PGC – So far, every effort to slow down the Taliban advance in Afghanistan has met with little success. Since the US pullout, the Taliban have taken scores of cities, with much of the south of the country either under Taliban control or disputed territory.
As the Taliban roll forward, what’s not being reported on is all the human beings currently facing execution, torture, rape, for just being part of a family of one of the people who openly aligned with the the West, especially with Americans.
These people are being brutalized wherever the Taliban move in.
The American state made promises to a nation-state it should never made in the first place, promises that it would rebuild Afghanistan and turn it into a viable, prosperous state. But after it finally got a significant portion of Afghanis to go along with the plan, when things got rough, the Americans bolted, leaving behind families upon families of guilt-by-association who are now at risk of serious physical trauma, harm, and even death.
PGC – File this under, would you look at the proverbials on that guy, as Google decides, well, almost decided, to en an antitrust lawsuit against a plaintiff, Epic Games, by buying them out.
Epic Games filed documents that showed Google was contemplating buying out Epic Games for fear of its potential successful efforts to get around Google’s 30 percent commission charge. They knew if they closed the loophole, they were vulnerable to an antitrust lawsuit.
To prove that they are not a monopoly using monopolistic market advantage to coercively manipulate the market to control competition, Google almost decided to buy out Epic Games, in a move to expend its monopolistic market advantage AND silence competition at the same time.
Fortunately for all of humanity, the deal never went through.
While its ongoing feud with Apple is ratherwelldocumented, Epic Games is also in the middle of an antitrust complaint against Google over the removal of Fortnite from the Play Store. According to newly released court documents, Google at some point considered simply buying out the company in order to quash legal action.
In the documents, Epic claims that Google was afraid of Epic’s moves to dodge the 30% commission charged on payments through Google Play and offer Fortnite(and its very lucrative associated microtransactions) directly, quoting an internal document describing Epic’s plans as a “contagion” that could spread to other developers and platforms. In Epic’s own words:
Google has gone so far as to share its monopoly profits with business partners to secure their agreement to fence out competition, has developed a series of internal projects to address the “contagion” it perceived from efforts by Epic and others to offer consumers and developers competitive alternatives, and has even contemplated buying some or all of Epic to squelch this threat.
PGC – More evidence is emerging in the caves of Spain that Neanderthals were far more sophisticated than previous imagined. It has taken the species a long time to recover from its early stigmatization as being a brute caveman, a less intelligent and more face-boned version of we homo hom sapiens.
Now, we have evidence that Neanderthals may have engaged in creative arts maybe as much as 20,000 years before we homo homo sapiens did.
In the Caves of Ardales, which is located near Malaga, a southern Spanish City, researchers found red ochre pigment on stalagties within the caves that appear to be intentional in their patterning, suggesting these are the earliest evidence we have for any humanoid species creating something we can today call art.
As one who is in the upper 1 percent of the population in terms of the amount of Neanderthal DNA I possess, this fills me with pride as a fellow neanderthaller that our people are finally beginning to be recognized as the great people they were, and, through us, still are.
So that last sentence might have been a bit hyperbolic for theatrical reasons. Please don’t start any groups. But DO start thinking of the neanderthal maybe a little but less cavemaney that you did before (even though, yes, the findings are LITERALLY in caves).
Neanderthals may have been closer to our species of prehistoric modern human than previously believed after cave paintings found in Spain proved they had a fondness for creating art, one of the authors of a new scientific report said on Sunday.
Red ochre pigment discovered on stalagmites in the Caves of Ardales, near Malaga in southern Spain, were created by Neanderthals about 65,000 years ago, making them possibly the first artists on earth, according to the study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) journal.
Modern humans were not inhabiting the world at the time the cave images were made.
The new findings add to increasing evidence that Neanderthals, whose lineage became extinct about 40,000 years ago, were not the unsophisticated relatives of Homo sapiens they been long been portrayed as.
PGC – A Fairfax County Virginia School chose to feature children’s literature created by an organization called “Woke Kindergarten” called “Safe. By Ki.”
The video outlined all the things that made Ki safe, one of them was not having cops around. The video also implied everyone should work on making everyone else feel safe in pretty much every part of their lives.
The focus of most articles, such as the redstate article we reference to and link below, is on the book presentation characterizing a world without cops around as being unsafe. What disturbs me more is that the presentation has such a heavy emphasis on safety, and such an emphasis on stressing the moral imperative that everyone do their part to ensure everyone is always safe.
It’s difficult on its face to criticize a program teaching kids they should expect to feel safe when, to the majority of degrees, we kind of want our kids to have some level of feeling they are and should always feel safe. I would not, however, wish to teach my child is my moral imperative to assure everyone else is doing a good job making sure everyone else is safe. As you get older, safety goes far beyond what a chid could even imagine, and affects almost every potential type of human exchange on can imagine.
In the name of safety, we can keep certain books banned. In the name of safety, we can declare certain types of thinking a reflection on a reprobate cancer that must be destroyed.
In the name of safety, we can form committees that can declare in secret whose fit for the party and who might be a traito.
In the name of safety we Americans bombed the Middle East to Hell and back again and back to Hell again a few times over.
Any group promising safety whille demanding the safety monitors work to turn in those who don’t work for the safety of everyone (those classified as being human, a classification that will continue to get smaller and smaller as power concentrates) is headed to an authoritarian end. Never let them into the public schools for they hope to destroy the very republic these schools were allegedly created to preserve by transmitting the unity values of a diverse republic bounded by the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution.
The Chinese Communist Party is once again showing up the DNC in efficiency after having launched a two-strike assault on the mega-corp in their midst, Alibaba.
Having observed the growing nation-state-sovereignty-challenging powers of megacorps of other lands, such as America and Europe, the CCP is now moving to hem in the growing corpostate-like powers of its own international gians, with Alibaba being tops on that list.
First they attacked them for legal violations, now, the party appears ready to allow the abuse the party long countenanced and protected to come to the surface, as Alibaba leaders are #metoo’d (can’t says that many of them don’t deserve it) out of the company in a bid that is most likely about getting out the non-party non-zealots and replacing them with CCP-approved leaders.
Alibaba has already been under scrutiny from the Chinese government. (File)
Shanghai:
Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba said on Sunday that it was cooperating with a police investigation into sexual assault allegations aired by a company employee.
A statement by Alibaba said the company also had suspended “relevant parties suspected of violating our policies and values,” asserting that it had a “zero-tolerance policy against sexual misconduct.”
Despite America’s pullout from Afghanistan, B-52 Bombers have been sent in to try to slow down the Taliban advance with arial bombardment. So far, the Taliban have taken one major city each of the last three days, and there’s no signs, so far, of their advance slowing down.
The US has dispatched heavy aircraft against the Taliban in Afghanistan, striking the group in the recently captured city of Sheberghan. The sortie came as the group reportedly reached Kunduz, the country’s fifth largest city.
Taliban positions around Sheberghan, which became the second provincial capital to fall into the hands of the group over the past two days, were targeted by the B-52 Stratofortress aircraft on Saturday evening, according to Afghan military spokesperson…

Australia’s zeal to protect its citizens might be causing more harm than good, as a man they arrested for not wearing a mask proceeded to have a heart attack.
Yeah, this is in Australia but tyranny has no borders. I’ve seen some pretty insane, corrupt actions going on here in the United States. So other than the accents and throwing shrimp on the barbies, this really could happen here. A man was outside running with his lady friend, wearing no mask because he’s outside, he’s running, and he’s got a history of heart issues, plus he’s outside and running (echo in here?) when the Aussie Po-Po put him under arrest. For not wearing a mask. While outside. And running. It was then that the lady friend whipped out her phone to record the pr*cks cuffing him and leading him away.

Democrats control the Capitol in California and the GOP leadership have played the role of controlled opposition in what has become an authoritarian one-party regime. With the recall election against Governor Newsom, a rabid leftist Democrat, Republicans are once again poised to perpetuate the one-party rule while pretending to be opposition thereto.
According to an ABC10 News Poll, the recall effort against Governor Newsom, a rabid Democrat, some 51% of voters support recall, 40% are against recall, and 9% are undecided. But this is not good news for Republicans, who, while led by Larry Elder, present a divided front which is ensuring the top Democrat would take the race.
The breakdown is as follows:
27 percent — Kevin Paffrath (D) 23 percent — Larry Elder (R) 20 percent — Undecided 10 percent — John Cox (R) 5 percent — Kevin Faulconer (R) 4 percent — Caitlyn Jenner (R) 3 percent — Kevin Kiley (R)
Paffrath is a YouTube personality who stated in his campaign he would deploy the national guard to remove homeless camps which have been allowed to flourish around California. Not a typical Democrat, Paffrath is a real estate investor and landlord, known at one point as a “landlord influencer”, with a social media following of 1.68 million subscribers. If Paffrath, a native of Germany whose parents brought him to California when he was 18, and who lives in Ventura, CA, wins he would be the youngest governor ever. He would also run afoul of the hard left wing of the Democratic Party.
On the other hand, he is a fresh face and would allow the Democrats to replace an unpopular governor whose continued tenure has the potential of strengthening the GOP, especially in those few swing US House Districts where the GOP could, if it knew how to fight, get some pick-ups.
The recall election is scheduled for September 14, 2021 while the press in California remain firmly in the tank for Governor Newsom. The pretend act that they are journalists and not merely political hacks working in lockstep to keep Camifornia under a one-party authoritarian regime isn’t wearing well as all their preachments against the recall have failed to sway public opinion their way. Even in the absence of any fair and equitable coverage of news, balanced by representing all Californians other than the hard left, the public appears, at least in this case, to be diverging from the rabidly partisan “press” establishment.
Meanwhile, the Republican Party, which has demonstrated an amazing fecklessness in the face of many assaults on political freedom by the Democratic Party, has refused to endorse a single candidate and create a united front giving them a fighting chance to take the governorship.
As the GOP field is led by Larry Elder who garners overall 23% support by all voters, it is not surprising the mostly all white GOP establishment opted not to endorse a candidate. The issue isn’t Larry Elder’s race, he is a Black man, the issue is the moral weakness of the Party establishment which is unfit to fight any battle against Democrats or against the onslaught against freedom.
Between them, Republicans have over 55% of the vote, a stunning number, with 20% of voters undecided, but thanks to a lack of unity, it would appear the GOP have once again snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. The closest GOP comeptitor to Elder, however, has 10% of the vote, far behind “undecided” at 20%, but the GOP leadership has abdicated the field, on a blatant display of just how much of a “controlled opposition” the Party is.
While the GOP establishment claim their focus is on the recall “question 1” which is to say yes to recall the governor, their tactical response only serves the Democrats, who themselves may wish to recall the unpopular governor and get a second chance with a fresh face. It is almost as if the GOP made a deal with Democrats to replace the unpopular governor with another Democrat as the leadership prevent a unified front from coming together to ensure a win for Republicans.
Regardless of what rank and file Republicans want, with the majority clearly behind Elder, the GOP leadership are playing a different game which has nothing to do with defeating Democrats and everything to do with keeping the status quo.
Only 24% of California voters are registered Republicans, a number that exposes the incompetence of the Party which hasn’t even made a serious effort to close the gap by reaching out to other communities of people, and their concerns and issues, outside their white base. Inviting people into the fold from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities as equals, and dignifying their needs and aspirations, has never occured to the leaders of this moribund Party.
The Party bigwigs voted 90% to not endorse any candidate and then pat themselves on the back claiming that if they endorsed any one candidate “some voters might stay home.” This is misdirection meant to put a happy face on the cowardice of the Party or, worse, their instinctive recoil at seeing a non-white head their effort, even if he has the best chance to win and even if most rank and file Republicans are behind him.
If the poll holds, Democrats will have used Republican money and efforts to remove an unpopular governor and give them a chance to replace him with a young and more palatable face which ensures they hold on to power.
PGC – “Intelligent” drones run a quick diagnostic of the state of humans at a given scene. This data is beyond instantly filtered back and analysed by a team of deep learning ai machines, which, beyond instantly, give instructions as to mode of operation to assume next, not a complex list of commands, just an operational directive with parameters assigned.
These drone quickly identify the particular type of people the operators, owners of the drones have assigned them to identify, and for what purpose. Drones then rush in to do what has to be done to whom, according to the parameters of the operation given to them by higher up AI who received their orders from a small council of humans who determined what kind of humans are desirable and what kind of humans are not.
This scenario is most likely already here, but if you doubt it, the Czech are publicly releasing a project alleged to have created drones with brains, drones that can identify people who might be fighting or injured or whatever, though the story doesn’t bother to explore the possible beyond the narrative given them from the Czechs themselves.
Many of the liberty-shielding standards in America simply don’t exist in Europe, so we can expect Europe to be the immediate laboratory of how to integrate police state control into current year tech opportunities. Whatever works in Europe, narratives will begin to form in America that support the kind of stories of fear it would take to convince Americans to accept yet another invasion on their liberties.
Fights and injuries occurring inside large groups of people could soon be easier to detect, thanks to a new Czech-developed crowd surveillance system that analyses drone footage via the use of neural networks.
The innovative new system was developed through a joint research programme between the Brno University of Technology and the Czech Police, who have increasingly turned to drones to monitor large crowds in recent years.
Existing drones, however, are nowhere near as efficient as they could be, according to David Bažout, a fresh graduate from the university’s Information Technology faculty.
