The first step is to just stop into our model or contact our home counselor and complete a simple Lot Hold. The Lot Hold allows you to choose your lot and reserve it. A check for only $500, fully refunded if you decide differently, is needed with your lot hold. A lot hold will keep the lot that you want your very own for a period of time. Most buyers use a lot hold period for a week or two so they can sit down with a mortgage rep and go over their mortgage qualifications. Anytime after the lot holds or the same day of you prefer, you will enter into an agreement of sale.
