U.S. Army Intelligence analyst, Sergeant Korbein Schultz, was arrested March 7, 2024 and charged with providing national defense information to China. Schultz has been allegedly sending U.S. Defense secrets to a Hong Kong contact since 2022. He allegedly made $42,000 total from the deals.
The Justice Department said it included information about potential US plans in the event that Taiwan came under military attack.
It also included documents related to fighter aircraft and helicopters, hypersonic equipment, the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) and studies about the US and Chinese military.
U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman of the Northern District of Texas ordered the Biden administration’s Minority Business Development Agency cease all operations as it has long been engaging in unconstitutional, discriminatory actions.
The judge stated, “The MBDA advertises services exclusively for some races but not others. While the Agency’s work may help alleviate opportunity gaps faced by MBEs [minority business enterprises], two wrongs do not make a right. And the MBDA’s racial presumption is a wrong.”
In a huge victory against the racist diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda, a federal judge has ruled the Biden administration’s Minority Business Development Agency has long violated the Constitution’s equal protection guarantees by punishing “disfavored” groups — in this case white small business owners.
In his ruling, U.S. District Court Judge Mark Pittman for the Northern District of Texas likened the agency’s use of race-based criteria in awarding taxpayer-funded assistance to the discriminatory actions of 19th-century American businesses that hung “Irish Need Not Apply” signs or “Blacks Need Not Apply” placards during the Jim Crow era.

The lawsuit was filed last year by the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty on behalf of three entrepreneurs from Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin who sought assistance from the Minority Business Development Agency.
AT&T is claiming the massive phone outage on February 23rd that affected millions of calls, including 911 calls, was not caused by a cyber attack at all. Rather, they said, “we believe that today’s outage was caused by the application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network, not a cyber-attack. We are continuing our assessment of today’s outage to ensure we keep delivering the service that our customers deserve.”
AT&T issued a statement Thursday night to explain that the telecom’s widespread network outage earlier in the day wasn’t caused by a cyberattack. Countless conspiracy theories emerged online Thursday morning as people naturally wondered why they’d lost service.
“Based on our initial review, we believe that today’s outage was caused by the application and execution of an incorrect process used as we were expanding our network, not a cyber attack,” AT&T said in a statement published to its website.
“We are continuing our assessment of today’s outage to ensure we keep delivering the service that our customers deserve,” the statement concluded without going into more detail.
A U.S. Air Force airman set himself on fire outside of the Israeli Embassy in New York City in support of Hamas. The airman, 25-year-old Aaron Bushnell, livestreamed his suicide in support of Hamas on Twitch. He set himself on fire then cried out as he was dying, “Free Palestine.” He succumbed to his self-inflicted injuries in support of Hamas.
A Fox News study claims that 7.3 million people have entered the U.S. illegally, which is enough to fill the current population levels of 36 U.S. states combined. Last year was a record year that saw over 2.4 million people entering the U.S. illegally.
NEW DELHI: Around 7.3 million migrants illegally entered the United States by crossing the southwest border during President Biden’s tenure, according to a Fox News study.
Greater than the population of 36 individual states, if the current rate of illegal immigration does not decrease, fiscal year 2024 is projected to surpass last year’s record of 2,475,669 southwest border contacts, as reported by Fox News.
The figures are sourced from the United States Customs and Border Protection, which has already reported 961,537 border interactions in the current fiscal year, spanning from October to September.
The total number of southwest land border interactions since Biden took office in 2021 is 7,298,486, according to CBP data.
On January 24th 2024, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a statement, concerning the right of the State of Texas to defend itself from invasion, because – quoting from the statement – the Federal Government as a body and specifically, the administration of President Joe Biden, have broken the Compact between the Several States and the Federal Government (the foundational concept that underpins the notion of the “United States of America”) by not simply pointedly and openly declining to defend the nation from a literal “invasion” at the southern border, but in actively taking measures to prevent the State of Texas from defending itself.
Abbott specifically cited the Biden administration failing to fulfill its duties under Article IV § 4 of the Constitution, which has now required Abbott, as Governor, to invoke Article 1 § 10 Clause 3 of the Constitution requiring him to take measures to defend the state.
This statement was issued on the heels of a frankly stunning decision by the United States Supreme Court on January 22nd, which allowed the US Border Patrol to remove razor wire barricades emplaced by Texas National Guard troops assigned to defend Texas’ border with Mexico along the Rio Grande River. In effect, the Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration in suborning an invasion of the United States.

However, given the reactions of “sanctuary cities” – most of them longtime strongholds of the Democrat Party – to having waves of “migrants” dumped (waves that are not even comparable to the numbers being dumped on Texas) on their doorsteps, not just by Republican-led states such as Texas and Florida, but by the Federal Government itself, it is clear that the staggering numbers are having an immediate, clear and disproportionate impact on the nation (leaving aside said migrants frequently complaining bitterly about the aid and shelter they are given, including appeals to citizens to house illegal aliens in churches and private homes).
In response to Governor Abbott’s January 24th statement, many politicians have begun to hysterically demand that President Biden federalize the Texas National Guard to halt the Texas program to stem the flow of illegal migrants, and to restrict them to using the legal crossing points, and to follow the established legal processes.
This situation (which has been building for well over a decade as of this writing), and the breathless demands to invoke the Insurrection Act to stop Texas’ actions, has brought the nation perilously close to an actual “civil war”, for the first time since 1860. This is because, as of this writing, some twenty-five state Governors have definitively stated their support of Governor Abbott and the state of Texas.
Actually federalizing a state’s National Guard against the wishes of their state’s governor has been done before, famously in 1957 in Arkansas in regards to the “Little Rock Nine”. A popular misconception is that a state’s National Guard cannot be federalized without that state’s governor consenting to the mobilization. As demonstrated in Arkansas, this is patently untrue.
The National Guard was created by the Militia Act of 1903, known popularly as the “Dick Act” after its sponsor, Ohio Congressman Charles Dick (R), in response to the severe manpower shortage in the US Army in the aftermath of the Spanish-American War (1898) and the subsequent campaigns against Filipino guerrillas in the Philippines Insurrection (1899-1902).
This latter campaign was hampered by American volunteers – who had been enlisted for a period of two years – insisting on being sent home after the conclusion of the war against Spain. As those who had volunteered specifically for the war against Spain were technically still a part of the Militia of the United States, they could not be required to serve longer than the conclusion of the war unless they specifically volunteered to do so.
This manpower issue came from Article 1, § 8, Clause 15 of the “Militia Clauses” (which includes Clause 16 of the same Article and Section) of the Constitution, which strictly limits the call-up and use of the Militia to executing “…the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions…” As a result, the United States quickly found itself significantly hampered in the Philippines by not having enough troops.
The “Dick Act” was written specifically to bypass the restrictions of the “Militia Clauses”, in order to create a new military entity in the form of the National Guard (and later, the Air National Guard). In effect, the “Dick Act” created a type of reserve formation for the US Army (before the creation of the actual “Army Reserve”), which (ultimately) would be equipped and trained by the US Army, but which be paid for by the states, who would also be allowed to use the military formations within the state, at the discretion of its governor. However, if the Federal government decided that they needed to mobilize the National Guard, they could do so at any time…whether a governor agrees with the Federal government or not, as was demonstrated in 1957, in Arkansas.
In the context of the hysterical demands of partisan political hacks, this would mean that President Biden would have to declare the State of Texas to be in rebellion against the United States – something that has only happened once in United States history – in order to force the Texas National Guard to disregard the orders of its state Commander in Chief in the face of an active invasion of their state.
Stop, and consider that implication.
If President Biden were to take such an ill-advised action, that would place the Texas National Guard in the position of obeying either the Federal Government – and allowing a massive invasion of their home state by massive numbers of “military-age males” who certainly did not walk north from homes in Mexico, or Central or South America, because “economic asylum seekers” do not buy airplane tickets from Africa to Mexico, in order to walk north…
…Conversely, the Texas National Guard could refuse orders to federalize. This would constitute “Mutiny”, under Article 94 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ, the legal code of the US armed forces), at the very least. This would place the Federal government in the position of having to arrest up to 19,000 peopleen masse.
In like manner, there would then be the question of the reactions of the various states and governors who have expressed their solidarity with Governor Abbott’s actions…
This perilous situation is the ultimate outcome of decades of neglect, political pandering and the abject failure of successive Federal governments to execute the most basic of their duties, duties that the Several States voluntarily allowed the Federal Government to maintain authority for, as a condition of their joining the Federal Union in 1789. Leaving aside the obtuse legalities of this situation, the reality is that the American Left – led primarily by the Democrat Party – has driven the nation to a potential breakpoint, where the States may well declare the sitting Federal Government to no longer be a legitimate body. Such an action could go in several directions, none of them good, and all of them highly dangerous.
And while pundits and armchair-warrior-gamers may believe the nearly incoherent ramblings of President Biden, the reality is that the United States military and law enforcement establishments are not able to enforce any nationwide martial law order; in fact, it is questionable if they could enforce such an order over any large metropolitan area, given what happened the last time Federal troops were deployed under “Operation Garden Plot” was engaged.
…In the end, this writer has no solution to this problem, other than telling the Federal government to do its job in securing the borders of the United States, which it has consistently failed to do for over forty years.
The alternatives are not desired by any sane person.
The Freedomist — Keeping Watch, So You Don’t Have To
According to a report released by Muckraker, the wave upon wave of human beings pouring across America’s intentionally unguarded borders is not an organic happening, it’s planned. The proof that this is a planned, coordinated assault on American stability comes from the discovery of pamphlets being handed out in multiple countries in South and Central America that promise rewards and offer methods of making it to American soil.
These pamphlets are being distributed by NGOs (Non-governmental Organizations) with ties to far left groups in America, as well as to foreign governments. According to Muckraker, “the collapse of the U.S. southern border is the result of a carefully planned and deliberately executed industrial mass migration program.”
The enemies of the American republic, from within and without, appear to be working in collusion with the seditious Biden administration to flood America with millions of people it cannot take care of, creating instability for all, and also importing de facto soldiers who can add to the instability by committing acts of terror and violence against the American people.
This writer believes the “mass migration” is a mass invasion being orchestrated by the Biden administration in collusion with foreign powers and seditious far left “American” groups. It is an act of high crimes and misdemeanors against the American republic committed by the far left and its foreign partners, all sharing the same enemy, we the American people.
What’s becoming increasingly evident is that a network of NGOs funded partly by the US taxpayer but by other countries and corporations are covertly facilitating the invasion of illegals at the US southern border, as well as distributing them across the US into progressive metro areas.
According to an August report by progressive left-leaning media watchdog organization Fairness & Accuracy In Reporting, President Biden’s Department of Homeland Security allocated $363 million to NGOs to assist illegal aliens once in the US.
This is nothing short of an act of war by America’s enemies from within, the DNC and its far left NGOS, and without, the NGOs funded by foreign governments like China and Russia.
An Echelon Insights Poll reveals 72 percent of Americans no longer wish to fight for their own country. The poll is reflective of the military’s lack of recruitment that is already causing significant reductions in our military capacity, with no end in sight. Another part of the poll reveals that 30 percent of Americans in prime fighting age, 18 to 29, would rather surrender than die in defense of their country.
The poll, should it be conducted next year, is sure to reveal even worse numbers as the DNC-CCP continues to demoralize the military by infusing it with anti-American ideologies such as Woketarianism, which is based on the premise that white people invented evil so we must destroy everything white people invented, including the American republic.
Right now, the far left already hates America, and they’re most likely a big reason for 30 percent of fighting age Americans not wanting to defend her. That figure is only going to increase as Americans look at the party in power and decide that “America” is no America at all, it’s progmerica, an anti-American nation that not only is not worth fighting for, it’s worth fighting against.
Over a year ago, we discussed the possibility of an “American Foreign Legion”. This was a hypothetical idea, based on most of the US Armed Forces’ continual failure to meet their recruitment targets. Tangentially, about a month prior to this article, we discussed a possible “deep plan” (an idea that, admittedly, verged into raw “conspiracy theory”) that the disaster at the border, specifically in allowing ‘unfettered’ access to the nation for tens of thousands of “military-age males”, potentially allowing in a hostile army, an army that could be used for nefarious purposes against Americans in general, not simply that percentage of the population that is armed and very unhappy with the status quo in Washington, DC.
But – what if there is something else going on?
In writing that article this past September, there was a wrinkle that kept bothering this author, namely, that while the numbers of unaccompanied males entering the country was indeed dangerously large, it was not large enough to actually be a significant threat to the supposed target, that being those unhappy gun owners.
Something, some other point, was missing.
But then, a funny thing happened: Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States, and the most likely contender for the Republican nomination for President in 2024, stated “categorically” that he would round up and deport every person currently being allowed over the border…
However, this doesn’t make a great deal of sense: how could such a thing be accomplished? Leaving aside the fact that such a program would certainly be fought tooth and nail at every step in Congress and the Courts, the problem is similar to “confiscating guns”: With no registry of firearms, police officers would have to raid and search every single building in the United States, to effectively “confiscate” privately-held firearms. Even assuming that absolutely no resistance to such a thing would occur – a notion that is, quite literally, “whistling past the graveyard” – there are simply not enough law enforcement officers available to conduct those searches. The idea is ludicrous.
But not when it comes to the flood of “migrants” crossing the border. The reason is that those crossing the line, while largely vanishing into the masses of large cities, are in fact on the radar of various agencies of the Federal government, not least because the governors of Texas and Florida are not doing all of the busing of those migrants to cities like Chicago and New York City. And this is over and above the “CBP One” app those migrants carrying smartphones are encouraged to place onto their phones. Those carrying such apps on their devices are loading tracking software that gives them a level of legitimacy to then file for status as refugees entitled to economic support with state and local agencies.
Assuming that Donald Trump were to win in 2024, and would attempt to make good on his campaign promise to deport illegal migrants, and, given the certain resistance to such an attempt, if presented with an option to “negotiate a middle ground”, would Donald Trump do so?
Given both the nature of his character, and factors we will look at below, such a negotiation is almost a given.
What is this “middle ground” approach? Simply put – join an “American Foreign Legion”, or face immediate arrest and deportation.
This is not idle speculation. In Issue 3 of Volume 53 of Parameters, the magazine of the US Army War College, there is an article from August of 2023, “A Call to Action: Lessons from Ukraine for the Future Force”, discussing the need to seriously rethink the Draft. Strident calls from the mainstream press’ gatekeepers to the contrary, this article is blunt, to the point that it is worth quoting:
“…These numbers cannot fill the existing gaps in the active force, let alone any casualty replacement or expansion during a large-scale combat operation. The implication is that the 1970s concept of an all-volunteer force has outlived its shelf life and does not align with the current operating environment. The technological revolution described below suggests this force has reached obsolescence. Large-scale combat operations troop requirements may well require a reconceptualization of the 1970s and 1980s volunteer force and a move toward partial conscription.16…”
It is that superscript note that presents an issue, as at press-time, the referenced article, “Was Fifty Years Long Enough? The All-Volunteer Force in an Era of Large-Scale Combat Operations”, by Kent Park, is not available for review.
This is a direct and pointed statement that the US Armed Forces need to consider the likelihood that the government will have to resort to a new Draft to meet it’s operations needs.
But – why?
Simply put, both “Millennial’s” and “Gen-Z” have little interest in volunteering for military, despite eye-watering bonuses of up to $75,000, over and above issues such as chronic obesity and a medical screening process that eliminates up to 25% of potential recruits who do volunteer. Bland platitudes from military managers wearing stars to the contrary, this is situation is very likely to persist.
And yet – for good or ill, the United States needs to keep recruits flowing into its units…And a “negotiated solution” to the illegal immigrant crisis is a very attractive answer.
Speaking strictly hypothetically, such a force would be easily and quickly fielded. All that would be necessary would be deploying fingerprint scanners to recruiting offices, to verify whether the illegal immigrant had been arrested while in the United States before that point. If not, the illegal immigrant could be offered a minimal cash bounty for enlisting, considerably less than those currently being offered to citizens born here, along with a guarantee of amnesty and legitimized citizenship after a minimum of four years’ service.
This is a very attractive prospect to someone coming from a culture that respects and/or fears soldiers, and which neatly sidesteps the problem of a large percentage of bitter and bluntly un-patriotic teens and twenty-something’s who would absolutely not report to a Draft board if faced with the prospect…
…It’s almost as if it were a planned operation.

A mentally unstable man named Robert Card is alleged to have shot scores of people in 3 different locations in the state of Maine, leading to the deaths of 22 individuals. The motivation for the shooting remains unclear, but Card has been treated for severe mental illness, hearing voices and threatening at one point to shoot up the National guard. He has been trained as a firearms instructor at the U.S. Army reserve training facility in Maine.
Card used an AR-15 in the shooting, which is sure to “strengthen” the argument by the seditionist left to ban “assault weapons” because Americans who did not sin, who did not kill, must pay the price for the one who did.
The far-left radicals now controlling most of our major institutions, including our media, who engage in psychological terrorism on a daily basis, are creating these killers, and this writer believes that is by design, to create chaos, disorder, terror, to frighten people to surrender their God-given rights with the false hope that these same people, the ones who created the terror in the first place through their psychological terrorism, which is done through their “news” coverage, their “entertainment,” and through our government schools (the biggest creators of mass shooters in America today), will protect us from this chaos.
This is a tragedy in America that so many are led by fear to believe the ones who created killers like Robert Card should be the only ones to have guns. If you look at how fast Woketarianism has destroyed civil liberties in Australia, Canada, and the UK, you will understand why these anti-American seditionists want the American public disarmed. If were disarmed like those three countries, we would see even worse daily, open, blatant violations of our God-give right to life, liberty, and happiness (as defined by the individual, not the state).
So long as Americans continue to be armed, the far left cannot fulfil its fantasy of building a large prison for the most of us, run the elite few who bankroll the psychopaths that continue to shoot up our schools and burn down our businesses during “mostly peaceful protests.”
