Trump for the FBI-staged January 6 “Insurrection.” The DNC-DOJ wrote that Presidential immunity does not “include incitement of imminent private violence.” The former President is being sued by Democrat Party operatives in elected office and Capital “Police” officers that helped stage the faux-insurrection.
