KARI LAKE LAWSUIT DIES, AND DEMOCRACY WITH IT – The Democrat process the Democratic Party claims requires censorship of thought and belief took an existential hit when Maricopa County Judge Peter Thompson threw out Kari Lake’s lawsuit charging gross negligence by election officials who badly botched the ballot readers, disenfranchising thousands of voters whose votes were never counted. The Judge’s burden of proof makes it clear that no election can ever be challenged in Federal courts as the burdens are impossible to meet for anyone.

EDITOR’S NOTE: The burdens require Lake to be able to convict the election officials before the trial, before discovery. This isn’t a matter of innocent until proven guilty, this is making the DNC above the law altogether, as no one could prove their charge without discovery that comes through trial, legally.

He said, “Now we have started to make our own missiles. Of course, this production scares the Greeks. When you say ‘Tayfun,’ the Greeks get scared and say: ‘It will hit Athens.’ Well, of course, it will… If you don’t stay calm, if you try to buy arms from here and there, from America and militarize the islands, a country like Turkey will not be a bystander. NORTH CAROLINA SCOTUS GIVES DEMS LAST WIN ON WAY OUT – The North Carolina Supreme Court will shift from a Democrat majority to a Republican majority after the 2022 midterm elections. Despite that, the partisan Democrats on the court gave the Democrats a 4-3 win on voter redistricting based purely on their preference that Democrats stay in office (at least, legally, that’s the only plausible reading of their ruling).
