An allegedly American Judge who must have taken a pledge to uphold and defend the US Constitution has decided that sexual orientiation ‘rights’ trump Religious Freedom rights, in a move that is sure to bring more Americans to the realization that the American republic is dead, long live the CRT Republic.  A Federal Judge doesn’t think a Christian college should be able to prevent biological males from entering showers of biological females because transgender rights are more sacred than religious rights, despite the fact that the BIll of Rights SPECIFICALLY protects one, and not the other.

We at the Freedomist are not huge fans of Steven Crowder, as he falls into that category of sugar and fire commentating we believe hurts authentic resistance to the DNC model of the new America (one in which the Bill of Rights is jettisoned in favor of Critical Race Theory, an inherintly racist and bigoted ideology invented and promoted by the corpostate and political power elites).  But that doesn’t stop us from supporting his efforts to hold the Corpostate media and its social media allies accountable for the un-bill-of-rights manner in which they treat their alleged customers.  Crowder has officially filed a lawsuit against YouTube, the video controller of the DNC and its corpostate allies, for its clear partisan targeting of video creators who dare dissent agains the party line.  This isn’t about stopping violence or hate, it’s about perpetuating it and protecting the primary actors behind this anti-American, anti-liberty movement created, astroturfed, by the DNC.
