A few weeks ago, Barack Hussein Obama made a pledge of $400 million in humanatarian aid to Gaza, run by Terrorist organization, Hamas.  Now, the Supreme Court has ruled that funding terrorist organizations for “humanitarian” reasons still violates the law of not funding terrorists.  In light of this ruling, will Obama get the $400 million back that he pledged to fund the suicide-bomb factory known as Hamas?

Supreme Court upholds bar on ‘humanitarian’ support for terrorist groups

U.S. groups can’t split hairs to provide material support of a terrorist group’s “non-violent” activities, the Supreme Court ruled yesterday.

A 6-3 majority in Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project held that the law prohibiting any material support for terrorist groups was not unconstitutionally vague or an infringement  on the group’s First Amendment rights, partially reversing a Ninth Circuit decision which had conflated First and Fifth Amendment arguments in finding part of the law unconstitutionally vague.

In Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project, the court found constitutional the criminal law prohibiting the knowing provision of material support or resources to a foreign terrorist organization designated by the State Department
