It appears that the DNC cybersecurity Clinton lawyer that is finding himself targeted by Special Prosecutor John Durham is hoping that a key part of the evidence that might be counted against him, the Steele Dossier, be excluded from the trial. Michael Sussman is accused of being a covert Clinton operative while seeking to give credibility to the Steele Dossier to government officials.
The slow-going probe of John Durham appears to be building a case that the bulk of the Trump-Russia-Collusion hoax was created and manipulated by Hillary Clinton operatives in 2016, both within and outside of government itself.

Oregon Governor Must Face Covid-19 Infected Prisoners, Judge Rules

Governor Kate Brown of Oregon will now have to face prisoners at court over her handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, the Judge forced healthy and sick inmates to continue to live close to one another while also not offering inmates vaccines, which weren’t widely available until February of 2021.
A magistrate judge has ruled the lawsuit credible and set a class-action eligibility standard. The eligibility standard is that you were a prisoner between February of 2020 and February of 2021 and caught Covid-19 14 days or more after becoming incarcerated. In addition to the Governor being sued, so are key members of her then Covid-19 task force.
The prison is not included in the lawsuit as its actions were mostly required due to the Governor’s orders.

New York State Supreme Court Judge John L. Michalski was announced deceased at first by media outlets on the day of his death, Tuesday, April 5th. But now, the announcement was made that the judge had committed suicide, evidence shows.

Judge Michalski has been coming under suspicion of potential criminal activity himself, with a close friend currently facing federal prosecution, and his home last week being searched by law enforcement. The purpose of the search was ostensibly related to the friend’s case, but now speculation runs that the search might have also been to specifically target Michalski for prosecution as well.

He Jiankui wanted to save the world from HIV, he claimed. He came up with a theory on how to end the HIV threat to humanity and proceeded to execute the theory. That theory involved using genetic editing through CRSPR to create babies that were resistant to HIV. So the Chinese biophysicist proceeded to edit the DNA of human embryos, which were then implanted in a mother’s womb.
The doctor completed this procedure on three children back in 2018. He created CRSPR babies. However, what he expected to receive as a result of his work was not what he ended up receiving. He expected to get the Noble Prize but instead he received a prison sentence from the Chinese government, where he has been since after the last baby was created, until now.
The Chinese government has released the doctor. It is unclear whether he will stay in China or pursue more ‘opportunities’ somewhere else. The doctor’s experiments were exposed by MIT reports which quickly scandalized the scientific community.
The soundness of using CRSPR to edit the DNA of humans is hardly tested, and the implications of corporations and states having the power to offer such services to individuals could someday lead to the selection of preferred humans that might not actually represent the totality of variation a species such as ours needs to sustain to continue to exist at all.

After Elon Musk held a Twitter poll asking if the Twitterati believes Twitter is a good place for free speech, the Ironman-wannabe entrepreneur stepped in with a few billion dollars to purchase over 9 percent of Twitter stock, making him the biggest stockholder of the DNC-CCP-compliant platform.

Now that he’s got that 9 percent, Elon is now a member of the Twitter board, which means he will theoretically have the most influence on what Twitter does next than any other person on the planet. Robert Downey Jr. had to deal with Thanos snaps and Elon, apparently, has to deal with Twitter bans. Let’s see if it ends better for Elon than it did Ironman (f in the chat for Robert Downey Jr.).

Perhaps Elon will use the hype to drive the stock up (and it is already shooting up after the Musk move) and then bow out, fatter than he was before, but so not Ironman if he does.
