Mexico Wants Biden Admin to Allow Them to Bankrupt American Gun Manufacturers

The nation of Mexico had the audacity to attempt to sue gun manufacturers for crimes committed using their guns. They were inspired by the Democrats to do this after they allowed gun manufacturers to be sued by American citizens for the same reason, a move that, if it is allowed to stand, would end gun manufacturing and selling in America, which is what both Mexico and the Biden administration want. Mexico was shut down in the lawsuit and now they want another bite at the treacherous apple, making themselves an enemy of the American people.

The Mexican government said in its violent appeal, “What we want is an injunction to make these defendants start paying attention to their distribution systems,” he said. “And it’s only U.S. courts that can provide that injunctive relief.”

A lawyer for Smith and Wesson, Noel Francisco, responded to the insane appeal, “You have licensed manufacturers that sell to licensed distributors that sell to licensed retailers that sell to individuals who satisfy the requirements of federal law, but some of them happen to be straw purchasers.”

What he should have said is this, “This is an act of war against the sovereignty of the American state and a direct assault on our Rule of Law, the Constitution. Any ruling by any judge that entertains this lawfare assault on the American people should be immediately removed from office and prosecuted for high crimes and misdemeanors. This effort should never be given any consideration by an American court that upholds and defends the Constitution.”

U.S. Circuit Judge William Kayatta is entertaining the lawsuit and will rule in the coming months. Obviously, if Americans were in charge of our own government this Judge would be the first to be removed and prosecuted. He was appointed by the first openly anti-American President since FDR, Barack Hussein Obama.

His convoluted “logic” is, according to Yahoo Finance, U.S. Circuit Judge William Kayatta said that while Mexico had not alleged the gun makers directly violated any gun laws, one of its core legal theories was that they aided and abetted others who trafficked guns abroad, creating potential liability. “What’s wrong with it?” Kayatta asked.

CCP Turns Jesus Into a Sinning Communist

The Chinese Communist Party is 10 years into a project to rewrite the bible to turn Jesus into a Communist. The “bible” is to become the “official state sanctioned book” of the “official state sanctioned Christian church.” All other versions of the bible and all churches that reject this “bible” will continue to be persecuted unto death as they have been since the Communist Party took over the land.

Tina Ramirez, founder and President of Hardwired, told CBN Faithwire the reason behind the action; “Why would the Chinese Communist Party be rewriting the Bible if they don’t even believe in God,” she questioned. “They want the people to take their eyes off of a God and to put them on a good person and to [have Christians] deny their faith, as a result of that, and supplant that with the Communist party as the ultimate deity.”

Todd Nettleton, spokesperson of the Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) has been tracking this development. He told CBN Faithwire, “This new translation…would really support the Communist Party.”

One glaring example of the change comes from John 8:7-11, which reads: And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.” And once more he bent down and wrote on the ground. But when they heard it, they went away one by one, beginning with the older ones, and Jesus was left alone with the woman standing before him. Jesus stood up and said to her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you; go, and from now on sin no more.”

The CCP changed it to this: Jesus once said to the angry crowd who was trying to stone a woman who had sinned, “He who is without sin among you, let him cast a stone at her.” When his words came to their ears, they stopped moving forward. When everyone went out, Jesus stoned the woman himself, and said, “I am also a sinner.”

Why do the Communists feel the need to rewrite the bible? As sons of Satan, they are well aware of the power of the Word to bring down tyrants and set the captives free, the last thing the fascist state would want, something they share in common with their frenemies in America, the Democratic Party and its acolytes.

But why don’t they just ban it and be done with the whole affair? The reason is this, they cannot completely stop the “virus” from spreading, so the strategy here is to capture the bible space with a fake bible, giving those who might be hungry for salvation a false hope in a Communist “god,” who is no god at all but an avatar for the self-god-making elites of the CCP. Again, this is something shared by the Democrats’ version of Christ, who is also a sinner, not God and man, and one who shares the same Satanic platform as the Democratic party.

He is pro-abortion, anti-heterosexual, and hates white people too. This is just one of many reasons why this writer refers to the Democratic Party often as the DNC-CCP, for they are nearly one and the same in ideology and they work together against their shared enemy, Christ and the American republic.

The excuse for the changes is the exact same justification the Democrats give for changing the gospel, to “keep pace with the times,” as if current year in and of itself is a reliable source of wisdom. You might as well seek wisdom from a stone, which is what, essentially this is, both the version the CCP spits out and the version the DNC-CCP spits out.

Amazon Under Threat of Being Broken Up by Leftist FTC

The FTC has announced it is nearing completion of its antitrust lawsuit aimed at Amazon. According to Politico, “The FTC has been investigating the company on a number of fronts, and the coming case would be one of the most aggressive and high-profile moves in the Biden administration’s rocky effort to tame the power of tech giants. The wide-ranging lawsuit is expected as soon as August, and will likely challenge a host of Amazon’s business practices, said the people, who were granted anonymity to discuss a confidential matter. If successful, it could lead to a court-ordered restructuring of the $1.3 trillion empire and define the legacy of FTC Chair Lina Khan.”

Amazon and its fearful leader Jeff Bezos have gone all-in with the DNC-CCP’s gender fascism and race terrorism, and has been a healthy contributor to the seditious party, the Democratic Party. The move by the Democrat-infested FTC should serve as a warning to all the “allies” of this corrupt power-mad party. No matter how loyal you are to the party, if it serves the party’s interests to destroy you, it will.

Not that this writer has much sympathy for the media/retail giant. They supported this leftist ideology, now, let them face the consequences of embracing fear and hate as a lifestyle choice. There are no true allies among leftists, only people to exploit to your own end and spit out when they’re no longer needed.

As for the efficacy of the suit itself, this writer remains opposed to empowering the state to define what a monopoly is, and having the power to bust them up., The real issue is not that monopolies exist but that they are violating the spirit and intent of the constitution of the nation that created the opportunities they had to become monopolies in the first place.

The left is good at exploiting a problem they created to roll back more freedoms for all Americans in the interest of ending the threat they themselves created. In this case, Amazon’s monopolistic powers are being used to undermine the republic itself, which is the real problem. If we want to end monopoly power to violate our constitutional rights and values, we should prosecute them for breaking existing laws rather than establish a precedent that the government can centrally plan our economy.

White Americans Fight Back Against Corporate Woke Discrimination

Efforts by the DNC-CCP to demoralize and divide Americans through woketarianism (the corporate-democratic version of the far left racist ideology of “woke”) are being met more and more with defiance and legal challenges. Republican Attorneys General of 13 States have fired a warning shot at Fortune 100 CEOs, affirming them that policies that discriminate against white people or train their workers to view whites as being biologically evil are against the law, and if they don’t cancel these anti-American policies they face potentially criminal responses.

An excerpt from the letter:

“Racial discrimination in employment and contracting is all too common among Fortune 100 companies and other large businesses. If your company previously resorted to racial preferences or naked quotas to offset its bigotry, that discriminatory path is now definitively closed. Your company must overcome its underlying bias and treat all employees, all applicants, and all contractors equally, without regard for race.”

The article excerpted below from Forbes is a racist assault on white Americans using strawman arguments that whites are only suing over not wanting to see non-whites advance as they have. The professor who wrote this article should not be allowed to serve in any governmental capacity, as he does as a faculty member of a publicly funded university.

The title of the article “White Job Applicants and Workers Suing for Reverse Discrimination” reveals the writer’s seditious, anti-American spirit, referring to racism as “reverse racism,” a dog whistle for leftist POC supremacism if ever there was one. White Americans are suing over discrimination, over racist policies aimed at suppressing a whole race in the name of “anti-racism” (which is a dog whistle for racism aimed at white people).

Illinois Braces for Non-Citizen Cops

Earlier in June we covered news of a bill working through Illinois that would allow non-citizens to become police officers. Now, the bill, House Bill 3751, has passed the legislature awaiting what is expected to be the signature of the anti-American far left extremist Governor the people of Illinois voted for, billionaire J.B. Pritzker, who inherited his wealth from his family, which owns the hotel chain Hyatt.

The fact that once again it is a billionaire corporate elite leading the obviously unconstitutional and anti-American push to have citizens be threatened with violence by non-citizen cops shows just how infected our corporate culture is with sedition and hate for the country that gave them their wealth in the first place.

Senator Jill Tracy (R-Qunicy) voted against the bill, which no Democrat voted against (of course). She said the bill was “never going to be implemented.” Meanwhile another Republican, Representative C.D. Davidsmeyer (R-Murrayville) sounding like an America-hating leftist, cited safety as the reason Americans should accept this vulgar violation of our social contract, saying while he preferred American citizens as officers, the struggle to get Americans to be cops is necessitating this move “to ensure that our communities are safe.”

He also said “This is an opportunity for individuals here to pursue a career in law enforcement.”

The leftists created the crisis by enacting policies that undermine police authority, including prosecuting cops for doing their job to perpetuate the race-baiting psy-op the left is currently engaging in. They created the problem and now seek to further undermine the republic by polluting our police forces with foreigners who don’t share or even understand what it means to be American, to recognize the individual right to define and pursue their own happiness in their own way, without being forced to like or approve, or hate, what they don’t actually like, approve, or hate.

It remains to be seen how Illinois citizens will react to a foreigner attempting to arrest them, especially when they attempt to arrest them for DNC-CCP laws that violate our constitutional rights, such as “hate speech laws,” which Illinois is sure to pass in due time given its complete takeover by the party of sedition and hate and fear, the Democratic Party.

NY Cops Using AI to Track Your Every Driving Move

In the name of safety, New York State police has begun to use AI to track every vehicle that travels its roads, looking for patterns of drug running, or, as they put it “exhibiting patterns of narcotics trafficking. They revealed their program when they recently charged David Zayas with drug trafficking after tracking nine trips he made between his home state of Massachusetts and NY City.

The accused was tracked by license plate readers in multiple jurisdictions, including Massachusetts ones. The program is drawing rightful blowback from Bill of Rights advocates, who view the action as an unconstitutional invasion of privacy, an invasion that requires a warrant. Of course the lawyers for the accused are pouncing on the unconstitutionality of this act, pointing out the whole operation is being done “without any judicial oversight.”

Zayas’ lawyer, Ben Gold, was the one who discovered this nefarious program. Gold exclaimed, “During this two-year time period, the Government – as was done in this case – can learn, without a warrant, the precise location histories of virtually anyone traveling on major roads in Westchester County.”

UPenn Biden Think Tank Generates Millions in Donations from CCP

Shortly after the University of Penn opened the Penn Biden center, a think tank group in support of Joe Biden, the university saw a dramatic uptick in anonymous foreign donations and over $100 million from CCP-connected individuals and groups. The donations started coming in right after the Center was opened in 2017 and have been tracked up to 2022. A former chief investigator testified to congress about the funding irregularities and the lack of direct accountability by the school and the think tank group about the nature of these donations.

Other American universities have seen increases in funding from the CCP and anonymous foreign donators, but none to the scale seen in the one University that happens to have the think tank group for the current President of the United States, the mass mailer President Joe Biden committee.

Paul Moore told congress that claims the funds were not going to the center were hardly measurable since “those funds were co-mingled, and certainly went to the general operations, and may have gone to the Biden center.”

His testimony also brought to light the fact that many American universities are taking in millions in CCP money, and other millions from anonymous foreign donors the Department of Education protects. Despite calls by republican members of congress to investigate the donations, Moore said, “Members of Congress wrote to us, urging us to open an investigation. It would have been a very political thing, inappropriate, frankly, for the office of general counsel.”

This writer has long pointed out that part of the reason why so many of our former American institutions are able to offer products and services that Americans hate, products and services that tear away at our constitutional republican values, is because they are subsidized by foreign powers hoping to end the beacon of freedom for the world to better control their slaves at home. China is at the top of that list of foreign powers paying off our institutions to aid them in the destruction of the American republic.

This testimony just lends credence to that fact. The fact that the Chinese Communist Party has been given this power to influence buy in American institutions, while openly calling for our destruction, tells us we are infested with seditionists within our institutions that take millions in exchange for betraying the republic. The CCP hasn’t out-clevered its way to power in America, it was invited by the grifters who took Yuan for the selling of American power, these same grifters that run most of our major American institutions and serve in the highest levels of leadership of both major “American” political parties.

Michigan Recall Efforts Target Anti-Constitutional Dems and RNC Turncoat

Some Michigan residents have had enough of the anti-constitutional bills that Democrat “lawmakers” have been passing since winning control of the state legislature and holding on to the governor’s office in 2020. They have initiated recall efforts against four Democrats who voted for overt violations of the 1^st and 2^nd Amendments through “hate crime” bills and “red flag laws.” One Republican is facing recall for voting for a vote to proceed that would elect a Democrat to State House Speaker.

Democratic Reps. Jamie Churches of Wyandotte, Jennifer Conlin of Ann Arbor and Reggie Miller of Van Buren Township have been targeted for voting for a “hate crime” bill that allegedly won’t punish people for not using their preferred pronouns, but other legal critics rightly say the bill is too vaguely worded to actually prevent such a prosecution from happening.

Democratic Reps. Betsy Coffia of Traverse City and Sharon MacDonell of Troy are being targeted for voting for Michigan’s overt violation of the 2^nd Amendment, the Red Flag Laws, which allow guns to be confiscated from Americans without due process based on the reports of anyone who might be frightened by someone who owns a gun.

Republican Rep. Cam Cavitt of Cheboygan is being targeted for helping the Democrats get one of their own elected Speaker of the State House.

Michigan Democratic Party Chair Lavora Barnes equates defying the U.S. Constitution as “representing the needs of their constituents” in her defense of the four Democrats who voted against the American republic when they cast votes for such vulgar defiance of constitutional law as these bills represent.

Mlive chose to do the DNC-CCP’s dirty work and use its platform to give the DNC-CCP free advertising, characterizing the unconstitutional laws as “liberal policies,” implying the seditious Democrats are reflected of American values. They call the seizure of guns from law abiding Americans without due process “firearm safety” and they accept the DNC-CCP-Marxist concept of “hate crime” as something that is part of a liberal mindset. They lied to their readers to characterize the recall as being the opposite of what it is, which is fighting back against the unconstitutional actions of a political party that has abandoned the American republic in word and deed, over and over and over again.

The Great American Migration Has Begun

Americans are beginning to understand they are radically different than their anti-American counterparts. These anti-Americanists are also beginning to understand how radically different they are from Americans, though they demonize Americans and Americanism, referring to American beliefs and values as being “extreme,” “right wing” and “white supremacist.”

More and more non-activist, non-political Americans are discovering the political values of the Democratic party are in direct violation of and opposition to the Constitution of the United States. “Trans rights” activists are busy telling Americans that it’s an American value to presume that the identity you prefer the world to see you as is the identity they should be compelled to acknowledge and approve (so long as they’re leftist-approved identities, of course).

They might actually belief this, but it is anathema to America’s principle of “mind your own business.” We have a code that gives us opportunity to exchange value with one another without needing to be liked or approved by anyone. The moment you compel belief, you destroy the American republic, whether the rank and file trans activists realize this or not.

By their reckoning, if trans people cannot be recognized by people as who they say they are then they’ll kill themselves. That’s right, if you don’t surrender your beliefs to their need to be approved by you, they’ll kill themselves.

If that is true, trans people are holding American hostage with terrorist threats, demanding we undo our underlying principle that enables a diverse society to exchange value with one another.

That’s just one area where the Democrats and Americans part ways. And yes, I mean Americans, for not all Americans are conservatives, or even republicans. This writer, for instance, is not party-affiliated and has no desire to do so in the near future, nor do I consider myself a conservative (though to the left, anyone who supports bill of rights standards are conservative, and all conservatives are right wingers, and all right wingers are white supremacists).

I am an American, by choice, accepting the flaws, the past sins, the continuing shortcomings of our nation. I reject the Democratic Party and identify it as an existential threat to the American republic, the only government I recognize. My feelings are not unique.

With one side viewing the other as being the white devil and its brainwashed minions and the other side viewing that accuser as a pedophilic death cult hellbent on leading humanity to self-genocide in service of their self-god avatar, ‘the social,’ it is no wonder that people are beginning to separate from one another, which is seen in the current trend in citizen migration in America today.

An Ap report shows that Americans are moving to American-friendly states and anti-Americans are moving to anti-American states. Never have so many states been so divided across party lines in American history, and that only continues to get “worst,” or “better,” depending on how you view this separation.

In 28 states, the party in control has a supermajority in at least one legislative chamber — which means the majority party has so many lawmakers that they can override a governor’s veto. Not that that would be necessary in most cases, as only 10 states have governors of different parties than the one that controls the legislature.

The split has sent states careening to the political left or right, adopting diametrically opposed laws on some of the hottest issues of the day. In Idaho, abortion is illegal once a heartbeat can be detected in a fetus — as early as five or six weeks — and a new law passed this year makes it a crime to help a minor travel out of state to obtain one. In Colorado, state law prevents any restrictions on abortion. In Idaho, a new law prevents minors from accessing gender-affirming care, while Colorado allows youths to come from other states to access the procedures.

You can tell from the phrase “gender affirming care” that you are dealing with a DNC-CCP media organ, so you know this article is intended to be a warning to the DNC-CCP to make moves, most likely at the Federal level, to cut off the attempts by Americans to escape the infested DNC-CCP Federal government through state government protections.

States such as this writer’s own state, PA, are some of the few still divided states, but even within these states Americans are finding American-friendly counties to escape anti-American controlled ones. This is what happens when two people groups occupy the same land. Like will gather to like until neither side can deny the real power, or lack of power, the other side has. I am betting the anti-American Democratic Party is soon to discover they were always an Astro-turfed movement, and that when people have the power to choose with their feet, they’ll flee the DNC-CCP Iron curtains and head to the lands of the free.

Leftists Declare LGBTQ Can’t Be Safe Unless Minors Are Exposed to Porn

Anti-American leftist writer Lisa Shook became the poster child of leftist child grooming when she sent a letter to the editor that trying to keep “obscene” books from children in public schools is so 1960s, comparing the banning of certain William Shakespeare works from public schools to banning pornographic books teaching children how to have anal sex.

What this leftist does not understand, what the rabid supporters of forced LGBTQ acceptance and preference on Americans (especially children captured in public schools) don’t understand is they are poisoning the rainbow brand.

What used to be a symbol for some of live and let live, of let everyone pursue their own version of happiness, has now become a decision to support “LGBTQ rights” and allow children to be exposed to pornography, sexual grooming by teachers, and terroristic trauma through trans fascism or protect the children and end your support for LGBTQ rights. Gay and Transgender are becoming synonymous with child rape, state censorship, and the destruction of the principles of our American republic, principles that created the types of “rights” most of us (but a declining number) still support.

Live and let live, mind your own business is why many of us, even those of us who believe homosexuality and transgenderism are sins, support the rights of individuals to define their own happiness and pursue it how they see fit so long as they extend the same privilege to others. That means none of us has to like one another, approve of one another, and neither of us gets to use the state to force our beliefs (outside of American constitutional beliefs) on others.

If the LGBTQ community continues to believe the only way they can feel safe is by making parents feel unsafe about the fate of their children in public schools, I am afraid they are all soon to feel increasingly unsafe, giving rise to a counter moral authoritarianism that will, in the end, be just as oppressive of them as it will be to Freedomists like me.
