In the name of protecting we children in adult bodies from ”disinformation,’ a North Caroilina judge is now advocating for censorship, abandoning the Constitution in favor of the feels of being safe from morons and the idiots that manipulate them. Nowhere in the Constitution do you find such a standard, yet this judge chose to side with the fale hope of security to justify the real terror of destroying liberty in a land whose union depends on it.
The judge in question is U.S. District Judge Thomas Schroeder, who chose to set a precedent that is being applied to a North Carolina patent trolling law, but will chill free speech so long as this anti-American ruling stands in our courts.

Except….
Dog Memes, Fake News, Political Ads and Big Tech: Who Watches the Watchers?:
“(W)e have millions of highly influential American citizens looking to ban information – in the name of banning bad information.
“But you can not ban the adjective (bad) – without banning the noun (information)….
“In a free country – everyone speaks. And everyone decides for themselves what is real or fake.”
….
And here’s the really ironic part: North Carolina’s censorious law is predicated upon actual disinformation. Isn’t this fun?
Except a “patent troll” is a fake thing. Made up by people who want to steal patents.
‘Patent Trolls’ – Don’t Actually Exist
While We’re Lost in The ‘Patent Troll’ Freakout, ‘Reformers’ Will Eviscerate Private Property Rights
When The Media Report ‘Patent Trolls’ – Think ‘People Protecting Their Private Property’:
“(W)hat exactly is a ‘patent troll?’ He or she is someone who owns a patent – which is private property. And is trying to protect their private property from unauthorized use by someone who doesn’t want to pay to use it.
“Is someone who owns a house and calls the police to roust squatters a ‘property troll?’ Is someone who reports their car stolen an ‘automobile troll?’”
