The school shooting in Russia is leaving the DNC of America with a real problem. The narrative that America is the most violent place in the world because citizens are free to defend themselves against all enemies, foreign and domestic (and right now, our domestic enemies far outshadow our foreign ones, save for China, which finds itself in an unstable alliance with the DNC) is falling apart as these types of shootings, mass shootings, are becoming prevalent in many nations, regardless of their gun laws. Violence is a human problem that is born from a land that is ruled by tyrants who cut more and more humans off from the constructive pursuit of their apex existentiality, their perception of a ‘life fulfilled,’ as rigid orthodoxies enforced with market and state murder push more and more humans outside the path of a potential of a life fulfilled on their terms, not the terms of the elite few who get to define what ‘fulfilled’ actually means.
Putin’s Russia has a violence problem for the same reason America does, it is ruled by tyrants who view themselves as being above the poors, the people they rigidly control, in thought and in deed. His answer to this violence is to be given even more power to murder dissenters by forcing even more gun control on the people, be they innocent of any crime or not. As much as the DNC uses Putin as one of the fear producers, they are talking from the same playbook using violence caused by their oppression as a justificiation to be empowered to oppress even more.
