REPUBLICANS PUSH TO PRESERVE WARRANTLESS SEARCH POWERS – Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Act is coming up for renewal and a five-member panel called the Privacy and Civil Liberties Board issued a nearly 300-page report recommending limitations on warrantless searches to the section before it is renewed.
The panel is composed of three Democrats and two Republicans. The Democrats are recommending restrictions be placed to prevent American citizens from being caught up in the surveillance, as they appear to have been under the existing law. The Republicans oppose this limitation, citing concerns the intelligence community will be too bogged down to do effective work. GO DEEPER
MAN ARRESTED FOR THREATENING TO KILL TEXAS CONGRESSWOMAN FOR ALLEGEDLY BEING TRANSGENDERED – Michael David Fox of New Mexico faces 5 years in prison after being arrested for leaving threatening messages to an unidentified Texas congresswoman. Fox believed the congresswoman (who was not named in the criminal complaint) was transgendered, which was his motivation for threatening to kill her. He cited his belief in Q Anon and believed his efforts would help accelerate “the plan.” GO DEEPER for a Christian witness against taking God’s revenge for yourself.
CIA’S NEW AI TOOL CAN NOW BRING AMERICANS UNDER ONE DIGITAL THUMB – The Central Intelligence Agency, the same agency that paid researchers to alter their data to protect the CCP during the Coronavirus pandemic, now wants to expand its power to surveil Americans using an AI tool similar to ChatGPT that will comb the internet from stem to stern seeking private information about anyone and everyone, including Americans, it can put into its databases.
The most troubling part of this tool is that it not only gathers data, like ChatGPT, it produces content from that data off of user inquiry. Randy Nixon, director of the CIA’s Open-Source Enterprise Division made that clear when he said of the tool “Then you can it to the next level and start chatting and asking questions of the machines to give you answers, as sourced.” GO DEEPER
FAUCI MEDDLED IN CIA INVESTIGATION OF COVID-19 ORIGINS? – The House Select Subcommittee on Covid-19 sent a letter to the Inspector General of the HHS asking him to investigate allegations Dr. Anthony Fauci secretly visited CIA headquarters to influence their investigation into the origins of the Covid-19 virus.
From the letter: According to information gathered by the Select Subcommittee, Dr. Anthony Fauci, then-director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, played a role in the Central Intelligence Agency’s review of the origins of COVID-19. The information provided suggests that Dr. Fauci was escorted into Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Headquarters—without a record of entry—and participated in the analysis to “influence” the Agency’s review. Our goal is to ensure the scientific investigative process regarding the origins of COVID-19 was fair, impartial, and free of alternative influence.
NAGORNO-KARABAKH IS DEAD – The Armenian enclave surrounded by territory now claimed by rival Azerbaijan will be no more by the end of the year according to its own breakaway government. More than half of its population has already fled, with more looking to follow. Armenians have now turned on the Russians, who not only failed to protect them, they helped the Azerbaijanis collect weapons from the surrendering separatists.

BALTIMORE SCHOOLS FAILING TO TEACH MATH – The Baltimore School District is utterly failing its students, producing critically low numbers in math proficiency. Project Baltimore has exposed these schools in a report that shows 13 Baltimore schools produced ZERO students who were proficient at math.
Their BEST five schools could only produce an 11 percent proficiency rate. The schools have gone full woke, putting ideology over equipping children, and the results speak for themselves. But Baltimore is the leading edge of what has been happening all across American schools now following in this school district’s footsteps.
LIBSOFTIKTOK CONFRONTS MAYOR DENYING SPANKING FROM DRAG QUEEN IN FRONT OF KIDS TOOK PLACE – The creator of LibsofTikTok, Chaya Raichik, confronted the Mayor of Burbank Konstantine Anthony over accusations she lied about him. The dispute arose over a tiktok Raichik created that exposes the Mayor for getting spanked by a drag queen in a sexual way in front of children.
The Mayor called her a liar, saying the event was a “private 21+ event,” which turned out not to be true. She also had tweets of his to show him that seemed to endorse pedophilia, with one saying “Yay! #PeterSarsgaard makes pedophilia is cool again!! #AnEducation.”

MYANMAR JUNTA LOSING IN KACHIN OFFENSIVE – The Kachin Independence Army has been battling Myanmar Junta forces for three months now, and so far, progress on Myanmar’s side is slow and bathed in blood. The Kachin forces have been fighting guerilla assaults on the Junta troops. Already, the Junta is sending less and less troops into battle as they struggle to replace the ones they’ve lost.
HIGH COURT JUSTICES HINT NETANYAHU’S JUDICIAL REFORM MIGHT NOT STAND – Israel has been divided after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu passed legislation that altered the High Court’s authority to alter government law and check government officials. One provision prevents the High Court from being able to force a Prime Minister or an Attorney General to step down.
The Court’s questions hinted they believed the legislation was personal, was intended as revenge against the court, and that this might violate an agreement Netanyahu made to recuse himself from any legislation connected to ongoing corruption charges against him.

BIDEN FAMILY MAKES $15 MILLION TRADING AMERICAN POWER TO FOREIGN INTERESTS – Congressmen James Comer (R-Ky.), Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), and Jason Smith (R-Mo.) released a memo that shows the Biden family has received over $15 million in payments from foreign interests. The memo claimed, “Department of Justice personnel blocked avenues of inquiry that could have led to evidence incriminating President Biden and impeded efforts to prosecute Hunter Biden for tax crimes relating to foreign business arrangements that could have implicated President Biden.”
“These foreign business associates of the President’s family had interests in countries where then-Vice President Biden—and as President—played, and continues to play, an active role in formulating and implementing the foreign policy of the United States. The President has not been truthful about his family’s foreign business entanglements.”
IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS BEGIN – The House Oversight and Accountability Committee, led by the GOP, began its Impeachment Hearing Thursday, saying the probe so far “has uncovered a mountain of evidence revealing how Joe Biden has used his public office for his family’s financial gain.” The Chair of the Committee, James Comer (R-KY) said “For years, President Biden has lied to the American people about his knowledge of and participation in his family’s corrupt business schemes.”

LEFTISTS FEAR MUSK’S X IS NOT FILTERING “ELECTION MISINFORMATION” – Leftists around the world, from America to Australia, are bemoaning Elon Musk’s’ recent decision to deactivate an election misinformation reporting tool, in addition to firing much of the election misinformation staff, claiming the world is in danger of being destroyed by misinformation. Of course, the question they can never fail to answer is this; who gets to define what misinformation is? To the left, their lies are truth, and any truth exposing those lies is the real “misinformation” they seek to bury.
ONE-THIRD OF DEMOCRATS REJECT 1ST AMENDMENT – A poll from RealClearPolitics exposes the internal anti-American rot festering in the Democratic Party, while also showing that the majority of self-identified Democrats must not believe us when we tell them their party has been taken over by seditionists at heart. The poll shows 34 percent of Democrats believe Americans have “too much freedom” of speech. Republicans have 14 percent in their party who feel the same.

MICROSOFT WANTS NUCLEAR POWERED-AI DATA CENTERS ACROSS THE GLOBE– Microsoft is working on building a worldwide network of artificial intelligence data centers powered by nuclear energy. The plan is to build small modular nuclear reactors (SMRS). Tom Kingham, director of engineering solutions at global datacentre operator CyrusOne, said “They realise they [Microsoft] have the clout, and they have the need. That’s brilliant for the digital infrastructure economy because we are all going to find ourselves keeping up with insatiable digital without having reliable power.”
TIKTOK HAS ACCESS TO AMERICAN LEADERS’, CELEBRITIES’ ADDRESSES – According to unnamed insiders, TikTok has access to very private information of all its users that it “might” be sharing with the Chinese Communist Party. The users it has access to includes to many of our celebrities, members of the First Family, members of congress, and other political, business, cultural, and social leaders. We see in America how our intelligence agencies infiltrated American social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Who could doubt the CCP hasn’t already done the same with TikTok? It’s time to ban CCP toys from American markets.
