PGC – A US Magesterial Judge named N. Reid Neureiter, who serves in the liberal district of Colorado, has ruled that the lawyers who sued the Federal government over election law violations in 2020 will have to pay the legal fees of everyone involved.
He based his ruling primarily around the assumption that the lawsuits were “fantastical,” committing himself to the narrative that these were the most secure elections ever in the history of the known universe, or words to that effect.
The ruling no doubt will be appealed until it reaches the Supreme Court where the consequences of partisan lawfare are far deeper than when a minor magistrate makes a ruling with his party instead of the constitution, as appears to have happened in this case.
The ongoing debate about the legitimacy of this election is moot, however, in this writer’s opinion, as the Federal government conducted and certified a mass mailer election in 2020, and thus failed to execute an actual republican-democratic election, one with accountability, but instead chose to conduct an unaccountable mass mailer election, the net outcome of which will never be known, nor is it relevent, as even if Donald Trump “won” the election itself should have never happened in the first place.

Lawyers for dozens of Donald Trump supporters who made wild conspiracy claims about Facebook Inc. and Dominion Voting Systems Inc. rigging the 2020 Presidential election will have to pay up for their bogus suit, a federal judge in Colorado ruled.
A pair of attorneys who filed the case on behalf of disgruntled voters violated court rules by making no attempt to verify their “fantastical” allegations against the social-media giant and the voting-technology firm, U.S. Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter concluded Tuesday in Denver.
