WASHINGTON STATE LATEST TO SEE ATTACKS ON POWER SUBSTATIONS – In the month of November, Jones County and Moore County of North Carolina were both hit by terror assaults on power substations that left more than 40,000 residents without power for multiple days. This month, the state of Washington saw a similar terror attack. Four substations were attacked in Tacoma Washington, leaving 14,000 without power. No arrests have been made so far after any of these attacks.
