Rove Tried to Cut a Deal For Castle With Tea Party- Teaparty News- The Collier Brothers

Sources at the Christine O’Donnell victory party revealed to The Freedomist that in December of last year Karl Rove met with Tea Party leaders in Dover, Delaware trying to get them to cut a “deal” in which they would leave Mike Castle alone and NOT support O’Donnell.

The Freedomist has also learned that Rove was allegedly acting as an operative, although in what capacity it is not known, even as he is playing the role of a political analyst on Fox New in a fair and balanced way.

Breaking Reagan’s 11th commandment, Rove launched a vicious character attack against Republican nominee Christine O’Donnell in an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, who took strong objections to his exaggerations, misstatements and misrepresentations, including attributing remarks made against Castle by a third party to the campaign, this despite the fact that campaign had promptly repudiated it.

The Freedomist urges Fox News, in light of this information, to suspend Rove and investigate whether or not this is true and, if it is true, to fire Rove immediately for violating Fox’s policy of being fair and balanced and for vilifying a Palin-endorsed conservative icon. While Rove is an opinion journalist, to NOT disclose his alleged role, if indeed such a role was played by him, and MORE DETAILS will follow, while declaiming on the merits of a candidate whom he was seriously working against is unethical and shocking.

Rove Must Go!

There’s something more to Rove’s problem with Christine O’Donnell than mere politics although it was famously reported that Rove, in referring to conservatives dismissed them with, ‘Fuk’um, where else will they go’.

In fact, I’m beginning to believe that perhaps she snubbed his amorous advances. A heavy weight character like Rove (in more ways than one) would certainly take such a snub as a severe blow to his massive ego.

If true, it just be another reason to love and admire Christine.

This is the email I just sent Rove.. also sent an email asking Hannity to drop Rove for his blatant intellectual dishonesty.

I was raised in a 2 working parent AFL-CIO union family.  The first election I was old enough to vote in was in 1980 where I proudly voted for Ronald Reagan, bucking my entire family.  I was a fan of your strategic abilities and insights even though I was not a fan of the person you made President.  Even though I was not a Bush fan, I voted for him because I am not so much a “vote for republicans at all cost” kind of guy but rather I believe 99.9% of the time a Republican in office will do harm to our constitution more slowly than a Democrat.  That said, your actions on Hannity last night throughly trounced on Reagan’s 11th commandment. Then to here you worked (or interjected) on behalf of OConnell’s opponent and didn’t disclose it prior to your rant last night is inexcusable   I am extremely disappointed in you and have decided to no longer be a fan or care what you say on Fox News. — I’ll be certain to share this with Fox News as well. — Bad… Bad Republican.

Well done!   NOW I think I understand why Rove left unanswered all the attacks on GWB.

  15. Bryant says:

Rove is just another elite member of the GOP.  He and Bush tried to destroy the conservative movement in favor of an accommodation with the progressives.  Send him packing!

Karl is simply jealous of Sarah.

  17. Mousemage says:

This just in: even the most famous republicans screw over their voters when it serves their interests. Also this site has a terrible comment input box.

Don’t Make Karl Rove Angry. You Wouldn’t Like Him When He’s Angry…

Establishment Republicans are quite put out that their preferred candidate, Mike Castle, was beaten by Christine O’Donnell, the candidate broadly supported by tea party advocates in the GOP Senatorial primary in Delaware. It’s no wonder that they’re a …

It seems a bit much to call for Rove’s ouster from Fox, but I applaud the effort to bring to light that party politics and game-playing for the sake of the party–any party, really–just isn’t going to cut it anymore for the voters. Perhaps we really are entering an era that is truly “We the People.”

  22. Patriot48 says:

Karl Rove, last night on Hannity, proved himself to be an elitist and establishment scum that needs to be removed from not only Fox News but from the NEW Republican Party. He is totally out of step with “we the people” and has been working behind the scenes to make sure the corrupted establishment stays established. God bless the Tea Party folks for their courage and committment in helping restore our freedoms and taking America back.
Off with Rove’s head (politically speaking) !!!
We don’t need freinds that try to do damage to “we the people” like our enemies try to do.

  23. Richard E Vezina says:

I think Mr Rove should be dropped from fox as a fair and balanced analyst. I no longer think of him as fair after his remarks on Sean Hannity’s show last evening about Criistine O’Donnell’s win in Deleware.

  24. Richard E Vezina says:

A great submission. i also just sent Mr Rove my opinion of him very much like your own, but i could not put it as nicely as you did.I also asked that he be dropped from Fox’s shows . He has his and his only agenda at heart.

  25. Diane says:

Rove is just saying what many people are thinking.
The questions he is asking are relevant. This woman is not running for beauty queen, she is running for office.
If she can’t manage her own finances, education etc and has to lie about it, do you really want her to represent you?
    Maybe you don’t care.

Rove is not a reporter on Fox he is an opinion person just like Beck, O’Reilly, Hannity, and Comes. You accept or reject his opinion. He did react in an asinine manner when O’Donnell won just because he favored Castle but to have him fired is just as asinine.
