It looks like the Bidens are knee-deep in email bomb after email bomb as the contents of the once-silicon-valley protected Hunter Biden laptop are beginning to make their way into news stories across the country.
Perhaps the most damaging one so far is an email from then-Vice President Biden’s chief of staff in 2012 that asked the CCP-cash-infused Hunter Biden for some of that booty. Enjoy the schadenfreude, but don’t expect much in the way of actual justice being served in the sordid affair that is the Bidens selling out to foreign governments for personal wealth.
One theory already floating out there is that Hunter Biden will be pardoned by Joe Biden just after he announces he won’t be running for re-election in 2024.

The SEC wants corporations to have to convert their policies to Marxist ideology, but calls it climate change and social change activism. Corporations are being harassed by wealthy Marxist activists seeking to use their power to force companies to not only make a profit, but conform to the leftist ideology.
With a mere adjustment of regulations, with no new laws being passed, Biden’s SEC, RedSEC as we call it now, is now unilaterally deciding that corporations must conform to Marxist policies whenever Marxists target them through their billionaire proxies that are enabling this destruction of the American republic.
The SEC is quashing more company requests to exclude shareholder proposals related to climate and social issues from their proxies after a significant policy change in November.
The agency said last year that it would start factoring in broader social policy considerations when evaluating requests to cast aside proxy proposals that companies see as micromanagement or interfering with regular business operations.
That policy shift on “no-action letters” has emboldened retail and activist investors to be more aggressive with environmental and social proxy proposals, said Derek Zaba, a Sidley Austin LLP partner and co-chair of the firm’s shareholder activism practice.
“Some companies are choosing not to even bother with going through the no-action process because they don’t believe there’s a level of success with years past,” Zaba said.

WASHINGTON, March 31 (Reuters) – Americans will be allowed to choose an X for gender on their passport applications and select their sex on Social Security cards, the Biden administration said on Thursday in announcing measures to support transgender Americans against wave of state laws targeting them.
The State Department in June said U.S. citizens could select their gender on applications without having to submit medical documentation. In October, it issued the first American passport with an “X” gender marker, designed to give nonbinary, intersex and gender-nonconforming people an option other than male or female on their travel document.
“Starting on April 11, U.S. citizens will be able to select an X as their gender marker on their U.S. passport application, and the option will become available for other forms of documentation next year,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement.

Dr. Greg Schulz was immediately and indefinitely suspended from his classes at Concordia University Wisconsin and banned from campus by interim college President William Cario on Feb. 18, a Friday. That was not formally conveyed to Schulz, however, until his lawyer obtained the suspension letter on Feb. 22, Schulz’s Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty attorney Dan Lennington told The Federalist.

It appears that Special Counsel Michael Gableman to the Wisconsin General Assembly has found what he calls rampant voter fraud in nursing homes during the Wisconsin 2020 Election. According to the report, great efforts were made to assure the elderly in nursing homes filed absentee ballots according to what their ‘advocates’ were coaching them to vote. They also may have voted often and early.
Wisconsin was one of the states Biden narrowly won to claim the Presidency in 2020.
Nursing Home Voting Fraud Affected Wisconsin 2020 Election
“Rampant fraud and abuse occurred statewide at Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other residential care facilities,” according to the Office of Special Counsel’s second interim report filed on March 1 with the Wisconsin Assembly. That conclusion represents but one of the key findings of election irregularities detailed in the nearly 150-page report—a report that also confirms the conclusion of the Racine County Sheriff’s office last fall that fraud occurred at nursing homes in Wisconsin.
Special Counsel Michael Gableman, the retired state Supreme Court justice appointed by the Wisconsin Assembly to investigate integrity concerns about the 2020 election, vetted more than 90 nursing homes in five different counties before concluding there was “widespread election fraud at Wisconsin nursing homes in November of 2020.”

It appears the January 6th DNC Committee to make not being DNC illegal has come up with a vainglorious claim that is sure to be picked up by all the usual DNC access media such as politicsusa and whatnots (see Yahoo News shrill headline below).
The committee is using words like criminal activity, but fail to cite specific laws, only hints at the possibility there were crimes. The evidence suggests if we had more evidence he’d be guilty.

Trump Might Have Violated Laws, January 6th Report Suggests

The House select committee investigating the Capitol riot said in a new court filing Thursday that it believes former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results violated several laws.

The Supreme Court ruled this Thursday that the US government does not have to divulge secret information to Abu Zubaydah, who was captured in 2002 in Pakistan and has been residing in Guantanamo Bay since 2006.
The ruling is difficult to cite as it amounts to 1 justice that writes the majority decision with 5 justices joining aspects of the decision and two justices joining in strong dissent. Gorsuch and Sotomayor were the dissenting Justice, with Steven Breyer writing the majority fractured opinion.
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled for the U.S. government in a case involving a Guantanamo Bay detainee seeking what the government said is secret information.
Abu Zubaydah, who was captured in Pakistan in 2002, was once thought to be a high-ranking member of the terrorist group al-Qaida. He was tortured while being held at so-called CIA black sites abroad before being transferred to Guantanamo Bay in 2006. Zubaydah was seeking to get the testimony of two former CIA contractors as part of an Polish investigation into his treatment.
Justice Stephen Breyer wrote for the majority that the government had argued “Zubaydah’s discovery request could force former CIA contractors to confirm the location of the detention site and that confirmation would itself significantly harm national security interests.”
“In our view, the Government has provided sufficient support for its claim of harm to warrant application” of the so-called state secrets privilege, he said.
