Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has stated that Brazil will not support the Sanctions against Iran. Hilary Clinton has traveled to Brazil in hopes of getting their support of the sanctions. Brazil is not a permanent member of the security council and therefore its vote does not count but its support is needed. On the same note Russia has joined with the West on these sanctions but China has still not made a decision.
