FLORIDA GOES TO WAR AGAINST DNC FRENEMY, THE CCP – Republican Presidential contender and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is spearheading a spate of bills aimed at cutting off Chinese Communist Party access to Florida resources, from blocking schools from entering into partnership with them to preventing critical land near security-sensitive areas from being purchased by them.
The latest part of that assault comes from Senate Bill 846, which makes it illegal for state universities and colleges to accept grants from other colleges and universities with a “foreign country of concern or with a foreign principle,” which includes China and the Chinese Communist Party. According to the U.S. Navy Fifth Fleet’s spokesperson, Cmdr. Tim Hawkins, “The Iranian navy did make attempts to seize commercial tankers lawfully transiting international waters. U.S. Navy responded immediately and prevented those seizures.”
The Navy alleges Iranian vessels approached the two oil tankers and fired shots at least one of them before U.S. Navy assets arrived, chasing the Iranians away.

FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTOR CLAIMS DOJ HANDLING OF TRUMP SHOULD GET CHARGES DISMISSED – Will Scharf, a former federal Prosecutor and current Republican candidate for Missouri Attorney General, claims in an editorial featured on The Federalist that the Department of Justice has undermined the case against President Donald Trump. He alleges:
Trump’s co-defendant is Waltine “Walt” Nauta, a Navy valet who served in Trump’s White House and who remained a personal aide to Trump after he left office. Several weeks ago, Nauta’s lawyer, a distinguished, highly-regarded Washington attorney named Stanley Woodward, leveled accusations against senior members of the Department of Justice, including DOJ Counterintelligence Chief Jay Bratt, who is now a part of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s team of prosecutors. According to news reports, Woodward claimed in a sealed letter to D.C. District Chief Judge James Boasberg that, in a meeting to discuss Nauta’s case, Bratt indicated that Woodward’s application to be a D.C. Superior Court judge could be impacted if he could not get Nauta to testify against Trump.
If true, and I see no reason why Woodward would make such a threat up — and especially no reason why Woodward would risk his career by making such a representation to a federal judge — Bratt’s alleged misconduct could result in heavy sanctions, and is a potential ground for dismissal of the entire case against Nauta and Trump. Depending on what exactly was said, Bratt could even face criminal prosecution himself.
In cases of flagrant prosecutorial misconduct, courts have the discretion to dismiss indictments altogether. If Woodward’s claims are proven, U.S. District Judge Eileen Cannon would be well within her rights to consider a dismissal here. The conduct claimed is perhaps unprecedented and certainly flagrant, amounting to nothing less than an effort by a high-ranking DOJ official to deprive a defendant of his Sixth Amendment right to counsel through inappropriate and potentially unlawful acts.
AFTER LOSING CENSURE VOTE, ADM SCHIFF IS CASHING IN – Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) was recently censured by the U.S. House for his role in promoting misinformation and lies to attempt to remove then-President Trump from office. After being censured by a Republican-controlled House along party lines, the disgraced representative is exploiting his justified censure, claiming he is being persecuted for defending democracy, and his anti-American constituents are buying to the tune of $8 million raised so far.
EX-GOP REPRESENTATIVE COMES TO RESCUE OF HUNTER BIDEN – Former Congressman Denver Riggleman (R-VA) announced that he would be working with the Hunter Biden legal team to protect him from justified prosecution. The Uniparty activist and militant Never-Trumper announced “I and my forensics, data, and telephony team are conducting data investigations and analysis for Hunter Biden’s legal team. The move further signals to Americans the corruption within the GOP, which is still infested with DNC operatives larping as GOP members to dilute any effective opposition to the anti-American party.

CHINA BANKROLLING LATIN AMERICAN PUSH TOWARDS RENEWABLE ENERGY – China is winning hearts and minds and creating dependencies in Latin American nations in many ways, including through direct economic investment (with strings attached that create more dependencies). One initiative is China’s push to bring renewable energy technologies to Latin America through Chinese-made products. Currently 90 percent of all wind and solar installations in Latin America are installed by Chinese companies using Chinese-made products.
China is also buying up lithium, nickel, cobalt, and rare earth element mining rights as well, hoping to secure the raw materials that will then be sold back to the Latin American nations so long as they remain on good standing with the fascist state.
CHINA STRENGTHENS TIES WITH HUNDURAS THROUGH “FREE TRADE” DEAL – After the extreme leftist state of Honduras decided to no longer recognize Taiwan in March of 2023, the country is making it clear its intentions to become an enemy of the American state and a vassal of the Chinese Communist Party, announcing plans to develop a comprehensive “Free Trade” deal between the countries that is sure to exploit the Honduran poor while feathering the beds of the corrupt elite leftists that now run the country.
CHINA ATTACKS FRENEMY BIDEN ADMIN FOR SELLING ARMS TO TAIWAN – The Chinese Communist Party is not too happy with its millions of investments in the Biden family through the years after the Biden administration approves the sale of 30mm ammunition and “related equipment” to the nation of Taiwan. The Chinese Defense Ministry spokesperson, Colonel Tan Kefei, said of the deal “the U.S. ignored China’s core concerns, crudely interferes in China’s internal affairs, and deliberately escalates tensions across the Taiwan Strait….this is tantamount to accelerating the transformation of Taiwan into a ‘powder keg’ and pushing the Taiwanese people int to the abyss of disaster.”

LONDON BANK PAYS PRICE FOR CANCELLING CHRISTIAN ACCOUNT – Core Issues Trust won a lawsuit in a British court that alleges a London Bank, Barclays Bank, cancelled their bank account for daring to offend LGBTQplusplusplusplus activists. The non-profit works with people who claim to be LGBTQ and are seeking ways to mitigate their desires that don’t align with their faith. For that, the non-profit was accused of practicing so-called “conversion therapy,” which caused Barclays to immediately bow to LGBTQ activists who are not content with anyone not approving of their lifestyle choices.
A British court has awarded the organization $17,000 and ordered the rainbow-extremist-enabling bank to restore the organization’s bank account, though one wonders if they should continue to do business with a company that so completely hates them and their God, the living God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
FORMER PSU PROFESSOR SUES SCHOOL OVER RACIST PRESSURE FOR HIM TO RESIGN – A former professor of Penn State University is alleging the school pressured him to either grade students according to their race or be labelled a “racist,” a term that in current year marks one for political and market assassination if it ever reaches the ears of the corporate and political representatives of the Democratic Party.
The professor, Zach De Piero, is fighting back, claiming in the lawsuit brought for him by the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism, that the school is forcing teachers to accept the belief that white people are inherently racist and race-based grading is one way to combat the systemic evil of whiteness, or words to that effect. He said, “I think there is almost sort of like a religious, cult-like environment where you have this original skin, in this case — I’m white, I need to repent for that sin …I think they were waging a psychological war campaign, and they are trying to break people — and they almost broke me — but they didn’t.”
UNBORN PROTECTED BY INDIANA SUPREME COURT – The unborn have a fighting chance in Indiana after the state’s Supreme Court voted 4-1 to uphold the state’s law banning abortions with limited exceptions. The ruling could potentially lead to economic consequences for the state as corporations controlled by DNC operatives appear ready to boycott and ban states who fail to comply with the culture of death being forced on Americans every day.
