WEEKLY ANALYSIS:
The race for the main political parties’ nomination for President of the United States is over as both Donald J Trump and Joe Biden sealed their respective party bids in the Super Tuesday Primary.
The GOP nominee, former President Donald J Trump, had some mixed results in the lawfare cases he faces, with Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee removing 6 of the charges filed by DNC activist and Fulton County DA Fani Willis.
This same judge still ruled to all her to continue prosecuting the case despite volumes of evidence that clearly shows Willis has been using this case to launder money to and through her lover, who is also the attorney she hired, Nathan Wade. The judge himself is running for re-election in a Democrat-dominated district. He also contributed to Willis’ campaign when she first ran for DA, promising to be tough on Trump.
Biden’s State of the Union speech was met with mixed reviews, with the mainstream media characterizing the speech as “energizing,” and proof that Biden is still a man to be reckoned with. Outside of DNC-controlled media, the reaction was decidedly different, with most characterizing the speech as being the most political State of the Union ever, with many calling it “divisive.”
The highlight of the speech might have come after Biden delivered the speech. The moment began been when Biden mispronounced the name of a young woman murdered by one of the illegal immigrants his policies have allowed to enter our country with ease. Her name is Laken Riley and he referred to her as “Lincoln.”
Biden made note of the fact that Riley was killed by an illegal immigrant, as he called him. Later, in an interview with a DNC-controlled media outlet, Joe Biden later apologized for calling the murderer an illegal immigrant, which struck most outside of the DNC bubble as being another tone-deaf comment that shows the party in power has no clue or care about its own citizens actual wants and needs.
On the world stage, Sweden is now a member of NATO, Portugal appears to be going center-right after its latest election, and Spain’s leftist government is still not on solid ground after barely passing an amnesty bill for Catalan separatists that still faces an uphill battle getting through the Senate. The final passage of the bill is needed to keep the leftist-controlled coalition together.
In Ukraine, rumors of NATO troops entering the country were only flamed when the current Polish Minister, Radoslaw Sikorski, seemed to confirm them. The counter-offensive of Ukraine has long been exhausted, while Russia has once again resumed the offensive initiative in the war.
The economy is still facing inflationary pressures as the latest inflation figures show an increase. In that environment, billionaires have been selling off their own companies’ stocks, with four of them, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, and Jamie Dimon, selling off $11 billion worth of stocks in the last few months alone.
More troubling news comes from Dollar Tree, who announced they would be closing down 600 U.S. stores in the next few months, and 400 more over the next few years.
In technology, two major bills were voted on, one has yet to be fully passed while the other takes effect in May. The passed bill is the European Union’s AI Act, which is the first major legislation in the world attempting to regulate AI. The other bill is an American one that would force ByteDance to sell its interests in TikTok or else face an American ban. That bill passed the House with bipartisan support, but looks to face stalling action in the Senate. The TikTok bill concerns some, even those that support a TikTok ban, as the language could be read ambiguously enough to allow the state to ban American companies it deems as being a threat to its election security.
As for what’s in the EU AI Act, this publication will be looking to see what the final rules are, which are scheduled to be set by May of this year, before we can fully comment on the act. We can safely say we are skeptical this act will ultimately either be in the best interest of its citizens or, even if it was, that a group of bureaucrats would be able to write a comprehensive bill to regulate AI without having it actually be written by the most powerful among them, who will be sure to write rules that make it more difficult for independent voices to have access to the same tools they do.
PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS
Each week I will provide a predictive analysis for a top story I think could affect Americans the most in the coming weeks and/or months. This week, I am looking at efforts to ban TikTok, a social media app controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, from America.
This next week will tell us if the TikTok ban has any life left in it. This writer is betting the CCP will make sure the bill does not pass the Senate, and it need not go any further than the Senate Leader, Chuck Schumer, who recently waved the CCP flag at a Chinese community event in NYC.
If a bill does pass the Senate, this writer is assuming that bill will allow for the CCP to retain surveillance-gathering control in some backdoor way, even after any alleged “sale.” The bill itself will also empower the state to shut down any social media network, regardless of ownership, including American, for the same type of “threat” it will use to justify the TikTok ban.
What we are seeing across the board is the people who have sold their integrity, their souls, to the DNC, the people with the public face of power, are finding it increasingly difficult to protect the DNC’s interests while also retaining any public dignity and integrity on their own.
The judge in the Fani Willis case is a classic example. He dropped some charges against Trump, all of which can be refiled, as a token of “non-partisanship,” while he himself is a contributor to the campaign of the woman, the lawfare assassin, Fani Willis herself. His judgment has to have the veneer of logic and reason that is in keeping with American law while he yet protects the incompetent assassin his party selected to do their dirty work.
The Senate, under firm DNC control from both the left and the right (in the form of minority leader Mitch McConnel), will have to play the same dance, so while the Senate would LOVE to pass that Trojan Horse TikTok bill, I predict they will resist and take the safer path and simply let the bill die in committee.

STORIES OF THE WEEK
TRUMP, BIDEN CEMENT NOMINATIONS – Donald J Trump and Joe Biden are set to repeat the battle of 2020 as both men have now unofficially won enough delegates to clinch their respective parties.
Trump added three more primary wins in Washington, Mississippi, and Georgia, winning each election by more than 80 percent of the primary vote. The news comes on the heels of a recent purge of the RNC by Trump’s daughter-in-law, Laura Trump, the new co-chair of the RNC.
WILLIS PRESERVED IN QUESTIONABLE RULING BY SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE – Despite the overt appearance of a conflict of interest, Judge Scott McAfee, a Democrat running for re-election who also donated to Fani Willis’ election campaign, ruled that Fulton County DA Fani Willis can continue to stay on her case prosecuting Donald Trump for questioning the 2024 election. He had earlier struck down 6 of the charges against Trump. He also ordered Willis to let her lover and hired co-attorney Nathan Wade go. Willis whiffs.
This was the justification for his questionable ruling, “As the case moves forward, reasonable members of the public could easily be left to wonder whether the financial exchanges have continued resulting in some form of benefit to the District Attorney, or even whether the romantic relationship has resumed. Put differently, an outsider could reasonably think that the District Attorney is not exercising her independent professional judgment totally free of any compromising influences. As long as Wade remains on the case, this unnecessary perception will persist.”
BIDEN APOLOGIZES TO MURDERER FOR CALLING HIM AN “ILLEGAL,” CREDITS HIM WITH BUILDING OUR COUNTRY – Whether prompted by his handlers or not, President Joe Biden decided to give an apology speech for calling the murderer of a 22-year-old Georgia University Student an “illegal” rather than “undocumented” person. He also credited these same illegal aliens with building America in a speech that only America’s enemies would love.
Biden stated “And I shouldn’t have used illegal, I should’ve… It’s undocumented. And look, when I spoke about the difference between Trump and me, one of the things I talked about on the border was his – the way he talks about vermin, the way he talks about these people polluting the blood. I talked about what I’m not going to do, and what I won’t do. I’m not going to treat any, any, any of these people with disrespect. Look, they built the country. The reason our economy is growing, we have to control the border and more orderly flow. But I don’t share his view at all.”
SWEDEN BECOMES A NATO MEMBER – At long last, after holdouts Turkey and Hungary finally acquiesced and removed their opposition, Sweden is officially a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or NATO, which recently experienced a revival after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, perhaps characterized the nature of Sweden’s radical switch from neutrality to joining NATO, stating “one more country in Europe has become more protected from Russian evil.” It remains a debated point as to the veracity of such claims, but, nonetheless, Europe’s perception of that “truthfulness” is largely the reason Sweden is now a member of NATO.

BOEING WHISTLEBLOWER ALLEGEDLY KILLS HIMSELF – John Barnett, 62, was found dead in his truck outside a hotel in Charleston South Carolina, allegedly from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was scheduled to be deposed in the Boeing Safety case but failed to show up. He was an early whistleblower who worked with Boeing for 32 years before exposing their unsafe manufacturing practices, even suing the company for ignoring his complaint.
ARMY MAN ARRESTED FOR SELLING SECRETS TO CCP – U.S. Army Intelligence analyst, Sergeant Korbein Schultz, was arrested March 7, 2024 and charged with providing national defense information to China. Schultz has been allegedly sending U.S. Defense secrets to a Hong Kong contact since 2022. He allegedly made $42,000 total from the deals.
FAUCI WARNED BY TEAM MEMBER MANDATED COVID-19 VACCINES WON’T WORK – A member of the team headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci to decide how to handle the then-impending threat posed by Covid-19 responded to Fauci’s suggestions of recommending vaccine mandates that such a move would NOT protect Americans but WOULD undermine trust Americans will have for their institutions going forward.
Dr. Matthew Memoli, an epidemiologist, wrote to Fauci, “At best what we are doing with mandated mass vaccination does nothing and the variants emerge evading immunity anyway as they would have without the vaccine. At worst it drives evolution of the virus in a way that is different from nature and possibly detrimental, prolonging the pandemic or causing more morbidity and mortality than it should.”
ANOTHER PRO-VAX ADVOCATE DIES SUDDENLY – Dr. Vicky Jenkins, a South African citizen, has been a zealous proponent of the Covid-19 vaccine, supporting vaccine mandates and shaming anyone that rejects her beliefs.
That doctor has suddenly died at the age of 43 from an apparent heart attack. She is most well-known for claiming that posting any concerns about the vaccine on social media should be considered “deadly” and “disinformation,” which should be dealt with by the government.

100 U.S. SOLDIERS DEPART TO BUILD PORT FOR HAMAS – 100 U.S. Soldiers have departed for Gaza to build a port for the Gazans that is also sure to be used by Hamas. The port is ostensibly being set up as a humanitarian port but military experts have little doubt the port will be used to supply far more than humanitarian aid. The team is expected to arrive within 30 days.
The people who live in Gaza do need humanitarian aid, but getting humanitarian aid to them without aiding the Islamo-fascist group has proven to be difficult in the past, including the recent past. The port seems to be one of the most ineffective ways to provide aid to the victims without also providing aid to the militant faction that controls them.
HAVE NATO TROOPS ENTERED UKRAINE? – The Polish Foreign Minister, Radoslaw Sikorski, is claiming NATO troops have already entered Ukraine. He made the statement after Russia warned that such a move would lead to direct confrontation.
The Minister stated, “NATO soldiers are already present in Ukraine. And I would like to warmly thank the ambassadors of those states that have taken that risk. Those who are those states know who they are, but you can’t disclose that, yes in contrary to other politicians I won’t list those countries.”
SPAIN’S SANCHEZ GETS COALITION-PRESERVING AMNESTY BILL PASSED – After failing the first time, Spain’s far left coalition government received a reprieve when parliament finally passed an amnesty bill that satisfies its Catalan separatist allies. The bill passed 178-172 with the center-right and many leftists still protesting the measure.
The next step for the bill is the Senate, which, controlled as it is by the conservative opposition, is likely to kill it, leaving the coalition in as tenuous a position as it was before the bill passed.
PORTUGAL MOVES TO THE CENTER AFTER ELECTION – A new center-right coalition is expected to take over the government of Portugal after elections saw center-right and far-right parties win the majority of the seats. The highlight of the evening came from the right-wing Chega party which, after being formed in 2019, saw its vote shares grom from 1.3 percent in 2019, to 7 percent in 2022, to now 18 percent in 2024.
The election highlights populist surges not just in Portugal, but also in other EU member states, causing some to either hope or fear a possible populist domination in this year’s EU elections.

GOP HOUSE MAJORITY DOWN TO 2 AFTER BUCK RESIGNATION – Ken Buck (R-CO), a known anti-Trumper and Democrat in Republican clothes, has resigned from congress, leaving the GOP with a slim 2-seat majority in the House.
Buck said of his decision, “I think this place is dysfunctional. For example, I am the number third-ranking member of the Judiciary Committee. I haven’t even asked my questions yet. 40-50 people have gone before me. A lot of this is personal and that’s the problem. Instead of having to quorum instead of operating in a professional manner. This place has just evolved into this bickering and and nonsense and not not really doing the job for the American people.”
BIDEN’S SOTU FURTHER DIVIDES NATION – President Joe Biden delivered the nation’s State of the Union Address, which was called by mainstream media “fiery” and “energetic,” and by conservative media as “inflammatory” and “divisive.” The speech was mostly a campaign speech and a sales pitch for Ukraine’s war efforts. It did contain a not-so-veiled comparison of his “predecessor” to Hitler, but otherwise the language was mostly what some call “dog whistles,” phrases that seem innocuous to those not aware of their “coded” meaning, and these “dog whistles” all imply support for the GOP is an existential threat to “democracy,” as opposed to “the republic.”
The most impactful part of his speech might have been when he directly targeted sitting members of the Supreme Court for this comment, “With all due respect Justices, women are not without…electoral or political power. You’re about to realize how much you’re…wrong about that.”
BIDEN SIGNS PARTIAL BUDGET BILL – With no real concessions won, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-AR) oversaw the passage of a partial budget in the House that was signed by President Joe Biden. The total amount of the spending bill comes to $460 billion and will keep “essential” agencies funded through fiscal year 2024.
SPECIAL COUNCIL TESTIFIES BIDEN STOLE TOP SECRET DOCS FOR $8 MILLION BOOK DEAL – Under oath before the House Judiciary Committee hearing, Special Council Robert Hur testified President Joe Biden took classified documents for the purpose of cash profit.
He told the committee, “Mr. Biden had strong motivations to ignore the proper procedures for safeguarding the classified information in his notebooks… During hours of recorded interviews in which he read aloud from his notebooks in his private home, Mr. Biden provided raw material to his ghostwriter detailing meetings and events that would be of interest to prospective readers and buyers of his book.”

CANADA’S HIGH COURT RULES WOMEN NO LONGER EXIST – The highest court in the land of Canada just let all the citizens know the government no longer recognizes women at all. The Supreme Court of Canada ruled that using the word “woman” to describe a victim in a sexual assault case as a “woman” was “problematic,” because it may “have been unfortunate and engendered confusion.”
Justice Sheilah Martin, a woman herself, wrote the ruling, stating, “While the choice of the trial judge to use the words ‘a woman’ may have been unfortunate and engendered confusion, in context, it is clear the judge was reasoning that it was extremely unlikely that the complainant would be mistaken about the feeling of penile‑vaginal penetration because people generally, even if intoxicated, are not mistaken about that sensation.”
U.S. COURT HALTS COMPELLED TRANSGENDER SURGERY ON RELIGIOUS HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS – The North Dakota U.S. District Court struck down mandates from the Biden administration that would compel people and institutions to provide “gender affirming” surgery to patients even if it goes against their moral and/or religious convictions.
The court stated, “Performing or providing health care coverage for gender transition services under the EEOC and HHS coverage mandates impinges upon CEA’s beliefs,” the court wrote in its recent ruling. “CEA must either comply with the EEOC and HHS mandates by violating their sincerely held religious beliefs or else face harsh consequences like paying fines and facing civil liability… (but) religious freedom cannot be encumbered on a case-by-case basis.”
RU PAUL’S ANTI-BOOK-BAN LIBRARY BANS NON-WOKE BOOKS – As the DNC-controlled media and DNC content marketers continue to spin the lie that preventing public school libraries from having sexually explicit material is book banning, Ru Paul stepped forward to combat book banning by starting a library he pledged would not follow suit, meaning his library would make sexually explicit material available to children.
After the library opened, soon woketarian adherents found books in the library that were non-woke, and they demanded these books be removed, which they were. The actions prove the “left” is not concerned about censorship, since they openly advocate for it almost every day, but they’re worried children might grow up without being sexually assaulted at public schools, and thus become future “allies” of the rainbow fascist movement.
GENDER-AFFIRMING SURGERY NOT HELPING MEN – The Journal of Urology published a study that reveals men who receive “gender affirming surgery” to look more than women are not any less likely to attempt to commit suicide than men who, like them, identify as a woman but don’t get the transition surgery.
That surgery includes a process called vaginoplasty, which turns the man’s penis into an open wound where the penis once was that can never fully heal and requires forced “opening” for the rest of the man’s life. This particular process produces a higher suicide attempt rate than non-treatment, with 3.3% attempting suicide after this procedure while 1.5% do before the surgery.

DOLLAR TREE LOOKING TO AXE 1K STORES – Dollar Tree has announced unexpected plans to close a total of 1000 stores over the next few years starting with the closing of 600 Family Dollar stores in the first half of this year. All of the closings are coming to its U.S. stores, none of its Canadian stores are included in the closing. The closings have been attributed to Family Dollar’s acquisition of Dollar Tree in 2015, which experts say has never panned out.
BIDEN ASKING FOR SHARP INCREASES IN TAXES – President Joe Biden plans on asking congress for $1 billion in new taxes by raising the corporate tax rate from 15 percent to 21 percent, making it over a 20 percent increase in the tax rate. He also hopes to get more revenue by creating a new 25 percent tax on Americans worth at least $100 million. He made this appeal in his SOTU Speech, claiming the tax changes are intended to force the wealthy to “pay their fair share.”
AMERICAN COMPANIES RELYING MORE AND MORE ON CCP AD DOLLARS – It appears the CCP continues to gain inroads into American companies in major ways, this time in advertising, where China’s rising ecommerce Empires like Temu are spending billions of dollars on ad space sold by American companies like Meta and Google. China as a client for Meta, for instance, already accounts for 10 percent of Meta’s business.
WHY ARE BILLIONAIRES SELLING OFF THEIR OWN COMPANY STOCKS? – Four prominent American billionaires, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, and Jamie Dimon, have all sold off significant chunks of their own companies, amounting to $11 billion in the last few months. Now, some people want to know what they know that others don’t know that might be compelling them to take such drastic actions.

AFTER HOUSE PASSES TIKTOK BAN, SENATE MOVES INTO DELAY MODE – The U.S. House passed a bill 352-65 that would compel CCP-owned TikTok to divest itself of CCP ownership or else face a nationwide ban. The Senate, through Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schummer (D-NY), is signaling its intentions to slow down the process and consider whether to approve the bill as delivered or add amendments to it before passing their version.
Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) is under the impression the DNC-led Senate intends on delaying the bill, hoping everyone will forget about it so they never have to bring it up for a final vote at all. He said, “They will try to kill this slowly, refer it to committee … think about it some [more] and this time next year we’ll be right here having the same conversation.”
EU PASSES WORLD’S FIRST COMPREHENSIVE AI RULES – The EU has passed its AI act, becoming the first attempt by any major government to develop comprehensive regulations for the development and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI). The regulations are scheduled to take effect at the end of May of this year. The details of the bill are still being sifted through as tech companies scramble to understand the regulations and adjust their business models accordingly.
MICROCHIP MAKERS NOT OPENING UP SHOP IN U.S. DUE TO “EQUITY” REQUIREMENTS – The Biden Administration made a big deal of their decision to help fund the creation of more microchip laboratories on U.S. soil to mitigate the monopolies forming by China and Taiwan. The net result of that project is microchip makers are turning down “free” money, subsidies, because that “free” money has strings attached.
Those strings have to do with the Biden administration’s commitment to create a de facto trade unionist force in the form of DEI enforcers who will assure your company aligns politically with the Democratic party. Now these companies are choosing to invest their own money to build labs in places like Israel and Russia.
WORLD BANK, VERIZON CALL FOR NATIONAL DIGITAL ID – In a presentation ostensibly about the digital divide between the haves and the have nots, World Bank President Ajay Banga and Verizon Chairman Hans Vestberg also called for the creation of a national digital ID system, calling it part of the “social contract,” a concept first effectively articulated by famous womanizer and early “intellectual” Jacques Rousseau.
In promoting national digital ID, Banga stated, Private companies shouldn’t own that (digital ID system). It is the social contract of a citizen with their country to have an identity, a currency and safety. They should have digital identity and that digital identity should guarantee the privacy of that citizen… I think the way digital is growing right now under AI, it will require a shorter time frame [to complete tasks] and the Bank needs to be focused on that. I think of digital as the breakthrough technology that takes out the arbitrage of the incumbent and enables new ways to reach populations without the traditional challenge of the expense of reaching them for healthcare, education, and everything.”
