What follows is an “estimate of the situation”, concerning what may well become known as the “Guns of October”. This is a strategic assessment of the current situation in the Levant, and what the deeper plan[s] may be. Nothing in this article is based on “classified information” or “anonymous sources”, but sober estimates based on training, experience, intuition and “informed speculation”.
Around the world, October 7th stunned many people. Even after over twenty years of continuous warfare, the scenes of slaughter coming out of Israel were stunning, both in their daring, but even moreso for their brutality and savagery. Inevitably, perhaps, some people have began to promote an idea that the Israeli High Command was operating in full knowledge of what Hamas was going to do, because there was “no way” that the vaunted Israeli intelligence agencies could have missed Hamas’ preparations.
The fact is, people are always people, and people make mistakes – often, those mistakes boggle the imagination with their stupidity. There is no real evidence of anything like an intentional conspiracy on the part of the Israeli High Command’s part happening.
In this case, however, there are parties throughout the world, who have been desperate for a crisis like Yom Kippur 2.0 to restore their flagging efforts. This group has been pushing an endless series of wars since the 1990’s, and while their influence is, indeed great, they are masters of the notion espoused by one-time White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel’s quip, “… you never want a serious crisis to go to waste…”
The people in power, or hanging on to the tailings of power, who espouse such ideas, are known as “neo-cons”…But – what is a “neo-con”?
Foreign Policy Magazine accurately describes neo-cons as “liberal imperialists on steroids”. They are firm believers in the notion of a highly totalitarian vision of the so-called “Pax Americana”, a series of policies that have produced a national debt in excess of an eye-watering $33 trillion, as of 10/18/2023. These beliefs – and the people behind them – also led to the roiling disasters in Israel, Lebanon, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and most of the rest of the Middle East.
Another key descriptor of the neo-cons is that they have no political party, beyond that which is most expedient for them at the moment. Zbigniew Brzezinski (1928 – 2017), one-time National Security Advisor to Democrat party President Jimmy Carter, laid out the neo-con strategy and thought in his 1997 book, “The Grand Chessboard”. His criticisms of Republican President George W. Bush’s handling of the post-9/11 wars were not one of actual opposition, but complaining about their mis-handling.
Neo-Con thinking is also at the core of the Russo-Ukrainian War that began in February of 2022. No matter what side of that conflict the Reader may fall on, the fact is that – like Japan attacking Pearl Harbor in 1941 – the West, led by the United States, goaded Russia into its attempt to dismember the Ukrainian state. Why? Because the neo-cons desperately wanted to initiate Cold War 2.0, because Islamic jihadi’s were simply not working as an existential threat to Western society that justified obscenely massive military spending; terrorists are annoying, but they will never seriously threaten the Western social order.
Russia and China, on the other hand…
In early-to-mid 2022, there was a point where the world held its breath, as it seemed that the major powers of the world might actually enter into direct, large-scale combat with each other, something that has not been seen since 1945. While that danger still looms, the important takeaway, is that these situations have sparked increasingly strident calls to revamp western military establishments, to something resembling “the old days”.
But – how does this relate to the “Guns of October”?
In the aftermath of the seeming failure of neo-con ambitions as the “Global War On Terror” sputtered out in the mid-20-teens, despite the flare-up provided by the so-called “Arab Spring”, the neo-con movement became increasingly desperate for something to revive their plans to continue their series of planned wars, the exhaustion and disgust of the people’s of the West – and Russia – over the never-ending series of wars at the dawn of what should have been a “golden century” for humanity.
The clearest example of the desperation of the neo-cons, including their abject hatred of US President Donald Trump, came when Trump rejected their plans to strike three targets in Iran in response to the 2019 downing of an unmanned US drone. Trump canceled the retaliatory attacks when he was informed that the attacks were expected to kill at least 150 Iranians; Trump did not feel that level of retaliation to be a “proportionate” response to shooting down an unmanned drone.
But now, with a reimposition of sanctions against Russia in April of 2021, leading to a near-war with that state, the neo-cons within Washington DC and allies in several European governments have been awaiting a crisis of an appropriate scale to move the world back into the realm of “forever wars”.
Enter October 7th, of 2023.
With increasing calls in the West to end the open and naked barbarity of Hamas – barbarity that organization happily live-streamed, until it realized how bad the optics were – coupled to the deranged bleatings of the Communist mullahs in control of Iran – handed the neo-cons the golden crisis they have desperately needed to galvanize Western governments into continuing the wars: the United States – even under an “anti-Israel” establishment – cannot oppose Israel in assaulting Gaza, nor in hammering the Iranian-back Hezbollah organization in southern Lebanon, especially in the face of Hamas’ barbarity, without suffering catastrophic political consequences. Similarly, the Western European “street” is fed up with their government’s policies of accommodation and appeasement of “refugees” who spare no expense to tell the world how much they hate their “hosts”, who spared little expense to give them shelter and sanctuary.
Caught in the middle, are the Muslim governments of the region, none of whom want anything to do with this war, but who have enough internal problems that they cannot be seen by their populations to be completely abandoning the Palestinians. But, with more and more US Navy warships being deployed to the region at speed, the possibility of an “incident” occurring that “required” a military response against Iran – one that would make the Iraq war look like a training exercise – is an increasingly likely possibility.
Why is this important? Put simply, the United States does not have the manpower to fight the wars the neo-cons want the West to fight. As has been pointed out previously at the Freedomist, two decades of no-victory wars – as well as policies to insult and demean the US military’s primary recruiting pool – have turned a generation of potential recruits firmly against military service…so much so, that there has been a quietly increasing spate of military officers “speaking truth to power”, pointing out that the current world strategic will eventually force the United States to return to conscription, the dreaded “D-word”, that has been anathema to both the political and military spheres alike, for fifty years, since peacetime conscription was ended in the US by President Richard M. Nixon in 1973.
The neo-cons have painted themselves into a corner: They have relentlessly pursued aggressive policies that have burned off most of any good will built up by the United States over the past four decades, in pursuit of a strategy of continual conflict that requires a level of military recruitment that is a pale memory. At the same time, their actions have severely damaged the US economy, because markets not under a regimen of centralized planning respond poorly to toxic cycles of borrowing money, then borrowing more money to simply pay the interest, all while expanding the pool of currency by running the printing presses at high speed.
With much of the potential military recruit-base firmly rejecting staggering enlistment bonuses of over $50,000, there will come a point where the United States will be forced to attempt to revive the Draft for 18-to-30 year-olds…and there has been legislation language already draft, that was repeatedly submitted for some thirteen years.
Actors not in the top tier of acting are finding life difficult economically as the SAF-AFTRA strike continues into its 5th month. Some have found work with Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, “training” AI through acting. While the actors have signed contracts that state their likenesses cannot be used for future endeavors, the language is written in such a way that perhaps, maybe, Meta has plenty of legal loopholes to betray that simple promise.
The actors were paid to participate in a study called the “emotion study,” which ran from Jul through September of this year. The study offered actors $150 per hour to “emote” for AI machines to analyze in the hope that AI can then be used to artificially “emote” in seamless ways to humans.
The irony of the work is not lost on the actors, who recognize they’re helping to train machines that might one day replace them, even if Meta “promises” not to use their image in any commercial way in the future.
Even though the actors are “acting,” the project claims it’s not “struck work” because Meta is not one of the employers the guild is striking against. As Duncan Crabtree-Ireland, SAG-AFTRA’s chief negotiator claims, “This isn’t a contract battle between a union and a company, It’s existential.”
Max Kalehoff, the VP of growth and marketing for the company running the study for Meta, said “The vast majority of our work is in evaluating the effectiveness of advertising for clients—which has nothing to do with actors and the entertainment industry except to gauge audience reaction.”
In addition to the job posting, MIT Technology Review has obtained and reviewed a copy of the data license agreement, and its potential implications are indeed vast. To put it bluntly: whether the actors who participated knew it or not, for as little as $300, they appear to have authorized Realeyes, Meta, and other parties of the two companies’ choosing to access and use not just their faces but also their expressions, and anything derived from them, almost however and whenever they want—as long as they do not reproduce any individual likenesses.
Some actors, like Jessica, who asked to be identified by just her first name, felt there was something “exploitative” about the project—both in the financial incentives for out-of-work actors and in the fight over AI and the use of an actor’s image.
Jessica, a New York–based background actor, says she has seen a growing number of listings for AI jobs over the past few years. “There aren’t really clear rules right now,” she says, “so I don’t know. Maybe … their intention [is] to get these images before the union signs a contract and sets them.”
While this writer does not support government laws prohibiting the use of Ai trained by humans to better manipulate humans to buy stuff they might not actually want or need, companies that choose to use this technology should be considered unethical, untrustworthy, not worth investing in or doing business with. Of course, being a realist, this writer realizes the ability to cut ourselves off from the companies that are already using these types of services is not very realistic, and won’t be until we self-steward minded people build our own institutions, institutions that would not deign to use such unethical practices to manipulate the masses for the sake of profit.
Political factions are sure to follow, if they aren’t already, which makes it all the more urgent for you, and me, to be self-stewarded people who steward our preferences and beliefs to guard our minds against such crafty manipulations.
While the Progmericans (which are no Americans at all) continue to ree-ree over the January 6 protests of an illegal Mass Mailer election that they claim was LITERALLY worse than 9/11, they cheer the storming of the U.S. capitol by “Americans” protesting resistance to the genocidal death cult known as Hamas. The “protestors,” (actual insurrectionists) illegally stormed the Capitol Rotunda and ripped down a pro-Israel sign in front of Representative Randy Weber’s (R-TX) office.
The violent anti-American, anti-God, pro-Jewish-genocide insurrectionists were led by the Orwellian-named group “Jewish Voice for peace,” a self-hating Jewish organization that is aligned with Hamas’ goals of wiping the Jews off the face of “Palestine” to “liberate Palestinians.”
While the Capitol Police have arrested the protestors, no charges have yet to be charged against them, and one doubts there ever will be.
As the demonstration was broken up, authorities announced that “Due to First Amendment activities on Capitol Grounds, all pedestrian entry points to the House Office Buildings [were] restricted to Members and Staff ONLY.”
Outside the House office buildings, a speaker in another group of “ceasefire now” demonstrators lamented the fact that “some people are afraid of our movement” which, again, is advocating for Hamas terrorist interests by calling for a ceasefire to restrict Israel’s ability to take out the Iran-backed terrorists who continue to launch rockets at Israeli civilians.

In addition to the protests and demonstrations, some activists apparently defaced the exterior of buildings on Capitol Hill with calls to “Free Palestine.”

A racist referendum failed to win over the Australian people, although nearly 40 percent (overwhelmingly white, upper-middle class, and urban, the same classes that dominate fascist leftism in America and the UK) voted for it. The referendum would create a de facto tribunal of indigenous Australians who, by their race alone, would be qualified to check any law, any regulation the Australian legislature and administration might create or modify.
When the idea was first proposed, of creating a race-based tribunal to have more de facto power to check government than even our Supreme Court does (and not having to even rely on Rule of Law to do so), 60 to 70 percent of Australians supported it. They must not have fully understood the ramifications of the racist referendum, however, for as the campaign wore on and they realized this wasn’t just an “advisory body” but one that would result in real de facto law-changing powers, the mood changed and the leftist fascists lost their opportunity to condition a people to accept their brand of totalitarian authoritarianism based on racial hierarchies (race fascism).
The language itself smacks of race supremacism, referring to the “Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples” as being the First Peoples of Australia. The First Peoples in the subconscious mind becomes the best people, and the crafters of this language know full well the hate they are spreading, the divisions they hope to create between the Aboriginals and everyone else.
The crafters of the Yes position tried to avoid the obvious fact that this was, on its face, an explicitly racist law, but that didn’t fly with the Australian people, who are now being accused of being racist for rejecting a racist law.
Aware that this was No’s strongest argument, Yes tried to rebut it by pointing out that there is only one human race, which means distinctions based on race can’t exist. The distinction, Yes claimed, is one only of ancestry, and refers to “inherent rights Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples hold as the original inhabitants of the Australian continent.”
Lawyers call this sort of argument “trivially true”. Biological race does not exist among humans. We are not genetically distinct enough. Chimpanzees possess biological race (biologists use the term “sub-species”). Humans don’t. However, Aboriginal ancestry in even tiny amounts stands out in a 23andMe test. The Yes claim that the Voice wasn’t conferring rights based on race thus looked like prestidigitation. Descent from the First Peoples of Australia (a real thing) was being used to draw distinctions between groups in the same way that nineteenth century racists drew distinctions based on race (not a real thing).
It also led to a situation where people who voted against a proposed law intended to distinguish between groups of Australians based on ancestry and cultural practice were accused of racism. I’m afraid those who support race-based policies designed to ameliorate “structural disadvantage” or “inequity” – of which the Voice is one – need to understand that to most people, they just look like more racism.
When leftists “defend” their perverse positions based on fear, hate, and fake hope, to the non-indoctrinated, their “best” arguments simply expose their true depravity even more, as has happened here, and hopefully will happen elsewhere in the world, including here in America where perversion is glorified and righteousness is outlawed.
While Disney fights for the “right” of teachers to groom children and traumatize them with assaults on their sexuality, gender, and race, they are now partnering up with the CCP to further do damage to our American republic, joining with TikTok in a content creation partnership designed to create “ad friendly,” “brand safe” content for the app.
The deal comes as Disney marks its 100th anniversary, spitting in the face of its namesake, Walt Disney, who was decidedly anti-communist. The move shows the company’s willingness to entangle itself with a political party that has as one of its goals the destruction of the republic of the United States of America.

An indictment against Biden whistleblower Gal Luft has accidently revealed the Bidens’ connections to a Chinese-Communist-Party-controlled conglomerate that depended on Joe Biden’s influence on government to essentially sell weapons to a provider of arms to the bloodthirsty death cult Hamas. The company, CEFC China Energy, supplied the Bidens with millions of “consulting” dollars in exchange for their manipulation of government to sell arms to Qatar which were then delivered to Hamas.
As revealed in Luft’s indictment, CEFC China Energy members engaged illicit trafficking of arms to countries including Libya and Qatar. Luft often referenced the weapons as “toys” in correspondence evidenced in the indictment.
Patrick Ho, the Director of CEFC China Energy whom Hunter Biden has described as his personal business partner and also the “spy chief of China,” sent Luft an email in April 2015 with the subject line “Shopping lists,” writing about Qatar’s weaponry needs:
“It so turns out that Qatar also needs urgently a list of toys from us. But the same reason that we had for Libya, we cannot sell directly to them. Is there a way you could act as an intermediary in both cases? Could you ask your man to see if he is willing?”
“Qatar good chance be there is no embargo. Libya is another case be going against an embargo is tricky,” replied Luft. Ho followed up stressing Qatar’s “urgent” need for weapons, adding he’d be meeting with “their chief” to discuss the matter:
“Qatar needs toys quite urgently. Their chief is coming to China and we hope to give them a piece of good news. Please confirm soonest.”
The news is not surprising to those of us paying attention. It will not be reported in any credible way by the media machine controlled by the DNC-CCP, though the dots are easy to connect. A team of researchers from the University of Waterloo are building a blockchain system to publish news that is assured of being “truthful.” The researchers are developing the technology to combat “misinformation,” or “fake news,” which they say is threatening democratic institutions.
The technology has three elements, blockchain (which enables decentralized publication from transparent interests), human intelligence through a quorum of “validators,” and finally a check on validators through an “entropy-based incentive mechanism.” In essence, it boils down to “popular opinion,” though the researchers would be loath to describe it in that manner.
Ultimately, the article would be validated as trustworthy on the platform only if most of the validators’ opinions align with the truth. As for the user who published the article in the first place, that person might then receive a reward using the entropy-based incentive mechanism. But if the article is exposed as fake news, the user who published it could be penalized. Meanwhile, this entropy measure would convey to the end-user the degree of uncertainty in the output.
At this point the researchers have built and are working with an early prototype. While initial test results are promising, their system is still in the development stage and needs a significant effort to make it usable in the real world. Even so, an industrial partner, Ripple Labs Inc.—a leading provider of crypto solutions for businesses—is part of the Waterloo research.
Chien-Chih Chen, one of the project’s lead researchers, said of the project “We are confident our system has the potential to be applied in practical situations within the next few years. We believe it can provide a robust solution to fake news. I hope my research can impact the world to make a positive difference.”
The use of the term “fake news,” the belief that “truth” is something popular opinion can calibrate shows the hubris behind this project, which some might categorize as fake news in and of itself. Promising a machine to assure truthfulness in news is fake news, right from the start. Whole philosophies have risen and fallen on such claims.
To emphasize my point, here is how the publication that perpetuated this fake news categorized examples of “fake news” that this project might debunk: The danger of disinformation—or fake news—to democracy is real. There is evidence fake news could have influenced how people voted in two important political events in 2016: Brexit, the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union; and the U.S. presidential election that put Donald Trump in power. More recently the Canadian government has warned Canadians to be aware of a Russian campaign of disinformation surrounding that country’s war against Ukraine. Although big tech companies—including Facebook and Google—have established policies to prevent the spread of fake news on their platforms, they’ve had limited success.
First of all, the definition of democracy and the practice of democracy are as varied as the political factions that claim to be bastions of that term. Second of all, the notion that “disinformation” is a threat to democracy is fake news, once again. What is dangerous to some form of democratic spirit is the blocking of information under the name of protecting people from “disinformation.”
Totalitarians the world over, since totalitarian states have existed, have long used claims of misinformation to justify preventing the free and open exchange of information.
This project seems more like the nascence of a new method of governments to assure only their narrative is perpetuated, using a “disinformation-safe” machine that might be “de-centralized” on the platform itself, but the platform will be licensed by the state that builds it.
Protecting the people from fake news is not real, not possible, and no government actually wants to do that (for they would be undermining their own justifications for power). What is real is your ability to discern efforts to approach truth in reporting (for pure truth is not accessible even in the very language that we use, which has ambiguity, subjectivity unavoidably built into it), not the ability of any machine or aggregate of human committees to discern truth.
You don’t need to protect the world from disinformation. You need to equip humans to protect themselves from disinformation, imperfectly though that would be. No government (and these researchers are all dependent on that “government”) has any incentive to equip their citizens to discern approaches to truth from actual disinformation, for no government can stand, including the United States, without, in part, disseminating “fake news.”
In a move that could set a precedent leading to government licensing for 3D printers, the far-left blue state of New York has a bill in its legislature called AB A8132 that would require its citizens to go through a criminal background check before they can purchase a 3D printer t0 ostensibly protect citizens from criminals being able to make “ghost guns,” which is just a far-left anti-American term for homemade guns, the heart of resistance to tyranny the world over.
The author of the bill, Jenifer Rakjumar, said of the bill “Three-dimensionally printed firearms, a type of untraceable ghost gun, can be built by anyone using a $150 three-dimensional printer. This bill will require a background check so that three-dimensional printed firearms do not get in the wrong hands.”
As the Supreme Court has recently decided to unconstitutionally allow the enforcement of a ban on homemade guns by the Biden regime, this bill is aligned with that un-American narrative perpetuated by the media organizations that find themselves mere vassals of the corpostate machine the DNC-CCP relies on to consolidate and preserve its anti-American power in these American lands.
The bill would lay the groundwork to create a registry of Americans living in this fallen state who possessed 3D printers capable of manufacturing homemade firearms, the symbol of American liberty itself for those of us paying attention to “current year” politicking.
The bill is allegedly targeting only 3D printers that can make homemade guns, derisively referred to as “ghost guns,” intending to illogically stigmatize the mind against this act of self-stewardship, liberty, that the powers that be, including the reporters who write about such bills, are violently against. But the bill fails to specify 3D printer models, as if it could since new 3D printers can be created after the bill becomes law, and even more, 3D printers themselves can be “Ghost 3D Printers,” that is, 3D printers created by individuals in their own homes.
The bill is also designed, this writer theorizes, to lay the groundwork for the ultimate prohibition against 3D printers in general, as they represent as much of a threat to the controlling of the means of human production as the printing press was (and still is) to the authoritarians that seek to control outcomes to make them the de facto gods of humanity, making humans in their own anti-Christ, anti-liberty image, which is the entire story of history throughout all humanity as readily observed in God’s scriptures.
The printing press in most kingdoms required a license to be owned and a license to publish. The state sought to control the flow of information. Now, the state needs to control more than information, it needs to control the means of production to assure that the large-scale systems it depends on for power, such as our near-monopolistic institutions, for they produce most all of our product needs, making them a concentrated, easy-to-access, predictably reliable sources of tax revenue and political campaign financing, as well as funding cultural production through the newspapers and movie studios they also control.
In 14th Century England, the Miller, the person who ground your grains to flour, was such an institution. When portable mills become more reliable, the state had to lock that down to protect its monopolistic control, through the Miller, of essential production the citizens relied on. This is why 14th Century England required its citizens to have a license to even own a portable mill, and strict laws regarding how that mill could be used (for limited family needs alone).
The 3D printer is the greatest threat to the state’s hold on information and production in all of human history up to this point, so the state has just recently figured this out and now the far-left blue state of New York is beginning the process of nudging Americans towards an acceptance of having that small-scale empowering technology locked behind government guns and missiles aimed at the rebel who would dare print what they want in defiance of a state that seeks to make humans in its own corrupt image rather than facilitating the self-stewardship potential of humans that live in the lands it controls.
