Trump’s Bank Defends Loans in NY Fraud Trial

A Deutsche Bank executive who serviced loans from Donald Trump testified in the Kangaroo Court NY Fraud trial that the loans issued to Trump were not the least bit unusual. The testimony from David Williams puts another knife in the heart of Lawfare Assassin Leticia James’ charges, as well as the conviction without evidence by Lawfare Assassin Judge Arthur Engoron.

Trump Attorney Jesus Suarez asked Willaims, “Is the bank capable of reaching its own judgment based on the evaluation it makes of the guarantor’s financial condition?”

“Certainly, yes,” Williams answered.

The main sticking point is fraud requires a victim, and there is no evidence presented any harm that came to any of the banks Trump is alleged to have defrauded, especially given the fact that the loans in question were paid back.

Banks must be careful in allowing their natural leftist leanings (as they have been infiltrated, contaminated by far-left anti-Americanists) to throw Trump under the bus for political satisfaction as their actions here will be rightly read by existing customers, should they go down that road, as being fundamentally untrustworthy business partners, a belief that should already exist for Americans who, even as we speak, are working on building American banks to counter the far-left banks we now find ourselves dependent on.

China Might Own Your DNA

The NYTimes is citing two anonymous intelligence officials who are claiming an Abu Dhabi company called G42 that collects the DNA of millions of Americans has direct ties to the Chinese Communist Party. G42 is tied to the CCP through ByteDance, holding over $100 million in stocks to the CCP-controlled company, which also owns TikTok.

We already know ByteDance shares its internal data with the CCP, so it is not a great leap to rightly assume the CCP would require access to the data of G42 just to ALLOW them the “right” to own such a significant amount of stock in the CCP-controlled company.

G42 even has ties to OpenAI, with former and possibly future OpenAI CEO Sam Altman saying of their relationship with the CCP-contaminated company, “Leveraging G42’s industry expertise, we aim to empower businesses and communities with effective solutions that resonate with the nuances of the region. This collaboration lays the foundation for equitable advancements in generative AI across the globe.”

The Selective Outrage in the Osama “Dear America” Viral Letter – How to Kill the Republic in One Easy Step

The plea of the needy must be heard, including the innocents bombed by American power. This is the narrative now going out with the viral sharing and endorsing of the Osama Bin Laden “Dear America” letter from 2002.

The spreading of that letter is not about ending America’s exploitation of weak powers for its own end, it’s about conditioning children to further accept the idea of “rebooting” America to something that is no longer a constitutional republic with a Bill of Rights that acknowledges our God-given rights to define and pursue our own happiness without fear of the state oppressing us for reasons that have nothing to do with causing direct harm to others.

The problem is not that the Constitutional republic exists, but that nation-states exist, and our “republic” is being betrayed by our own leaders, the same ones leading us into these unjust wars of conquest.

Wherever you find nation-state powers dominating other nation-states, you will find the ascendant powers taking advantage of the lesser powers, including using them as pawns in proxy wars, including bombing their women and children. When those nation-states are not governed by individuals who hold to the principles of individual liberty (for all, not just Americans), then their exploitations are even worse, far worse.

But that’s not how this narrative is going out. It’s not about the problem of nation-statism or the problem of anti-republicanism, it’s the selective “problem” of “America,” the great Satan that must be destroyed, either because you believe the lie America is just a White Supremacist nation or you believe America is somehow the only and worst world power to murder innocents to preserve and extend its own global power.

And that narrative is being taught by far-left institutions using American tax dollars and billionaire donations to further destroy what little is left of the spirit of America, the spirit of individual liberty over collective tyranny. These institutions “educate” our children, create the policies of our markets, “entertain” the masses, and deliver the agitprop, the news that forms their worldviews.

That narrative is being taught in an effort to convince young people that the problem is our form of government, the constitutional republic, not the tyrants (from both the left and the right) that violate our constitution and violate our principles in the name of personal power, a power created through the use of America’s military, who bombs foreign powers that dare challenge not our freedoms, but our global control of the world, even if they know it will cost the lives of children.

These same corrupt individuals want free rein to murder Americans like they did Iraqis, and the people unironically sharing this letter and cheering it on are active participants in the effort to murder the republic, which did not cause this injustice.

That republic is to be replaced by the Chinese model, the model where the worst forms of Capitalism (which violate free market standards, so they’re no capitalism at all) are facilitated and protected by the state so that the worst form of socialism (which is the real authoritarian heart of socialism) can also be facilitated and enforced by the state. All of this will only benefit the same families that created this bloody injustice in the first place.

The end result will be America, now Progmerica (which is no America at all), will do to its citizens what it once only did to innocents in foreign lands, without ending the continued exploitation of the weak by the strong. As a matter of fact, Progmerica will do to the rest of the world more violence than a republic ever would, even one run by non-republicans who cannot fully unleash the depraved evil that is contained in the bosoms of all of these anti-American leaders, from the Bushes to the Clintons, from the Soros’ to the Bezos’.

If the spreading of the Osama Bin Laden letter leads our youth to conclude the Constitutional republic needs to restored and submitted to, then great (for many of these foreign “adventures” would never have happened if they just followed the War Powers Act alone), but somehow I don’t think that’s going to happen when you have even “libertarian” media outlets like Redacted pushing the far-left anti-American narrative with no nuance or critical analysis.

That cartoon-simplistic narrative is “America bad, America the worse evil in the whole world” because a deranged pedophile and child murderer named Osama bin Laden feigned selective outrage at America’s immoral behavior. There will be no pointing out the fact that bin Laden hoped to commit far more murders and cause far more mayhem on the rest of the world, including against Iraqi Muslims, than America ever did.

As for the scoundrel—his devices are evil; he plans wicked schemes to ruin the poor with lying words, even when the plea of the needy is right. But he who is noble plans noble things, and on noble things he stands. – Isaiah 32:7-8

The scoundrel identifies an injustice and promises to fix it, but instead exploits the fear and hate that injustice caused to create more injustice. It is the secret to tyrannical power, and it is being executed once again by those who share this letter and this narrative with no critical nuance whatsoever.

It pushes the cartoon-simple narrative that America is evil and the world will only be safe, the people of color will only be safe, the homosexuals will only be safe, the world’s children will only be safe if we destroy the constitutional republic and replace it with enlightened experts who promise to end the suffering of the world by murdering the evil people that cause it (whites, Christians, Americans, etc.).

Our children are being terrorized to fear liberty when liberty had nothing to do with the sins of this land. It’s when and where America does NOT follow her principles that she executes injustice, from slavery to Iraq, and our children are being psychologically terrorized to want the tyranny that caused these injustices in the first place rather than recognize America’s fatal flaw; electing men and women into positions of power who have no commitment to execute liberty, at home, and certainly not abroad.

They make far more money for themselves and their families by going along with the anti-American agenda that has led this nation, in part, since at least the start of the 20th century (though it has always variously lurked under the surface, had its selective time to rule, since the founding our republic).

That spirit, that anti-American spirit, has been hemmed in significantly by Americans who assume the Bill of Rights is binding law, and they have acted accordingly, making it hard for the powers that be to fully unleash the hell they have in their hearts lest they be felled before their master plan, the death of the republic, can fully come to fruition.

This poison pill went viral on TikTok, and that’s just what the CCP-owned platform wanted, for it is in the shared interests of both the CCP and corporate Progmerica (in league with the DNC) to further degrade the American spirit, especially among our youth, to finally destroy the beacon of hope our flawed nation still is to the rest of the world (though, with efforts such as this, even that light is destined to soon go dim).

In the end, the plea of the needy will not be met. Rather, the same powers that created the injustice (which formed the anti-American outrage from our own citizens) will still be in power, murdering even more innocents than they did before, including many of these same youths that now openly root for the death of their own nation.

NY Kangaroo Court Denies Evidence That Destroys its Case

The NY Kangaroo Court fraud trial Judge denied President Trump an opportunity to submit into evidence a disclaimer statement to all his financial transactions that destroys the entire case of the fraudulent trial. The disclaimer statement shows that valuations of properties are subjective to interpretation.

Lawfare Assassin judge Arthur Engoron refused to allow Trump to submit the evidence that destroys the entire claims of this fraudulent trial. It’s not every day that a fraud trial is itself a fraud, but that’s what we have here with this trial, run by another Soros-sponsored seditionist DA, Leticia James, who knows full well the Judge will give here EVERYTHING she wants, and more, without need for evidence or a fair trial, which would prevent him from ruling as he has so far.

The judge has seen the document and somehow ruled it was inadmissible, so this is Trump’s efforts to enter into the trial record that the Judge clearly knows about the exculpatory evidence and unconstitutionally dismissed it, even claiming it puts more onus on the defense to make accurate claims about the value of his property, which it clearly does not.

Let us remember this judge decided he was an expert in property valuation, and so he already found Trump guilty without a trial, claiming he knew the valuations of property were dead wrong, obviously. This is double-speak for “this has to be wrong in order for me to execute my petty power to destroy dissent to the anti-American party, the god I serve, sedition.”

The document Trump wanted to include shows no one was giving him loans based on his valuation claims. The document was titled “Disclaimers Provided to Banks in Each Financial Statement.” It states “…considerable judgment is necessary to interpret market data and develop the related estimates of current value,” a considerable judgment that was not adhered to by this judge, who, without any experience in such matters, decided he could discern the valuations were wrong based on his simple ‘eye test.’

The document also adds this, “Users of this financial statement should recognize that they might reach different conclusions about the financial conditions of Donald J. Trump.”

The trial is over, it should have never happened. The tactics by the DNC-CCP to destroy a man you might not like are being codified into our courts even as we speak, and if the treatment of Donald J. Trump does not upset you, if you don’t recognize the threat to your person by the court’s open violation of constitutional law because you fear the monster the DNC-CCP’s content marketing machine, the MSM, mostly created, then you are a fool who will soon be parted from whatever gold you imagine you will receive by supporting the party of hate, fear, and fake hope, the party that dared to imagine it could defy God himself.

Biden Signs XO Putting in Motion Plan to Use AI to Silence Dissent

The much-anticipated sweeping anti-constitutional, illegal AI executive order by the Mass Mailer President Joe Biden Committee known as Joe Biden was signed November 9, 2023, and it promises to use artificial intelligence to control dissent to the party of hate, fear, and fake hope, the Democratic Party, also known by this writer as the DNC-CCP.

To understand the intention of this illegal executive order, one needs only look at the language that is used in this report, a seditious language that reflects anti-American principles to those who know what their sacred words mean, words such as “equity,” which is another way of saying race discrimination against whites and redistribution of wealth to the special Democrat-party voting classes. That language is used early on in the order: “Intelligence systems deployed irresponsibly have reproduced and intensified existing inequalities, caused new types of harmful discrimination, and exacerbated online and physical harms….Only then can Americans trust AI to advance civil rights, civil liberties, equity, and justice for all.”

Even a word like discrimination, which, before the rise of the DNC-CCP’s current justification for coercive power, “Social Justice,” “Critical Race Theory,” or, what it really is, “Identity Marxism,” was innocuous enough, and even reflected American values, that the majority cannot brutalize the minority. Now the word has come to mean, under the DNC-CCP’s guidance, that the minority, the disenfranchised, can brutalize the majority, and that’s just what has been happening already as this dark power strangles the liberty in this land.

Regulating AI is not something this writer would be inherently against, but giving this party of hate, fear, and fake hope that power is a direct threat to all of us, including the cowards, the psychopaths, the weak who count themselves as supporters of this dark ideology, for it is an all-consuming ideology that condemns all but the powerful few to a life of perpetual unforgiveable sin awaiting an accuser of the approved status to make such accusations, accusations that are convictions the moment they are uttered.

Med School Denies Forcing Christians to Affirm Homosexuality is Against Their Religion

The University of Virginia is forcing its med students to parrot the LGBTQ+ approval talking points, demanding that they “acknowledge” humanity has more than 2 genders, transgenderism should be treated with bodily mutilation (and it’s NOT a mental illness), and approving of homosexuality, maybe even preferring it.

Its response to students challenging the constitutional right of the school to force students to deny their beliefs or else not become doctors, the Satanic school declared “We are not trying to change anyone’s religious beliefs or political affiliation. This is about adhering to the medical standard of care, which is affirming people’s genders and sexual orientations.”

Whoever wrote that abominable statement has demonstrated they are woefully ignorant of orthodox Christian belief, which holds that there are only two sexes, two genders, male and female, and that the only righteous sexual expression is in marriage, which can only be between a man and a woman.

If they aren’t woefully ignorant of Christian belief, they are liars. Either way, people who act as these seditionists at heart act have no place in the medical field where impartiality is key, not political dogma, which is all this really is. The “doctors” of today and tomorrow can no longer be trusted, as they must adhere to the lies out of cowardice, or else believe them (which makes them even more dangerous as doctors, who are liable to harm their patients when they don’t echo their own perverse anti-human, anti-God beliefs).

As usual, the leftists’ best arguments they imagine support their anti-human, anti-God positions are unhinged insanity to people still committed to following basic common sense, let alone God’s laws.

The presentation later features “The Gender Unicorn,” a tool used to explain gender identity, gender expression, physical attraction and emotional attraction on a sliding spectrum.

The slideshow references microaggressions as “death by a thousand cuts.” In a section on disparities in LGBTQ health, it cites the “lack of laws protecting against bullying in schools” as a factor.

The latter portion of the presentation coaches students through potential scenarios with patients, advising the use of “inclusive” language and genderless terms with patients.

For example, students should ask “Are you in a relationship?” rather than “Do you have a husband?” and “What is their name?” instead of “What’s her name?” according to the slideshow.

The presentation also encourages students to “make inclusion visible,” noting that displaying a rainbow symbol can demonstrate you “aren’t ashamed or afraid of negative social reaction” and “care about serving LGBTQ people.”

All of the “doctors,” administrators, etc. that have signed on board to this dark anti-American agenda, using tax dollars to fund their ungodly cult, should be facing criminal prosecution for seeking to openly violate the constitutional rights of Americans and intentionally working to sabotage American medical institutions, putting ideology over science and no doubt leading to the deaths of thousands who will receive inferior treatment from a doctor class willing to deny basic human biological facts in the name of their depraved god, the rainbow flag.

Nashville Trans Shooter Manifesto Reveals CRT Kills

Teach children they were born with sin skins and have no hope of redemption and produce psychotic mass shooters. That’s the lesson we can draw from the now-leaked manifesto of the trans shooter who killed 3 white children and three white adults in the name of eradicating “whiteness,” a genocidal war-cry of the DNC-CCP-indoctrinated left.

The trans shooter, Audrey Elizabeth Hale, wrote in a notebook what amounts to a manifesto to “justify” her actions, to target white children for assassination in the name of purging the earth of the disease that is “whiteness,” as taught to her by self-hating white adults and the non-whites who don’t understand the apocalyptic hell they are endorsing, for white people as well as themselves.

The Wikipedia entry for this attempt at local genocide seems more concerned with the fact that the police used this woman’s birth name instead of the fantasy name she chose for the fantasy in her head, that she could change her sex/gender with a wish. The Wikipedia editors wrote “ Police referred to the 28-year-old as a woman and used his birth name, Audrey Elizabeth Hale. On the day of the shooting, MNPD Chief John Drake said that authorities “feel that [Hale] identifies as trans, but we’re still in the initial investigation into all of that”.[32] Media sources subsequently reported Hale was a trans man.His former art teacher and a former classmate recalled him coming out as transgender on Facebook in 2022.”

One has little doubt the people who wrote this awful entry would cheer this woman on as she slaughtered the innocent white, cis-gendered babies in the name of the rainbow cult.

The trans shooter also demonstrated her own “homophobia” when she wrote “Wanna kill all you little crackers!!! Bunch of little faggots w/your white privileges fuck you faggots.”

This isn’t the first psycho engineered by the cult of death ideology of CRT forced on our children and our youth by pedophilic adults looking to sacrifice children to atone for sins the adults intend on continuing to commit and it won’t be the last. White House Defines Extremism as Being Against the Majority

-The metaphorically-Molotov-cocktail throwing seditionist screed known as Boing Boing is up in arms over the United Kingdom’s plans to define “extremist” as having views that “undermines the country’s institutions and its values.” The phrase was created by “civil servants,” so one doubts (or hopes) the standard will not be accepted by the actual UK government. The outrage would be justified if it wasn’t for the fact the DNC-CCP left, which this seditionist publication represents, has their own standard of extremist that is as equally, if not more, undermining of liberty than this would be.

The Boing boing propagandists hate this definition because the party in power in the UK is not leftist (well, they really are, but not they’re not left enough). However, they believe the same thing when they’re in power, as can be seen in the statement made by the White House spokesperson herself, Karine Jean-Piere, who was asked by Fox reporter Steve Ducey to give her definition of “extremism,” which she described as “… we see a majority of Americans who disagree, and so when you are not with what majority of Americans are, then you know, that is extreme. That is an extreme way of thinking.”

This writer goes through a thousand or more potential news items a day to compile our weekday reports, and boingboing.net is one site we heavily monitor. There was no outrage from this seditious site or the other DNC-CCP-leftist revolutionary sites we monitor after this woman made such a horrendous statement that had her speaking the quiet part out loud. To the DNC-CCP leftist, anyone who doesn’t comply with their majority-indoctrinated sheep is an extremist. If the majority is for abortion, you’re an extremist for opposing it.

“Mostly Peaceful” Hamas Rallies Set World On Fire

“Rallies” in support of the death cult that is Hamas, an organization whose stated aim is the extermination of the Jew from River to Sea, that is, from the Mediterranean Sea to the Jordan river, turn violent around the world, as “supporters” execute violence as a means of political persuasion from London to D.C. with statues vandalized and even the White House assaulted.

Whatever lowborn character is revealed about the nature of Hamas supporters through these worldwide, planned, and billionaire-funded assaults on the world, it does not remove critique for Israel on how it is meeting this existential threat, nor do the sins of Israel justify the violence expressed by the far-left, who are the predominant supporters of a world without an Israeli state, as they demonstrated wherever they carried the genocide-calling banner “From the River to the Sea” in their “rallies” in “support” of the death cult that is Hamas.

On November 4, thousands of far-left anti-Americanists “rallied” in Washington D.C. calling for an “intifada” as they parked outside the White House gates, threatening the far-left President (who isn’t far-left enough) for his role in supporting the “genocide” of the Palestinian people, all the while carrying signs that say, again, “From the River to the Sea,” a call to purge “Palestine” of all the Jews.

These mostly peaceful protestors breached the outer barriers around the White House and tried to crawl over the White House gate. Had they succeeded, what was their next aim, to vandalize the White House or to break into it, causing as much mayhem as they could in the process? They did this while chanting “Takbir, Alluha Akbar.”

A U.S. military supply ship was blocked from leaving an Oakland, California, port on Friday by pro-Palestinian protesters who believed the ship was going to carry a cargo of military equipment to Israel.

Protesters locked themselves to the carrier Cape Orlando, which they said was going to bring weapons to Israel after loading up in Tacoma, Washington, according to KPIX-TV.

Demonstrators also blocked the entrance to the berth where the ship was moored, and three others were “holding on to a rope ladder and refusing to let workers close a door” to the ship, KPIX reported.

The protest began before dawn with about 50 demonstrators, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, and grew to about 200.

This is a direct and deliberate act of sabotage. All involved should be facing capital charges for high crimes and misdemeanors against the state, but one doubts any such actions will take place against the DNC-CCP’s rainbow-shirts, the brownshirts of leftism, lest they lose the terrorists they’ve been employing to rain chaos and terror on the land in the hope that the afflicted will beg the state to take away their freedoms to protect them from the demons that state itself created.

Meanwhile in Europe, thousands protested, with most protectors being recent “migrants” from Islamo-Fascist countries who imported their terrorist ways with them, as the elites hoped they would. Again, this is by design, to frighten people to surrender their freedoms (what freedoms they have left) to protect them from the demons these elites created.

The war hawks in support of Israel seem to come from the authoritarian right. The terrorists in support of the death cult that is Hamas are either Islamists (who align with the left in authoritarianism) or leftist authoritarians. The battle on the streets seems to now be mostly between competing authoritarian factions willing to use Israel as a foil for their own parochial, and mostly violent ends.
