Today, just before dawn, a suicide car bomber attacked the Safi hotel and shopping complex in Kabul, Afghanistan. 17 were killed, including an Italian, a Frenchman and 10 Indians. The Taliban as already claimed responsibility for the attack. This act from the Taliban appears to be in honor of Milad-Ul Nabi, the birthday of their prophet Mohammed.
