After non-leftists successfully fought back against the insertion of DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, a dog whistle for far-left extremism) into many corporate policies, the far left radicals are now targeting asset managers like Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, demanding they punish companies that don’t conform to their anti-human, anti-American radical ideology of hate, fear, and fake hope.
Progressive shareholder activists want some of the world’s largest asset managers, including Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase, to explain a recent decline in those firms’ support for left-leaning environmental and social policies at public companies.
The shareholder groups, which are led by the nonprofit Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility, say that four big asset managers are demonstrating less support than they previously did for proposals that the progressive organizations favor.
Those proposals, which shareholders vote on at companies’ annual meetings, include efforts to force expanded corporate reporting on greenhouse gas emissions and workforce diversity data.
Asset managers hold a great deal of sway over the results of shareholder proposals, since they cast votes for many smaller investors.
“Asset owners are increasingly concerned about asset managers’ declining proxy voting on ESG shareholder proposals,” the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility said in a statement last week.
The out-of-control sabotaging spending policies of our two major political parties has pushed this country to the brink of collapse, with JUST the interest payments on our national debt now exceeding $1 trillion a year.

“There will be further increases to Treasury coupon auctions and T-bills outstanding going forward,” Bloomberg Intelligence strategists Ira Jersey and Will Hoffman wrote in a research note. “Besides deficits of over $2 trillion in the foreseeable future, climbing maturities following the increase of issuance from March 2020 will also need to be refinanced.”
As another government shutdown looms (in nine days as of the writing of this article), you can be sure these seditious content marketing companies will continue to sell their souls to Satan and pitch terror stories about how we’re all gonna die if the republicans don’t keep the government open and extend the debt ceiling so deficit spending can continue, spending that enriches the same elites who support the factions that are still calling for even more deficit spending in an effort to destroy what all these factions collectively hate, the American republic.
Michael Bloomberg is putting his money where his seditious anti-American mouth is, investing $1 billion in treasonous organizations whose sole goal is to destroy America’s electric grid infrastructure in the name of saving the planet from the boogeyman they invented called “man-made climate change,” (which was once “global freezing” until that didn’t happen and then it was “global warming” until that didn’t happen).
He’s already invested half a billion and just announced an additional half a billion to buy the anti-American revolutionary politicians he needs to gut America’s electric grid by 40 percent or more, leaving the most poor among us the most vulnerable to this murderous scheme.
The September 20 announcement quotes Bloomberg as saying the $500 million gift marks a “new chapter in the Beyond Carbon campaign, as we move to finish the job. By working with our partners across the country, we hope to transform the way we power America by moving beyond fossil fuels and replacing them with renewable energy.” The press release goes on to say the goal is to “shut down every last U.S. coal plant,” and “slash gas plant capacity in half, and block all new gas plants.”
If Bloomberg is successful, thousands will die as a result of his sick scheme, a scheme that treats humans as a virus that has diseased the planet, and thus must be eradicated, which is why the gay agenda is so popular with such genocidal maniacs as Bloomberg and his far-left anti-Americanists. They want you, me, and all your friends and family dead to serve their god, themselves, through the avatar that is “man-made climate change.”
New Geography adds this, “The timing of Bloomberg’s announcement could scarcely be more tone-deaf. It comes in the wake of repeated warnings made this year by America’s top regulators, grid operators, and an industry association that our power grid is losing too much dispatchable generation capacity and is adding too much capacity that is dependent on the vagaries and whims of the weather. Indeed, Bloomberg announced the $500 million donation scarcely a month after the North American Electric Reliability Corporation warned that bad energy policy was a significant threat to the reliability of the U.S. electric grid. More on that in a moment.”
If America were run by Americans, Bloomberg and his ilk would be facing charges of sabotage, sedition, aiding and abetting the enemy, and high crimes and misdemeanors for the actions he and the far left have taken to INTENTIALLY destroy the American republic from within to replace it with the Chinese model, the model that uses the most exploitative parts of capitalism and the most authoritarian parts of Marxism to create a Utopia for state-approved billionaires to rule without competition over a land denuded of “useless mouths” through their genocidal policies, like LGBTQ fascism, abortion, and crippling America’s ability to keep us warm through long winters.
Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) is advancing a bill that will allow merchants to use any network they want to complete your credit card transaction with them. This bill will have the net effect of allowing merchants to use much-less secure networks, even foreign networks, to complete their transaction, saving them lots of money but putting you at risk of credit card fraud they themselves won’t be held accountable for.
The bill is called the “Credit Card Competition Act, ” and from a far left perspective, where everything corporate is automatically evil (even if, in current year, our “American” corporations ARE mostly evil, but that’s due to them becoming far left hate machines and not simply product and service providers), they might view this as a good thing, because it gets the big guy, the big credit card companies.
But it’s not that simple. The main beneficiaries of this bill will be the big box companies like Walmat. They’re attacking one mega-corporation to favor another mega-corporation at the cost and security of average working class Americans, the ones that will be hurt most by this Orwellian-named bill.
This bill is about the far left rewarding the big corporations that help fund their anti-American, anti-God, genocidal programs that advocate for criminalizing thought and legalizing murder.
Big-box stores are pushing for this bill heavily. The likes of Walmart, Target, and Amazon stand to gain hundreds of millions of dollars if they can cut their processing costs by using cheap overseas networks. Unfortunately, they will do this at your expense. Cheaper networks offer little or no credit card rewards and have not invested in 21st century fraud prevention. But big-box stores know they won’t be on the hook if fraud occurs. Your bank or credit union has guaranteed payment to the retailer, and it’s these financial institutions that will be hurt when fraud skyrockets further.
This will especially hurt small credit unions who don’t have the deeper pockets of multinational corporations. Not only will they have to cover the cost of fraudulent purchases, they will also lose revenue as they see the interchange fees they normal get during purchases plummet. Interchange fees are a critical component of America’s current payment infrastructure. By effectively capping them, Congress would put big retailers’ profits before Americans’ financial security. Big-box stores will profit while credit unions and other banks will have a harder time offering low-cost checking, loans to the community, and more.
Bills like this make me think of a bible verse that HEAVILY applies to the methods the far left uses to take and preserve power: “As for the scoundrel, his devices are evil. He plans wicked schemes to ruin the poor with lying words even when the plea of the needy is right.” – Isaiah 32:7
The far left is constantly pretending they represent the working class while most of their policies do far more harm to the very groups they trick into supporting them (through a promise of “revenge” against those who oppressed them and a Utopian future where suffering is finally ended). Senator Dick Durbin of the fallen state of Illinois (now controlled by a billionaire fascist) is the poster boy for that deceit. He is the scoundrel God warned us about through Isaiah.
Nelson Peltz is renewing his efforts to fundamentally transform the media giant and now DNC-CCP agitprop machine Walt Disney. He hopes to get seats on the board for himself and his investment firm, Trian Fund Management, after increasing their stake in the failing company to $2.5 billion. He made a move similar to this last year but backed off after former CEO Bob Chapik was fired and his predecessor, Bob Iger, replaced him, promising to make the necessary changes.
After almost a year, it appears Pelz has no faith that Iger intends on ending Disney’s close ties with the DNC-CCP, as it continues to pitch the woketarian ideology of fear, hate, and fake hope that the DNC-CCP has been using to rise to power and consolidate it, transforming America to Progermica, which is no America at all.
An article in Yahoo Finance is typical of how the DNC-CCP-controlled media is covering this move. The only hint you have that this is an assault (a righteous one) on the ideology that the writers, publishers, editors, and managers of these publications have also exploited for their own personal power ambitions is in how almost every article only calls Pelz an “activist” investor.
Yahoo Finance, for instance, closes out its article as if to rebuke the need for “reform” at all, saying
“Disney has undergone a period of transformation, restructuring the company and streamlining operations to make the business more cost effective. It is on track to exceed the $5 billion in cost savings it promised investors.
The Burbank, California-based entertainment conglomerate has improved the financial performance of its streaming business, which is losing money but on track to turn a profit by the end of fiscal 2024. Disney also is working to improve the quality of its films, focusing on franchises and major releases, whose profits it seeks to maximize by distributing movies both in theaters and in the home.”
To we Americans paying attention, this writer suggests you cheer on Pelz and his effort to remove the cancer that is Disney from the American landscape and replace it with a Disney that reflects American values as opposed to the systemic pedophilic ideology of Woketarianism currently traumatizing our children across this country.
The WTO is piling up unanswered complaints from its members while the U.S. continues to block new WTO judges due to claims the WTO is overreaching its judicial powers.
The status of the WTO worldwide has been declining as more and more states ignore its rulings, leading to the organization declaring the loss in standing is a reflection of the loss of faith in “globalization,” a reality that was only possible thanks to American power, which is now waning.
Recently, the WTO warned its members that there will be no more appeals until 2024 when the members have pledged to remedy the problems that have drained its authority (including the lack of newly appointed judges).
An article in Reuters quotes Keith Rockwell, a Senior Fellow at the Hinrich Foundation as claiming the WTO is “teetering on the abyss of irrelevance.” He said, “People are not feeling in any way constrained by their obligations to the WTO when it comes to policy and that was not the case a decade ago.”
To this writer, this decline is due directly to the decline of the American Empire, a largely commercial Empire that granted much autonomy to its de facto client states in exchange for supporting U.S. foreign policy and opening their markets, their resources, their technologies up to U.S. interests.
Now, with the decline of American power and the rise of rival powers, the very seas are about to face great increases in transport cost due to the lack of an American fleet powerful enough and willing enough to sustain the pax Americana that was rooted in America’s aircraft carrier task forces.
Drones are in part to blame for why, ultimately, aircraft carriers will become less relevant, or at least easier for more nations to produce (drone carriers, for instance, would be much smaller and less complex to develop and construct that ones needed for aircraft flown by humans), but even as far as the will alone is concerned, America is finding itself less and less inclined to want to continue to be the keeper of peace in the world, and are finding less and less economic benefits for doing so.
The age of pax Americana is over, and with it will go the “great” global institutions, like the WTO, who relied so much on it even as many of them worked as much to undermine American power as they did to take opportunities that flowed FROM that very power.
Amid all the shrill backbiting over continuing to flagellate the dying Ukrainian efforts against Russia, as well as the capering of France trying to stave off the disintegration of its African satrapies, as those states internally realign themselves with Russia and China – by force, when necessary – a specter lurks in the background, the proverbial “elephant in the room”: Communist Chinese insecurity over Taiwan.
In this insecurity, lay the seeds of global economic collapse.
At the end of World War Two, Communist leader Mao Zedong led his “People’s Liberation Army” out of their mountain hideouts, and slid in behind Soviet forces occupying Manchuria, swiftly arming themselves with ex-Japanese military equipment captured from the defeated Imperial Japanese Army. Thus armed, the Communists went on the offensive against the exhausted Nationalist Kuomintang (KMT) forces, which had born the brunt of fighting against the Japanese for the preceding eight years (1937-1945).
Despite several billion dollars in US aid, and the poorly though-out deployment of the III Amphibious Corps and elements of the 7th Fleet, the sheer exhaustion and demoralization of the KMT resulted in a series of worsening defeats on the battlefield, until, in 1949, the surviving KMT military and government units retreated (for the most part) to the island of Formosa (now, Taiwan), and established a government in exile.
That is the situation as it remains, today.
Communist China, throughout its bloody and draconian history from 1950 until today, cannot abide that a recognized province of the country is not under its thumb. This manifests itself in the news of today, as near-continual violations of Taiwan’s declared air and sea boundaries by Communist military forces. The normal response of the United States has been to occasionally deploy aircraft carrier battle groups into the disputed waters as a dare to the Communists to fire on them.
The question for many, however, is – why? After all, the United States famously showed Taiwan the door in 1972, which made the country a diplomatic pariah state…so, why does the United States constantly go “eyeball-to-eyeball” with Communist Beijing over the island? For that matter, why can’t Beijing just let it go?
Two answers: For Beijing – and particularly for Premier Xi Jinping – Taiwan is a gaping sore for the Communists, as the island rapidly prospered under the KMT’s governance, while Communist China wallowed in poverty, famine and induced technological stagnation under the increasingly mentally unstable Mao…and that, in spite of the extreme brutality of the KMT’s actions in securing the island, beginning in the late 1940’s. As prosperous as Communist China has become in the aftermath of the reforms of Deng Xiaoping, the Communist state still lags behind Taiwan by a long distance.
Second, the United States knows a fundamental truth that many around the world (and particularly within the United States), a truth that is the basis of this article:
Any Communist attempt to invade and conquer Taiwan – even if it failed – would collapse the global economy overnight.
The reason for this is brutally simple: microchips.

Silicon chips, semiconductors, or integrated circuits as the Reader prefers, are what drive modern technology, from the device you are reading this article on, to the CPU in your car, computer chips drive every object of any consequence in your everyday life.
Most of Taiwan’s chips are produced by one company, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC). Unlike other manufacturers like Samsung and Intel (who manufacture chips for internal products), however, TSMC chips are not proprietary to them. Instead, their chips supply manufacturers of computer-driven hardware around the world, companies like Apple, Nvidia and Qualcomm, to name just three. Other nations around the world currently hover at less than half of TSMC’s production capacity; the United States currently holds about 12% of the global manufacturing capacity.
Invasions, as proven by the Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine, are bloody, messy and highly destructive affairs. Any actual Communist Chinese attempt to seize Taiwan would be no different, the severe problems of a combined arms assault on the island equating to a probable Communist failure aside. To say that such an invasion would “disrupt” TSMC’s operations is a laughable understatement, not least because standard military doctrine virtually guarantees direct attacks on the company’s production facilities, to say nothing of worker attrition from “collateral damage”.

What would such a circumstance mean for the global economy? Simply, virtually all generalized computer and electronic device production and repair or upgrades utilizing semiconductors would grind to a halt, as stocks of chips dried up virtually overnight. This is due to the phenomenon of “just-in-time delivery”, an outgrowth of the wave of globalization that has been the norm since the 1990’s.
The Reader may recall the term “supply chain disruption” that became popular during the recent pandemic. Workers at both manufacturing plants, but also – critically – stevedores and loading crane operators stayed home, either terrified of catching the disease, by legal order, or both. This ricocheted throughout the global supply and transport system, and was greatly aggravated by what many considered to be a minor event, namely the grounding of the container ship Ever Given in March of 2021. The effects of these body blows to the global economy continue as of this writing.

In regards to a hypothetical – but very possible – Communist invasion of Taiwan, the disruption would be vastly worse, as there is no way for global manufacturers to quickly retool to make up for the loss, even if a ceasefire were quickly closed…And note that this does not address the general disruption of commercial cargo traffic in and out of the Communist nation, in the event of such a war.
But, there is an even greater danger lurking in this very possible scenario: the facts that not only will Taiwan not go quietly, but that they have a plan to take Communist China with them.
Without resorting to nuclear weapons.
The non-Communist Chinese in Taiwan all know full well what a Communist takeover of their country would entail. Given the Communist state’s recent history, to say nothing of its habit of “disappearing” political dissidents and anyone who disagrees with their regime too loudly. Because of this, there lurks a plan that Taipei lets slip every once in a while, to remind Beijing of what the consequences of invasion would be.

Taiwan’s “doomsday” plan (YouTube link) would be a series of strikes against the Three Gorges Dam. If concentrated, such a strike package would collapse at least a section of the dam, releasing the force of 39.3 km3 to pour downstream in a massive deluge.
Provisionally, this action could kill up to 400 million people…And this is not an idle threat, as the KMT has done it before. To say that this could result in a nuclear response is a given…with everything else that derives from that.
Right now, Communist China is desperate to appear tough and capable. The chances of bluster turning into an actual invasion are very real, however.
This fact is something that should be taken seriously by anyone reading this.
The Freedomist — Keeping Watch, So You Don’t Have To
The Chinese Communist Party-owned Gotion, a battery manufacturing company, did a secret deal with the Billionaire anti-American radical far left governor J.B. Pritzker that allowed them to set up a factory in a community that wants nothing to do with them. That community is Manteno, Illinois, and the residents are angry at the governor for allowing this sedition to take place on their lands.
Daily Caller talked to some of the residents after the done deal was announced by the treasonous governor on September 8. One resident, Darrel Bruck Jr, Told Daily Caller“There was absolutely no public participation or notification that this was going [on],” Darrel Bruck Jr., a longtime resident of Manteno who runs an informational group called “Outrage of Kankakee County. There were probably 200 people [at the announcement], but the public was not invited. It was strictly for local politicians, the mayor, some local people who owned land who will make a lot of money off strip malls and such.”
Daily Caller connects this CCP-owned company to another anti-American extreme far left seditionist governor, Gretchen Whitmer, who has allowed the company to build plants in that state as well. From the Daily Caller: The Chinese parent company of Gotion Inc., which intends to build two electric battery plants in Michigan, established a joint venture company with a “Communist Chinese Military Company (CCMC) Subsidiary” in 2016, according to the framework agreement.
In 2016, Gotion High-Tech became the majority shareholder of Energine Guoxuan (Tangshan) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., after entering into a Strategic Cooperative Framework Agreement with China Energine International (Holdings) Limited, according to an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s issuer website and a 2016 interim report published by China Energine.
Republican State Representative John Moolenar (R) alerted the treasonous Governor to the company’s CCP ties, telling Daily Caller, “It is no surprise that Gotion High-Tech partnered with China Energine to develop products for China’s military. The finding that Gotion High-Tech has done business directly with China’s military is further proof that Gotion is not a good partner to build in Michigan.”
Like the Democrat Governor of Illinois, Whitmer sees no problem inviting the CCP onto American soil even as the CCP works to end our republic, testified even by our own military, which is busy retooling its whole military structure to meet the rising threat of an imperialist fascist regime.
Watching the DNC-CCP embrace the fascist CCP at home while larping at being anti-fascist on that same soil should tell you everything you need to know about the seditious nature of the leftism this Democratic Party has embraced and is now attempting to force on the American people, against their will, and in violation of our Rule of Law, our Constitution, and ESPECIALLY our Bill of Rights.
Two major announcements happened this week that point to an overall shift among mega-corporations, especially of the international variety, as they announce incentives, well-funded incentives, to align with the U.N’s global “woke” agenda that hides behind innocuous words like equity, diversity, social justice, democracy, and racial justice. One is from Bank of America, who is going all in on “sustainable investments,” and another is from Citizens Financial Group, who plans on committing $50 billion to “ESG Financing.”
Bank of America has announced a $1.5 trillion push towards “sustainable investments.” BOA managing director Karen Fang said “We think we can achieve $1.5 trillion in sustainable investments in 10 years in a responsible and disciplined manner consistent with our responsible growth strategy,”
Citizens Financial Group is looking to commit $50 billion to “sustainable financing” by 2030, hoping to achieve “carbon neutrality” by 2035. They also plan on having bankers lecture to businesses about being more aligned with U.N Climate Change goals, meaning they plan on aggressively shaking down their clients to comply or face financial consequences.
More and more major financial organizations are adopting this model of “sustainable financing,” which is a dog whistle for what this writer calls corporate Woketarianism, a version of the woke virus that ultimately preserves the power of the elites while marketing to the “disenfranchised,” promising Utopia on the other side of the mess that must be made now to purge the land of the old things that stood in the way of human excellence, or words to that effect.
Sustainable financing means punishing the businesses that don’t bend to the ideology, not just when it comes to the climate, but when it comes to all aspects of human being, including race, gender, religion, and politics. It’s not enough for these oil companies to drill responsibly, they must do so with an HR department manned by politically approved woketarian activists who can assure compliance is met from within, like a trade unionist leader assigned by the corporate state (which some might say sounds a lot like fascism, because, well, it is).
Billionaires like Bill Gates, Rupert Murdoch, Stan Kroenke, Phillip Anschutz, and John Malone have been buying up American farmland from independent farmers and using the H2A Via Program to replace family farmers with immigrants working at minimum-wage levels.

The initiative effectively succeeded the Bracero Program, a Mexican guest worker program, which lasted from 1942-1964, and is often citedby historiansas an example of the U.S. government encouraging systemic racial discrimination and poor working conditions.
Under the H-2A program, growers must demonstrate to the Labor Department that they “anticipate a shortage of domestic workers” after unsuccessfully attempting to hire through state governments’ workforce agencies. The growers then get certified by immigration authorities to sponsor H-2A visas. Guest workers, often recruited by contractors, apply for matching visas at U.S. embassies and border crossings.
About90 percent of all H-2A workers come from Mexico. Many live in rural poverty, and many are indigenous: In a 2019 survey conducted by the migrant worker advocacy group Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, 19 percent of Mexican H-2A workers reported speaking a first language other than Spanish.
The billionaires involved in this buying out of independent, family farms to be replaced by corporate farms manned by cheap immigrant labor have ties to both the Democratic and Republican parties and seem, from this writer’s perspective, to show how the two parties have too much in common for the RNC to ever be an effective opposition party to the DNC-CCP.
