WILL COVID-19 LOCKDOWNS LEAD TO A COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APOCOLYPSE? – Even as businesses fight to get workers back into the workspace and out of the remote work space, workers are resisting, having had a taste of the good life, of working from home without having to worry about commuting everyday back and forth between work and home. Now, the office spaces that the workers have abandoned are becoming empty, unused, and the value of the properties is set to plummet, along with property tax revenues for the already overburdened cities.
The Washington Post is reporting the potential real estate apocalypse, with the reporter, Rachel Siegal, writing, “All across the country, downtowns, office spaces and shopping centers are at risk of becoming ground zero for a new economic hazard: the urban doom loop. The fear is that a commercial real estate apocalypse could spiral out and slow commerce, wrecking local tax revenue in the process.” GO DEEPER
REPUBLICAN ACCUSES JACK SMITH OF BRIBING “WITNESS” TO GET TRUMP INDICTMENT – House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan is accusing the office of special council Jack Smith, through his top aid Jay Bratt, of bribing a former Trump employee in order to get an indictment of the former President just in time to interfere with the 2024 election. He is also accusing the Attorney General, Merrick Farland, and White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients with colluding with Smith in order to get an indictment timed to offset the charges being levied at Joe Biden and his crack-smoking, sex-trafficking son Hunter Biden. FORMER FISA COURT JUDGE ASSURES PRO-LIFE PROTESTORS GET UNJUST CONVICTION – In an outcome intended to chill dissent from the death cult of the abortionists, a Washington-D.C. pool of jurors found Lauren Handy, Will Goodman, John Hinshaw, Heather Idoni, and Herb Geraghty guilty of “conspiracy to interfere with civil rights and Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE).” The FACE law is an unconstitutional violation of the right to protest. Nevertheless, the far left pool of jurors found no problem convicting people seeking to protect life, presumably because they all support murdering unborn children. GO DEEPER
GABON JUNTA ANNOUNCES NEW “TRANSITIONAL PRESIDENT” AFTER SUCCESSFUL COUP – After the party that has been in power for 56 years appeared to win the recent election, the military has intervened and removed the current and elected President Ali Bongo from office. They’ve placed him under house arrest, annulled the election, and appointed military General Oligui Nguema as the new “transitional President.” Gabon is a former French colony, like Niger was, which also recently saw a junta take power (see more links about this in the World category below).
NEW YORK CITY TO BROADCAST ISLAMIC CALL TO PRAYER – In the age of secular extremism, where the mere mention of Christ by a public official will trigger ACLY lawsuits fast and hard, New York City will be allowing Muslims to broadcast their calls to prayer across the entire city, meaning every resident will have to listen to this call every day whether they want to hear it or not. No other religious group has been given such public approval by the city.
The initiative was announced by Mayor Adams and NYPD Commissioner Edward A. Caban. Let’s see if the ACLU sues them. Vegas odds suggest that’s not likely.

IS THE U.S. ABOUT TO PREPARE THE WAY FOR A FEDERAL LEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA? – A top official at the Department of Health and Human Services, HHS, is requesting marijuana be removed from the schedule II drug category it is now in to schedule III. The official sent a letter to the Drug Enforcement Agency Administrator Anne Milgram officially requesting the re-categorization. The mood within the DEA suggests the move is likely to happen, but whether it happens in a few months or a few years is anyone’s guess.
MCCONNEL FREEZES AGAIN – The DNC operative ruling the Senate GOP, Mitch McConnell, froze again during a press briefing for the second time in two months, having done so in July 26. This time, the Senator was asked a question and once again froze in place. 30 seconds passed before an aid asked if he heard the question. He did not respond. Another aid then said “All right, I’m sorry, you all. We’re going to need a minute.” After some time, the 81-year old Senator was able to respond, but with a much quieter voice.

AUSTRALIANS TO VOTE ON WHETHER TO CREATE INDIGENOUS-ONLY PARLIAMENT TRIBUNAL – Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has announced a date for Australians to vote on whether to create a de-facto veto legislative body comprised only of indigenous Australians called “Voice to the Parliament.” Australians will vote to either hand over their sovereignty to a race of people or reject the insane proposal that has more chance of passing than not. The date for the vote is October 14.
WESTERN MEDIA SPREADING RUMOR FSB SET TO REPLACE PUTIN – The Express UK is running a story that suggests Russia’s security service, FSB, is meeting behind closed doors to replace current Russian President Vladimir Putin. CLAIM MADE BY NEWSMAX THAT THEY HAVE THE BIDEN AUDIO SMOKING GUN – Greg Kelly of Newsmax is claiming they have audiotape that will allegedly be released in the next few days that contains “incontrovertible evidence” Joe Biden was trading American power to foreign buyers for personal profit. He said, “There is an audio tape, I am told, by people in the know, not necessarily in government, not necessarily out of government. I can’t say too much, but there is incontrovertible evidence of Joe Biden’s corruption that is about to be made public. It’s not going to happen tomorrow. It’s not going to happen before Labor Day, but it will happen sometime between Labor Day and Halloween.”
The claim is being met with skepticism even among conservatives. If it turns out not to be true, then Newsmax and Greg Kelly can probably be considered controlled opposition, pushing out wild rumors that, when proven not to be true, will discredit all credible claims against the Mass Mailer President.
RAMASWAMY LOSES APPROVAL, GAINS DISAPPROVAL AFTER SECOND-PLACE GOP DEBATE – After the much-touted debate between GOP Presidential candidates who appear to be running to finish second to President Donald Trump, the poll winner of the debate, Vivek Ramaswamy, saw his disapproval numbers jump from 12 percent to 19 percent and his approval numbers go from 55 percent to 53 percent.

MINES IN DANGER OF BEING SHUT DOWN DUE TO “GREY TSUNAMI” – The Colorado School of Mines is waving a warning flag to the industry that they are about to experience a significant reduction in quality workers that could lead to mines across the country shutting down due to lack of available expertise to run them. The organization’s VP, Walter Copan, said of the warning, “Mining, mineral processing and then the downstream production of the materials that we rely upon for all aspects of the energy sector [are] at risk because of these shortages, and I find the statistic staggering that we are anticipating a retirement of more than half of the US mining workforce over the next six years, that’s 221,000 workers that are expected to retire by 2029.”
CHAPEK GETS ANOTHER INVESTOR LAWSUIT – Right after a group of investors filed a lawsuit against Disney over allegedly hiding profits, another lawsuit has been filed accusing the House of Mouse of hiding streaming costs. Stourbridge Investments LLC accuse Chapek and other top Disney executives shifted the cost of producing Disney+ shows to other platforms to hide just how much money their streaming service was actually losing.

If a boy says he’s a girl, he can now move into the girls’ dorms, and vice versa.
CANADA WARNS GAYS, NON-BINARIES, TRANS PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO U.S. – Deputy Canadian Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland has issued a travel advisory for the “LGBTQ” community to avoid traveling to some parts of the U.S. because “some states have enacted laws and policies that may affect 2SLGBTQI+ persons. Check relevant state and local laws.” It should be noted no state has passed any law that this community need fear, unless they plan on teaching children in public schools to explore their sexuality or hold drag queen shows for kids.
