SENATE CONSIDERS HOUSE-PASSED FOREIGN AID-TIKTOK BAN PACKAGE – After the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill that both authorizes foreign aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan and effectively bans TikTok by a final vote of 360 to 58, the Senate will now consider the total package in what will likely be easy passage in the DNC-controlled Senate, followed by a President Joe Biden signing.

The TikTok bill contains ambiguous language that has some worried it might enable congress to cease other social media networks as well. The bill will also dole out $95 million in foreign aid to Israel, which receives $26 billion, Ukraine, which receives $61 million, and $8 million for Indo-Pacific allies, including Taiwan.

SCOTUS OPENS DOOR FOR MORE DEI LAWSUITS – The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that a police sergeant who was transferred to a different department to make room for a man had a right to continue with her sexual discrimination lawsuit she had already filed with the courts. The woman, Sgt. Jayontya Muldrow, saw her case dismissed by lower courts but now the SCOTUS ruling allows her to go forward with her suit.

Muldrow sued the St. Louis Police Department under the Title VII provision of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, a provision that is already being invoked in lawsuits filed by employees who faced similar circumstances which are facilitated by the social employee management program, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion). The win here could send a chilling message to DEI managers and the employers who hired them.

MRC FILES PETITION WITH FCC TO STOP SOROS RADIO GRAB – The Soros family’s announcement they would be purchasing hundreds of radio stations formerly owned by bankrupt corporation Audacy is being met with resistance from at least one major media monitoring group, Media Research Center headed by Brett Bozell.

Bozell filed a formal petition with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) urging the agency not to honor the request of the Soros family to fast-track the decision-making process because Audacity is filing for bankruptcy. “There is no question that George Soros and his affiliated businesses are looking to control these radio stations to advance their particular brand of activism,” Bozell declared in the FCC petition.

IRS LOOKS TO AI TO COLLECT MORE TAXES – The IRS has announced plans to utilize AI to help it identify, essentially, auditable tax returns that could lead to the biggest windfalls for the state. IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said “Right now, I believe that there are AI solutions that we have not yet leveraged that exist today that can help with some of these basic questions to the benefit of taxpayers. And on the other side of the equation, we are using AI today to do even more to unlock and spot this complexity.”

HHS SEEKS TO CRIMINALIZE PROSECUTION OF WOMEN WHO GET ABORTIONS – Excerpt from www.nextgov.com – … The rule is expressly designed to put some checks on the ability of law enforcement officials in states that restrict or ban abortion to obtain health records on residents who may have obtained abortions or covered reproductive care in other states.

“This does not foreclose the ability of state officials to investigate the circumstances surrounding the provision of…reproductive health care, including through the collection of information from sources that are not regulated under HIPAA, to determine whether a health care provider or other person may have acted unlawfully,” the rule states. “Rather, this final rule prohibits the use or disclosure of PHI when it is being used to investigate or impose liability on a person for the mere act of seeking, obtaining, providing, or facilitating lawful reproductive health care, or to identify any person to initiate such activities.”

MUSK, AUSTRALIAN GOV CLASH OVER SYDNEY CHURCH STABBING VIDEO ON X – Excerpt from www.cbc.ca – Elon Musk lashed out at Australia’s prime minister on Tuesday after a court ordered his social media company X to take down footage of an alleged terrorist attack in Sydney, and said the ruling meant any country could control “the entire internet.”

MALDIVES ELECTION IS A BIG WIN FOR CHINA OVER INDIA – Excerpt from www.reuters.com – Maldives President Mohamed Muizzu’s party earned a landslide victory in parliamentary elections, local media reported on Monday, a result set to move the Indian Ocean archipelago closer to China and away from traditional partner India.

Muizzu’s People’s National Congress (PNC) won 71 of the 93 seats available on Sunday, preliminary results from the Maldives Elections Commission and media projections showed. 

DEMS BACK JOHNSON AS GREENE HEDGES HER BETS – Excerpt from www.realclearpolitics.com – California Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna told ABC’s “This Week” that he and “a few progressive Democrats” would vote to keep Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson in power through the end of this year if GOP hardliners like Marjorie Taylor Greene try to force him from power.

“I would actually vote to table any motion to vacate him,” Khanna said. “I’m a progressive Democrat and I think you would have a few progressive Democrats doing that. And I disagree with Speaker Johnson on many issues and have been very critical of him. But he did the right thing here and he deserves to keep his job until the end of his term.”

That claim comes from two Capitol Hill Staffers who told their story to Politico.

According to the two staffers, a Senate and a House staffer respectively. the meetings were initiated by the Chinese Embassy. The Chinese officials met with multiple House and Senate office holders. The party affiliation was not provided.

GROWING LEATHER? – Researchers from Imperial College London have developed a microbe that has been genetically modified to grow into what amounts to a leather-like material that can even dye itself according to spec.

Professor Tom Ellis of the Imperial College London’s Department of Bioengineering, and lead researcher, said of the discovery, “Inventing a new, faster way to produce sustainable, self-dyed leather alternatives is a significant achievement for synthetic biology and sustainable fashion. Bacterial cellulose is inherently vegan, and its growth requires a tiny fraction of the carbon emissions, water, land use, and time of farming cows for leather.”

DNC SENATE QUICKLY DISMISSES MAYORKAS IMPEACHMENT ARTICLES – Rather than let the articles of impeachment filed by the GOP House for HHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the DNC-led Senate voted to dismiss the articles altogether, dismissing historic precedent in the process. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) submitted each article as a point of order contending the charges didn’t rise to the level of “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

The first point of order passed with all Dem votes and a couple RNC votes. The second point of order passed with all Dem votes and no RNC votes.

GOP Leadership responded in a joint statement: “By voting unanimously to bypass their constitutional responsibility, every single Senate Democrat has issued their full endorsement of the Biden Administration’s dangerous open border policies. Secretary Mayorkas alongside President Biden has used nearly every tool at his disposal to engineer the greatest humanitarian and national security catastrophe at our borders in American history,”

CALIFORNIA MOVES FORWARD WITH REPARATIONS PLAN – The California Senate Judiciary Committee is moving forward with its plan to force whites to give money and resources to those it determines are descended from slaves. They have a new bill designed to create a new department in the state government dedicated to determining who gets paid and how much they get paid, a number that could reach as high as $1.2 million for some people.

As of right now, the primary requirement is this: “descendants of a free Black person living in the United States prior to the end of the 19th century.” The criterion for determining the amount qualified individuals would be awarded has not yet been flushed out.

CHICAGO TEACHERS’ UNION WANTS SOCIALIST STATE AS TERMS FOR THEIR EMPLOYMENT – The Chicago Teachers’ Union is lobbying the government for a new workers’ contract that would include concessions that turn government into a socialist totalitarian state. If the totality of their demands were met, it would cost the city of Chicago $50 billion.

MISSOURI’S “SCHOOL CHOICE BILL” THREATENS TO VIOLATE HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES’ 2A RIGHTS – A bill going through the Missouri Senate, Senate Bill 727, called the “School Choice Bill” alleges to be about affording families more opportunities to make personal choices about how their children are educated. Within the bill, there appears to be a trojan horse that would essentially make it a felony for homeschool families to have a gun in their home.

The troubling section is here: 571.030.1.  A person commits the offense of unlawful use of weapons, except as otherwise provided by sections 571.101 to 571.121, if he or she knowingly:  (10)  Carries a firearm, whether loaded or unloaded, or any other weapon readily capable of lethal use into any school, onto any school bus, or onto the premises of any function or activity sponsored or sanctioned by school officials or the district school board;

PHILIPPINES CANCELS VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH CHINA – Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr dismissed a verbal agreement his predecessor, Rodrigo Duterte, made with China not allowing his country to bring construction materials to World War II-era vessels.

Marcos said of the decision, “I’ve said that before, when this first came up a few months ago… It turns out the Chinese are insisting that there is a secret agreement, and perhaps there is, and I said, I don’t know anything about the secret agreement. Should there be such a secret agreement, I am now rescinding it.”

OFFICER WINS FREE SPEECH CASE AFTER BEING FIRED FOR SUPPORTING TRUMP – Sparks, Nevada Officer George Forbush was fired for making social media posts that support conservative values, as well as Donald Trump, in April 2021.

The officer sued the City of Sparks and other specific local officials, eventually winning the lawsuit, which includes a $525,000 settlement and a lifetime health insurance stipend. The settlement was approved unanimously by the Sparks City Council.

SOROS FUNDING PALESTINE PROTESTS IN U.S. TO DISRUPT ECONOMY – Under the guise of protesting the fate of Palestinians in the Gaza War, George Soros and unknown international donors have been funding armies of “protestors” who are being placed to intentionally disrupt economic stability in major American cities. It appears to be a coordinated attack intended to further destabilize the United States of America.

The main coordinator of the assault appears to by A15 Action, a recently declared organization created to “coordinate a multi-city economic blockade on April 15 in solidarity with Palestine.” The organization also offers money to protestors for bail and legal defense. This organization is tied to numerous dark money groups, including George Soros’ Open Society.

TESLA LATEST TO SHED TECH JOBS IN A STRUGGLING INDUSTRY – Tesla has announced plans to layoff 14,000 of its employees, joining a growing list of tech companies that have laid off or announced future layoffs in recent months. Other companies recently laying off employees include Apple, India’s Byju, and Dell, which announced 6,000 layoffs this fiscal year.

IMF WARNS GOVERNMENTS, DON’T SPEND TO WIN IN 2024 – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has issued a warning to governments, including the United States, that spending increases during this major election year, 2024, could have dire economic outcomes for the world.

“The risks of fiscal slippages are particularly acute given that 2024 is what is being called the ‘Great Election Year’: 88 economies or economic areas representing more than half of the world’s population and GDP have already held or will hold elections during the year,” the IMF warns.

BANK OF AMERICA SILENCING NON-LEFTISTS THROUGH DE-BANKING, GOP AGS CHARGE – 15 State Attorney Generals, all of them Republicans, have sent a letter to the Bank of America asking it to address charges it is cancelling bank accounts based on political and religious belief alone. It is the first step before potential charges could be filed by these AGs should BofA not answer their concerns and stop the illegal action if they are, in fact engaging in it.

Alliance for Defending Freedom, who has been the victim of this de-banking effort by BofA, celebrated the letter, stating through their Senior Counsel, Jeremy Tedesco “We commend Attorney General Kobach and his colleagues for taking bold, appropriate action to put customers first and hold Bank of America accountable on these crucial issues. Unfortunately, megabanks like Bank of America have shown a disturbing pattern of de-banking people for their religious or political views. CONSERVATIVE CONFERENCE SHUT DOWN BY BRUSSELS MAYOR, WHO “FEARED” FOR HIS “SAFETY” – A major conservative conference that gathered, in part, to highlight the totalitarian intolerance of the woke ideologies now dominating leftist factions, was shut down by a woke Mayor, the Mayor of Brussels, where the conference took place.

The Mayor claimed he did so over “safety” concerns, those concerns being the fear that ideas freely expressed would undermine their own truth claims that give them the power to control the lives of their neighbors. One of the attendees, Nigel Farage, the man credited with making Britain’s exit from the EU happen (Brexit), said of the shutdown, “This is what we are up against. We are up against an evil ideology. We are up against a new form of communism. This is like the old Soviet Union. No alternative view allowed.”

MAYORKAS WORKING WITH SOROS’ OPEN SOCIETY TO CONVERT ILLEGALS TO BIDEN VOTERS – It seems Alejandro Mayorkas, the now-impeached U.S. Homeland Security Secretary, is working with organizations connected directly to George Soros’ Open Society to aid in the importing of illegal aliens who are being recruited, before they even get to America, to vote for Joe Biden in the 2024 election.

The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project has found documents being circulated in foreign countries, written in Spanish for their targeted audience, which shows future illegal aliens how to make sure they vote for Joe Biden when they come here illegally. The fliers say things like “Reminder to vote for President Biden when you are in the United States. We need another four years of his term to stay open.”

MYANMAR JUNTA USING CONSCRIPTED ROHINGYA AS HUMAN SHIELDS FOR MILITARY – Human Rights Watch is alleging that the Myanmar Junta are now kidnapping Rohingya men and boys and dragging them in to the military, to be used on the front lines as little more than cannon fodder for their mission.

The Asia researcher at Human Rights Watch, Shayna Bauchner, said “It’s appalling to see Myanmar’s military, which has committed atrocities against the Rohingya for decades while denying them citizenship, now forcing them to fight on its behalf. The junta should immediately end this forced recruitment and permit Rohingya unlawfully conscripted to return home.”

HOUSE REPUBLICANS OFFICIALLY FILES MAYORKAS IMPEACHMENT PAPERS WITH THE SENATE – The U.S. Homeland Security Secretary, Far-Left Anti-American activist Alejandro Mayorkas, is now officially impeached after the U.S. House’s GOP leadership filed their articles of Impeachment with the U.S. Senate.

The move is being seen by many as an empty gesture given the promise by the Senate’s DNC leadership to table these articles and let the die without being processed. Given the nature of the fecklessness of GOP leadership in the Senate, there’s no real reason to believe the Dems will fail to deliver on their tabling promise.

QUANTUM MEMORY CAN EXIST, AND THAT CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING – Researchers from the University of Copenhagen’s Niels Bohr Institute have developed a way to create quantum memory, a feat doubted as possible because of how such memory would require data to stay in the quantum state. In essence, the team theorizes creating mechanical memory for quantum data using quantum drums.

Mads Bjerregaard Kristensen of the Niels Bohr Institute, lead author on the project, said of the breakthrough “This opens up great perspectives for the day when quantum computers can really do what we expect them to. Quantum memory is likely to be fundamental for sending quantum information over distances. So, what we’ve developed is a crucial piece in the very foundation for an internet of the future with quantum speed and quantum security.”

AFRICAN ILLEGAL ALIENS DESCEND ON NEW YORK’S CITY HALL – Over 1,300 illegal aliens descended on City Hall in NYC demanding better resources, including getting green cards so they can gain employment. The vast majority of the illegal aliens were from Guinea, which is located in West Africa. The mass gathering was triggered by Mayor Adams’ office, who called for a hearing at City Hall to “understand how the [Adams] Administration is addressing language access barriers, cultural competency challenges, health needs, and other roadblocks.” 

NPR SUSPENDS EDITOR FOR EXPOSING THEM AS A DNC CONTENT MARKETER – NPR has suspended without pay one of their senior veteran editors, Uri Berliner, for exposing the near-total Democrat Party support found inside the NPR newsroom. He exposed the bias that led the news team to become de facto Democrat Party content marketers, though he didn’t use those terms, even if he should have.

NPR answered the charges with a memo penned by editor-in-chief Edith Chapin, claiming “We’re proud to stand behind the exceptional work that our desks and shows do to cover a wide range of challenging stories. We believe that inclusion — among our staff, with our sourcing, and in our overall coverage — is critical to telling the nuanced stories of this country and our world.”

TURNS OUT TRUDEAU OWES THE CCP A BIG THANK YOU – Despite claims to the contrary by Canada’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, that China’s efforts to interfere with the 2021 elections were a failure, newly released intelligence documents reveal China was pushing for a Justin Trudeau win and they succeeded in making that happen.

The discovery was made by the Canadian Intelligence, whose investigation of the 2021 election revealed how the CCP helped Trudeau win, by using Chinese immigrants, Chinese-language news outlets, and more to push the Trudeau narrative and assure Chinese Canadians voted for the Liberal Party as well.

SOROS GIVES DEMS $60 MILLION BOOST – George Soros just gave Democracy PAC $60 million to promote Democrat House candidates, pro-choice pushers, and black candidates, all of which are willing to disavow the American constitution and embrace Soros’ brand of far-left authoritarianism.

This follows a $125 million donation to the same PAC in 2022. It is the second largest donation of the 2024 election cycle, but the first by a single doner (the other was a super PAC that donated $82.5 million to the DeSantis campaign).

BANK OF AMERICA PROFITS DROP 18% IN FIRST QUARTER – Bank of America saw its overall profits drop by nearly 20 percent year-over-year due, it claimed, to higher expenses connected to higher interest rates. They posted a profit of $6.67 billion, which is down from $8.2 billion from the same quarter last year.

U.S. HOUSE PASSES SECTION 702 RENEWAL – By a vote of 273-147, members of the U.S. House passed legislation that renews the section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), Section 702, which effectively illegally empowers Federal authorities to violate our 4th amendment and conduct warrantless spying on American citizens. The only substantive change to the amendment is the reduction of the renewal timeline from 5 years to 2 years. Only 59 Republicans voted against the bill.

House Speaker Mike Johnson has received pushback from the Republican wing of the Republican party, especially from Marjorie Taylor Greene, who accuses Johnson of now being a de facto Democrat. He responded to her challenge by saying “Marjorie and I agree on our conservative philosophy. We just have different ideas sometimes on strategy. The important part of governing in a time of divided government like we have is communication with members and understanding the thought process behind it, that they have a say in it.”

POPULAR ORTHODOX BISHOP STABBED DURING AUSTRALIAN SERVICE – A popular Bishop on YouTube, Bishop H.G. Mar Mari Emmanuel, was stabbed multiple times during a livestreamed church service in preparation of Palm Sunday. The service was held at the Christ the Good Shephard Church, in Sydney Australia, which is an Assyrian Orthodox Church. The suspect appears to have been a radical Islamo-Fascist. It follows another stabbing in a Sydney mall just a week prior to this incident. 

There were multiple victims, including a priest, with the Bishop suffering the most harm. All of the injuries are non-life threatening. The Bishop is listed in stable conditions. He remains in the hospital for treatment. The stabbing has set off a round of protests, some of which have turned violent, with the protestors blaming the Australian police for not doing enough to halt the rising violence coming from the Islamic community in their country.

UKRAINE CHANGES THE TERMS OF SERVICE, AGAIN… – The Ukraine parliament has passed a new law that changes the terms of military service. Before the new law, compulsory service was limited to three years, now the terms are indefinite, meaning once you are signed up you are compelled to serve until the military releases you.

One serviceman, Artem Osipyan, a former psychologist, might represent the overall sentiment of many other service members, writing on Facebook “Knowingly and voluntarily, I will become part of the most depraved category of citizens in my own country. Who will I be next? Do I have to always remain a serviceman? Has my life been that insignificant? What makes other people’s lives more meaningful and less worthy of sacrifice than mine?”

FBI INVESTIGATES FRANCIS SCOTT KEY BRIDGE DISASTER – The FBI has announced it has opened up a criminal investigation into the Francis Scott Key bridge disaster. According to an anonymous insider cited by ABC News, the investigation is centering around whether all the safety protocols were followed by the bridge authorities as well as the crew onboard the cargo ship that destroyed the bridge, the Dali.

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott said the city “will take decisive action to hold responsible all entities accountable for the Key Bridge tragedy, including the owner, charterer, manager/operator, and the manufacturer of the M/V Dali, as well as any other potentially liable third parties.”

GOOGLE PREEMPTIVELY ATTACKS CALIFORNIA’S NEWS PUBLISHERS ONLINE BILL – California’s efforts to pass a bill that will force social media companies to pay news publishers to share their links online is meeting with resistance from Google, who has announced plans to block news links from certain California residents to give the state a taste for the consequences should the bill pass.

Google’s Vice President for Global News Partnerships, Jaffer Zaidi, said of the move, “We have long said that this is the wrong approach to supporting journalism.” He said the passage fo the bill will “result in significant changes to the services we can offer Californians and the traffic we can provide to California publishers.”

CITI’S $1.8 BILLION LOSS TRIGGERS MASS LAYOFF PLAN – Citigroup has announced plans to cut more than 20,000 jobs after what it described as a “clearly disappointing” fourth quarter that saw the company lost $1.8 billion. Citi’s overall revenue fell year-over-year by more than 3 percent while revenue from markets dropped 19 percent year-over-year to $3.4 billion.

RECORD NUMBER OF OREGONIANS ARE “LEGALLY” KILLING THEMSELVES – After Oregon made assisted suicide legal in 1998, the number of people yearly that have committed suicide through the program has consistently increased. But this year, the amount of people committing “legal” suicide jumped by 32 percent over last year’s numbers, with 278 committing suicide “legally” in 2023.

Of the people that have committed suicide in 2023, almost half, 43.3 percent, chose suicide because they did not want to be a burden on their family, friends, and/or caregivers while 8.2 percent chose suicide because of the “financial implications of treatment.”

CHINA SEES EXPORTS, IMPORTS SHRINKING – China’s own numbers show the Totalitarian state is facing a significant economic downturn. The Communist state released data that shows exports have fallen 7.5 percent from last year and imports have fallen 1.9 percent during that same time period. This follows news that Ratings agency Fitch cut its outlook on China’s sovereign credit rating to “negative” in April 10 of this year.

BIDEN AWARDS FORMER SOLYNDRA BOSS AND DNC SUPPORTER $6.6 BILLION – It turns out the Biden plan to fund TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) to the tune of $6.6 billion could be just another Democrat Party kickback. The President of the firm, Brian Harrison, is the same man who helmed the solar energy company Solyndra, the same company that received $500 million in loans from the Obama administration just before the company went bankrupt.

It should be noted that an inspector general said of the Solyndra failure that the “actions of certain Solyndra officials were, at best, reckless and irresponsible or, at worst, an orchestrated effort to knowingly and intentionally deceive and mislead the Department [of Energy].”

JANUARY 6 DEM ACTIVIST JUDGE MOVES TO PROTECT MEDIA MATTERS – Amit Privayadan Mehta, a U.S. District Court Judge in D.C. who is regularly pronouncing draconian sentences against January 6 protesters is now moving to protect Media Matters against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who wants to investigate the Democrat Campaign firm for illegally taking grants intended for non-partisan, non-profit groups.

The quisling judge issued an order to block Paxton from continuing his investigation into Media Matters, triggering an approving response from Media Matters. DNC campaign outlets like Rolling Stone are only including Media Matters’ response to the ruling, while coloring Paxton as an extremist rogue who is violating the First Amendment rights of the press.

This week, we saw Baltimore’s critically important bridge, the Francis Scott Key Bridge, get leveled by an Indian-crewed Maersk-owned barge, raising suspicions about whether this was an intentional attack on America’s infrastructure or a simple unfortunate accident.

Moscow was struck by a terrorist attack at a concert hall, with Russia blaming the CIA and Ukraine for the attack while the terror group ISIS (or ISIL) claimed responsibility. Joe Biden made Trans Visibility Day an official government-sanctioned day the year it happened to fall on Christians’ most holiest of days, Easter.

Disney lost its special tax district after most of the MSM were convinced Disney would win its unlawful, baseless lawsuit that essentially insisted Disney as a right to be an unelected government.

Sam Bankman-Friend, the con-man who bilked cryptocurrency customers of billions of dollars that were also used, in part, to fund Democrats and DNC-supporting Republicans, was sentenced to less than half the years he could have been sentenced to, 25 years instead of 50, and this after the corrupt prosecutors conveniently dropped campaign finance charges to protect the party they serve over the republic, the DNC.

 The war in Gaza is grinding on, with the Biden administration, fearing an abandonment by the DNC’s brownshirt faction, the virulent and terrorist far left, is now choosing to abandon Israel, having abstained from a UN resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire rather than vetoing it and moving “American” troops into Gaza to help Hamas build a port that it will surely use to funnel weapons that will be used to kill Israelis.

The rhetoric in Europe is only increasing, with Poland’s newly formed anti-Polish government now moving militantly to press for a wider war in Ukraine while Belarus threatens to invade Poland and Latvia to create a land bridge between itself and Russia’s colony, Kaliningrad.

In Africa, the French are being denuded while the Russians and Chinese are rushing in to fill the void. The bellicose rhetoric in the region between nations is only increasing.

More large tech companies are slashing jobs, which now includes Dell after it announced it was slashing 6K jobs.

In Tech news, the EU has announced guidelines to censor thought that does not advance the globalist narrative, calling it “Guidelines for providers of VLOPs and VLOSEs on the mitigation of systemic risks for electoral processes.”

Conservatives in Florida demonstrate tyranny, anti-Americanism isn’t exclusive to the left (though it is far more prevalent and in their very party platform) when they passed a bill alleging to be able to stop 14-year-olds from using the internet by forcing ALL Floridians to have ID-verified accounts run by a third party to “assure” user anonymity nonetheless, a claim hardly anyone gives the least bit of credibility to.

PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS

The American Presidency, a committee of behind-the-scenes oligarch’s that controls the office of Presidency using an increasingly demented avatar, Joe Biden, declared Easter 2024 to be “Transgender Visibility Day.”

The day was invented by trans activist Rachel Crandall-Crocker 15 years ago, but it has been called “International Transgender Day of Visibility.” It has always been on March 31st long before 2024.

From Crocker’s own mouth, “International Transgender Day of Visibility serves to educate and illuminate the struggles and triumphs of transgender individuals, fostering connections among trans-identifying people and allies for a brighter future. It aims to dispel misconceptions and provide hope and truth, particularly for transgender youth.”

If it sounds like “Grooming Day” to you, well, you wouldn’t be alone. The day is intended to normalize sexualizing children and telling them the Satanic lie that they can “decide” what gender they are, pushing them down a path that leads to the mutilation of genitals, creating wound that never heal, and a lifetime of dependence on mood-altering drugs that have had no long-term studies completed (and they want children to take these drugs as well).

Transgenderism has become the tip of the spear of far left anti-American militantism, so it’s no surprise the White House would choose to take the action that it did on what most Christians recognize as Good Friday, the day our Lord and Savior was murdered by a mob not unsimilar to the mobs the “American” far left creates on a daily basis.

The White House issued a Kingly decree on Good Friday that starts off claiming, “On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirm our Nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect Union — where all people are created equal and treated equally throughout their lives.”

That opening statement is intended to give DNC content marketing terror machines like Snopes some sophistic (as in sophistry being deployed) ground to declare that any claims the Biden committee decreed Easter to be Transgender Awareness Day is false, he merely recognized a day that has already existed long before 2024.

But if Biden were just recognizing a day, International Transgender Day of Visibility, there would be no need for any type of executive order on his behalf. Also, note the opening of the decree omits the word “international,” and it does so intentionally to make this the official U.S. government day this committee wants to make it.

Snopes and other DNC-bought-and-paid-for content marketing terror machines can conveniently leave out the rest of the committee’s Kingly orders because their audiences won’t bother actually reading the order for themselves. If you DO keep reading, you’ll get to the part where the Biden administration makes this non-government-declared “day” an officially recognized U.S. government-sanctioned special day for the first time ever on the year that this day of abominations of desolations falls on the day most Christians celebrate the resurrection of the one true King and savior of the world, Jesus Christ our Lord.

That fact is driven home by the penultimate paragraph of the declaration of war against God by this committee of Satanists, “NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility.  I call upon all Americans to join us in lifting up the lives and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation and to work toward eliminating violence and discrimination based on gender identity.”

This writer believes this action might be the tipping point for most “normies,” people that pay little attention to news or politics. The use of sophistry as a weapon of coercive manipulation by the left is well-documented. Without it, the left would have nothing but the only other tool they have, violence, through market or direct assassination of their political rivals.

Now, that tool, the sophistry tool, which has been losing its effectiveness greatly, especially the last decade (the more you use your power, the more likely you are to lose it), is about to lose even more of its power with these normies who will not be convinced by Snopes or CNN or Fox News that the sun sets on the west because of some “cute” sophistic language game that says it does, because they can see with their own eyes the sun rise in the east when they look up at the sky every morning.

Normies can plainly see that a President making a decree “celebrating” Trans Visibility Day on the day of Easter, a day that saw the White House ban all religious symbols. Is an obvious sign of the reprobate nature of the death-cult ideology the Democrat Party now represents. Your sophistry won’t work when it too clearly defies truth, a lesson hardly any militant faction has ever learned, or will ever learn.

I don’t know whether or not we’re past the point of no return in America, but regardless, this move by the White House has assured at least one thing, if this regime of Satanists were to finally consolidate “legal” power in this land by creating the de facto one-party cult they always wanted to create, it will be a pyrrhic victory, for they will not be able to hold a land that is so antithetical to their own death cult fantasies, especially now that even the normies know how truly depraved the Democrat Party has become, no matter what Snopes or CNN tells them.

BALTIMORE BRIDGE COLLAPSES AFTER CARGO SHIP STRIKES IT – Numerous people, including a construction work crew, are missing after the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed. The bridge was struck by a large cargo ship that may have suffered a catastrophic power failure which prevented it from avoiding striking a main support of the bridge.

The incident has effectively cut Baltimore harbor off from global shipping traffic and is already causing major traffic congestion as motorists look for alternative routes now that the bridge is gone. The cargo ship, the Dali, is registered with Singapore but chartered by Danish shipping giant Maersk.

TRUMP’S DRACONIAN BOND JUDGMENT SLASHED BY MORE THAN 50 PERCENT – A five-panel NY appeals court has cut the Arthur Engoron judgment against Donald J Trump from $464 million to $175, which Trump must pay by 10 days to be able to continue in his appeal of the lawfare judgment.

Trump was found guilty of fraud against no one for allegedly exaggerating his properties’ value to secure loans from banks, all of which have no problem with his assessment, especially given these loans were successfully paid off.

NY MAYOR WANTS ILLEGALS TO VOTE – New York City’s Mayor Eric Adams (D) is pushing forward with an appeal of a law passed by former Governor Bill DeBlasio (D) that allows illegal aliens to vote. The law was struck down by a lower court and now Mayor Adams hopes the New York Supreme Court will overturn the lower court and allow nearly 1 million illegal aliens to vote in the next election.

New York City Council spokesperson announced the push, claiming “Today’s filing to appeal the Second Department’s recent decision seeks a determination from the state’s highest court that the law is consistent with the state constitution, election law, and the municipal home rule law.”

MEXICO BLACKMAILING AMERICA WITH ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT FLOOD THREATS – The Mexican government has chosen to attempt to shake down the American government, threatening to keep the illegal immigrant flood coming across our border if we don’t bend our knee, pay up, and change our foreign policy to one the Mexican government approves of.

Mexico’s President, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has exposed the fact that Mexico can help the U.S. stop the illegal immigrant invasion anytime it wants but chooses not to until we pay $20 billion a year to Latin American countries, lift Venezuelan sanctions, end the Cuban embargo, and give amnesty to all the Mexicans already illegally here. He made it clear this was a shakedown when he said failure to comply would mean “the flow of migrants will continue.”

DID THE CIA AID THE MOSCOW ATTACK? – Over 100 people are confirmed dead, with many more wounded, after terrorists opened fire on a concert hall in Moscow. Reports of the event days later are still inconsistent, with up to 11 suspects named and 4 suspects in custody.

While the Islamic State claims responsibility, and Russia acknowledges they appear behind the attack, Putin is still claiming that the CIA helped train the perpetrators of the crime. He also claimed the captured terrorists were trying to escape to Ukraine. The U.S. warned its citizens and Russia that an attack on a large crowd was immanent in Moscow. That warning came two weeks before the attack.

WILL BELARUS INVADE POLAND TO “RESCUE” KALININGRAD? – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has telegraphed potential intentions to violate the territorial sovereignty of two of its neighbors, Poland and Latvia, who both occupy the Suwalki Gap, a sliver of land between the three countries that, if taken by Belarus, would connect Russia’s Kaliningrad Oblast to Russian-friendly territory.

Lukashenko said, “It’s almost nothing. Yet, they behave this way. In such a case [possible attack on the Suwałki Gap – ed.], you [Naumenko] will have to confront the Baltic republics… And seize part of Poland,”

HOUTHIS TO GIVE RUSSIA, CHINA, SAFE PASSAGE? – Bloomberg is claiming to have well-placed sources telling them Russia and China have engaged in secret talks with Yemen’s Houthis. The source claims representatives of China and Russia met with a high-ranking Houthi leader, Mohammed Abdel Salam, in Oman and reached a deal that assures Russia and China their vessels will not be attacked in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Oman.

Donald Asher, a senior fellow at Hudson Institute, was quoted in the Bloomberg report, saying, “China and Russia are deepening their strategic alliance with Iranian-backed terrorists. It’s a further sign of an emerging new world disorder that threatens freedom of navigation, commerce, transit, and communications. No one should doubt that Putin and Xi are increasingly coordinating their moves with Tehran while the US embraces appeasement, including via releasing billions of dollars to the Iranians with no substantive result to American interests, power, and prestige.”

CHINA ACCUSED OF HACKING U.S., UK, FACES SANCTIONS – The U.S. Justice Department indicted seven Chinese state-sponsored hackers, charging them for running a 14-year-long campaign that worked to discredit voices from politicians to business owners while bolstering pro-CCP voices. The UK moved to sanction the hackers and the company they worked for, accusing them and their company of hacking into accounts of UK parliamentarians and their electoral commission system.

Attorney General Merrick Garland stated, “The Justice Department will not tolerate efforts by the Chinese government to intimidate Americans who serve the public, silence the dissidents who are protected by American laws, or steal from American businesses. This case serves as a reminder of the ends to which the Chinese government is willing to go to target and intimidate its critics, including launching malicious cyber operations aimed at threatening the national security of the United States and our allies.”

BIDEN SIGNS $1.2 TRILLION FUNDING BILL WITH HELP FROM MIKE JOHNSON – Speaker Mike Johnson is under siege after seeming to aid in the passage of a government funding bill that keeps most of the far-left policies of the DNC completely funded until the end of 2024. Marjorie Taylor Greene has already started the process of attempting to remove Johnson as the speaker while the President and the DNC celebrate the “bipartisan bill.”

Biden said of the bill’s passage and signing, “The bipartisan funding bill I just signed keeps the government open, invests in the American people, and strengthens our economy and national security. “This agreement represents a compromise, which means neither side got everything it wanted.”

RINO HOPES U.S. HOUSE DEPARTURE HELPS DNC REGAIN IT? – Does Rino Representative Mike Gallagher (R-WI) want to make sure the DNC regains a majority in the U.S. House? His decision to resign specifically on April 19th seems to indicate that’s just what he’s hoping for. He appears to be waiting long enough to not allow a special election to replace him before the November 2024 election.

His announcement means the Republicans now hold a slim one-vote majority over the anti-American party, the DNC. Marjorie Taylor Greene has called on the GOP to oust Gallagher from the House immediately to avoid having to wait to November to replace him with what would presumably be another Republican.

IS OBAMA RUNNING THE WHITE HOUSE? – The New York Times has released reports that show former Democrat President Barack Obama has an “outsized role” in the Biden administration. The reports show Obama has had more than 80 phone calls with Biden, and even more with Biden’s White House Chief of Staff, Jeff Zients.

He also held Zoom meetings with Tech CEOs to help develop what would be Biden’s mammoth AI XO, which promises to manipulate AI to reflect the partisan, anti-American values of the DNC. The reports give legitimacy to former President Donald J Trump’s claims the White House is actually run by Barack Hussein Obama, not Joe Biden, the dementia President.

RNC BETTING ON EMBRACING MAIL-IN-VOTING, EARLY VOTING TO DEFEAT DNC – The RNC appears to be leaning into the election-integrity breaking practices of mail-in-voting and early voting with a hope that victories with the RNC will result in election reforms that will end the practices and add ID requirements for voting as well.

RNC Co-Chair Lara Trump, said “We would love to have one day of voting. We would love to have voter ID and paper ballots. We can get back to that place … but we have to do it by electing Donald Trump at the top of the ticket, expanding our lead in the House and taking back the Senate and maybe we get back there one day. We gotta play the hand that we’re dealt and that means as soon as you can go vote, go vote out there and then you spend your time, every single day from that day on until Election Day, taking people to vote.”

BIDEN MAKES EASTER “TRANS VISIBILITY DAY,” OFFICIALLY – Contrary to some narratives, the Biden administration did not invent “Transgender Day of Visibility,” nor did they make it March 31st, which this year falls on Easter. However, they chose to highlight the day on Easter and ban “religious symbols” on the day they held the traditional Easter egg hunt.

What President Biden’s handlers DID do was move this day from an unofficial, non-government-recognized holiday to an officially government-sanctioned day, and he did so the year that date fell on Easter for most Christians (the Orthodox and other Christians celebrate Easter in May this year).

Biden’s handlers decreed, “NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. THE POOR IN OREGON ARE LEGALLY KILLING THEMSELVES – Since Assisted Suicide became legal in Oregon in 1997, 3,000 people have committed suicide. The process isn’t always easy as one case proved in 2023, where one person took nearly six days to die. Nearly half of those who have chosen assisted suicide did so because of the mounting cost of healthcare (43%) or didn’t want to burden their families (8%).

The Society for the Protection of Unborn Children (SPUC) conducted the study. A spokesperson for the SPUC said: “Many vulnerable people think they have no option but to choose assisted suicide when they are abandoned by society or are made to feel that way. It’s also clear that most assisted suicides are not related to pain but to other challenges, and most worryingly, a societal pressure to choose death as many health systems find it easier and cheaper to kill problem patients rather than treat them. Around the world, cancer sufferers, the elderly, the disabled and even the mentally ill, are being abandoned to the thought that they might be better off dead…”

MISSOURI PUTS MEDIA MATTERS IN THE LEGAL CROSSHAIRS – Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) has begun a process that he hopes will lead to criminal prosecution of Media Matters, which, he alleges, is committing fraud against Missouri citizens it convinces to contribute funds to the DNC agitprop and content marketing firm.

Bailey exclaimed, “Media Matters has used fraud to solicit donations from Missourians in order to trick advertisers into removing their advertisements from X, formerly Twitter, one of the last platforms dedicated to free speech in America. Media Matters has pursued an activist agenda in its attempt to destroy X because they cannot control it.”

CIA BEING DESTROYED FROM WITHIN BY TRANS FASCISM – The CIA will not be able to employ the bestest and the brightest to defend our nation from foreign threats because it has embraced an ideology that forces people to deny basic human reality, that men are men and women are women. A book by former Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Cliff Sims, called “The Darkness has not Overcome: Lessons on Faith and Politics from Inside the Halls of Power,” exposes the far-left corruption of the once-American institution.

Sims explains in his book, “There will be pressure to conform, to list your pronouns (in the case of the U.S. State Department, they just put their employees’ pronouns in all email headers, whether the employees liked it or not), to share bathrooms and locker rooms with individuals of a different sex, to destroy women’s sports. Those who disagree are called ‘bigots’ and are not tolerated; the old adage that ‘the antidote for bad speech is more good speech’ only really works when you have the truth on your side.”

DISNEY LOSES DISTRICT, GETS SUED, AND IS LOSING BOARDROOM WAR – Walt Disney settled its dispute with Florida, conceding on all the major points, which results in Disney officially losing sovereignty over the Reedy Creek Improvement District (now called the Florida Tourism Oversight District).

This week they have also been sued by Blackwell Capital for allegedly colluding with ValueAct Capital, who also manages Disney’s pension fund. As if that were enough, the Wall Street Journal is now reporting Nelson Peltz appears likely to get a seat on the board. Pelz is an activist investor who wants to end Disney’s woke experiment and turn the company back to “regular” family entertainment.

DELL CUTS 6K MORE JOBS – Dell Technologies have announced another round of job cuts in an effort to reduce overall costs. This time, the tech giant cut 6,000 jobs, reducing their total number of employees to 120,000. This news follows disappointing earnings reports in the last quarter of 2023, which showed the company saw an 11 percent reduction in total revenue.

TRUMP GETS BILLION DOLLAR PLUS WINDFALL THROUGH TRUTH SOCIAL – Donald J Trump saw his worth rise by more than $4 billion after his social media company, Truth Social, was approved for a merger between itself and an acquisition company led by Republican supporter and donor Jeff Yass. Trump also moved into the top 500 world’s wealthiest Forbes list with the merger.

NFL SIGNALS IT WON’T SUPPORT MASS SPORTS MEDIA MERGER – Plans by Walt Disney, Warner, and Fox to create a combined sports media Empire may not get off the ground judging by the NFL’s initial reaction to the proposed merger. NFL chief media and business officer Brian Rolapp expressed skepticism the merger would work out for the fans.

He stated, “They’re positioning it as the ultimate sports bundle, but it’s missing more than half of NFL football. I’m a bit confused personally by the value proposition… I don’t understand how a sports fan is going to look at that and say that’s a better value than, say, for $20 more a month, I could buy YouTube TV and have all of the NFL and then actually have access to Sunday Ticket, which is our out-of-market package on Sunday afternoons.”

SBF GETS 25 YEARS, WILL PROBABLY ONLY SERVE 17 – The mastermind behind the FTX crypto scheme, Sam Bankman-Fried, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison by US District Judge Lewis Kaplin. Legal experts believe he could only serve 17 years if he behaves well in prison.

Bankman-Fried used FTX to filter millions of fraudulently acquired dollars to Democrats and Republicans, with a heavy favoring of Democrats, but all campaign finance charges were dropped before the trial. He could have received up to 50 years, so the sentence is viewed as being lenient.

EU HOPES TO CONTROL ELECTION BY CONTROLLING SOCIAL MEDIA THROUGH PAID LEFTIST ACTIVIST CENSORS – The European Union’s base of power is nervous about this year’s upcoming parliamentary elections in the face of rising resistance to their anti-sovereignty, anti-liberty, anti-human policies. To combat the rise of resistance, the EU hopes to create an army of far-left censorship groups social media companies will be forced to rely on to stay compliant to their particular definition of “election disinformation” (which is a dog whistle for “silence dissent”).

The European Conservative exposed the far left partisan definitions of “disinformation” offered by the EU’s social media election disinformation guidelines and the highly far-left partisan nature of the so-called neutral organizations social media companies are being de facto forced to rely on for definitions of “disinformation.”

FLORIDA BANS CHILDREN UNDER 14 FROM USING SOCIAL MEDIA – Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) signed a bill this week that officially bans 14-year olds from using social media. It will also require anyone who wants to go online to scan their ID in order to do so. A third party must be used for this verification process to allegedly maintain the user’s anonymity online.

DeSantis said of the signing, “It is important to protect children from the harms associated with social networking, as well as support the rights of parents and maintain the ability of adults to engage in anonymous speech.” The bill is expected to be challenged by both left and right activist groups who will challenge the law’s constitutionality.

APPLE LOOKS TO CHINA TO HELP WITH ITS CCP-FRIENDLY AI – American corporation Apple Inc hopes China’s Baidu will help the company design AI tools the Chinese Communist Party is sure to support. The company also sent their CEO, Tim Cook, to Beijing to seek favor with the CCP in an effort to pump flagging China iPhone sales.

So far, no American politician has expressed any concern in this partnership, just as they continue to vote for and support entanglement with a nation whose ideological leaders are committed to destroying the American republic, a goal shared by America’s corporate elites and their political dance partner, the DNC.

MAN RAPES WOMAN, FORCES HER TO “TAKE” ABORTION PILL – David Benjamin Coots, 42, is being charged with third-degree rape, second-degree assault, tampering with a witness and five counts of violation of a court order. Coots is alleged to have forced abortion pills up a woman’s vagina while engaging in intercourse after learning earlier that she tested positive for pregnancy, and he was the father.

Coots is a nurse who met the victim in his capacity as a nurse, which could lead to Coots losing his nursing license, in addition to facing potential jail time. MultiCare, the company Coots worked for, and through whom Coots met his alleged victim, said “MultiCare has no higher priority than the safety of our patients. We take these allegations of inappropriate behavior by our provider very seriously and are conducting a thorough investigation. The provider in question no longer works for MultiCare.”

OBAMA JUDGE RULES ILLEGALS CAN OWN GUNS DESPITE BEING OUTLAWS – U.S. District Judge and Obama appointee Sharon Johnson Coleman just ruled that illegal aliens can constitutionally own guns, meaning people who enter our country illegally have a constitutional right to arm themselves, meaning America’s enemies can now import standing armies into our country thanks to this ruling and Biden’s open border Executive orders.

MEDIA MELTS DOWN OVER TRUMP’S “BLOODBATH” COMMENT – After President Donald Trump commented at a rally that if he didn’t get elected there would be a “bloodbath,” the media shared a narrative that Trump was calling for violence if he didn’t get elected. Upon reviewing the clip, the listener can hear Trump is referring to the economic cost of another four years of Biden and not calling for violence should he not get elected.

The media stories have been community-noted on X, showing the context of the Trump quote and the long history of the media’s use of the term bloodbath in exactly the same way Trump used it. Among those who only filter their news through DNC-serving outlets, however, they will be led to believe that half the country wants a violent civil war if their side doesn’t win, which is sure to produce more left on right violence, an effect this writer theorizes is JUST what the media is hoping to create.

WOKE MAKES YOU SAD? – A new study conducted by researchers in Finland concludes that people who adopt the ideology of “woke” are at a higher risk of also suffering from depression and anxiety. The study was conducted doing a survey of 5,800 college students and faculty to first determine who was “woke” and then who was suffering from anxiety and/or depression.

The lead study author, Oskari Lahtinen, said they conducted the study because “the arrival of a critical social justice (often called ‘woke’) discourse sparked much debate in Finnish media in the last couple of years. This debate was largely data-free and it could thus be considered a worthwhile question to study how prevalent these attitudes are.”

SPY SATELLITE NETWORK BEING BUILT BY MUSK’S SPACEX – Elon Musk’s SpaceX is apparently building a network of spy satellites for an American intelligence agency according to a report run by Reuters. In the report, Reuters cites unnamed sources within the U.S. intelligence community who are making the claim Musk’s SpaceX is building the spy satellite network.

While Musk’s company, SpaceX, builds surveillance equipment for the U.S. government, his social media company, X, continues to create a brand narrative that seems opposed to the very kind of powers his other company is enabling. In response to the rumors, the National Reconnaissance office told Reuters they are developing “the most capable, diverse, and resilient space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance system the world has ever seen.”

GERMANY, FRANCE, AND POLAND FORM ANTI-RUSSIA PACT – The heads of Germany, France, and Poland met in Berlin this week and vowed to stick with Ukraine in the war against Russia to the end, which includes expanding their efforts to buy war resources in the world market for Ukraine’s use against their common enemy.

Germany’s PM Olaf Scholz said, “Our three states are among the greatest political, military and financial supporters of Ukraine’s struggle against the Russian imperialist aggressor. We are closely and unshakably by the side of Ukraine. … Solidarity and common action are essential to defend liberty and peace in Europe. More than ever, our unity is what gives us strength.”

JAPAN’S INTEREST RATES TURN POSITIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 17 YEARS – The seemingly perpetual negative interest rates of Japan came to an end suddenly after the Bank of Japan raised their overnight borrowing lending rate from minus 0.1% to 0% to .1%. This was the first rate hike since 2017 when the negative interest rate policies began.

TEAM TRUMP CAN’T SECURE BOND TO APPEAL NY LAWFARE JUDGEMENT – The judgment against Donald Trump for the crime of allegedly overclaiming property value to secure loans might not be appealable because Donald Trump cannot afford to pay the required bond. The bond is to secure the $464 million judgment made against him by NY Judge Arthur Engoron.

Trump’s lawyers claimed in the filing, “Defendants’ ongoing diligent efforts have proven that a bond in the judgment’s full amount is ‘a practical impossibility. These diligent efforts have included approaching about 30 surety companies through 4 separate brokers.” They are appealing to the courts for relief.

Benitez of the US District Court for the Southern District of California declined an appeal of a newly-passed California law that makes it more difficult for companies to designate employees as being eligible for independent contractor status.
