Obama Accused ot Treason by DNI Director, Press Silent – Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, recommended a criminal investigation of former President Barack Obama for allegedly committing high treason. Gabbard accues Obama of using a knowingly false accusation, that Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election, just to weaponize the government against the incoming President in an effort to sabotage Trump’s ability to function effectively as a President.

The DNC-CCP media remained mostly quiet when the accusations came out, with little coverage dedicated to ridiculing the notion that any judge would prosecute Obama for using the most powerful parts of government, the intelligence community and the justice department, to attempt to remove a duly elected President on the basis of a lie everyone, including Obama, KNEW was a lie before any impeachment hearing or criminal investigation ever began.

Tulsi Gabbard told Fox News, “Creating this piece of manufactured intelligence that claims that Russia had helped Donald Trump get elected contradicted every other assessment that had been made previously… The effect of what President Obama and his senior national security team did was subvert the will of the American people, undermining our democratic republic and enacting what would be essentially a years-long coup against President Trump, who was duly elected by the American people.”

He committed, in a word, treason.

FBI Follows Gabbard Referral with Russia Hoax Criminal Investigation – The FBI has announced a criminal investigation into the perpetrators of the Trump Russia Hoax, including former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey.

Chevron One Major Step Closer to Sealing Hess Deal – At the loss of Exxon, Chevron appears to have overcome a major hurdle in securing a $53 billion investment that will give it access to what some are calling the biggest oil find of the century off the coast of Guyana. An arbitration panel from the International Chamber of Commerce approved of the merger, which follows the FTC also approving the merger.

Chevron CEO Mike Wirth said, “This merger of two great American companies brings together the best in the industry. The combination enhances and extends our growth profile well into the next decade, which we believe will drive greater long-term value to shareholders.”

THE AUTOPEN COMMITTEE ILLEGALLY RUNNING AMERICA MIGHT SOON BE EXPOSED – The Biden autopen scandal has only widened and led more and more people with means to investigate such matters to determine just who served on the committee that illegally ran the country while Biden served as their avatar? According to President Trump’s AI Czar, David Sacks, “Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen during that administration.”

A whistleblower has come forward to U.S. Pardon Attorney Ed Martin claiming there were three people who primarily controlled access to the autopen, and they made a lot of money selling that influence. Martin isn’t taking the claim as plain fact, but the investigation has begun. The implications got deeper when a watchdog group representing energy workers claiming there is “no evidence” President Biden knew about the autopen Presidency.

That Watchdog group, Power the Future, sent a letter to House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-KY) saying the organization “remains concerned that key policies of major economic and national security significance directed by the White House during the Biden administration may have been undertaken without presidential awareness and approval, but perhaps instead by a small coterie of staff.”

DEMS LOOK TO BUILD CELEBRITY-INFUSED “SHADOW GOVERNMENT” – Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) has revealed plans to create a “Shadow Cabinet,” a de facto shadow government of the current American administration. While this is a tradition in some nations, including Britain, the move is seen as a precursor to insurrectionist-type activity in America, where no shadow government has ever been formed.

Politico is already suggesting who the “heavy hitters” of this shadow government would be, including the seditious Samantha Power as Secretary of State, the main decision-maker of USAID, a DNC dark money slush fund to overthrow foreign governments and American ones as well (see the 2020 election). Another startling suggestion is Letitia James, the disgraced Soros Attorney General currently under investigation herself for ACTUAL mortgage fraud.

TRUMP DEPORTATION PLAN ABOUT TO BE “SUPERCHARGED” IF TRUMP BUDGET PASSES – HHS Secretary Kristi Noam announced plans to “supercharge” the Trump deportation plan, calling on increases of illegal alien arrests to 3,000 a day. In April, ICE averaged less than 1,000 total deportations a day. It currently has 49,000 people in custody and needs funds to expand its work. The One Big Beautiful Bill would give ICE $147 billion over the next decade.

CHINA COZIES UP TO FRANCE, GREENLAND – Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron had a phone chat with Chinese Chairman Xi, with both sides promising to work closer to one another to “safeguard the global order.” As Xi reached out to France, reports of Greenland making overtures to China make it seem as if China is aggressively attempting to peel off American allies using the promise of investment dollars to do so.

THIS BACTERIA EXHALES ELECTRICITY AND COULD ONE DAY POWER YOUR SMARTPHONES – A research paper published in Cell claims to have discovered a form of E. coli that thrives by transferring electrons to conductive surfaces. The end-result of the process is bacteria that exhale electricity, making them potential future bio-batteries. The bacteria can only be grown under certain conditions that, right now, can only be duplicated in a lab. They immediately “die” outside those conditions.

ONE BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL HAS USAID POISON PILL INSIDE IT – Due to the way the GOP has chosen to try and pass President Donald J Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill,” a key component of DNC-CCP power, USAID, will be untouched by the budget-cutter’s knife. The bill was originally promised to get close to putting into law Trump’s agenda that, so far, has largely been driven through edict (and hampered by questionable judicial injunctions).

USAID is discretionary, not “mandatory” spending, which is a problem since reconciliation bills (which is how they chose to pass the bill) can only alter mandatory spending, not discretionary spending. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis may have crystalized the conservative opposition to this news in a post on X.

DeSantis wrote, “(Elon Musk) took massive incoming — including attacks on his companies as well as personal smears — to lead the effort on DOGE. He became public enemy #1 of legacy media around the world. To see Republicans in Congress cast aside any meaningful spending reductions (and, in fact, fully fund things like USAID) is demoralizing and represents a betrayal of the voters who elected them.”

The King declares this as violent criminals are being released in his country to make space for people saying wrong things on the internet and Canada continues to enforce laws that compel people to believe a man is anyone who says they are a man.

AFTER ANTIFA ATTACKS PEACEFUL CHRISTIAN PROTESTORS, SEATTLE MAYOR BLAMES CHRISTIANS – For daring to speak out against the left’s assumptions that children should be sex-talked by teachers and encouraged to explore their diverse sexual desires and gender identities, a group of self-identified Christians were attacked by Antifa insurrectionist brownshirts of the Democratic Party (as this writer sees it).

The Christians were rallying in Seattle, WA as part of a nationwide tour called the #DontMessWithOurKids movement. They were met with violence by Socialist groups, who also fought the police, leading to arrests that did not lead to prosecutions.

The Mayor of Seattle responded by attacking the Christians, assuming the only proper public opinion on homosexuality and transgenderism is one of complete embrace and favor. He declared “Today’s far-right rally was held here for this very reason – to provoke a reaction by promoting beliefs that are inherently opposed to our city’s values, in the heart of Seattle’s most prominent LGBTQ+ neighborhood…”

AFTER CLAIMING EPSTEIN KILLED HIMSELF, FBI OFFERS MAGE RED MEAT WITH PROMISES OF INVESTIGATIONS INTO WHITE HOUSE COCAINE, DC PIPE BOMB, AND DOBBS LEAK – FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino has announced plans to re-open investigations into the Biden White House Cocaine discovery, the DC Pipe Bomber from January 6, 2021, and the Dobbs Ruling Leak. PUTIN NEARLY KILLED WHEN HELICOPTER ATTACKED BY UKRAINIAN DRONES – The Kremlin acknowledged the near-assassination of their President, Vladimir Putin, by Ukrainian drones attempting to attack his helicopter. A Russian Air Defense Commander, Yury Dashkin, claimed “We simultaneously conducted an air defense battle and ensured the safety of the presidential helicopter’s flight in the air.”

JUDGEFARE ESCALATES WITH THREATS OF CRIMINAL CHARGES FROM ROGUE DNC JUDGE – The anti-Americanist activist judge, District Judge Brian Murphy, who unconstitutionally ordered President Trump to return convicted illegal alien child offenders before being deported to Sudan, is now tacitly threatening criminal action against the administration. He accused the administration of openly defying his child-rapist-enabling order, a criminal action if true.

MEDIA MATTERS INVESTIGATED BY FTC FOR ALLEGEDLY ORCHESTRATING THE X ADVERTISER BOYCOTT – The Federal Trade Commission is investigating allegations Media Matters, an anti-American media terrorist disinformation campaign center for the DNC-CCP, was spreading knowing lies about conservative media outlets to their potential advertisers in an effort to silence dissent.

The FTC is requesting records from Media Matters from any communications they may have made with other media “watchdogs.” The focus on the investigation is around what appears to be a Media-Matters led initiative to intimidate potential X advertisers to drop X by knowingly spreading misinformation in coordination with other media “watchdog” groups. The potential charges include criminal ones.

LATE-LIFE ABORTION, EUTHANASIA, NOW LEGAL IN DELAWARE – Last month the Delaware legislature passed a bill legalizing euthanasia, or physician-assisted suicide. This month, the Governor of Delaware, Democrat Matt Meyer, signed the late-life abortion bill into law. He claimed, “This signing today is about relieving suffering and giving families the comfort of knowing that their loved one was able to pass on their own terms without unnecessary pain and surrounded by the people they love the most.”

Live Action’s Bridget Sielicki offered this caveat referring to patience in “palliative care,” specifically paralytics, “because a paralytic is involved, a person can look peaceful, while they actually drown to death in their own bodily secretions. Experimental assisted suicide drugs have led to the ‘burning of patients’ mouths and throats, causing some to scream in pain.’ Furthermore, a study in the medical journal Anaesthesia found that a third of patients took up to 30 hours to die after ingesting assisted-suicide drugs, while four percent took seven days to die.”

IVF SUICIDE BOMBER IS FRUIT OF THE ABORTION CULTURE HE WAS WILLING TO KILL FOR – On May 17, 2025, a suicide bomber named Edward Bartkus, 25, blew up an In vitro Fertilization Clinic (IVF Clinic) as a protest against what he called the clinic’s “pro-life ideology.” Bartkus leaves behind a legacy of writing promoting anti-natalism, an ideology that claims life cannot consent to come into being so bringing in new life is morally evil. Fortunately, the only person he killed was himself.

The ideology is the fruit of abortion culture itself, which debases human life by allowing, even forcing, human beings to express ideas about other human beings that would normally seem evil to all but a few of the most psychotic among us. One assumption is that human beings are not humans until they are “useful” or “viable.” Another assumption is the unborn can be terminated if they are found to have a “birth defect” like Down Syndrome.

ISRAELI EMBASSY STAFF ASSASSIN’S FATHER WAS DNC GUEST OF HONOR AT SOTU SPEECH – The father of Elias Rodriguez, the Democrat activist that assassinated two Israeli Embassy staffers to “Free Palestine,” was the guest of honor for anti-American U.S. Representative Jesus Garcia (D-IL) at the recent State of the Union Speech. At the time, Garcia hailed Elias’ father, Eric Rodriguez, as an “outspoken advocate against attacks on veterans’ services and the rights of unionized federal employees.”

ACTBLUE CONTINUES TO EVADE CONGRESSIONAL REVIEW, TRIGGERING SUBPOENA THREAT – ActBlue is facing potential subpoenas from numerous U.S. House committees after allegedly stonewalling investigations by congress into their alleged illegal funneling of foreign dollars into DNC campaign coffers. The GOP-led congress has had enough and appears prepared to issue subpoenas to force ActBlue officials to face public accountability for their alleged crimes.

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY), and House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI), wrote a letter to ActBlue that stated, “As we have explained, the Committees are examining allegations that ActBlue, a leading political fundraising organization, allowed bad actors, including foreign actors, to exploit the company’s online platform to make fraudulent political donations… Fraudulent political donations corrupt American elections could amount to interstate criminal conduct.”

The Hatred of Corporate Healthcare

On December 4th, the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of United Healthcare, Brian Thompson, was killed outside the New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan. With stunning video evidence readily available, a manhunt for the killer began that continues as this article goes to press. Calling the killing a “premeditated attack” (meaning, “assassination“), many “experts” quickly weighed in on aspects of the killing…but, in the wider world, something very interesting began to happen:

While there was certainly sympathy directed towards Thompson’s survivors (who were at their home in Minnesota at the time), there was virtually no sympathy directed towards Thompson himself. And, given that the shooter apparently inscribed the words “Delay”, “Deny” and “Defend” – believed to be a reference to a recent book about how to fight back against insurance companies denying insurance claims, it would seem that a broad cross-section of public opinion has now openly turned against corporate leadership, at least in the United States.

There are two parts to this story, at present: the technical aspects, and the wider controversy over corporate leaders. We will start with the technical side.

Much has been made of the shooter’s supposed skills, especially his use of a suppressor on his weapon (insert pithy quip about how well gun control seems to be working in New York, State and City); you can view the video of the incident here if you choose to do so, to make your own decision.

The first aspect one would normally examine is the shooter’s motive. As that person is not yet in custody – and the police’s supposed knowledge of the shooter’s identity may well not be who they think it is – judging their motives and mindset is problematic, at best. That said, it is clear that the shooter acted very calmly as he executed his attack. While that could be attributed to drugs used to calm his system, his subsequent actions would tend to argue that he was a calm, collected and focused actor.

However calm he may have been, however, his technical shooting skills were terrible.

The shooter did manage to approach from behind Thompson, having apparently been lying in wait for his target to walk out of the hotel; this would seem to indicate that there may have been someone inside the hotel observing Thompson walking towards the entrance, who could have been talking to the shooter, advising him of Thompson’s movements.

When the shooting starts, a number of things come immediately to into focus. While the shooter’s aim seemed to be reasonably good, definitely striking Thompson in the back, the shooter clearly did not know very much about suppressed weapons, as his weapon clearly jams on every shot, as it is not matched at all to the weapon he is using. Despite some pundits commenting in an attempt to show their “deep” knowledge of firearms, the pistol was neither a Welrod, nor a VP-9. Unlike in the movies, jams with handguns fitted with suppressors are extremely common unless the pistol, suppressor and ammunition are all carefully balanced.

Next are the apparent “messages” left on the shell casings ejected onto the sidewalk. There are two ways to look at this: either the shooter was personally disgruntled at Thompson – for whatever reason – and wanted to “send a message” or, conversely, was trying to offer a distraction to police; neither is the hallmark of a “professional hitman“, as it offers too much evidence on the casings through handling.

Finally, is the shooter’s escape plan. After mortally wounding Thompson, the shooter fled across the street in front of the hotel, where he retrieved an e-bike, and was last seen entering Central Park, and while the e-bike was quickly located, there was no sign of the shooter, again as this article goes to press.

This, despite breathless claims, is no sign of “professionalism” – it’s just common sense, as there are few cameras in Central Park, allowing the shooter to dump the e-bike and very likely much of his incriminating gear before disappearing. And, being blunt, attacks like this rarely result in arrest.

Overall, whatever the shooter’s motives were, he is no “professional hitman“, even allowing for the possibility of working with a co-conspirator. At best, he is a “movie pro” – someone who has watched a lot of movies and YouTube videos, and maybe even read a couple of books, and probably visited a shooting range once or twice.

At best.

But the deeper part of this story is in the public reaction to this killing.

Normally, when some prominent figure meets a sudden end, even if that figure is strongly disliked – even hated – there is usually some sympathy from the wider public, even if they wished that person to have survived in order to face prison. But not here.

The general reaction to Thompson’s assassination – based on comments on various platforms and news sites – while usually not exactly “gleeful” in nature, certainly offer him no sympathy, and precious little for his family, which is rather extraordinary, in itself. This related directly to the company he headed, and his actions as its head.

Thompson was in New York City to speak at a shareholder meeting which was expected to get very ugly, as it appears that Thompson and other United Healthcare executives had concealed an insider trading investigation being conducted by the US Federal Department of Justice (DOJ). The allegations centered around Thompson and other executives dumping company stocks at a profit before word of the investigation got out, causing UHC’s stock to lose a good deal of its value.

But things like this happen a lot; one need only recall the ENRON scandal of 2001. Running a stock scam at a major corporation isn’t usually going to generate enough hatred to actually kill people, especially when the stock hasn’t yet tanked completely. This hatred of insurance companies in general, and particularly of United Healthcare, has been building for a long time.

The words inscribed on the spent shell casings appear to refer to a book published in 2010, “Delay, Deny, Defend: Why Insurance Companies Don’t Pay Claims and What You Can Do About It“, by Jay M. Feinman, detailing the tactics insurance companies use to avoid paying claims against the insurance policies that they issue.

In fact, United Healthcare is well-known in the medical insurance industry as having one of the highest denial rates of all insurers; this author speaks from personal experience, as I used to work for a company that helped hospitals dispute medical insurance claim denials. UHC was the company I dealt with the most.

Given the insurance actions surrounding the COVID pandemic alone, being denied – or having a loved one being denied – on a desperately needed healthcare claim would be more than enough to send someone over an edge sufficient to want to make a very loud and targeted statement…like assassinating a healthcare insurance CEO in public.

Businesses exist to make money. We all get that – well, at least the rational people get it. And making money often involves cutting costs, including expenditures. We get that, too. But, there is limit to how deep those cost cuttings need to go – and healthcare is only the most visible industry where overly aggressive “economy measures” are generally seen.

Corporate board members throughout the business community in general, should take note of this situation. The 21st Century is turning out to be a very tumultuous time, and their customers are becoming increasingly fed up with the normal corporate antics.

This article is no “clarion call” for people to act out against business leader – quite the opposite, in fact. It is intended to point out that the best way to keep these things from happening is not bodyguards and ineffectual laws to limit access to guns, but to try and not give desperate people the idea that actions like this are their only way to gain relief…or at least revenge.

Port of Baltimore Partially Reopens

As of 4pm EST, 4/28/2024, the Port of Baltimore has been partially reopened to commercial traffic. This comes as recovery and clearing efforts continue, following the fatal crash of the container ship MV Dali, on March 26 of this year. At present, only smaller commercial transport ships can exit via the port’s main channel, under escort from tug boats. This also indicates that the US Navy and Department of Transportation’s four Ready Reserve Fleet vessels that have been trapped in port since the accident can now also exit the channel, if needed, as their 35-foot drafts are less than the channel’s minimum clearance.

The MV Dali remains in the position it came to rest in, following its 1:30am EST crash, as the delicate efforts to untangle the vessel from the remnants of the south bridge tower. These efforts are delicate due to the fact that if the recovery is handled improperly, many of the remaining containers – which are the size of a semi-truck trailer – could tumble and collapse over the side, further blocking the traffic channel, and potentially rolling the ship over on its side.

Additionally, the FBI has boarded the ship, opening a criminal investigation, alongside the NTSB’s accident investigation. Conspiracy theories aside, this is being done because the accident claimed the lives of six known workers who were on the bridge at the time of the accident, and were killed when the bridge collapse took them into the water. This is entirely normal in an investigation of this type – the methods that the FBI are reportedly using in this investigation are certainly open to question, and the possibility of a conflict of interest with the NTSB’s own investigation certainly exist.

A Stunning Turn of Events

The insanity in the United States continued in March, as a Federal judge ruled that illegal aliens in the United States couldn’t be denied the right to possess and exercise their rights enumerated under the 2^nd Amendment. This comes just prior to a judge in New York City openly violating the law as established under the United States Code (USC), Title 18, Section 242.

But let’s return to that illegal alien case.

By definition, anyone who enters the United States illegally has committed a crime. What this means, regardless of what side of the immigration debate the reader may fall on, is that any person entering the country illegally cannot – or should not – be able to legally possess or acquire a firearm for any reason or purpose, because of their status as a criminal.

But not according to Judge Sharon Coleman, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ruling on March 8^th, Judge Coleman reversed an earlier determination she had made in the case of U.S. v. Carbajal-Flores. Judge Coleman had earlier, in 2022, rejected Mr. Carbajal-Flores’ claim that 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(A) unfairly criminalized his act of possessing a firearm as an illegal alien.

Citing the Supreme Court of the United States’ (SCOTUS) 2022 decision in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen, Judge Coleman ruled that denying an illegal alien the right to possess a firearm based solely on their status as an illegal alien was an unconstitutional violation of their rights under Section 1 of the 14^th Amendment.

To say that this is an extraordinary ruling should be a given. In fact, when this author first heard of this case, I was mortally certain that it was a terrible ruling, as it opened the door to all manner of criminal abuses. At first brush, that would seem to be incontrovertibly true.

However, there is a much further-reaching set of implications implicit in this ruling.

In order to be legally protected in possessing a firearm, a person must have the ability to legally acquire a firearm, in the first place. The problem? An illegal alien, by definition, cannot produce the most basic legal documents needed to legally acquire a firearm in almost any state in the Union:

A valid and legal form of identification, such as a “green card”, a diver’s license listing an address in the state of purchase, or another type of identification issued by the state of residence and purchase
A legally filled-out Form 4473 (note question 21(l))
The ability to successfully pass a background check via the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)

It is irrelevant if an illegal alien acquires a firearm through an unregistered private transaction; the above laws are applied to every person in the United States.

Until now.

What the judge’s ruling means, despite her repeated attempts in her revised ruling to apply her decision only to Mr. Carbajal-Flores is that all of the above documents are no longer required for any legal sale from a Federal Firearms License (FFL). While this may sound extreme, it most certainly is not – in order to exercise a right of any kind, a person must be able to have unfettered access the tools necessary to exercise the right in question, even if they have to pay a private entity to obtain those tools.

If the judge’s ruling applies to illegal aliens, it also applies to all legal citizens. There is no “wiggle room” on this, as all are deemed to be equal in the eyes of the law.

Various bad actors within both the United States and its “Several States” governments have, since 1934, engaged in the promulgation and enforcement of illegal restrictions on firearms sales, possession and transmission, usually to limit the access to weapons for racial or political groups that those entities do not like.

The difference is vital to understand: No person in the United States has a “right” to operate any kind of motor vehicle on public roads, anywhere in the United States, unless they possess a valid driver’s license. However, no one needs a license to exercise their rights under the 1^st Amendment – this is why you are allowed to operate a website, or print and hand out flyers on a street corner (despite continual attempts at all levels to attempt to do so).

This especially applies to firearm ownership. The 2^nd Amendment is explicit:

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

In the 2008 decision in District of Columbia v. Heller, the SCOTUS expanded the definition of the 2^nd Amendment to include the right to own, keep, and possess weapons for self-defense, in addition to the originally understood purpose, which was to ensure the ability of the People to be adequately equipped to help defend the nation if called upon to do so in the form of an armed militia. While this use was clarified in subsequent rulings, various governmental parties within the nation have relentlessly sought to limit, if not outright criminalize, the ownership of firearms in general.

To the point of this particular case, while Judge Coleman’s ruling may seem outrageous, my opinion on it has changed since reading through her ruling. I am now foursquare in favor of the judge’s ruling, as it has – at a single stroke – the unlawful control mechanisms that have illegally destroyed lives and unjustly incarcerate American citizens for nearly one hundred years.

All that is wanting, is a lawsuit against an FFL holder for refusing to sell to someone who refuses to present identification at point of sale – based on Judge Coleman’s ruling, a seller cannot refuse a sale for lack of identification.
