Millennials- Are They Following The gods Of Their Loins?

Recent surveys reveal that millenials are mostly in favor of being “socially liberal.” In other words they are for abortion, gay marriage, and legalization of drugs for “recreational” uses. Many politicians in the GOP are taking note and, in a bid to obtain the vote of millennials, modifying their stance.

But millennials also value freedom, prosperity, fairness, and opportunity, according to these surveys. Indeed they are socially liberal and fiscally more conservative, although they tend to vote from a perspective of “social liberalism”, which favor the Democrats who champion this rejection of traditional morality as enlightenment.

Here then is my response to those millennials who have embraced the belief that moral virtue is intolerance and being immoral by “traditional” standards is “enlightenment”.

If you want freedom, fairness, prosperity, and opportunity then denying the need for moral virtue only ensures you that you will not get any of these things. When we cannot define marriage in a manner that is most conducive to mothers and fathers raising their own children, we adopt a “world as spoil” ethos that is going to produce more decadence and more corruption. People who follow the gods of their loins have no difficulty cheating, lying, or, in general, adopting a distrustful and corrupt pattern of behavior.

As I see it, millennials have been brainwashed by hedonists in our education system to embrace a libertine view, an “anything goes” morality, or a-morality, that is more focused on “saving the planet” than actual self-control. Discarding the ancient wisdom of thousands of generations by saying drug use, “gay marriage”, and abortion are all “good” is hubris but, worse, embracing such unhealthy practices (unhealthy for body and soul) is dangerous for the well-being of society itself.

So it would seem that baby boomers have intervened and taught their grandchildren to follow strange “gods”, namely the gods of their loins, and this cannot end well.

As Millennials grow up and see the diseases, the broken families, the crime, and the economic and political corruption that must follow their moral decadence, they are likely to become much less open minded about the promotion of sexual promiscuity (and “experimentation”) and legalized inebriation as matters of official policy. Or they will fail to make the connection between cause and effect and continue to seek government subsidization to fix the problem their own immorality is causing.

Politicians who pander to the millennials’ penchant for following the gods of their loins are digging the grave for their sovereign state. In the end, the gods of our loins are gods that terrorize and kill, tear down and destroy. They promise pleasure without pain, but give only fleeting pleasure and then endless pain. Instead of pandering, true leaders should be pushing the truth, that those who reject the moral virtues that our society has learned from its ancient roots to be most useful for its well-being will end up opening themselves up to all manners of corrupt consequences.

Moral laws are not arbitrary, they are objective. To disregard them must necessarily cause negative consequences for the entire society. True freedom and prosperity is not compatible with immorality disguised as tolerance.

Wake up millennials, you could be throwing your entire civilization’s future away with your embrace of the gods of the loins. This licentious worldview is not cutting edge, it is mainstream and conventional in today’s American culture. Like lemmings, you are heading towards the cliff with the pack, racing to your own destruction.

The Coders Rule

Those who WRITE THE CODE actually RULE virtual communities, because the code tells you what you can and cannot do by literally placing “digital” limits that are structurally unbreakable. This is something none of us can hope to ever escape from! Try as you might, if you use someone else’s platform, you are just “renting” and the “landlord” makes all the rules, rules that you either submit to or that, when broken, get you thrown out!

So what about those of us who are not that technically driven?

Hezbollah Ranging Fire From Lebanon

Bill Collier- Israel National news is reporting a Hezbollah Katyusha rochet was fired in northern Isreal from Lebanon. The rocket fire did no damage and causes no casualties but is likely “ranging fire” designed to tes the range and general accuracy, such as it is, of the rocket.

Meanwhile a Hamas rocket fell in Ashdod striking a petrol station causing a fire and numerous injuries, among which is a serious injury with a possible burn victim in serious condition. The escalation of fire by Salafist militants out of
Gaza and the new ranging fire out of Lebanon point to a generl escalation of the conflict.

War Warning- Israel Versus Hamas

Khaled Meshaal, Hamas leader, has vowed to wipe Israel off the map.

We issue a war warning for Israel versus Hamas over the next 7 days. This could involve low intensity operations including limited strikes via attack helicopters and drones by Israel and acts of terrorism and continued rocket exchanges by Hamas. However, there is a less probable chance that the war between the two foes could escalate significantly, especially if reports of Hamas stockpiling longer range rockets and what has been describe as a “mass of anti tank weapons” are true.

It would appear that Hamas wants to have a door to door battle with Israel and believes they have the means of disabling Israeli armor and thereby causing serious harm to any invading troops, with the hope of capturing dozens or even hundreds of Israeli soldiers and using them as a bargaining chip.

It does not appear that Hamas is working in cooperation or coordination with outside powers, other than being certain of Iran and Hezbollah giving material support. But this does not rule out the possibility that outside powers will not take advantage of the situation, especially the newly proclaimed “Caliphate” which has seized lands in Syria and Iraq and which envisions a Middle East without Israel or any of the current nations, a Middle East ruled by their new “Caliph”, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Meanwhile, Hamas leader Khaled Meshaal had claimed that his organization was not behind the kidnapping of the three Jewish teens whose deaths sparked the current crisis. There has been no positive proof of the cause or actors behind this murder and it may in fact be a criminal undertaking. That being said, the leader of Hamas has apparently given his approval for the escalation of rocket and mortar fire into Israel. Israel blames the Hamas leadership for the abductions, but some believe this to be a “cynical exploitation” of events to provide an excuse for a “final showdown” with Hamas.

While Hamas is firing rockets, the driving force behind events at this point appears to be Israel’s Prime Minister. Benjamin Netenyahu, who appears willing to risk a ground operation in Gaza to once and for all settle the score with Hamas. While the Arabs, including Fatah’s Abbas, are publicly condemning Israel, not a few of them will secretly be rooting for Hamas’s demise, and that in short order. Hamas is a Salafist organization that shares the views of groups like the so-called “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant” (ISIL), which views go against the thinking of most normal Muslims and against all the Arab states in the region that fight against Salafism and are pursuing a path of tolerance and. some might claim. “enlightened Islam”.

The players are Hamas and the Israeli government with most Arabs giving lip service to the Gazans while secretly wishing Hamas would in fact just go away. Therefore effective measures against Israel are not likely unless their operations extend to Fatah or include plans to do anything but turn over a “liberated” Gaza to Fatah and Arab, albeit not Salafist, control.

With all of this in mind, Israel is poised to go into full scale war with Hamas and if Hamas is as well equipped as some fear, outside powers such as Hezbollah, Iran, and ISIL, will no doubt seek ways to take advantage of the situation, even though Iran and ISIL are enemies themselves. the fact that Hamas is targeting Jerusalem is indeed offensive to Muslims themselves and this could indicate a certain radical desperation.

Currently, Israeli air strikes are hitting Gaza in waves, with 10 Arab casualties, among whom 4 were listed as civilians and possibly children, while Hamas and Islamic Jihad continue to fire rockets into Israel, including towards Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Israel’s military spokesman has stated that Hamas has “gone over a line” and, regardless of whether they stop rocket attacks, “they will be made to pay”, which he noted must involve deteriorating their rocket launching capability and targeting both their leadership and their organizational infrastructure. The main problem with this stance is that it effectively removes the incentive for Hamas to step back. If Hamas feels that this is the FINAL BATTLE they will likely unleash everything they have, and outside actors may become engaged, such as Hezbollah and Iran especially.

Commentary- I Am An American Freedom Seeker

I am an American “Freedom Seeker”- this means I believe that true freedom is an American mission and extending freedom is part of our destiny as a People and a Nation, and that even our State (the governments, their agencies, the territory governed by them, and the citizens who own those governments) ought to be guided by this “freedom vision.”

I stand for the values of moral virtue, personal liberty, and local independence as the basis of true freedom for all, regardless of anything except the content of their character, with equality of opportunity in a true free market based on one’s participation in a fair exchange, with equitability and equality of justice, and with a public commitment to preserve the persons, rights, and property of all Americans against all hazards, foreign or domestic- and that, so help me God!

I recognize that the evils of elitism, racism, bigotry, exploitation, and both social and economic justice require a people-powered approach (led by private persons and communities of faith or of other shared values) and encouraged by a robust public policy that rewards those who do good for others and punishes those who do evil toward others.

I value life, equality, liberty, justice, fatherhood and motherhood as the foundation of a healthy family unit, a pacific foreign policy built on the foundation of a strong but efficient national defense, sustainability that is people-powered and locally scaled to promote freedom, and compassion that is favored but not mandated by public policy.

I believe every American, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, geographical locale, sex, or any other factor can be and should be an American Freedom Seeker as well.

I do not believe the Democrats are wrong on the social ills and injustices, but they are wrong on the government-powered (as opposed to people-powered) “solutions” which create elites.

I do not believe Republicans are wrong about the role of the free market, private initiative, and voluntary compassion as solutions, but they all too often ignore the actual problems and pretend things like enviornmental problems, racism, sexism, and exploitation do not occur as much as they do.

I am not middle of the road, between two extremes.

I am on the high road, the high road of a free “united people’s democratic republic” founded on the ideals of unity in diversity, popular sovereignty, democratic equality, and rule of law, a republic based on merit that denies the very existence of any race except for the human race, while celebrating (and respecting) the cultural diversity of the “nations” of people within its borders as a healthy means of creating a vibrant culture and a free society of inherently equal and valued human beings created by and for a Loving Creator.

General War Warning: Europe

War warning Europe. That might sound incredibly sensational and unbelievable, but the calculus being employed by the Russians and the Europeans right now are both based on such faulty logic as to make the potential for a general European war possible.

The European calculus is to assume that the inter regnum period after the falll of the USSR represents a true and lasting world order, a condominium built on globalist economics and collective security backed by “the sole remaining superpower”, America. This calculus sees all bellicose rhetoric as mere postering, jockying for a better bargaining position on the world stage. When the Russians talk of their own “Drang Nach Westen” it is dismissed as not being a serious literal threat: perhaps, the calculus predicts, they want a better trade deal with the EU or more favorable terms with the IMF, but raw nationalistic, jingoistic imperialism, why, that is so “18th century”!

As for the Russian calculus, they have deduced that Europe is stuck in the mire of their myth of the 21st century, their false belief that we are “beyond” a ground war in Europe, their belief that their US/Western “condominium” is invincible “because of trade ties”. The Russians calculate that Europe will not fight, even if and when Russians focres debauch from Crimea, the East, and from the West in Moldova into the Ukrainian heartland. Of course the Ukrainian leadership has been amazingly feckless and has not mobilized for war, and so while the Ukrainians could fight back hard, it is becoming obvious that they will not do so.

But the European calcusus is wrong, the inter-regnum is over, welcome to a multipolar war of chaos and upheaval! The Russians are no less or more imperialistic than those who use a “world order” and “world trade” to create empires, but the Russians recognize that the time when raw force was not needed to forge empires is over. The past is truly prologue.

But if the Russians think that the old imperial eagle is incapable to seducing the European masses when they feel threatened and abandoned by the old protector, America, then they are wrong. The Germans and the Eastern Europeans alone could take matters in their own hands, especially if they see Russia advancing and the Great Protector retreating in shame. Look for some anxious moments over Kaliningrad (Konigsburg), with the Poles and Lithuanians, surprisingly, prefering a German as opposed to a Russian presence there. Once the Russians undermine faith in the myth of a world beyond empires, the ancient cravings will gnaw away at the imagination of the masses who will want to see their flag flying high on the field of victory.

What might cause a war is that the Europeans don’t believe Russia would dare launch a war and the Russians don’t believe the Europeans will respond. But the Germans and many Eastern European nations have a strong Drang Nach Osten thing going on, they want to hem the Russian bear in lest it break its bonds and reconquer their lands.

This is why a general war warning for Europe, which we issue when probability of war exceeds 10%, is needed for Europe itself. The Bear is coming and so is the response.

Russia Versus Ukraine

The conventional wisdom has it that Russia has far superior military force versus the Ukrainian military. Analysis based on this usually comes with a chart showing the number of Russian troops, tanks, planes and the such versus Ukrainian numbers. For instance, there are around 700,000 Russian troops versus 160,000 Ukrainian troops.

This is deceptive on four counts.

First, in war it is the actual amount of force available at the strategic point that matters, not the amount of force available to the whole nation. If the Russians could use 100% of their military against Ukrainia (I am spelling Ukrainia as the Ukrainians are spelling it in their language) then the number of total Russian force versus total Ukrainian force would matter. But Russia has a large border and many threats, and one doubts they could muster more than 40% of this total force against the Ukrainians. That’s less than 280,000 Russians versus 160,000 Ukrainians. Still tough odds, but not impossible odds.

Second, Ukrainia has around 1 million men who have some military training and enough arms to equip at least 100,000 of them to a decent level. A new National Guard equipped and trained to deal with rear area security and home defense could muster out more than 100,000. Of course the Russians could mobilize their reserves also, but their situation regarding reserve training and equipment for those reserves is actually worse than Ukrainia’s according to some experts.

Third, the Ukrainians have been stingy with their military but their defense industries have produced much improved versions of former Russian arms, including tanks and aircraft. Ukrainian armor may be smaller in numbers but it is actually superior and more reliable. Ukrainian aircraft have kept on pace with the Russians.

Fourth, the Ukrainians would, if it comes to a fight, be much more motivated and determined. Ukrainian military units in Crimea, though hopelessly surrounded and forbidden until recently from fighting back, have not acted in a cowardly manner, not even “ethnic Russian” members of those units. Their government has acted more cowardly than they have!

A full-on war between Russia and the Ukraine would not be a walk-over for Russia, and indeed I would predict that within a month or two, or sooner, guerilla warfare in the Crimea will begin in earnest. If Russia over-rums areas in the east, the same applies- in no Ukrainian province save the Crimea are ethnic Russians a majority and one would be wrong to assume that all ethnic Russians want to join Putin’s Russia.

The narrative that Ukrainia cannot possibly fight the Russians is more “Russia Today” agit prop aimed at a gullible public and espoused by so-called “military experts” who seem to have forgotten the most fundamental realities of warfare. Certainly the odds do not favor the Ukrainians, and they should not rely on the US or the UK to honor their commitment to guarantee their sovereignty- in fact were I Ukrainian I would immediately start assembling material for nuclear weapons. But to propose that Ukrainia could not offer stiff resistance to the Russians is unrealistic.

Unrest Could Strike In Connecticut

Russian Intervention In Ukraine Looms

There are now reports that Russian military, around 300 special forces troops in one instance, had seized control over Ukrainian airports in the Crimea and are surrounding Urkaine border control units in an apparent bid to seize the vital peninsula from the Ukraine. Some reports have come in stating that Ukraining units have retaken the airports, without incident, this as the ousted Ukraine President holds a defiant press confererence from inside Russia and in the Russian language.
