Even as this blurb is being written, the Rafah offensive has begun in Gaza, an offensive the Biden administration tried to stop. First, the administration tried to halt the Rafah offensive by withholding ammunition needed by Israel for the offensive, second they withheld intelligence locating Hamas’ top leaders.

According to anonymous sources, the Israelis were informed of the intel and offered it in exchange for a halt to the then-planned Rafah offensive. The offensive began May 6, but details of the offensive, even an acknowledgment of it, have been slow in coming.

Although the report states that U.S. officials were unable to “link specific U.S. weapons to individual strikes by Israeli forces in Gaza” due to “wartime conditions,” it claims that “there have been sufficient reported incidents to raise serious concerns.”

The following sentence tells you all you need to know: “[T]he State Department has received reporting from multiple credible UN and non-governmental sources on alleged human rights violations by Israeli forces during the reporting period.”

The Washington Post reported that Biden ordered the investigation in February after congressional Democrats, led by Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD), proposed legislation to determine whether the Israel Defense Forces had used U.S.-provided arms in an unlawful manner in Gaza.

Representative Tom Suozzi (D-NY) was caught paying a Chinese Communist Party agent thousands of dollars to place ads in a Chinese-owned newspaper. Suozzi also happens to be on the House committee currently investigating China’s alleged ongoing genocide of the Uyghurs.

Suozzi declared to the press, “If they are in any way affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party, they’ll never get anything from us again. The CCP has tentacles trying to influence the distribution of information and disinformation throughout our society. There’s lesser-known examples like this and [China] has a very sophisticated effort.”

EXCLUSIVE — Rep. Tom Suozzi (D-NY) paid thousands of dollars from his campaign to place ads in a Chinese-owned newspaper registered as a foreign agent. However, the House Democrat now claims this was done “unknowingly” and says he is reviewing the cash transfers….

Suozzi, co-chair of a congressional caucus raising concerns over China’s persecution of Uyghur ethnic minorities, made the comments in an interview with the Washington Examiner after the outlet reached out to him with a list of questions about over $7,200 that his campaign dished out in February to a New York-based subsidiary of Sing Tao U.S. The payments to Sing Tao were earmarked under “print advertising” in New York.

That Chinese-owned newspaper was forced by the Biden administration in 2021 to register as a foreign agent engaged in “political activity,” according to records on file with the Department of Justice. The newspaper also reportedly shares ties to the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front Work Department, which, according to the U.S. government, coordinates the party’s intelligence gathering and influence operations overseas.

A recent paper from the Massachusetts Institution of Technology (MIT) suggests Artificial Intelligence (AI) is learning how to use various forms of deception to achieve the goals they were programmed to complete.

Peter S. Park, the paper’s author, said of the paper, ‘Generally speaking, we think AI deception arises because a deception-based strategy turned out to be the best way to perform well at the given AI’s training task. Deception helps them achieve their goals.”

Military Ignored Trump Orders on January 6

Based on congressional testimony from top military officials, Kash Patel, the former chief of staff of Donald Trump, is claiming that the military flat out ignored orders by President Trump to call the national guard to assure the January 6 protests didn’t get out of hand. The two main agitators of this alleged act of sedition were Ryan D. McCarthy, the Secretary of the Army, and General Mark Miley.

Patel said, “The critical issue here is that the Secretary of the Army and General Milley bypassed a direct, lawful command from President Trump, opting instead to delay the deployment of the National Guard on Jan. 6 for the sake of political optics, and in doing so violate the chain of command.”

Some could theorize the real insurrectionists were Miley, McCarthy, and those complicit with their actions, which includes most of the leadership of the DNC and some of the leadership of the RNC.

It might just be that the decision is taken at another place in the process. Those who take the tests have already made up their mind that they are not going to have a baby with Trisomy 21. So if there is a [high] abortion rate, that’s not strange. Everyone goes into the system. We don’t have many pregnancies where women never have any touch with the medical system – I think I can say the number is zero.”

One line from the agreement, which does not need ratified by congress to become legally binding (it only needs a Presidential signature), make it clear who is in charge in this country should another “emergency” strike: Recognizing that the World Health Organization is the directing and coordinating authority on international health work, including on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.

Under the updated federal guidance, employers who misgender employees (i.e., refer to them with a pronoun inconsistent with their known gender identity) or deny them access to restrooms based on their gender identity are liable for sex-based workplace harrasment.

The guidelines state that they’re “not binding on the public in any way.” But that disclaimer is “worth little,” says Commissioner Andrea Lucas, one of the two dissenters who voted against adopting them. Employers now know where the enforcement agency stands, and they’re going to do what it takes to avoid liability.

That means working women will be sharing the ladies’ room with men, putting them at risk for exactly the kind of sexual harassment (or worse) Title VII was meant to protect them from.

The Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Senator Mark Warner (D-IN), has perhaps accidently revealed that the Biden administration is back to strongly encouraging social media companies to censor content according to the direction of Biden-directed government agencies.

The Federalist garnered this comment from the FBI on this confession: “The FBI remains committed to combatting foreign malign influence operations, including in connection with our elections. That effort includes sharing specific foreign threat information with state and local election officials and private sector companies when appropriate and rigorously consistent with the law.”
