near-total control over the means of social and cultural production, that all the major media outlets are controlled by a handful of billionaires who put the interests of the “world” over the interests of the American republic, making the Americans in that group seditionists at heart. Remember, “world” is a code word for Socialist Dystopia, a very specific world that celebrates murdering unborn children, sexual activity that leads to no birth, depopulation, and total control over the lives of the non-billionaires.

The left supports censorship of “hate speech” and “misinformation” because they are cowards who understand deep down that their ideas are hateful to the human species as a whole, that their policies lead to genocide and corruption from top to bottom, that they create a climate of fear and hate where psychopaths are rewarded with power and compassion and mercy are murdered in the public square.

Misinformation and hate speech are terms that are defined by the faction in power, and the left knows and relies on this fact.

If they were the weak faction, the faction that couldn’t rely on billionaires to use their significant privilege to execute the enemies of their faction (as America’s billionaires have overwhelmingly chosen to do for the DNC-CCP faction), they would be crying out like leftists did in the 1970s and 80s, for free speech rights. They would be crying out for the right to dissent instead of supporting locking people up that dare express dissent at leftist policies.

The reaction of the left to news that Elon Musk would not allow his platform to censor content based on “misinformation” and hate speech” as the standard shows how anti-American and seditious they are at heart. A coward who knows he is lying is the only one that needs to protect himself from “misinformation” or “hate speech,” two terms that have been used in some form or another by dictators since dictators existed.

Americans who continue to believe the Democratic Party is anything but a revolutionary machine of terror aimed at the heart of our republic will be the death of this republic. And when the cattle cars are moving on the leftist rails, be they literal or symbolic, these same Americans that continue to deny reality will be targets to be placed on those cattle cars as surely we will be. The death of America is assured so long as the DNC-CCP is allowed to operate outside of American law, unaccountable for the terror they inflict on our republic and our citizens. The proof that the GOP is opposition control and nothing more lies in the fact that GOP-controlled states are not rightly criminally prosecuting the DNC-CCP for its acts of violence, acts of sedition against the American republic.
