A massive new beurocratic and gov fund reality has been created after the Senate passed a massive bill called “infrastructure.” The bill is complex, and, as the days and weeks go on, you can be sure we at The Freedomist will be writing a lot more about what Americans have just had handed to them, with no real possible way of realistically knowing if they rely on any one or few ‘news sources’ out there today.
Evidently, Gary Maynard, 47, a college professor at Santa Clara University and Sonoma State University, and not climate change, is the culprit behind a number of wildfires raging in California. A criminal justice professor, nobody is reporting on his motivation, but the propensity of climate alarmists to manufacture results to “prove” the need for draconian and totalitarian “solutions” cannot be discounted as a possible motivation.
According to hard left news site The Daily Beast, “Gary Maynard, age 47, set a series of fires in Lassen National Forest and Shasta Trinity National Forest, an area in rural Northern California near where the Dixie Fire, the second-largest in state history, still burns, federal prosecutors allege. California Forestry Department agents arrested him Saturday. He is charged with intentionally setting fire to public land and is being held without bail in the Sacramento County Main Jail.”
His research covers “criminal justice, social science research methods, cults and deviant behavior.” This tends to align with the dangerous ideology of left-wing authoritarianism which, while invoking claims of justice and virtue-signalling, demonstrates a strong propensity toward intolerance and violence when challenged or opposed.
Maynard wanted to kill.
“He entered the evacuation zone and began setting fires behind the first responders fighting the Dixie Fire,” court filings read. “In addition to the danger of enlarging the Dixie fire and threatening more lives and property, this increased the danger to the first responders.”
While Maynard is described as mentally unstable, questions as to how he became a part-time lecturer at a university or his political motivation are scrupulously avoided by the Democratic Party Press whose own political biases lean hard left. The idea these fires may have been leftwing terrorism aimed at frightening people into the climate change hysteria used to justify totalitarianism is off the radar of sympathetic “journalists” for whom his possible aims, if not his means, comport with their own authoritarian ideology.
It turns out, Maynard is a far left authoritarian loon. He was referenced in a radical leftwing website, artprofiler, being praised for his invectives against Donald Trump.
“Donald will not stay quiet or play nice,” says Dr. Gary Maynard. “The question then becomes, ‘will he get violent or spur on violence?’”
Maynard and the left are the only ones spurring violence.

SWAMP: Do you think President Trump suffers from the same malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder as Jim Jones did?
MAYNARD: Yes, I do and I think he may not really be aware of the violent outburst that he is capable of since he grew up wealthy and bullied people, who basically let him get away with threats of physical or career violence without needing to actually physically attack people. For the American people, this issue of Donald Trump not really being aware of the violent tendencies he has inside him and has been building year after year (just watch his look of hatred and anger when Obama mocked him at the correspondent’s dinner in 2015).
Maynard turned out to be the violent one with mental illness and now the Democratic Party Press is covering up both his leftwing stance and his following as a poster child for the kind of ideas they promote.
The degenerate leftist agitator essentially prophesied his own actions, projecting his own mental illness on to Trump:

Maynard allegedly tried to kill firefighters to promote the climate change hysteria that demands a totalitarian response. Everything he and the left say about Trump is projection.
One doctor who made an appearance on CNBC recently stated the opinion that this version of Covid-19, the Delta version, might in fact be the last wave of Covid Americans might have to endure. According to Dr. Scott Gottlieb, the virus might very well become another flu variant that no longer merits such extraordinary measures to guard against.
However, he did note that right now schools in particular should be seeking to take aggressive mitigation action to assure that this does indeed end up being the result of the latest coronavirus wave.
Dr. Scott Gottlieb told CNBC on Monday the current surge in Covid infections caused by the more contagious delta variant may be the last wave of the virus in the U.S.
“I don’t think Covid is going to be epidemic all through the fall and the winter … assuming we don’t have a variant emerge that pierces the immunity offered by prior infection or vaccination,” Gottlieb said on “Squawk Box.”
He warned that schools may need to begin the year with heavier mitigation measures in place.

The woman made wild claims regarding the decisions Governor DeSantis was made in response to the Coronvirus epidemic.
Some of her claims seem to give some ‘legitimacy’ to China’s claims that the virus came from American troops that were part of military games in Beijing around September 2020. A Chinese national news media broadcast used the fired worker’s claims to state that the cases in Florida appear to have happened even before the cases in Wuhan.
Does this mean China and the DNC are colluding or does it mean that both parties have a fundamental motivation to deconstruct the American Bill of Rights Based Constitutionaly Limited Democrat Republic? I think much more the latter than the former, as in, the Chinese State sees an effective narrative against the legitimacy of the American government that happens to be used by a party that also seeks to create effective narratives against the legitimacy of a Bill of Rights based constitutionally limited democratic republoc.
The fact that these two parties so often ven diagram in the same space should be ever more evidence to you, the reader, that the DNC and the CCP are natural frenemy allies, allies each holding knives behind their backs should they need to suddenly kill the other.
The Chinese Communist Party is embracing claims by a fired Florida health department employee to cast doubt on the origins of COVID-19.
Rebekah Jones was a former COVID dashboard manager and claimed she was instructed to manipulate data, though she has not shown evidence for her shifting story. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s office said in May 2020 that Jones “exhibited a repeated course of insubordination.”
Her claims about Florida’s data were picked up by local and national media at the time. Those claims have now found their way to China.
The state-run Global Timespublished a piece on Saturday focusing on Jones’s accusations and subsequent layoff, claiming Florida “is causing public concern due to its serious epidemic situation and the lack of transparency on its early cases — especially in the case of 171 early patients’ data that was deleted and hidden.” It also claimed Florida cases emerged “even earlier than the virus outbreak in China’s Wuhan.”
A retired 84 Year old German man has ended his national trial facing jail time and nearly half a million dollars in fines. His fines and jail sentence come from his collection of World War Two memorabilia, which seemed to focus on high-powered artillery. That included a German Panther Tank, an Anti-Aircraft Gun, and a Torpedo.
The collection also included Nazi memorabilia, though the arrest seems connected to the storage of illegal weapons than his potential Nazi connection. The article does not address whether the man was a Nazi supporter, a serious collector, or, perhaps just a crazy old man.
The trial of an 84-year-old German man and his collection of WWII artillery has come to an end. The man, who was not named as a result of German privacy laws, has been handed a suspended 14-month prison sentence and ordered to pay a €250,000 ($293,700 USD) fine.
Authorities raided the man’s house in 2015 and found a World War II-era Panther tank, an anti-aircraft gun, a torpedo, a horde of Nazi memorabilia, and more. It took the military 9 hours to remove the tank, which had no tracks, from the man’s basement.

It was unclear if the person reading the message was Oseguera himself.
The move by the Teachers’ Union to sue a Rhode island Mom for trying to get information about what the school is teaching her kids might in fact be illegal if Legal Insurrection is correct in citing a Rhode Island Supreme Court Ruling that suggests it might be.
The Mom in question has been making an inordinate number of FOIA requests of this local government, so the issue for the local government might not specifically be with her requesting information as it is the proliferation of what she wants, and whether some data is within FOIA parameters or not.
However, once a Union of government employees steps into the fray and seeks to stop a citizen from getting information by suing them, now the legal questions begin to form.
There is a Rhode Island Supreme Court case that is going to have to be addressed, and which seems to sink the unions’ lawsuit. Ilana Cutler, Esq., Legal Insurrection Foundation Investigations Counsel, found the case, and it appears to be good law. And let’s just say I was shocked to find a case seemingly so on point and not addressed in the unions’ papers that it could present a major problem for the lawsuit.
The case is a 2004 Rhode Island Supreme Court case, In re New England Gas Co., 842 A.2d 545, 551–52 (R.I. 2004), in which the court found no right of a non-party to the public records process (in the position of the unions here) to seek to prevent disclosure of allegedly non-public information. That case even relied upon prior precident involving a different union’s attempt to intervene.
