Is Gloria Allred’s Lynch Mob Partner, Sharon Bialek, A Marketing Executive?- Sharon Bialek

Sharon Bialek, claiming to be a tea party supporter, made a lot of wild accusations against Herman Cain.

Her allegations have no basis of external proof, it is stricly a "she-said/he-said" deal, and her lawyer is the infamous Gloria Alred, who famously trumpeted the accusers of the Duke Lacrosse team, ruinbing their seaon, only to see her client exposed as an outright liar.

The whole thing smells of political fishiness, and now we may have discovered that Sharon Bialek is an acccount executive for a liberal leaning ad agency, see here: http://www.broadcastingcable.com/article/153340-Fates_Fortunes.php

See bottom of page-

At Katz Marketing Dimensions: Judy Carlough, sales manager, Greater Boston Radio, Boston, named VP/manager, Atlanta; Jeanne Schad, account supervisor, Richards Group, Dallas, named account manager, Dallas; Sharon Bialek, NTR director, WGN Radio, Chicago, named account manager, Chicago.

Why would THIS matter?

If Bialek is a marketing executive whose firm worked on "branding" and "media communications". then this would make sense. No doubt Cain's accuser, if she IS a marketing executive, knows that she will be the darling of the liberal elite social circles and hereafter never lack for a good place of employment.

Is what she is saying TRUE?

So far the accuser has claimed that she is a registered republican and tea party supporter.

In Illinois there are no "registered" this or that, unlike in Pennsylvania where you delcare a party, in Illinois, you don't. So then nobody could ossibly substantiate this claim.

See the Illinoise voter registration here: http://www.elections.il.gov/Downloads/VotingInformation/PDF/R-19.pdf

Hat tip to Steve Eggleston for showing us this: http://norunnyeggs.com/

We are hearing from LOCAL Tea Party groups, via http:/www.publiusforum.com that so far NO local tea party member has ever heard of this woman.

This is America, we are supposed to say "inocent until proven guilty", a principle Alred urged be abandoned during the Duke Lacrosse debace and that she is trying to set aside now.

Editorial Reviews

Review

“This is a must-read for everyone who values our nation’s bedrock principles. What Obama is trying to unilaterally impose on the American people is nothing short of regulatory tyranny. Phil Kerpen breaks down the Obama administration’s regulatory onslaught and shows those of us who love the Constitution what we can do about it.”
Mark Levin, bestselling author and nationally syndicated radio host

“Phil Kerpen offers both a warning and a lesson about a radical minority and its concerted efforts to control the lives and voices of all Americans. Democracy Denied is a literal guidebook on the progressive game plan—now it’s up to us to heed the warning.”
Glenn Beck, #1 New York Times bestselling author

Democracy Denied demonstrates how President Obama is packing federal agencies with handpicked liberal activists who are rewarding campaign allies, punishing opponents, and pushing the failed Keynesian fiscal policies Americans rejected at the ballot box in 2010. Phil Kerpen’s must-read book provides much-needed solutions to the unaccountable bureaucrats who seek to control what cars we drive, the foods we eat, and even the lights we use.”
—U.S. Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina)

“Obama is on a mission—to conceal his socialist record behind a veil of moderation. Phil Kerpen pierces that veil and shows the Obama beneath. He has broken the Obama code.”
Dick Morris, Fox News contributor

“President Obama has sought from day one to bypass elected representatives in Congress and impose his liberal agenda by regulatory fiat. This unchecked regulatory assault is draining the lifeblood from our economy and eroding our liberties. Phil Kerpen’s book is an excellent tool for anyone seeking to understand the consequences of regulatory tyranny and the story of the REINS Act—the most important reform that, if passed, will restore accountability and balance to the regulatory process.”
—U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky)

“You know Team Obama is up to no good, but you don’t even know the half of it. Phil Kerpen takes you inside all the back rooms and back doors that these left-wing power-grabbers have used to subvert the will of the people—and trample the rule of law. Democracy Denied exposes you to the true size and scope of the Obama regulatory Leviathan. Kerpen’s comprehensive research will make your blood boil and stir you to action.”
Michelle Malkin, Fox News contributor and bestselling author of Culture of Corruption

“The American people are the most innovative in the world, but they are being held back by the Obama administration’s extreme regulatory agenda. Phil Kerpen cuts to the heart of this problem and shows us the path forward.”
—U.S. Representative Mike Pence (R-Indiana)

“Federal regulations have the slippery tentacles of an octopus strangling businesses, families, and workers. Democracy Denied exposes the threats to economic freedom from Barack Obama’s gang of unelected regulatory zealots.”
Stephen Moore, senior economics writer and editorial board member at The Wall Street Journal

“The Obama socialist juggernaut is attempting to ride roughshod over the will of the people, skirt existing laws, and sideswipe the Constitution. In Democracy Denied, Phil Kerpen masterfully articulates the challenges we face, and, most importantly, provides common sense solutions and strategies you need to know.”
Jerry Doyle, nationally syndicated radio host

“As an elected city official, I have seen firsthand how the federal regulatory racket hurts local governments, citizens, and businesses. Phil Kerpen does an excellent job exposing abuses and offering constructive solutions to rein in the autocracy of unelected regulators.”
Erick Erickson, Editor of RedState.com

“Phil Kerpen has accomplished the impossible: he’s given us a rousing polemic against President Barack Obama without being polemical. He exposes Obama’s hidden agendas with take-no-prisoners investigative spadework instead of conspiracy-theory guesswork. And he shows us from the forefront of the battle how to stop Obama with no-nonsense legislative and political strategies that any citizen can help with.”
Ron Arnold, Executive Vice President of the Center for the Defense of Free Enterprise, and bestselling author of EcoTerror

Crony Socialism Is An Epic Fail For Most Americans

plan-to-pass-bill-FULL
Voters Trust GOP Presidential Candidates On Jobs More Than Obama- After a recent poll claimed that voters trust Obama more than the House Republicans to create jobs, a poll that conveniently left out the Democrats in Congress, comes a new poll that shows a very different picture: GOP candidates Rick Perry and Mitt Romney are more trusted on jobs than Obama. Is crony socialism an epic fail in the eyes of most Americans?

The Quinnipiac poll was conducted from Sept. 27 to Oct. 3 and has a margin of error of 2 percentage points.

In this poll, voters were asked if they approved of the Democrats in Congress and the Republicans, and both scored low numbers at 24 and 23 recent respectively.

Asked about whether they approved of Obama’s handling of the economy and the number who approved is only 32 percent, an all time low. Interestingly, this number itself is buoyed by the Democrats who give him a 66 percent approval. His approval among independents is only 26 percent and among Republicans it is only 4 percent.

When voters were asked to choose between Obama and either Rick Perry or Mitt Romney, Obama loses. Obama loses 45-42 percent to Perry and 49-39 percent against Romney.

A total of 77 percent of voters think the economy will get worse or stay the same if Obama is re-elected and the same number of voters, 77 percent, think the economy is in recession.

Crony socialism, or “stimulus” is not working. In fact, it could even be deadly. As we are reporting, under Obamacare cronies are getting key positions in the implementation process of Obama’s socialiszed medicine plan which, in the case of Judy Faulkner and Epic Systems, could lead to patients’ records NOT being able to accessed by a surgeon who does not use Epic Systems if the doctor does. This story is of vital concern because it involves millions of Americans and BILLIONS of dollars, but so far is being ignored by the media. It is a story that is all too common under the policies of crony socialism.

Meanwhile, House Speaker, John Boehner, posted a graphic showing that “all roads lead to nowhere” for Obama’s stimulus package disguised as a  jobs bill, which the Senate Democrats panned and have since rewritten to try to shore up the number of needed votes. Their new plan is to raise taxes FIRST, then spend MORE money on more of the same programs, many of which are rife with crony socialism, to try to stimulate the economy.

Warner Todd Huston interviews Neil Cavuto- is Neil the true ‘compassionate’ conservative?

neil cavuto interviewed by Warner Todd Huston

Warner Todd Huston’s unique perspective interview with Neil Cavuto is making the rounds in the blogosphere today.  In this interview, Warner shows a different side of Neil Cavuto, the side that has beat stage 4 cancer and is daily overcoming Multiple Sclerosis.  Who says conservatives lack ‘compassion’?  Certainly, after you read Warner Todd Huston’s interview, you can’t say Neil Cavuto does:

from http://www.publiusforum.com/2011/10/04/fox-news-15th-anniversary-mr-fox-neil-cavuto-hits-chicago/

A quintessential survivor Mr. Cavuto is a survivor of stage 4 cancer not to mention fighting Muscular Sclerosis for the last decade. So when it come to being embattled, Cavuto is no stranger to the concept.

The pressure he faces in his personal medical battles are naturally more pressing than the full-on, left-wing attack that he and his cable networks face on a daily basis, of course, but when ever one thinks of Fox News, one is inexorably drawn to those attacks by Fox’ enemies. I asked Neil if, after all these years, the vehemence of these attacks on Fox News surprised him any?

“Well it does, Warner,” Cavuto said, “because in the beginning, there was a time when we could have filled in hours with expletives and no one would have paid attention. I remember in the first four years no one was watching. It was like I was in the witness protection program and it took a while… I guess I’m surprised sometimes, Warner, with the vehemence with these remarks but I take it in stride. I try to focus on what I do. You know I bored people with this story many times but I repeat it for a reason. I’m not conservative or liberal, I’m not red or blue, I’m just green, I’m the nerd that follows the money; where it’s going where it’s not.”

While conservative ideals absolutely serve as Cavuto’s core, he told me that he was not bought and paid for by the far right. It really is all about the math.

“I was an intern for Jimmy Carter, I was critical of the bailouts when they began with George Bush, critical since… I guess I’m a cheapskate,” He admitted. “I don’t like money going out the door and not being held accountable. So, that’s my gig and people can take from it what ever they wish. But I have no agenda there, my only agenda is the money and where it’s going or more to the point not going.”

Social Security Ponzi Scheme- Senior Citizens On The Progressive Plantation

AARP Supported Obamacare and senior citizens made it possible- all in the name of "benefits"

AARP Supported Obamacare and senior citizens made it possible- all in the name of "benefits"

Will today’s senior citizens put their benefits ahead of their children’s future? William R. Collier Jr.

The Progressive slave machine is in high gear defending the social security Ponzi scheme at a time when it is becoming obvious that giving people MORE than they actually put in to the system ensures bankruptcy for today’s youngest workers.

The system is one big lie and, until this nation started killing off its own future through abortion, there was enough coming in to pay the obligations even while the political elites skimmed off the top, middle, and bottom of the fund to finance their vote-buying programs. The fact that millions of people were paid doesn’t prove that the system was efficient or even just- it is neither.

We know there are better alternatives, but to even talk about them gets the “seniors”, led by the AARP, angry and frightened into believing that THEY will not get as much as they get now (regardless of what they actually paid into the system).

So far the response amongst reformists is to try to assure the seniors that their benefits won’t change. It is an argument that can’t seem to get past AARP’s filter. Seniors don’t seem to realize that the AARP is nothing more than a progressive plantation for senior citizens who depend on government for income and benefits- they don’t even get it that their benefits are costing them their freedom and empowering freedom takers in general.

Senior citizens have become takers, all they seem to worry about is how much they are going to get, even if getting it will ensure that future generations never have an equal chance to the same quality of life they enjoyed. For the first time in our history, it appears that future generations will lose ground and have less economic opportunity than those who came before them.

The current generation of senior citizens, especially the baby boomers, has enjoyed a way of life that will be unobtainable for their children and grandchildren.

Let’s assume, therefore, that social security has over-promised and, under the current economic circumstances (partly created by abortion and other socialist policies seniors allowed to occur by voting for their own benefit instead of the nation’s) cannot possibly met its obligations without literally bankrupting the country.

Would today’s seniors demand these benefits even though future generations will be left paying a bill that will cripple them? I fear that, come what may, today’s seniors don’t care about their children or grandchildren, they just want their benefits.

They might rationalize this selfishness by saying that getting all they “deserve” won’t bankrupt America or by the myth that they put in AS MUCH as they are getting back, but, in the end, debt is strangling America and all these benefits we give out, regardless of what has been paid in, are more than we can bear.

The writing is on the wall- the Federal Government is bankrupting America. Our present economic woes are almost totally a result of government programs, policies, and regulations that take resources away, put a lid on the creation of new wealth, and pour out public money at a higher rate than it can be replenished.

What is the response from the senior citizen lobby? “We don’t care, just make sure that we don’t have to suffer at all, even though we elected these officials who made these policies that will bankrupt America AFTER we are gone.”

The Bible says that parents should lay up treasure for their children and not vice-versa. Today’s senior citizen lobby, led by the socialist AARP, seems to believe otherwise.

Of course, reforming social security to a model that is more just to ALL, more efficient, and more in keeping with economic reality doesn’t HAVE TO cause any real pain or loss to today’s beneficiaries. That’s not the point. The point is that many of  today’s senior citizens, the ones who vote for Democrats to preserve their benefits at all cost, wouldn’t even consider giving up ANY of their benefits for the good of future generations- and therein lies the real reason why this nation could be headed for collapse.

Herman Cain And The Progressive Plantation- Herman Cain

How Long Before The Black Community Gets Off The Progressive Plantation?-  By William R. Collier Jr.

Herman Cain’s comments about the Black community being brainwashed by the liberal elite has sparked “outrage” by leftist black commentators who have even gone so far as to call him “racist.”

The plain truth is that Black unemployment is over 18 percent and most of the socio-economic indicators for the Black community are extremely negative. While it can, and must, be said that racism continues to hinder individuals for the Black community, it is also true that the Black community itself is large enough and has enough inherent human potential to become self-sustaining.

As to the racism issue, things are not as bad as they once were, but there truly is a lot of racism in people’s hearts, and increasingly we are seeing three kinds of racism emerge.

First, there is the typical racial superiority where primarily white people think they are superior to others.

Second, there is racial separatism where people from all of the racial groups think they should not “mix” with other groups.

Finally, there is racialism where people, primarily from the Black community, think that people of another race (mostly white) are inherently evil and racist and incapable of change.

These forms of racism are self-perpetuating. Every time a Black person experiences a white racist, for instance, their own racialism is reinforced against ALL white people. Every time a white person confronts racialism against them by a Black person, they are tempted to embrace racism, at least as a self-defense measure.

There is no legitimate excuse for racial supremacy, racial separatism, or racialism at all: we should deal with people solely on the basis of the content of their character. In God’s eyes there is NO such thing as “race.” People can have diverse cultures and ethnic identities, but these differences cannot be the basis of division against other people.

That all being said, however, the Black community has been sold the liberal lie that its economic and cultural existence depends on eliminating racism, while, of course, denying the negative impact of racialism. While it may indeed be more difficult for a lone individual to overcome racism in all of its forms, it is much easier for groups of individuals, linking arms, to overcome racism together by, first, mutually supporting one another.

When I lived in a virtually all-Black community I dealt with racialism that was directed at me. I was told “your ancestors owned my ancestors” as if I had to pay for their sins. The irony is that my father’s family on his father’s side were German immigrants in the 18th century who were likely “indentured servants”, white slaves!

My reaction to this was to gather a group of people from all the “races” who were determined to reject all forms of racism. Because the group was centered on a Tae Kwon Do class we called ourselves the Tae Kwon Do Elite.

I paid a price for my rejection of racism: I was jumped by three white guys because I had a black girlfriend and to this day have pain where an accidental womb to my right index finger was re-injured.

Eventually, because I was part of a group that was willing and able to defend its members, I was not impacted directly by any racism. Racism did not go away, it just didn’t control my life and I refused to define myself on the basis of race one way or another.

The Black community is being asked by liberals to be defined by white racism, to embrace racialism, and to wait around for the government to “fix” the problem through political correctness, wealth redistribution schemes, and entitlement programs. This is, plain and simple, brain-washing, and it is reinforced by constant peer pressure, which starts with the so-called “leaders” of the Black community (whom some have likened to privileged house slaves on the liberal plantation), and which attacks anyone in that community who denies the liberal orthodoxy.

The shrill attacks by the liberal elites against Herman Cain for daring, as a Black man, to carry the banner of conservatism are absolute proof that what he is saying is true. Calling him a racist is racialism, the assumption that anyone who does not believe in the liberal orthodoxy is therefore racist. While Cain is himself a Black man, the fact that he is not a liberal causes the liberal elites who rule the Black community absolutely to question his very identity as a Black man!

The Black community has two choices- stay on the path of liberalism and victimhood to get off of the progressive plantation or embrace and agenda of self-sustainability internally that rejects all forms of racism, either against itself or against others.

Dow Teeters and Skids

Crule joke or hoax? While politicians blame each other, Americans watch in dismay as their finances turn into a nightmare

Cruel joke or hoax? While politicians blame each other, Americans watch in dismay as their finances turn into a nightmare

Traders struggle over a skiddish market that is bouncing up an down after a rash of bad economic data and a record accumulation of US debt, over $220 billion in one day, after the debt ceiling was raised.

After multiple rounds of so-called stimulus, the economy remains stalled and is actually shrinking on a per-capita basis even as the debt burden is increasing and may increase by multiple trillions of dollars more.

For the past 17 weeks, new jobless claims have been right at 400,000 or more while the national debt as a percentage of GDP has reached over 100% for the first time since 1947, after the close of World War Two. This is the greatest peacetime expansion of government spending and borrowing in US history and while much of it was ostensibly done on the basis of the need to stimulate the economy, this Progressive method of spending and borrowing our way into prosperity is clearly not working.

A sign of the times that is worrying some came today when the Bank of New York announced a .13% fee for large clients who had moved “extraordinary high deposit levels” of cash into their accounts as money flees the investment sector. The new policy was a reaction to an undisclosed, but alarming, movement of cash out of stocks and bonds and into bank accounts amongst a large number of the bank’s clients.

A perfect storm of uncertainties, ranging from new and costly EPA regulations and Obamacare, to doubt about tax rates and the future solvency of the Federal Government, which appears to lack the courage to cut spending without raising taxes to prohibitively high levels, is conspiring against the markets.

The debt deal itself, which some still laud as a GOP victory, while rank and file disagree, seems to have been judged by the voters already. According to Fox News, most Democrats like the debt deal while most Republicans disapprove. “The poll showed 58 percent of Democrats approve of the deal, compared with just 26 percent of Republicans. A whopping 64 percent of Republicans disapproved.”

According to Cullen Roche, “The bond market was never worried about US default or the end of QE2 because that’s not what the bond market takes its cues from. The bond market takes its cues from the Fed. And the Fed takes its cues from the economy. The simple message coming from the debt ceiling debacle has not been one of insolvency. Only the media and the fearmongerers were focused on an actual insolvency. The real story here was always the impact of the debt ceiling outcome on the real economy. And the bond market’s message has been loud and clear. Bond traders think this deal stinks for the economy and what they see is an anemic economy.  It’s that simple.”

The happy faces are cracking as the raw numbers lead even the least informed of us to conclude one simple thing- whatever was tried is NOT working!

The question is, will Americans, in their hour of need, turn to schemes that give more control over money and more overall decision-making power to government in the hopes that SOMEHOW that will fix things?
