It is questionable whether the move is even legal, and is sure to be challenged in court. Alaska Senator Dan Sullivan protested the decision and told the press there was a “palpable anger” among his constituents after the questionably legal action was finally made.
Perhaps Power the Future Founder and Executive Director Danile Turner summarized it best when he said in a statement in response to this decision, “This is another nail in the coffin of the White House lie that Joe Biden isn’t standing in the way of American energy production. As families are dealing with rising gas prices, President Biden is working to ensure his radical green agenda comes first. During his short time in office, Joe Biden has delivered massive inflation and the highest gas prices ever: that will be the legacy of Bidenomics.”
The move is expected to end America’s energy independence, meaning it will no longer be able to meet its own energy needs, something that the Biden administration seems to be intentionally doing. It is almost as if the Democratic Party wants a weakened America, which might be the fruit of relying so much as they allegedly do on foreign wealth to fund their maniacal anti-American schemes.
Russia’s Deputy Minister Alexander Novak said, “It is in the final phase.”
The move by the Russians to deliver natural gas to China is a geopolitical gamechanger. First, it knits the two economies closer together, which also strengthens the unholy alliance between the two (even as border disputes still remain strong in the background). Second, the Russians and Chinese are already trading without U.S. dollars, and this will only increase.
At present, there is another pipeline currently being used, called the “Power of Siberia 1” pipeline, which was completed in 2019, but this additional pipeline will more than double the output that can be delivered to China on a daily basis.
The pipeline runs from southern Siberia near Achinsk to the Mongolian border. There was no final date given for the completion of the project.
Even as businesses fight to get workers back into the workspace and out of the remote work space, workers are resisting, having had a taste of the good life, of working from home without having to worry about commuting everyday back and forth between work and home. Now, the office spaces that the workers have abandoned are becoming empty, unused, and the value of the properties is set to plummet, along with property tax revenues for the already overburdened cities.
The Washington Post is reporting the potential real estate apocalypse, with the reporter, Rachel Siegal, writing, “All across the country, downtowns, office spaces and shopping centers are at risk of becoming ground zero for a new economic hazard: the urban doom loop. The fear is that a commercial real estate apocalypse could spiral out and slow commerce, wrecking local tax revenue in the process.”
The consequences are already being felt in cities like Charlotte, NC; Washington, D.C.; Atlanta, GA; and more. In those cities office loan repayment delinquencies are spiraling upward to unprecedented numbers, meaning the cities will also be losing property tax revenues.
Another side effect of the Covid-19 lockdowns was the selling of retail properties by families who could no longer afford to meet mortgage payments. This triggered a buy-off that bloated the price of housing, a bloat that billionaire developers like Blackrock were willing to spend. Now, that sell-off is mostly complete and bought properties still remain unsold, even unoccupied.
Goldman Sachs issued a report in January that suggests other major cities, including New York City, face a 2008-scaled housing collapse.
A financial advisor for Goldman Sachs is claiming the U.S. Treasury only has two weeks of cash on hand if the debt ceiling is not raised by the time the current limit is set to expire. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen claimed she would run out of cash by June 1st, but the advisor, Alec Phillips, claims she has until June 8th or 9th. The administration is looking to once again use sophistry to create a “legal loophole” that was never intended, using the 14th Amendment of the Constitution to claim the President can unilaterally act to extend the debt ceiling.
The key part of the 14th Amendment is found in section 4, which reads, “The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.”
This would mean the Democrats would have to be willing to declare the debt being incurred is somehow in an effort to suppress insurrection or rebellion which, for these same Democrats, means declaring opposition to their anti-American agenda an act of rebellion in and of itself. The move would mark a major escalation in the so-far cold civil war which inches closer and closer to a hot civil war with each passing day. The move by the DNC to declare their debt-piling is an effort to quash rebellion could lead Republican states to finally recognize the DNC as the foreign agent it has demonstrated it is for the last 10 plus years, escalated with the rise and fall of Donald J. Trump, who pushed the DNC to show more and more overtly what little regard they have for the Republic’s Rule of Law.

In April of 2022, Imran Khan – the highly popular, 70-year old former international cricket player who had risen to the leadership of Pakistan, a state with one of the largest Muslim populations in the world, on a broadly “Populist” style platform – was removed from office as Prime Minister by a no-confidence vote, the first time such an action had happened in Pakistan’s history.
The no-confidence vote that led to Khan’s removal, on its own, had shady origins, and potential foreign interference. On March 27, 2022, following the first attempt at a no-confidence vote in Parliament had been dismissed, Khan pointedly accused the Biden Administration of interference in Pakistan’s internal affairs, in an affair now known as “Lettergate”, in which Khan stated publicly that he had received a letter via a diplomatic cable from Pakistan’s embassy in the United States, that he claimed threatened “horrific consequences” for Pakistan, if Khan was not removed as Prime Minister; Khan’s government reacted to the cable with a strongly-worded demarche. Khan was blocked from releasing the actual details of the cable in question by Pakistan’s Official Secrets Act of 1923, but stated that he was prepared to show the diplomatic cable to the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
For its part, the Biden Administration – reeling from the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan in August of 2021 – was clearly smarting from its demonstrated weaknesses at all levels of governance, and needed to do something to reinvigorate its failing image. Much like the so-called “Maidan Revolution” of 2014, the removal of Khan from power immediately began to decouple Pakistan from the PRC’s orbit, and threatens the Communist nation’s “Belt & Road Initiative”.

But – for the average American…so what? Why should American’s care about all of this maneuvering in a foreign country many American’s know or care very much about?
The reason the average American needs to pay attention is that the political crisis sparked in Pakistan by Khan’s removal has erupted again, with disastrous results.
Khan – who refused to go away quietly, leading protests in an attempt to hold a special election that would likely return him to power if it were held – appeared at the Islamabad High Court on 9 May 2023 to address corruption charges. After voluntarily appearing at the court, and while being processed, the courthouse was stormed by a unit of the Pakistan Rangers, a Federal paramilitary police force operating under orders from the National Accountability Bureau, who bizarrely arrested Khan, dragging him out of the courthouse, to an undisclosed location.
In the aftermath of this, large and violent protests and rioting erupted across the nation, with angry mobs attempting to storm both regional military headquarters, as well as the local headquarters of the ISI, the Pakistani version of the CIA. Despite calls for direct military force to be used to suppress the rioting, a wide array of military commanders in the nation refused, point-blank, to apply such force. This has led to an alarmingly confusing situation, including the removal of some military commanders.
This has raised alarming concerns as to who is actually in charge of Pakistan’s armed forces, as the raid to arrest Khan seems to have come at the orders of the Chief of Army Staff, General Asim Munir, with the support of Prime Minister Sharif. (The position of “Chief of Army Staff” is the Pakistani equivalent to the US Army’s “Chief of Staff” position.)
…But, again – why should this matter to Americans?
Simple: Pakistan is not Iraq; nor is it Sudan, Bolivia or Myanmar. Pakistan is different, because Pakistan is a nuclear-armed nation…a nation that shares a land border with another nuclear-armed state, with whom it has already fought several wars. And, although relations had begun to improve while Khan was in office, those have noticeably cooled since his replacement.
Pakistan has had a shaky internal situation for decades, and beginning in 2004, the internal situation deteriorated into an actual insurgency by multiple groups, some focused on religion, like the “Pakistani Taliban”, al-Qaeda and ISIL, but also inflaming and rejuvenating supporters of an independent Balochistan.
With the sudden deterioration of the situation in a nation of nearly 248 million people, some 96.5% of whom are Muslim, the world is now facing the distinct possibility of a multi-sided civil war in a nuclear-armed state, that could lead to the reality of nuclear terrorism, potentially including actual nuclear war, something long believed to have been buried, as many of the factions now swirling in Pakistan would have no issue with loosing nuclear fire onto India, if they were to secure nuclear weapons, which would naturally provoke an immediate response.
While no “smoking gun” evidence has been released that shows conclusive interference by the Biden Administration in Pakistan’s internal affairs, the possibility cannot be dismissed. The Biden Administration has demonstrated absolutely irrational and even self-destructive behavior since assuming power in the United States…and the results of those irrational and self-destructive behaviors are now coming home to roost.

Biden’s Federal Housing Finance Agency has announced plans to increase the loan-level pricing adjustment for people with credit at or above 640 to offset the cost of mortgages for people with credit under 640. The more good credit you have, the more you pay. The less good credit you have, the less you pay. A 740 borrower will see their fee quadruple, while a person with a 639 credit will see their credit reduce by two-thirds.
The plan is a simple redistribution of the wealth plan done with a regulatory order from a quasi-independent but mostly governmental agency at the behest of the mass-mailer President and the team that operates the Biden.
Forcing high credit-score families to subsidize those with subpar credit will perversely result in some less-well-off (but financially responsible) families paying for the imprudent decisions of their higher-income (but financially irresponsible) neighbors.
In some instances, the slightly higher debt-to-income ratios resulting from adding this fee into the requested mortgage will exceed DTI limitations, artificially shrinking the housing purchase options.
Meanwhile, some with poor credit will find themselves now equipped, thanks to the subsidy, to obtain a mortgage previously out of reach.
This is just another example of children running a complicated machine on simplistic ideals and even more simplistic math. When you scale out these utopian schemes, they inevitably lead to further exploitation of the very people they claim to be serving. This is going to be no exception.
DISNEY’S SCHEME TO RETAIN CONTROL OF REEDY CREEK IS NOW UNDER CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION – After the Anti-American seditionist company, Walt Disney Inc, saw its control of the special tax district Reedy Creek removed, the board about to be replaced by Governor Ron DeSantis a sweetheart deal that retains de facto control of the land for the Woketarian corporation. The move was reported as a devastating attack on DeSantis’ efforts to rightly bring the rogue corporation to heel.
It turns out it just made things worse for Disney, who now finds itself under criminal investigation for its overt act of collusion and its blatant disregard for the law. The Florida Attorney General’s office is subpoenaing all communications between the seditious anti-American board and its Disney handlers in preparation for bringing criminal charges against the CCP-compliant mouse and its corrupt sycophants.
Ron DeSantis made it clear this naked aggression shall not stand:
“On February 27, 2023, I signed House Bill 9-B, Reedy Creek Improvement District, Orange, and Osceola Counties, which replaced the Disney-controlled Reedy Creek Improvement District (RCID) with a new Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD), and appointed five new members to the CFTOD board. Recently, the new board members informed the public that they had uncovered that, immediately before the enactment of House Bill 9-B, the RCID Board of Supervisors attempted to enter into last-minute development and restrictive covenant agreements with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. (Walt Disney World), designed to usurp the authority of the CFTOD board. These collusive and self-dealing arrangements aim to nullify the recently passed legislation, undercut Florida’s legislative process, and defy the will of Floridians. In addition, based on initial observations of counsel, the RCID board’s actions appear to suffer from serious legal infirmities, including, among other things, inadequate notice, lack of consideration, improper delegation of authority, and ethical violations, such as conflicts of interest and self-dealing.
Therefore, pursuant to Section 14.32, Florida Statutes, I formally request that you, as the Chief Inspector General of the State of Florida, in consultation with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, launch a thorough review and investigation into the actions of the RCID Board of Supervisors described above. Such investigation should include analysis of the following:
RCID’s adherence to applicable Florida civil and criminal laws and ethics requirements;
The qualifications of RCID’s prior Board of Supervisors and the legal validity of their actions; The involvement of Walt Disney World employees and agents in the execution of RCID’s actions; Any financial gain or benefit derived by Walt Disney World as a result of RCID’s actions and RCID’s justification for such actions;
All RCID board, employee, or agent communications related to RCID’s actions, including those with Walt Disney World employees and agents; and
All RCID board, employee, or agent communications related to House Bill 9-B, Reedy Creek Improvement District, Orange, and Osceola Counties, and the CFTOD.
Any legal or ethical violations should be referred to the appropriate authorities. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.”
EPA LOOKS TO END DIESEL TRUCKING BY 2035 – The Biden Administration is looking to ban diesel trucking by 2035 and intends on simply using EPA regulators to make the legislation, avoiding having to get votes in the House and Senate to make this draconian, anti-American, anti-economic move. The American trucking industry is warning that such a move would be catastrophic to trucking and that the “science” doesn’t match the unhinged leftist rhetoric the administration is drawing from, California.
U.S. Federal Reserve Board Chair Jerome Powell recently declared that the road back to economic health is to be filled with higher interest rates than most might be expecting. “We raised rates very quickly last year, and we know that monetary tightening policy has delayed effects; it takes a while for the full effects to be seen,” he said.
He infused more confidence in the market when he added, “We have many unusual factors, and I don’t think anybody knows with confidence how this is going to play out.”
Powell promised indirectly that eventually we will all benefit with the Fed’s decisions to dramatically raise rates while the government continues to spend trillions funding Ukraine and Woketarian causes (as reflected in their baby green new deal).
As American corporations continue to sell out Americans to Chinese interests, the rise of ChatGPT and other AI tools to create content is giving great power to the Chinese Communist Party to dictate the standards we Americans will face from our digital overlords. Since American corporations tailor most of their products to get through the CCP market police, they must necessarily create products, including AI tools, that meet the CCP’s standards.
While Americans report on their own activities to the CCP through TikTok, with the Biden administration’s approval, China continues to be a mostly closed market that only lets businesses in that are willing to become, de facto, agents of the Chinese Communist Party.
