Have you ever heard the phrase, “for lack of a nail, the Kingdom was lost?”

In Delaware the opposite may be the case. With the help of a “nail,” something insignificant, the Lame Duck steamroller of the Progressive agenda may be stopped dead in its tracks by Christine O’Donnell, a humble Lame Duck Hunter who is an appealing choice to be the “next Scott Brown.”

Nobody, of course, knows what the voter turnout in an off year primary will be and the campaigns themselves are taking nothing for granted. However, the last contested Delaware GOP Senatorial primary turnout consisted of only 14,386 votes.

If that same trend were to hold, fewer than 1,200 voters — the margin between the 51% of the last primary voter turnout and the bare minimum number of votes we guess that Candidate O’Donnell can already count on — might make the difference between getting her installed to stymie Harry Reid (in cahoots with San Francisco’s Nancy Pelosi) from forcing through Cap and Trade, Card Check, the Disclose Act and other extremely unpopular and radically anti-Freedomist policies.

It may all come down to this — the sometimes extremely liberal Mike Castle, member of the GOP and Banking Establishment running for the Republican nomination in the special Senate election in Delaware, is vulnerable to the constitutional Republican Christine O’Donnell, a candidate who is vastly more sensitive to the principles of Freedom through virtue, independence, and self-governance upon which America was founded.

Freedomists of all types, be they independents or swing voters, are waking up to the fact that donations of $5 to $10 (their “nails”) can enable the authentic freedom-defending candidate, Christine O’Donnell, to defeat Castle.

Some conservatives are using the internet, via http://www.sockittojoe.com, to spread word of how critical, and winnable, is the Delaware Senate race.

Indeed it seems likely that thousands of freedom-seeking Americans are telling themselves, as they did with the Scott Brown Race, “I have $5 or $10, that’s not a lot, but if I ACT NOW, I can be part of something historic, I can take back the Biden seat the way we took back the Kennedy seat, and whatever I can afford to chip in could be instrumental in stopping the Lame Duck Express dead in its tracks!”
