Fearless Christians defied the authoritarian goons who call themselves Antifa in a bold rally as thousands showed up in the face of threats to take back their streets.
The aggression was not handled well by police who appeared to be on the side of the attackers, but the worshipping continued even as children and families were assaulted.
“Shocking video recorded in Portland show[s] a large group of antifa (sic) carrying shields & weapons move in to attack & shut down a family Christian prayer & worship event on the waterfront. Police did not intervene,” Andy Ngo tweeted.
After a flyer circulated advertising the event, Portland Antifa groups mobilized on Twitter, with one member tweeting, “Welcome to Portland, you won’t like it here, pastor.” Antifa members then descended on the open-air event at Tom McCall Waterfront Park near the Battleship Oregon Memorial.
Evidently, Gary Maynard, 47, a college professor at Santa Clara University and Sonoma State University, and not climate change, is the culprit behind a number of wildfires raging in California. A criminal justice professor, nobody is reporting on his motivation, but the propensity of climate alarmists to manufacture results to “prove” the need for draconian and totalitarian “solutions” cannot be discounted as a possible motivation.
According to hard left news site The Daily Beast, “Gary Maynard, age 47, set a series of fires in Lassen National Forest and Shasta Trinity National Forest, an area in rural Northern California near where the Dixie Fire, the second-largest in state history, still burns, federal prosecutors allege. California Forestry Department agents arrested him Saturday. He is charged with intentionally setting fire to public land and is being held without bail in the Sacramento County Main Jail.”
His research covers “criminal justice, social science research methods, cults and deviant behavior.” This tends to align with the dangerous ideology of left-wing authoritarianism which, while invoking claims of justice and virtue-signalling, demonstrates a strong propensity toward intolerance and violence when challenged or opposed.
Maynard wanted to kill.
“He entered the evacuation zone and began setting fires behind the first responders fighting the Dixie Fire,” court filings read. “In addition to the danger of enlarging the Dixie fire and threatening more lives and property, this increased the danger to the first responders.”
While Maynard is described as mentally unstable, questions as to how he became a part-time lecturer at a university or his political motivation are scrupulously avoided by the Democratic Party Press whose own political biases lean hard left. The idea these fires may have been leftwing terrorism aimed at frightening people into the climate change hysteria used to justify totalitarianism is off the radar of sympathetic “journalists” for whom his possible aims, if not his means, comport with their own authoritarian ideology.
It turns out, Maynard is a far left authoritarian loon. He was referenced in a radical leftwing website, artprofiler, being praised for his invectives against Donald Trump.
“Donald will not stay quiet or play nice,” says Dr. Gary Maynard. “The question then becomes, ‘will he get violent or spur on violence?’”
Maynard and the left are the only ones spurring violence.

They added this from an interview that became well-shared, making Maynard a poster boy for leftist activism aimed at destroying freedom in this country.
SWAMP: Do you think President Trump suffers from the same malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder as Jim Jones did?
MAYNARD: Yes, I do and I think he may not really be aware of the violent outburst that he is capable of since he grew up wealthy and bullied people, who basically let him get away with threats of physical or career violence without needing to actually physically attack people. For the American people, this issue of Donald Trump not really being aware of the violent tendencies he has inside him and has been building year after year (just watch his look of hatred and anger when Obama mocked him at the correspondent’s dinner in 2015).
Maynard turned out to be the violent one with mental illness and now the Democratic Party Press is covering up both his leftwing stance and his following as a poster child for the kind of ideas they promote.
The degenerate leftist agitator essentially prophesied his own actions, projecting his own mental illness on to Trump:

The concept behind a farmstead estate is a grouping of around 15 or so adults, including around 5 nuclear families and single adults connected to them who share ownership in a multi-faceted farmstead which raises essential food staples for up to 1,000 families.
Essentially a Upo Farmstead Estate (farmstead for short) is a homesteading partnership of around 5 families and attached single adults who create a profitable business selling food staples to customers, which can be partially limited to fellow Upadarians and fellow Christians, but also extend to the general public.
This concept takes the smaller application of homesteading to a new nevel of efficiency. By scaling things up, ot increases efficiencies and productivity. A small 10 are plot with fish farm, greenhouses, aquaponics, and small animal herds (goats, rabbits, chickens, for example), could outperform much larger farms.
The farmstead may also cover its costs through real estate investment and provide residential and/or commercial space to the public. In this case, a 20 acre farmstead may include 7 acres for the various components of food productivity, 3 acres for the peers who live there, 2 acres for around 12 residences and 5 commercial spaces leased to the public, an acre for refugees/transitional housing, and 7 acres set aside for nature.
The farmstead land would be part of a local Upo chapter land trust, which would be rewarded with a 10% tithe of produced foods in order to ensure aid to members and cover benevolence needs. The buildings would be owned by the peer residents and/or a cooperative owned by its peer customers. The business would be owned by its participants using a participatory ownership plan.
In areas with multipl Upo Farmsteads, there may be specialization and the various farmsteads may form an ad hoc or formal food production consortium to ensure that all essentials are locally grown in a sustainable manner. A local chapter organization may use its resources and crowdfund among members to provide seed capital for developing farmsteads which repay the loan and/or share profits with investors.
The development of farmsteads would be part of any area-wide “distributed city” plan enacted by an area chapter, the Shire. This would include education and training in homesteading, victory gardens, and farmsteading, from going food and raising animals, to technical methods and means, and business and marketing. Identifying, training, and funding people with the calling and skills to develop and manage farmsteads and to support homesteading and victory gardens is a necessary part of any distributed city planning regimen.
Farmsteads, whether linked to the Upadaria concept or not, are the essential element to local food freedom that will also enhance the well-being of nature and create local sustainability that frees people from the top-down centralized corporate food industry. Whether one’s cocnern is freedom, local autonomy, or the environment, an intentional program for developing, nurturing, and supporting farmstead estates is a ready-made solution.
Freedom is under assault and will always be the target of freedom-takers of every religious, political, and philosophical persuasion, but freedom is as stubborn as life itself and will always gain purchase on some ground, somewhere. The trick is to know where, when, and how that freedom will emerge and gain purchase so you can be there instead of stuck on some plantation, toiling away in a drone-like animalistic manner.
We will unilaterally build freedom in new ways, with new structures, and in the form of new communities and spaces ruled by the ideals and principles of freedom as defined and provided for by God!
If bondage is the natural state of humanity without the presence and influence of the Kingdom of God, then freedom is the transcendent state of humanity where the Kingdom of God in its essentials and elements is being activated in people’s lives. Too often we focus narrowly on the machinations and capabilities of the freedom takers without considering the superior power and supernatural resources of the freedom builders who, inspired by the Kingdom of God among us, are not limited or defined by the intentions of the bad guys.
Eschatology, the study of the end times, has done more to shift our focus from truth and light to danger and darkness than anything else. The perception, now over 170 years old, that the antichrist is at hand and that now we must but endure the tribulation and become martyrs has crippled the people of God and sent the forces of freedom on Christ into headlong retreat.
Those who do not accept the possibility of victory in this life are a miserable and sad lot who also tend to not be happy until everyone around them also joins in this pessimistic worldview. Their God is a God who leaves them powerless in this life, mere prey to the enemy, because somehow this glorifies God and is necessary in order for the end, and final deliverance, to come.
In the event the ACTUAL tribulation, not the hard times that weren’t the tribulation but that led Christians to abdicate the field to their foes, comes it is, at worse, 7 hard years followed by a massive victory. It is not the next hundred years being treated like an animal and only responding by saying this is proof the end is near.
The Kingdom of God will advance on this earth and nations will be converted right up until the end, the final battle. Never will the entire earth be free and neither will the antichrist ever gain total control. Our expectation is that the influence and witness of the Kingdom, mostly measured in saved souls and then sociocultural and socioeconomic impact that shapes the kingdoms of this day, will always advance, in many places it will prevail as never before, but the battle against the forces of darkness and bondage will also become more intense.
Darkness will become more vile but we will also see greater and more faithful fidelity here and there to God’s blueprints and frameworks for human civilization, for the nations, and for the Body of Christ. The faithful will gain insights, wisdom, and favor to advance into a more glorious future but those mired in darkness will stoop to lower depths and invent even more depravity.
The “trick” is to be in the side that is avdancing, to know what God is doing to advance the Kingdom, when, where, and how, and place yourself and your family right in the middle of that flow.
We posit that God is raising up a new Kingdom nation as the vanguard of a new Civilization predicated on Kingdom ideals, namely Unity in diversity, Popular sovereignty, Democratic equality, and Rule of law. The revival of older nations who once knew Christ, the conversion of nations who are alienated from the Kingdom, and the birthing of whole new nations whose God is the Lord is, for us, the future of the Kingdom advancing among us and it is in this work real freedom will be found.
The globe-trotting, morally barbaric ruling class who see humans as but a commodity to serve their happiness imagine they have the money, the armies, and all the major institutions and, therefore, resistance to them is futile. Sadly some Christians, equating these rulers with the antichrist and the end-times, also see in their power an invincible force we cannot escape except through a martyrdom or staying below the radar. The idea of confronting and overwhelming these freedom taking loons and building freedom which they cannot assail is unthinkable.
The new birth of freedom we envision will come through a Biblical concept and application of nationhood that is spiritual in its genesis, is unilaterally embraced and practiced in community with people on a freewill participatory basis, and that is protected by God in the same way ancient Israel was protected from the Midianites.
All over the world, whether it is your piece of land or an intentional community, a refugee camp or a whole city of refuge privately run by an international Christian society, freedom will gain new homelands and if or when the worldlings, whose hearts are set on their course by hell, turn their wrath toward this work of God, they will be throwing themselves into their own pit which they have themselves dug.
For those who cannot believe in such a hopeful and glorious future, for those who see giants in the land, and for those who fear stepping into our path lest they gain the attention of the ruling class, we cannot but pray for and love you. As for us, our focus is on building the new gaps for freedom, developing new structures, around a Biblical model of nationhood and a prophetic insight into the emergence of a new civilization.
We do not expect easy sailing. But we will give better than we get, we will be more a problem to the rising class and the forces of darkness than they could ever be to us. Our expectation and hope is for victory!

Bill Collier- What does it mean to be an American? What does it mean to be part of a Christian nation? What do you do when the very meaning of being an American has been watered down to nothing and your nation and country are positively hostile to the Christian way of life and also to liberty as defined by the original spirit and intent of the US Bill of Rights?
The need to be part of a nation whose God is the Lord is not necessarily a felt need, it’s not something many consciously think about, although subconsciously the instinct can almost become a bit jingoistic and intolerant of people who one might not consider to be “Americans” based on some perceived sociocultural or religious definition. But love of freedom and love of God are strictly voluntary and, as a matter of fact, American citizenship or residency here are not conditioned on those beliefs.
For many who wish to define being an American in such terms as at least a Judeo-Christian worldview and love of liberty, as defined by the Bill of Rights in their more classic and generous definitions, the deeper instinct is a desire to be part of a freedom-loving nation whose God is the Lord. The desire to be connected to an entire, larger-scale body of people whose affections and convictions mirror your own, is perfectly natural and noble.
But the horse is out of the barn, as it were, and the definition of an American as a shared national identity has in fact been watered down to the point where general consensus as to any definition is impossible. Efforts to redefine our national identity in a more freedom-loving and Judeo-Christian manner are bound to exclude fellow citizens and would potentially violate the rights of others or lead to further catastrophic division among the populace.
While our proposal to develop a new form of spiritual nationhood is not limited to the United States of America, the development of an intentional nationality that is in fact explicitly Christian and freedom-loving while being strictly voluntary and open to men and women of any race or ancestry, answers the instinctive desire to be part of a nation whose God is the Lord and whose very spirit is a freedom-loving spirit. The proliferation and adoption of this identity in the US and around the world is a deeply spiritual and then sociocultural and socioeconomic response to the overt top-down, hierarchical systems of control perpetuated by a corrupt ruling class through coercion and manipulation.
Essentially, this new intentional nationality compliments your present citizenship as an American and your own ancestry, without replacing these identities, and nurtures your core spiritual identity as a follower of Yeshua who is the Christ. It is a way to connect to a national people whose God is the Lord and it is a unique and positive response to the top-down systems of control that uses purely voluntary and cultural means to carve out gaps for freedom through peaceful means.
We call this new and intentional nationality “Upadarian”, that is, being a peer of a spiritual nation whose God is the Lord, a spiritual nation distributed all over the world and peopled by individuals who simply adopt this nationality through a common Pledge before God, and God alone, to live a certain way of life and share certain goals and purposes.
Your ancestral nationality, or nationalities, is something you are born with and in many cases, your citizenship is also inherited or, in other cases, adopted. These are forms of nationhood in their own way, but spiritual nationhood, as we propose it, is not inherited. In the same way being a follower of Yeshua cannot be inherited but must be chosen, this kind of nationhood must be chosen.
For those who love freedom and love God, a form of nationhood that reflect these values provides a nurturing connection at scale with everyone else who adopts the same nationality. Everyone who does this knows that everyone else who does the same has the same values. When they encounter each other they can be reasonably certain of behavioral standards and norms and have expectations of ethical principles that will be followed in any transaction.
This form of nationhood doesn’t replace any other identity, such as your ancestry or citizenship. As an American you can love your country and pursue its good while adopting a nested national identity that truly reflects your beliefs, values, and convictions and allows you to easily and quickly connect with anyone else who goes by the same shared national identity.
What does the Upadarian identity entail and can other identies be used to the same effect? The latter question has a simple answer: in God’s schema for human civilization a multiplicity of nations of people, defined in spiritual as opposed to political terms, through freewill participation and not merely inheritance, is perfectly normal and desirable. As to what being a Upadarian entails, it is basically an intentional and purely voluntary adoption of 17 Protocols which define a shared way of life.
This isn’t a system of rules and regulations enforced by a human authority or a top-down controlling hierarchy, it is strictly something each participant commits to before God and only God. It may be confirmed and recognized by others in a formal way, but this is neither essential nor required. Anyone who is drawn to our 17 Protocols and who seeks before God to utilize them to fulfill His scrolls of purpose and destiny and God’s best for their lives as well as our shared purposes and destiny is a peer of our spiritual nation. This is a commitment made by each person before God alone and no human agency as well as no permission is required for one to do this.
We are not redefining nationhood so much as we are resorting that form of nationhood we find within the Kingdom of God, a Kingdom of many diverse nations of people all whose God is the Lord. While for some nations of people, things like ancestry and where one lives may be part of their identity, the spiritual and sociocultural basis of that form of nationhood are always strictly based on voluntary freewill participation.
But the vision and purpose of Upadaria as a spiritual nation is unique in that the homeland of our nation is envisioned as being distributed all over the world, here and there, and ancestry plays no role in determining who can become a peer of our nation. Our goals as a people include raising the banner of freedom for all human beings, ushering in and nurturing the Kingdom Age and universal nationhood in Christ among the Elect, and being the vanguard people of a new civilization through the creation of our own genesis structures.
For American Christians in particular, especially those who remain faithful to the doctrinal and moral orthodoxy of historic Christianity, becoming a Upadarian by adopting our 17 Protocols as a guide to their own way of life and a means of connecting and collaborating with others, is a viable and useful means of reconnecting to America’s Judeo-Christian foundations and manifest destiny without alienating others who may neither be Christians nor as committed to freedom.
Basically, we propose, the Upadarian nationality is in fact the succesor peoplehood to America’s founders, especially people like the Pilgrims and the Puritans and people like William Bradford and William Penn. But this isn’t merely a throwback to the past, it is an advancement built upon the previous successes that also learns from previous mistakes and failures.
The Upadarian nationality is a new spiritual form of nationhood one adopts as a nested idenity that is complimentary of your ancestral nationality and your present citizenship. It certainly doesn’t stop you from loving your country and it positively affirms and nurtures your core identity as a spiritual citizen of the Kingdom of God.
There is power in nationhood when that form of nationhood has Jesus Christ as its head. This cannot be imposed. People either adopt it or they don’t, they need no human permission to do so and no human authority may compel them to do so! But everyone who sincerely adopts such an identity is part of nation whose God is the Lord and everyone who is part of such a nation is eligible to share in the supernatural blessings and provisions which God reserves for such nations of people.
Through the intentional adoption of a form of nationhood whose head is Christ and whose frameworks and blueprints reflect the core spiritual DNA of the very Kingdom of God, we remove the battle for freedom from the realm of human and earthly power into the realm of spiritual sovereignty powered by the supernatural provision of God. As and when millions of Americans and millions of other people around the world adopt this shared form of intentional spiritual nationhood, by adopting the 17 Protocols as their chosen way of life and the very core of their mutual support, we can literally expect the same God who blessed ancient Israel to protect and defend this nation.
There are many practical and useful ideas and principles which one can glean from the Upadarian nationality and make part of mutual support groups and networks of similar people. But the supernatural protection and provision of God for all such nations of people is essential to understanding how becoming a Upadarian will tend to make you more free.
The “infrastructure bill” is part of a long line of intolerable acts aimed at voiding the Bill of Rights and transferring wealth from workers and producers to the ruling class who produce nothing of value for society at large.
Bill Collier- For lovers of liberty and American patriots who don’t absolutely hate their own country, like the ruling class do, the “infrastructure bill” is the latest in a string of intolerable acts which appear to evince a design of tyranny. From wasteful spending to requiring a breathalyzer or other “alcohol monitoring” and even cameras in new cars to a per mile user fee that turns all roads into toll roads, this intolerable act is yet another example of top-down control and wealth redistribution from the workers and producers to the uber rich ruling class and their core of voters.
Cryptocurrency miners and blockchain software developers dodged the bullet of being required to act as brokers with privacy-busting reporting requirements to our lecherous IRS, those “swarms of officers” whose locust-like parasitism on our wealth is notorious and getting sinister. But the number of devilish details meant to fund the ruling class, further transform average people into serfs, and buy off a zombie army of mindless drone voters, in this bill, supported by the GOP and the Democrats, may be too numerous for anyone to add up. At over 2700 pages, this bill is a mass compilation of bad ideas that make the ruling class richer and you less free. It is an affront to the Bill of Rights, common decency, and the free market all designed to create the groundwork for a one-party authoritarian regime.
Finding ways to get over and around its onerous provisions will be a virtual cottage industry and any alleged good it fulfills will be greatly outweighed by its baneful impact on your liberty and wealth, unless you are part of the ruling class or a target of their vote-buying largesse.
Back when being an American meant something more than just living in this country, back when it meant a passion for freedom and a strong and courageous determination to stand for liberty and vanquish freedom takers, bills like this would be responded to quite differently. The officials behind these bills would become pariahs and new elections would sweep them all out of power.
The tyranny is real and the intent to defraud the public and transform this country into a one-party authoritarian regime is also obvious. But the outrage is a murmur, a pale whisper, and nobody appears to back justice against the freedom-taking ruling class and their collaborators in Congress. Neither local governments nor states and certainly not the faux opposition party, the Republicans, stand with average Americans who just want to be left alone to live their lives in peace.
Those who desire freedom have a high mountain to climb and the odds are stacked against their efforts to push through and obtain freedom, prosperity, peace, and safety. But the battle to pursue freedom and defeat the freedom taking ruling class is incumbent upon us all, whether we desire it or not, because we, the average people, are the target. What is more, as these intolerable acts pile up, and given the totalitarian bent of the Party in power this is just the start of their war on freedom, you will have no way to avoid the baneful effects of their efforts.
The infrastructure bill is another intolerable act that is, as all such acts, aimed at the heart of freedom and designed to further plunder your wealth.
Taiwan’s existence is imperiled without a nuclear deterrent it can directly control, but so too are Japan and South Korea vulnerable, because the US cannot be counted on as an ally over the long-haul.
Bill Collier, Predictive Analysis- Depending on the United States has left many a country floundering on the rocks as, when push came to shove, the US, thanks to its inherently flawed version of modern “democracy” with its wild and unstable swings fueled by shallow propaganda aimed at gullible voters, turns its back on old friends. The precipitous, chaotic US withdrawals from Afghanistan and Iraq, for instance, left almost all the locals who had collaborated with the Americans exposed and in danger, for instance.
The US withdrawal from Vietnam was capped by the now infamous photo of a US helicopter flying out a few escapees as the Viet Cong closed in. Not only did the US leave Vietnam chaotically, the US stopped supporting South Vietnam and allowed the Communist invasion to overtake their former allies, this after over 50,000 US service members perished in fighting FOR South Vietnam’s independence from the Communist Bloc.
As for Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, their status as Front-Line States against China and its aggresive communist imperialist leaves them vulnerable as soon as the US decides to sacrifice them or loses interest in their defense. Relying on the US nuclear shield or military presence, these three states would be extremely vulnerable on their own.
In the event China siezes Taiwan, which would likely be a lightening and overwhelming operation that would see the Chinese descend on their tiny neighbor en masse, both South Korea and Japan would be outflanked. If the US gives ground over Taiwan, a possibility given the collaborationist Democrats whose ideological sympathy is with Beijing, neither Japan nor South Korea would have an answer to Chinese aggression.
The only guarantee these states would have is to cooperate fully with one one another in a close alliance aimed at producing a nuclear deterrent. No matter what these states do, sans the US military presence they cannot muster enough conventional forces to stop a determined Chinese attack. Moreover, the balance of power will continue to turn against them. But with a nuclear deterrent and a willingness to use it, China would have to choice but to come to terms with their neighbors.
The knee-jerk opposition to the “proliferation of nuclear weapons”, mostly by states that have nuclear weapons, seems to equate “peace” with this effort. But nuclear weapons have not led to war and will not lead to war as mutual assured destruction keeps warlike intentions in check. The North Korean regime would already be gone but for the Chinese nuclear umbrella in the past while, today, even the Chinese are hesitant to replace the Kim family regime because North Korea has nuclear weapons.
It is possible, albeit not highly probable, that these three states have already secretly begun talks, if not technical efforts, to develop nuclear weapons. The problem is that the present South Korean leader, Moon Jae-in, and his Democrats, have largely favored a rapprochement with China over North Korea and, while this has not played a significant role in the upcoming election in March 2022, it may be reversed soon as the more conservative People’s Power Party is poised to win.
With South Korea roiled by scandals and led by a collaborationist Party, whose leftwing views comport with the “Chinese model”, the likelihood of South Korea joining a secret effort of this nature is slim. Indeed, the wonder of it all may also be the failure of Australia and New Zealand, the next targets if Taiwan falls and both Japan and South Korea are forced to concede ground, to develop their own nuclear weapons programs.
The cooperation of Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea to obtain nuclear weapons would be a logical response to Chinese aggression, but if such a program were ever leaked prior to actualization, it would no doubt trigger a violent Chinese response which the US may feel they cannot morally counter. After all, China could claim such a program represents an existential threat to its regime and, in truth, if these three powers did go nuclear it could actually thoroughly and finally bottle China up in a manner that ensures its eventual economic collapse.
No power more than India has any more reason to support the nuclear arming of these three states. Indeed, in an extemely unlikely but not impossible scenario, India could decide to actually station nuclear weapons in Taiwan, unveiling them on the heels of some formal declaration by Taiwan of a sort of Independence. It is doubtful Tawain, which sees the eventual reunification of China under its form of government as its long-term goal, would concede its claims by declaring “independence”, but it could, with a nuclear umbrella, assert independence and regain formal recognition by some countries as the legitimate successor state to the Qing Dynasty, which it displaced in 1911-12.
It should be noted that the Chinese communist party has never won any free and fair election and only 1 in 16 Chinese actually belong to the Party, which won by force, backed by the Soviets, as Americans betrayed the Republic of China (RoC). The Communists took over by force in 1949 and have ruled by force since then. Never have the Chinese Communists won the popular vote in anything approaching any kind of free and fair elections.
The way the US betrayed the RoC, the way the US left South Vuetnam and abandoned its friends in Afghanistan and Iraq, leaving them to their fate, should serve as a warning to these front-line states that dependency on the Americans is a foolhardy plan.
The possibility is there that one or more of these states already has a very secret nuclear weapons program underway, but unless they do, and soon, the probability is that all three will eventually be made to bow before the spector of Chinese communist imperialism.
In the end, either these states will obtain a nuclear deterrent on their own or, eventually, they will be forced to come under the sway of China in some capacity and effectively lose their sovereignty.
Democrats control the Capitol in California and the GOP leadership have played the role of controlled opposition in what has become an authoritarian one-party regime. With the recall election against Governor Newsom, a rabid leftist Democrat, Republicans are once again poised to perpetuate the one-party rule while pretending to be opposition thereto.
According to an ABC10 News Poll, the recall effort against Governor Newsom, a rabid Democrat, some 51% of voters support recall, 40% are against recall, and 9% are undecided. But this is not good news for Republicans, who, while led by Larry Elder, present a divided front which is ensuring the top Democrat would take the race.
The breakdown is as follows:
27 percent — Kevin Paffrath (D) 23 percent — Larry Elder (R) 20 percent — Undecided 10 percent — John Cox (R) 5 percent — Kevin Faulconer (R) 4 percent — Caitlyn Jenner (R) 3 percent — Kevin Kiley (R)
Paffrath is a YouTube personality who stated in his campaign he would deploy the national guard to remove homeless camps which have been allowed to flourish around California. Not a typical Democrat, Paffrath is a real estate investor and landlord, known at one point as a “landlord influencer”, with a social media following of 1.68 million subscribers. If Paffrath, a native of Germany whose parents brought him to California when he was 18, and who lives in Ventura, CA, wins he would be the youngest governor ever. He would also run afoul of the hard left wing of the Democratic Party.
On the other hand, he is a fresh face and would allow the Democrats to replace an unpopular governor whose continued tenure has the potential of strengthening the GOP, especially in those few swing US House Districts where the GOP could, if it knew how to fight, get some pick-ups.
The recall election is scheduled for September 14, 2021 while the press in California remain firmly in the tank for Governor Newsom. The pretend act that they are journalists and not merely political hacks working in lockstep to keep Camifornia under a one-party authoritarian regime isn’t wearing well as all their preachments against the recall have failed to sway public opinion their way. Even in the absence of any fair and equitable coverage of news, balanced by representing all Californians other than the hard left, the public appears, at least in this case, to be diverging from the rabidly partisan “press” establishment.
Meanwhile, the Republican Party, which has demonstrated an amazing fecklessness in the face of many assaults on political freedom by the Democratic Party, has refused to endorse a single candidate and create a united front giving them a fighting chance to take the governorship.
As the GOP field is led by Larry Elder who garners overall 23% support by all voters, it is not surprising the mostly all white GOP establishment opted not to endorse a candidate. The issue isn’t Larry Elder’s race, he is a Black man, the issue is the moral weakness of the Party establishment which is unfit to fight any battle against Democrats or against the onslaught against freedom.
Between them, Republicans have over 55% of the vote, a stunning number, with 20% of voters undecided, but thanks to a lack of unity, it would appear the GOP have once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. The closest GOP comeptitor to Elder, however, has 10% of the vote, far behind “undecided” at 20%, but the GOP leadership has abdicated the field, on a blatant display of just how much of a “controlled opposition” the Party is.
While the GOP establishment claim their focus is on the recall “question 1” which is to say yes to recall the governor, their tactical response only serves the Democrats, who themselves may wish to recall the unpopular governor and get a second chance with a fresh face. It is almost as if the GOP made a deal with Democrats to replace the unpopular governor with another Democrat as the leadership prevent a unified front from coming together to ensure a win for Republicans.
Regardless of what rank and file Republicans want, with the majority clearly behind Elder, the GOP leadership are playing a different game which has nothing to do with defeating Democrats and everything to do with keeping the status quo.
Only 24% of California voters are registered Republicans, a number that exposes the incompetence of the Party which hasn’t even made a serious effort to close the gap by reaching out to other communities of people, and their concerns and issues, outside their white base. Inviting people into the fold from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities as equals, and dignifying their needs and aspirations, has never occured to the leaders of this moribund Party.
The Party bigwigs voted 90% to not endorse any candidate and then pat themselves on the back claiming that if they endorsed any one candidate “some voters might stay home.” This is misdirection meant to put a happy face on the cowardice of the Party or, worse, their instinctive recoil at seeing a non-white head their effort, even if he has the best chance to win and even if most rank and file Republicans are behind him.
If the poll holds, Democrats will have used Republican money and efforts to remove an unpopular governor and give them a chance to replace him with a young and more palatable face which ensures they hold on to power.
Socializing inside a Freedomist Club may not seem like a path to liberation and prosperity, but connecting with people just as committed to freedom as you is actually very useful and perhaps even necessary.
The main idea of a Freedomist Club is that it would be a physical space, as opposed to just virtual, where club members gather for social activities, for collaboration on freedom building projects, and to practice some form of mutual self-reliance. While much can be done virtually, there are things in person we can do to make connections that are difficult online. Moreover, having a social life you can enjoy with others who share your love for this country and our freedom is a refreshing change from watching fake news or arguing with woke communists online.
As we gather people and gain resources, one of our hopes is to create a charter/licensing program that allows Freedomists to get together locally and form their own Freedomist Club for mutual support, social activities, and, of course, freedom building activism in their own community. We believe Freedom must go on the offensive, albeit through peaceful and legal means and by winning hearts back to America’s true manifest destiny.
This true and God-given manifest destiny involves the deliberate creation of a free and pluralistic society of equals which includes every citizen and organically builds up an American identity that truly transcends race or anything that divides us and that is itself rooted in our Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights. While we insist the underlying core ideology of America is the spiritual constitution of our four core ideals as understood from a Judeo-Christian worldview, our free and pluralistic society is by no means limited to Jews, Christians, and people who may be non-religious but who embrace a Judeo-Christian worldview.
A Freedomist Club would potentially do the following:
1. It would be a social gathering place, with either an on-site restaurant that also serves alcohol or a lodge-type social quarters where people bring their own items
2. It would both include a library dedicated to American history and the history and philosophy of freedom and engage in public outreach to educate people and truly revive within them a love for freedom and respect for human rights, human dignity, and human flourishing that the woke communists and other authoritarians lack
3. It would conduct a campaign to secure a majority of voters, regardless of Party, who agree to not vote for any candidate or office-holder who does not support the Bill of Rights in their most generous interpretation, according to a high standard of original spirit and intent, and for the benefit of every single American citizen of every demographic, class, or wherever they live
4. It would operate a local people-powered free press using the RAWE News Model to be a resource, to be an advocate, to be a watchdog, and to do so in an entertaining and educational manner
5. It would create a Caucus of all local citizens who signed the Freedomist Pledge within the Club’s Meeting Hall to engage in discourse, make resolutions, and issue instructions and remonstrances to elected officials and anyone with a public trust, promising a boycott of their business/organization or a vote against them for not taking heed
5. Its members would agree, and form smaller groups for mutual support, to always have each other’s back in upholding their fellow member’s rights, persons, and property from all hazards and abuse by any entity, public or private, foreign or domestic- they would cancel the cancel culture
These Clubs would do many other things as well, as many as members can connect through their own collaboration and engagement with one another and as we, through The Freedomist website, email list, and Freedomist groups within our new platform (Upadaria), share ideas and insights from other groups.
We desire to see these Clubs at some level operating in every US County of more than 5,000 people and to see 3 or more within every single US Congressional District. Each Club will have the national legal and logistical support of a nationwide network so that in extremely unfriendly areas our members would be free to operate and broadcast their message, in accordance with the Bill of Rights.
Freedom must take the offensive in every US Congressional District and every town and village or city neighborhood where we can gather, organize, and mobilize fellow Americans as freedom builders. To do that, we must move from virtual to local, using the virtual to connect millions of people across vast spaces and also to connect local people who then meet and collaborate in face-to-face gatherings.
The war on freedom is decades long and the battles we must now fight to reverse this and begin building freedom in our lives, families, and communities must occur over many years even as we also fight larger scale battles to build freedom in our Counties and States as well as the whole country in all of its institutions.
Like Reagan, our goal is to peacefully end this long “cold civil war” between woke communism and American freedom, our goal is to vanquish the woke communists and replace them, through peaceful use of electoral, social, and free market processes, with freedom loving Americans who put this country before some alien ideology of power and control.
We aim to vanquish the woke communists, not just slow down their deconstruction of this country into a third-world totalitarian hellscape, a mass of undifferentiated beings without gender, family, or faith who are led around by nose at the hands of a power-made ruling class.
We want nothing less than to win over our fellow Americans to the cause of freedom and to make everything associated with this woke communist cancel culture authoritarianism absolutely baneful in the eyes of most everyone in every demographic and every locale in this land. Our aim is the total liberation and freedom from authoritarianism and even poverty for every single American citizen in this land.
We desire a free, pluralistic, prosperous, safe, and happy America built around such staples of civilization as family, faith, community, and a totally free and just marketplace of goods and ideas (all on a strictly voluntary basis) where nobody is left behind.
Freedom will win and enlightment will overcome deception and lies because no human or natural power on this earth can forever prevent the eternal universal laws of causality (the laws of Creation) from operating in their full effect. Freedom and enlightment are the elevated state of humanity in God’s ordained plans, bondage and deception stem from a sin nature inherited like a curable disease from our first ancestor, Adam.
The laws of Creation all bend toward a movement and evolution in the direction of freedom and enlightment: people and whole civilizations that remain willfully locked in bondage and lies will experience the consequences of defying the laws of Creation. When an old civilization becomes mired in the sin nature and its proclivity toward bondage and deception it fails and in its failure it causes widespread destruction and harm to anyone who remains dependent upon its structures and institutions.
Our focus is not on the sin nature, the fact our present civilization has become mired, or the coming catastrophic upheaval that will wreck this civilization over the next decades. Our focus is on another outcome that attends the collapse of old civilizations: namely the emergence of a new civilization from within and outside the borders of those lands dominated by that old civilization.
Those who embrace the new, if indeed the new is based on the ideals of freedom and enlightment which come from our elevated state, find ways to escape the negative consequences of the old civilization’s moral and spiritual collapse and, if enough people embrace this, can help entire lands and nations of people transition peacefully from old to new!
We can see the future by understanding the cycles of history and seeing both where we have been and where we are going. We can see what is possible and what is inevitable. We can see the present civilization is in rapid moral and spiritual decline and yet we can also see the emergence of the new civilization.
The four core ideals of the new civilization include a Judeo-Christian understanding and balanced application of Unity in diversity, Popular sovereignty, Democratic equality, and Rule of law. These are not ideological platitudes! If you understand both their inner harmony, like “Democratic” versus “equality” and “Unity” versus “diversity”, and their interdependence with each other, like how each ideal is balanced by the others, you arrive at a disciplined approach to action, interaction, lifestyle and governance that is guided by wisdom to produce mutually and individually beneficial results.
The application of these core ideals of the new civilization, which alone is guided by four core ideals and not just one, opens doors and enables you to navigate life, relationships, and scaled-up associations with others in a profitable and stable manner. Every civilization is based on their own version of one, possibly more than one, of these ideals: they are the essential ideals of human civilization itself.
Those who properly understand these ideals from a holistic and people-centered perspective, with the aim being to harmonize with God’s standards of righteousness and justice for the nations, can more effectively build freedom on an organic and emergent basis with minimal top-down centralized control. We would say that without fully understanding these ideals en toto your methods and processes will struggle to produce freedom within a franework of righteousness and justice and on a purely freewill participatory basis.
The four core ideals are not our answer to racialist/racist systems, like nazism or identitarianism, nor to right-wing and left-wing authoritarianism.
The symbol for these ideals, the Upadarian Cross, is in many ways seen as the antithesis of the swastika or the hammer and sickle, but only because its invention came after these hateful symbols became infamous.
The two lines that cross each other and form a cross, one with hashes on its end and one without, represent diverse individuals or groups intersecting and connecting. The surrounding diamond represents the four core ideals which gives them organic cohesiveness without violating their individual spiritual sovereignty, their shared regency, or self-determination, in freewill participation with one another. This cross represents the idea that all human beings are created equally in God’s image and are owed respect and protection for their human dignity, human rights, and human flourishing by any society deeming itself righteous and just. Tolerance, respect, righteousness, justice, equality, and equity are the catchwords of the Upadarian lifestyle and governance discipline.
We prefer to say that the Upadarian cross represents the core ideals for a just and righteousness civilization, one that is fully based on freewill participation and not coercion. These ideals predate the baneful totalitarian and/or racist ideologies, and so we recoil at the notion the Upadarian cross is somehow our “response” to the swastika: the racist swastika is a counterfeit symbol rooted in hate that is a response to God’s love, it is the anyithesis of justice and equity, these things, as represented by the Upadarian cross, aren’t the antithesis to nazism, communism, racism, or totalitarianism!
Put another way, the Upadarian Cross represents core ideals that are fundamental to a just and righteous society based purely on freewill participation, while symbols like the swastika and the hammer and sickle are the antithesis to the Upadarian cross!
Whoever uses the Upadarian cross is affirming their love and respect for humanity as beings created equal in God’s image and is committed to tolerance, acceptance, and respect for the human dignity, human rights, and human flourishing of all other human beings on this planet. The Upadarian Cross is the symbol of the new civilization which we envision emerging in this world on a purely freewill participatory basis, that is, by people and voluntary groups or intentional communities, adopting these ideals as their standard of self-governance.
If you see something like Democratic equality and you think this means “majority rule” or “equal wealth distribution”, then your understanding lacks balance and harmony. This doesn’t mean you aren’t smart or noble, it is just what has been crammed down your throat without being shown the inner harmony of this ideal, its Judeo-Christian roots, or its understanding in light of the need to balance it with the other ideals. What is also lacking is an understanding how this and the other ideals can and should be used on an individual basis and within strictly voluntary groups and communities, instead of as a political buzzword that had no real value in everyday life!
The four core ideals are a blueprint for building freedom in your own life, relationships, and associations and by studying their deeper meaning, inner harmony, Judeo-Christian roots, and balance with each other, you begin to form a proper, balanced mechanism for mutual support and advancement that has no peer. If two or more people make these core ideals, again with their inner harmony and in balance with each other, the guide for their conduct, standards, and norms, they will tend to produce good results for all concerned.
Indeed, even if you simply use these ideals to make smarter decisions, once you learn and internalize them, your decision-making will improve and your habits will begin to organically enhance your life instead of dragging you down and holding you back.
Like the four core ideals, the Upadarian Cross stands firmly against things like racialism, racism, bigotry, intolerance, exploitation, and authoritarianism. But more than standing against these things, the four core ideals and the Upadarian Cross stand FOR the advancement of equitable and just freedom for all human beings, without exception.
