Federal Judge Fails to Protect Chicago City Workers from Jab or Fired Order

Another DNC-appointed Judge is failing to recognize even basic constitutional rights, this time, it’s the very right to property itself, in the form of your own person not being forced to take a vaccine.

The Judge makes the usual argument that it’s safety over freedom and we’re probably all gonna die from covid if we don’t surrender all our sovereignty to the state, or words to that effect. The Judge in question is Judge John Z. Lee, a Federal District Judge of Northern Illinois.

A federal judge has explained he recently refused to block the Illinois governor and Chicago mayor from forcing COVID-19 vaccinations upon Chicago city workers, saying the workers’ evidence against the value of vaccines was “slim” and the city’s evidence in favor was “substantial.”

Judge John Z. Lee, of U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, issued the explanation Nov. 24, declaring the workers “do not have a fundamental constitutional right to refuse COVID-19 vaccinations.”

On Oct. 21, a group of employees of Chicago’s fire, water and transportation departments asked Lee to stop Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker and Mayor Lori Lightfoot from ordering them to be vaccinated and tested for COVID-19 or risk losing their jobs. The workers claim the mandate trespasses on their rights to bodily autonomy.

Amazon Alabama Union Election Nullified, Must be Re-run

It appears Jeff Bezos’ progressive-powered Amazon is having problems living up to the full code of social justice. Efforts to unionize Amazon workers have been met with failure, but no one has come closer than the Alabama facility in pulling it off. A recent election where Amazon got the result the wanted (union vote failed) has been declared null and void by the NLRB and will have to be run all over again.

But the friendly match quickly turned tragic.

According to KLAS-TV, Valencia, a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, collapsed shortly after his bout. Four days later, the outlet reported, he was dead.

His family told the outlet that Valencia suffered brain injuries that led to his death in a hospital.

A team of Chinese scientists have developed a new type of 3D-printed ear drum that can either help heal an eardrum or replace it. They developed a Piezoelectric material, self-powered material, that allows the ear drum to function in the first place, as once it is implanted, you can’t readily remove it to replace the batteries.

As this is being developed by the CCP, no doubt whatever technological developments are happening here, sustaining reliance type folks should be working on open-sourced versions of this, and, more than likely, they already are.

The World’s number one women’s doubles tennis star is Peng Shuai, a Chinese Citizen. Last Month, Peng Shuai recently accused a Chinese Official of sexual assault. She disappeared for three weeks. She recently showed up in a video conference call with the IOC, the International Olympic Committee.
That Committee appears satisfied with the results of the call. This is the same committee still committed to doing the Beijing Olympics while China continues its elimination of the Uyghurs and executes dissidents without any trial whatsoever.
The WTA, which is not so China dependent, it would seem, is not satisfied and is still pressing for more investigations and accountability by the Chinese government, lest that government potentially face sanctions from the WTA itself.
