Despite exit polls to the contrary, it appears the far-left Marxist, Lula, has not secured an outright win against incumbent Bolsanaro in Brazil’s national election. Lula secured 48 percent of the vote, which means he must face off against Bolsanaro again at the end of this month, October 30th.
