Amazon just announced no more arbitration standards in settling disputes between itself and its customers, meaning customers can now sue them. The move could signal their confidence in the state protecting their interests in the courts, or fear that their standards of arbitration might themselves be violations of the rights of its customers in a Bill-of-Rights-based republic.

Pennsylvania Government School Counselors Want Your Children to Hate You and Your Country

The School Counselors Association of Pennsylvania just signalled its commitment to the perpetuation of racism and bigotry recently by coming out in support of Critical Race Theory being taught in classrooms.

First we were told that CRT is a legal standard only taught in law schools, so reports of CRT in our government-run schools were wild conspiracy theories. Then we were told that CRT is the only way to end racism in America, so anyone opposed to it is simply anti-racist.

As violent authoritarian types often do while they yet have lack of total monopolistic power, this group is appealing to actual injustices in the land to justify injustices that will soon outstrip the injustices they allege to be ending. They do this by failing to actually end the injustice they promise to end (as a matter of fact, they often excacerbate them, and we are sure this is what will happen here) WHILE adding more people to the rolls of injustice than were there before (as CRT most assuredly does).

Keep reading the Freedomist for more on CRT and the complexity of confronting a program of police-state control without undermining the parts of that program that might be beneficial to Americans, such as facing our sins, reporting on them, sharing them, and seeking to create more just societies that measure up to a Bill of Rights standard this nation-state has yet to fulfill, but has consistently been moving ever closer to fulfilling.

We won’t throw the baby out with the bathwater, and CRT does have contained within it some ‘babies’ we hope to keep.

The bottom line is that an ideological frame that assumes humans are reducible to melatonin, genitals, and sexual preference is scientifically, spiritually, morally, and ethicly unfit for government schools that are allegedly there, in part, to create good citizens in a Bill-of-Rights-based republican form of governance.

The bottom line is that telling children their nation is evil, telling children their skin and their relation to their genitals defines their worth in society is criminally vulgar and molests the children the state alleges to be serving and equipping. This, my friends, is the underlying dark flaw of CRT, and Pennsylvania School Counselors just made it known they stand for this molestation of children by the state.

China Downplays Latest Targeting of Citizens in Pakistan after Gun Attack

Yesterday, June 28th, 2021, a Chinese national was wounded after an attack was executed in Karachi, Pakistan. The assailant used a gun despite Pakistan’s strict antigun laws to target Chinese citizens for death as China is beginning to extend its presence into foreign lands that don’t appreciate Chinese imperialism any more than they appreciated American imperialism.

This news is not as significant as how China is responding to the action, choosing to brand this as an “isolated incident,” despite the recent bus bombing in the region of Kohistan, Pakistan. 9 Chinese nationals, all engineers, were killed in that attack.

This move, to this writer, seems to be more about the dome4stic audience at home than the audience abroad, especially the Pakistani one, as the CCP will have to use its media corporations (in the same way the DNC does here in America) to convince the Chinese whatever they need to convince them to push the narratives forward that keep them in power and extend it.

As more Chinese die in foreign lands as a result of Chinese imperialism, this effort will become increasingly difficult even for the CCP to manage.

It was the Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian who labeled the assault an “isolated” incident not indicative of any collective sentiment by the Pakistani people themselves.

Biden Doesn’t Sell Even with the Media Behind It as Approval Drops to 46 Percent

The poll shows Biden has a 46 percent approval rating to a 52 percent disapproval rating. This is news the media will have to cover, but most likely will cover below the fold and at non-prime hours.

We at The Freedomist don’t base our opinions or politics on polls, as we are republicans at heart (as in form of government, not party loyalty), and the majority has no right to tyranize the majority in a republican form of government, but it is significant to note that Humpty Dumpty is having a great fall, even as all the King’s Horses and all the King’s men prop up this living corpse to avoid any perception of fall in the first place.

Sherrod Brown Thinks Americans Are Too Stupid to Have Nice Things Like Cryptocurrency

The potential threat to the state (and by extension the corpostate that serves it and is protected by it) control over the means of value exchange, currency, that cryptoocurrency offers might be seen in the recent fear tactics being deployed by an American Senator, DNC-CCP Senator Sherrod Brown, who recently declared that cryptocurrencies are an existential threat to Americans’ economic security.

Speaking on the state of crytpocurrencies, Brown said the currencies weren’t real dollars, which is true, they’re not fiat-based (or debt-based, really, but we’ll leave that discussion for another time), and that these currencies put our real dollars at risk (as if the Bidenflation, that’s Biden’s inflation to the uninitiated, doesn’t do that and more).

He called the exchanges “a shady, diffuse network of online funny money.” He informed Americans, who he seems to view as being incapable of making decisions on their own despite being part of an alleged republican model of government that assumes such powers among the rank and file from the state, that “if we want a solution to Americans’ legitimate fears about our banking system, shady start-ups are not the answer.”

As an addendum, I should add that the RNC record on cryptocurrencies is not much better (if it is at all) than the DNC, and this point also adds to the assumption made by many (including this writer’s) that the RNC is token opposition to the DNC. So long as we Americans rely on these two parties for relief from state and corporate tyranny, we will lose, again, and again, and again, to the few elites who control the means of social and cultural production.

Twitter Nukes Audit Efforts on its CCP-Inspired Platform

Yesterday, Twitter made moves to seek to quell the resistance to the mass mailer election of 2020 when it moved to end the twitter presences of numerous accounts that had been sharing information about ongoing election audits around the country.

The move was made under the police-state-standard-favorite guise of preventing dangerous misinformation from being shared with the sheep-like, child-like public, a public that must be told what to think and how to think by the corporate executives all busy living hedonistic lifestyles of excess and entitlement from atop their mighty gated fortresses of power.

Among the casualties: The official @ArizonaAudit account, as well as the sharper @AuditWarRoom account, which provided a constant stream of attacks aimed at critics of the sham recount. The anonymous creator of the latter account was also behind several other now-suspended accounts: @AuditMichigan, @AuditWisconsin, @AuditNevada, @AuditGeorgia, @Audit_PA, @Audit_Arizona.

This move is yet more fruit of a nation-state controlled, legislated, and moralized by the corpostate that represents in almost complete unity the will of the party, the DNC, which seems to be more and more pulling its inspiration from the Chinese Communist Party, which expects its corporations to enforce and propagate its party values to the ‘customers’ it serves.

The age of customer and provider is over in America, as corporations now view true Americans, those that hold to the legal and spiritial principles of the Bill of Rights, as subhumans to be weeded out of their police-state-friendly gardens.

America held a mass mailer election, there is no need for an audit for there was no election, as mass mailer elections are unaccountable by their very nature, and no audit will change that fact, no matter the results it might allege to discover. How can you figure out the results of an election that has no accountability and measurability in it in the first place?

This writer cares little about the audits themselves, for the reason mentioned above, but I care greatly for the continued assumption of fact supremacism, of moral supremacism, that corpo-state billionaires and their cowardly hangers on wish to force on Americans, coercively, through the power of their monopolistic hold on the marketplace of commerce and ideas, and so should you.

A people cannot be free that are not self-sustaining. Where self-sustainability is dead, tyranny lives, and this, my friends, is where we live in current year.
