U.S. CIRCUIT COURT UPHOLDS SCHOOLS’ “RIGHTS” TO HIDE TRANSITION PLANS FOR KIDS FROM PARENTS – On a technicality that makes no sense, U.S. Circuit Court Judge A. Marvin Quattlebaum ruled that a Maryland School District, the Montgomery County School District, can continue its anti-American policy of “helping” children go down the path of becoming physically mauled and chemically castrated because the parents who brought the suit aren’t facing any direct threat by the policy as they don’t have children that are claiming to be “trans.” GO DEEPER
CHILD “TRAINED” TO USE SUICIDE AS A WEAPON TO GET ACCESS TO CHEMICAL CASTRATION – The Trans cult is constantly threatening to kill itself if we don’t deny human reality and the Word of God. If we don’t acknowledge their delusions, they will kill themselves. Choose life, they say, as these same cultists also nearly totally support murdering unborn children for any reason whatsoever, up to and past birth. Now, a victim of the school groomers has come forward to tell his story of how school “officials” trained him to use the threat of suicide to get access to being mutilated physically and chemically, another Ba’al sacrifice to the pedophilic leftist agenda.

U.S. NOW GROWING FASTER THAN CHINA – After its meteoric rise, China has fallen, or is falling, back to earth, it seems. Retail sales in China year over year have grown by 3 percent, while in America, they’ve rose to 7 percent.
NIGER JUNTA ALREADY UNDER ASSAULT – News of an assault on the Nijerien Junta’s army was delivered by the Junta itself, so details are not reliable. Even with their own reporting, however, things don’t look so great starting out for the new regime. 17 Nigerien soldiers were killed in an assault that happened near the town of Koutougou, near the borders with Mali and Burkina Faso. According to the Junta, 100 “terrorists” were killed and the army responded rapidly and efficiently in an air-land operation that devastated the “terrorists.”

FIFTH CIRCUIT PUTS 2016 LIMITS ON ABORTION PILL – The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals rolled back the standards for the abortion pill being available to the public to those set before 2016 until the Supreme Court can review this case. The ruling’s summary reads: “After extensive briefing and oral argument, we hold that the district court’s stay order should be VACATED in part and AFFIRMED in part. We conclude that the Medical Organizations and Doctors’ claim as to the 2000 Approval is likely barred by the statute of limitations. Accordingly, that component of the district court’s order must be VACATED. This means that, until final judgment, Mifeprex will remain available to the public under the conditions for use that existed in 2016.”
APPLE PODCASTS JUST REMOVED “THE GLENN BECK PROGRAM” – Apple podcasts has deemed “The Glenn Beck Program” too much for its platform to allow it to exist, so it yeeted the program. The Blaze, the parent company of the Glenn Bleck program, reported: The host of the program, nationally syndicated radio host and Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck, indicated that the Apple Podcasts Team notified him early Wednesday afternoon that his show had been removed after they had “found an issue with [his show] … which must be resolved before it’s available on Apple Podcasts.”
“I have a feel these ‘issues’ with @Apple and others will keep happening the more we’re over the target,” wrote Beck.

PERU’S MONTHS-LONG PROTESTS GROWING LARGER IN OPPOSITION TO NON-ELECTED PRESIDENT – After Dina Boluarte was appointed President of Peru in December 2022, protests began immediately. Those protests, led mostly by the indigenous and poor majority of Peru, have continued to go on, met with brutal assaults by the President’s police. So far, 60 citizens have been killed. DEMOCRAT WHO ALLOWED HER CHILD TO “TRANSITION” IS SUING FREEDOM FOR CALLING HER A “GROOMER” – Nebraska State Senator Megan Hunt (D-Omaha) has brought suit against the Nebraska Freedom Coalition and three specific officers from the coalition for calling her a “groomer” and accusing her of sexually assaulting her child, a child that she has allowed to go through the transitioning process to change their sex. The Freedom Caucus has filed a motion to dismiss. The District Judge, Todd Engleman, is considering whether to dismiss the suit or not. GO DEEPER
THREE-PANEL U.S. APPEALS COURT PANEL FINDS D.C. PUNISHED PRO-LIFE DEMONSTRATORS WHILE LETTING BLM ACTIVISTS ALONE – A panel of three judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for D.C. ruled that a pro-life groups lawsuit against D.C. for unevenly enforcing its laws against writing on sidewalks with chalk can go forward. The panel found that evidence showed BLM activists were allowed to write on sidewalks with chalk while the Pro-Life Demonstrators were not.
One of the Judges, Neomi Rao, writing in support of the opinion, stated, “The District permitted individuals expressing the ‘Black Lives Matter’ message to violate the defacement ordinance, as evidenced by the widespread painting, graffiti, and other defacement on public sidewalks, streets, and buildings, and on private property. By making no arrests, the police effectively exempted advocates of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ message from the requirements of the ordinance.”
