According to a report released by Muckraker, the wave upon wave of human beings pouring across America’s intentionally unguarded borders is not an organic happening, it’s planned. The proof that this is a planned, coordinated assault on American stability comes from the discovery of pamphlets being handed out in multiple countries in South and Central America that promise rewards and offer methods of making it to American soil.

These pamphlets are being distributed by NGOs (Non-governmental Organizations) with ties to far left groups in America, as well as to foreign governments. According to Muckraker, “the collapse of the U.S. southern border is the result of a carefully planned and deliberately executed industrial mass migration program.”

The enemies of the American republic, from within and without, appear to be working in collusion with the seditious Biden administration to flood America with millions of people it cannot take care of, creating instability for all, and also importing de facto soldiers who can add to the instability by committing acts of terror and violence against the American people.

This writer believes the “mass migration” is a mass invasion being orchestrated by the Biden administration in collusion with foreign powers and seditious far left “American” groups. SCOTUS Denies Jack Smith an Early Victory

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to expedite considering the immunity of Donald K Trump from the type of prosecution he faces from lawfare assassin and hired DNC-CCP gun Jack Smith, meaning the trials strategically activated by the lawfare assassins and their DNC-CCP-owned judges to interfere with Trump’s ability to campaign against Mass Mailer President Joe Biden will not happen.

Instead, the Trump team can delay these trials most likely until after the election while the issue of his immunity works its way through the appeals court process until it eventually reaches the Supreme Court.

NBC News made this claim in their article covering this decision, “ Steering clear of a political firestorm for now, the Supreme Court said Friday it would not immediately decide the key question of whether Donald Trump has broad immunity for actions he took as president challenging his 2020 election loss.”

This, of course, is not the case, and it makes the reader believe the court hasn’t made a strong political statement in its ruling, which, of course, it has. The decision throws a monkey wrench into the lawfare assassin’s plans to interfere with the 2024 election using trial schedules to do so.

This writer believes SCOTUS knows full well the actions by the lawfare assassins and their collusionist judges do not meet basic constitutional requirements. Their ruling portends their eventual ruling, but they want to make sure before they make such a monumental ruling that the arguments for and against have been fully flushed out so that there is no doubt as to the legal efficacy of a SCOTUS ruling to come that will essentially blunt the most potentially damaging lawfare assaults on the former President.

Of course, NBC, a content marketing company for the DNC-CCP, and overt seditionist against the American republic, isn’t giving up hope that SCOTUS could STILL deliver the type of quick action they hope will happen: As a result of the court’s refusal to intervene, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will take first crack at the issue; it is scheduled to hear oral arguments on Jan. 9.

Once that court rules, the Supreme Court could act quickly on whether to take up the case.

In asking the court to step in on an expedited basis, Smith said the case “presents a fundamental question at the heart of our democracy: whether a former President is absolutely immune from federal prosecution for crimes committed while in office.”

Trump’s lawyers argued in court papers that Smith had given “no compelling reason” why the Supreme Court should immediately step in ahead of the appeals court.

This is not reporting, this is performing, performing for the DNC-CCP in the interest of a Progmerican Empire they dream will come, which is no America at all.

Colorado Supreme Court Rebels Against the American Republic

In an apparent signal to at least half the country that Rule of Law is dead to you, the Colorado Supreme Court unironically committed an insurrectionist act against the American republic by declaring Donald Trump cannot be on a Colorado Presidential ballot because he is, in fact, an insurrectionist.

The ruling shows that leftists live in Progmerica, which is no America at all, and when they call us insurrectionists, we who reject the cult of death, the party of hate, fear, and fake hope that has no respect for the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, or Individual Rights, they are right. We are insurrectionists in their nation, Progmerica, which is no America at all.

In our nation, America, which lives in our hearts, it is the DNC-CCP who are the insurrectionists, as this unjust, and treasonous ruling proves.

The next step for Republican-controlled states SHOULD BE to declare the DNC-CCP a terrorist organization, a seditious foreign power, and remove all Democrats from all government positions, but this writer is skeptical that will happen given the nature of the go-along-to-get-along party of appeasement.

The move set up a likely showdown in the country’s highest court to decide whether the front-runner for the GOP nomination can remain in the race. Trump’s attorneys had promised to appeal any disqualification immediately to the U.S. Supreme Court, which has the final say about constitutional matters.

The decision from a court whose justices were all appointed by Democratic governors marks the first time in history that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment has been used to disqualify a presidential candidate.

“A majority of the court holds that Trump is disqualified from holding the office of president under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment,” the court wrote in its 4-3 decision.

America’s Suicidal Tendencies Reach Record Highs

America’s Suicide Rate has hit an 80-year high, continuing a trend that began in the start of the 21st century, but which has been escalating the last few years. The suicide rate among the young has gone down recently, however, with the suicide rates of 10-to-14-year-olds going down 18 percent and 15-to-24-year-old going down 9 percent.

Males continue to lead suicides in terms of rates and pure numbers, with males over the age of 75 having the highest suicide rate, especially American Indians. While whites have higher suicide rates than blacks and Hispanics, these minority groups are getting closer to whites.

Among whites, it is men, specifically older men that have the highest suicide rates, while among minorities it is the young that have the higher suicide rates.

The suicide rate among Black people increased by 19.2% between 2018 and 2021, from 7.3 to 8.7 per 100,000, and it climbed most quickly among Black people ages 10 to 24, at 36.6%.

That suicides are occurring at progressively younger ages in nonwhite people is troubling, Joe said.

“We tend to lose older generations of whites when it comes to suicide,” he said. “But among people of color, it’s always the young, not out of the fourth, third or even approaching the fifth decade of life.”

Suicide rates rose 5% overall in people ages 25 to 44, and by even more among Black, Hispanic, multiracial and Alaska Native people.

As the progmerican state and corporate coalition continue to exact psychological terrorism on all major groups in America, this writer expects those figures to continue to rise, and the decrease in suicides among the young (only very recently) to reverse itself. This, my friends, is probably not an accident.

20 Percent of 2020 Mail-In Voters Admit to Committing Voter

Mass mailer elections are no elections at all. In the 2020 Mass Mailer Election, more than 40 percent of the votes cast were through the mail. A new study reveals 20 percent of those who cast mail-in votes in 2020 admit to committing election fraud, meaning, by their own admission, up to 12 million votes were cast fraudulently.

This fact was revealed in a Heartland/Rasmussen poll that showed 17 percent of Mail-in voters voted in a state they no longer lived in, while 21 percent said they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member “with or without his or her permission.”

The poll found that 10% of all respondents—not just those who voted by mail—said they know “a friend, family member, co-worker, or other acquaintance who has admitted … that he or she cast a mail-in ballot in 2020 in a state other than his or her state of permanent residence.”

A smaller portion, 8%, said they were offered “pay” or a “reward” for voting in 2020. It is a felony to buy or sell votes.

Changes in election procedures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic did yield a dramatic increase in the use of nontraditional voting methods — casting a ballot by mail or in person prior to Election Day. For the first time on record in the CPS voting supplement, a majority (69.4 %) of voters cast ballots by a nontraditional method in the 2020 presidential election….

In the 2020 election, 69% of voters nationwide cast their ballot nontraditionally — by mail and/or before Election Day. This is the highest rate of nontraditional voting for a presidential election (Figure 1) since questions regarding voting method have been included in the survey.

By comparison, about 40% of voters cast their ballots by mail and/or prior to Election Day in 2016.

Much of the surge in nontraditional voting was due to an increase in mail-in voting.

In 2020, 43% of voters cast ballots by mail and another 26% voted in person before Election Day. In 2016, 21% mailed in their ballots and 19% voted in person prior to Election Day.

House Speaker Uses Trick to Protect FISA’s Section 702 Renewal from Reform

The new House Speaker, Mike Johnson (R-AR), the same as the last House Speaker, is doing what he can to pass the fundamentally unconstitutional renewal of Section 702 of the FISA Act, the section that allows for a star chamber to convict without trial and spy on Americans without a search warrant.

The plan is to present two competing bills to the House and approve the one that gets the most votes in a tactic called “The Queen of the Hill.” Neither bill ends the unconstitutional practice. If anything, both bills end up expanding powers, under Johnson’s watch.

This latest action proves Johnson is not the hero many thought he was. He talks a good game until it comes to real impactful action, which is a long-standing tradition in the Republican party.

The debate centers on two bills coming from the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees. House Speaker Johnson’s plan was to have a showdown on the floor in which both bills would be debated with one of them emerging as the measure Republican lawmakers would get behind. But at least a few House Republicans aren’t on board with the idea.

The House Rules Committee pulled consideration of the two bills after a GOP conference meeting that was staged as a debate over reforming Section 702 of the Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Act (FISA), which allows the government to spy on foreigners overseas.

But the differences between the two pieces of legislation took a backseat to Johnson’s plan for resolving a months-long standoff over how to reconcile differences between the two bills, thwarting his plan for a “Queen of the Hill” battle that would bring both to the floor for a vote.

While the unusual process would allow consideration of both bills, it would not allow for amendments, alarming members who want to hash out differences between the two approaches.

The unconstitutional Section 702 of the FISA act is sure to be renewed, and most likely with expanded powers, with a republican-majority House. This means the Republicans, who suffered the dismantling of an effective Presidency under Trump thanks to actions facilitated by this fascist act, want the Democrats to continue to use star chambers to attack their own members, proving the party is no party at all, but rather, is a mere placeholder party occupying the space of true opposition to assure their masters, the DNC-CCP, effectively remain in power even when the GOP gets a token win.

Renewal of this act’s violently anti-American section is the final proof we need to show the republic is dead, long live the oligarchy of the DNC-CCP.

The Selective Outrage in the Osama “Dear America” Viral Letter – How to Kill the Republic in One Easy Step

The plea of the needy must be heard, including the innocents bombed by American power. This is the narrative now going out with the viral sharing and endorsing of the Osama Bin Laden “Dear America” letter from 2002.

The spreading of that letter is not about ending America’s exploitation of weak powers for its own end, it’s about conditioning children to further accept the idea of “rebooting” America to something that is no longer a constitutional republic with a Bill of Rights that acknowledges our God-given rights to define and pursue our own happiness without fear of the state oppressing us for reasons that have nothing to do with causing direct harm to others.

The problem is not that the Constitutional republic exists, but that nation-states exist, and our “republic” is being betrayed by our own leaders, the same ones leading us into these unjust wars of conquest.

Wherever you find nation-state powers dominating other nation-states, you will find the ascendant powers taking advantage of the lesser powers, including using them as pawns in proxy wars, including bombing their women and children. When those nation-states are not governed by individuals who hold to the principles of individual liberty (for all, not just Americans), then their exploitations are even worse, far worse.

But that’s not how this narrative is going out. It’s not about the problem of nation-statism or the problem of anti-republicanism, it’s the selective “problem” of “America,” the great Satan that must be destroyed, either because you believe the lie America is just a White Supremacist nation or you believe America is somehow the only and worst world power to murder innocents to preserve and extend its own global power.

And that narrative is being taught by far-left institutions using American tax dollars and billionaire donations to further destroy what little is left of the spirit of America, the spirit of individual liberty over collective tyranny. These institutions “educate” our children, create the policies of our markets, “entertain” the masses, and deliver the agitprop, the news that forms their worldviews.

That narrative is being taught in an effort to convince young people that the problem is our form of government, the constitutional republic, not the tyrants (from both the left and the right) that violate our constitution and violate our principles in the name of personal power, a power created through the use of America’s military, who bombs foreign powers that dare challenge not our freedoms, but our global control of the world, even if they know it will cost the lives of children.

These same corrupt individuals want free rein to murder Americans like they did Iraqis, and the people unironically sharing this letter and cheering it on are active participants in the effort to murder the republic, which did not cause this injustice.

That republic is to be replaced by the Chinese model, the model where the worst forms of Capitalism (which violate free market standards, so they’re no capitalism at all) are facilitated and protected by the state so that the worst form of socialism (which is the real authoritarian heart of socialism) can also be facilitated and enforced by the state. All of this will only benefit the same families that created this bloody injustice in the first place.

The end result will be America, now Progmerica (which is no America at all), will do to its citizens what it once only did to innocents in foreign lands, without ending the continued exploitation of the weak by the strong. As a matter of fact, Progmerica will do to the rest of the world more violence than a republic ever would, even one run by non-republicans who cannot fully unleash the depraved evil that is contained in the bosoms of all of these anti-American leaders, from the Bushes to the Clintons, from the Soros’ to the Bezos’.

If the spreading of the Osama Bin Laden letter leads our youth to conclude the Constitutional republic needs to restored and submitted to, then great (for many of these foreign “adventures” would never have happened if they just followed the War Powers Act alone), but somehow I don’t think that’s going to happen when you have even “libertarian” media outlets like Redacted pushing the far-left anti-American narrative with no nuance or critical analysis.

That cartoon-simplistic narrative is “America bad, America the worse evil in the whole world” because a deranged pedophile and child murderer named Osama bin Laden feigned selective outrage at America’s immoral behavior. There will be no pointing out the fact that bin Laden hoped to commit far more murders and cause far more mayhem on the rest of the world, including against Iraqi Muslims, than America ever did.

As for the scoundrel—his devices are evil; he plans wicked schemes to ruin the poor with lying words, even when the plea of the needy is right. But he who is noble plans noble things, and on noble things he stands. – Isaiah 32:7-8

The scoundrel identifies an injustice and promises to fix it, but instead exploits the fear and hate that injustice caused to create more injustice. It is the secret to tyrannical power, and it is being executed once again by those who share this letter and this narrative with no critical nuance whatsoever.

It pushes the cartoon-simple narrative that America is evil and the world will only be safe, the people of color will only be safe, the homosexuals will only be safe, the world’s children will only be safe if we destroy the constitutional republic and replace it with enlightened experts who promise to end the suffering of the world by murdering the evil people that cause it (whites, Christians, Americans, etc.).

Our children are being terrorized to fear liberty when liberty had nothing to do with the sins of this land. It’s when and where America does NOT follow her principles that she executes injustice, from slavery to Iraq, and our children are being psychologically terrorized to want the tyranny that caused these injustices in the first place rather than recognize America’s fatal flaw; electing men and women into positions of power who have no commitment to execute liberty, at home, and certainly not abroad.

They make far more money for themselves and their families by going along with the anti-American agenda that has led this nation, in part, since at least the start of the 20th century (though it has always variously lurked under the surface, had its selective time to rule, since the founding our republic).

That spirit, that anti-American spirit, has been hemmed in significantly by Americans who assume the Bill of Rights is binding law, and they have acted accordingly, making it hard for the powers that be to fully unleash the hell they have in their hearts lest they be felled before their master plan, the death of the republic, can fully come to fruition.

This poison pill went viral on TikTok, and that’s just what the CCP-owned platform wanted, for it is in the shared interests of both the CCP and corporate Progmerica (in league with the DNC) to further degrade the American spirit, especially among our youth, to finally destroy the beacon of hope our flawed nation still is to the rest of the world (though, with efforts such as this, even that light is destined to soon go dim).

In the end, the plea of the needy will not be met. Rather, the same powers that created the injustice (which formed the anti-American outrage from our own citizens) will still be in power, murdering even more innocents than they did before, including many of these same youths that now openly root for the death of their own nation.

NY Kangaroo Court Denies Evidence That Destroys its Case

The NY Kangaroo Court fraud trial Judge denied President Trump an opportunity to submit into evidence a disclaimer statement to all his financial transactions that destroys the entire case of the fraudulent trial. The disclaimer statement shows that valuations of properties are subjective to interpretation.

Lawfare Assassin judge Arthur Engoron refused to allow Trump to submit the evidence that destroys the entire claims of this fraudulent trial. It’s not every day that a fraud trial is itself a fraud, but that’s what we have here with this trial, run by another Soros-sponsored seditionist DA, Leticia James, who knows full well the Judge will give here EVERYTHING she wants, and more, without need for evidence or a fair trial, which would prevent him from ruling as he has so far.

The judge has seen the document and somehow ruled it was inadmissible, so this is Trump’s efforts to enter into the trial record that the Judge clearly knows about the exculpatory evidence and unconstitutionally dismissed it, even claiming it puts more onus on the defense to make accurate claims about the value of his property, which it clearly does not.

Let us remember this judge decided he was an expert in property valuation, and so he already found Trump guilty without a trial, claiming he knew the valuations of property were dead wrong, obviously. This is double-speak for “this has to be wrong in order for me to execute my petty power to destroy dissent to the anti-American party, the god I serve, sedition.”

The document Trump wanted to include shows no one was giving him loans based on his valuation claims. The document was titled “Disclaimers Provided to Banks in Each Financial Statement.” It states “…considerable judgment is necessary to interpret market data and develop the related estimates of current value,” a considerable judgment that was not adhered to by this judge, who, without any experience in such matters, decided he could discern the valuations were wrong based on his simple ‘eye test.’

The document also adds this, “Users of this financial statement should recognize that they might reach different conclusions about the financial conditions of Donald J. Trump.”

The trial is over, it should have never happened. The tactics by the DNC-CCP to destroy a man you might not like are being codified into our courts even as we speak, and if the treatment of Donald J. Trump does not upset you, if you don’t recognize the threat to your person by the court’s open violation of constitutional law because you fear the monster the DNC-CCP’s content marketing machine, the MSM, mostly created, then you are a fool who will soon be parted from whatever gold you imagine you will receive by supporting the party of hate, fear, and fake hope, the party that dared to imagine it could defy God himself.

Biden Signs XO Putting in Motion Plan to Use AI to Silence Dissent

The much-anticipated sweeping anti-constitutional, illegal AI executive order by the Mass Mailer President Joe Biden Committee known as Joe Biden was signed November 9, 2023, and it promises to use artificial intelligence to control dissent to the party of hate, fear, and fake hope, the Democratic Party, also known by this writer as the DNC-CCP.

To understand the intention of this illegal executive order, one needs only look at the language that is used in this report, a seditious language that reflects anti-American principles to those who know what their sacred words mean, words such as “equity,” which is another way of saying race discrimination against whites and redistribution of wealth to the special Democrat-party voting classes. That language is used early on in the order: “Intelligence systems deployed irresponsibly have reproduced and intensified existing inequalities, caused new types of harmful discrimination, and exacerbated online and physical harms….Only then can Americans trust AI to advance civil rights, civil liberties, equity, and justice for all.”

Even a word like discrimination, which, before the rise of the DNC-CCP’s current justification for coercive power, “Social Justice,” “Critical Race Theory,” or, what it really is, “Identity Marxism,” was innocuous enough, and even reflected American values, that the majority cannot brutalize the minority. Now the word has come to mean, under the DNC-CCP’s guidance, that the minority, the disenfranchised, can brutalize the majority, and that’s just what has been happening already as this dark power strangles the liberty in this land.

Regulating AI is not something this writer would be inherently against, but giving this party of hate, fear, and fake hope that power is a direct threat to all of us, including the cowards, the psychopaths, the weak who count themselves as supporters of this dark ideology, for it is an all-consuming ideology that condemns all but the powerful few to a life of perpetual unforgiveable sin awaiting an accuser of the approved status to make such accusations, accusations that are convictions the moment they are uttered.

God has chosen to unleash hell on this land in the form of this “Presidency” and the anti-American party empowered by the thirst for blood, from abortion to the mutilation of children for the rainbow god this perverted party serves. They are the Babylonians, righteously raised up to punish a land that proved in this 2023 election their hunger for the blood of the innocents, as, thanks to their hunger for abortion, “Americans’ have chosen death over life, sexual license where only the unborn pay for the sins of the perverse over righteousness.
