Death Toll More Than 500 Christians In Nigeria

After more than 500 Christians were attacked and killed with axes, daggers and cutlesses and their huts were set on fire, the survivors are busy burying their dead. The victims include many children, as well as women, some expecting babies.

The attacks, blamed on a  Muslim Fulani ethnic group happened at a time when curfew should have been enforce. Although some claim the butcherings were tribal disputes, of one local paper said the gangs shouted Allah Akhbar (God is Great) before breaking into homes and setting them alight in the early hours of Sunday. Churches were among the buildings that were burned down. Hmm sounds like Jihad to me!
