They are concerned with vital issues of the proposed Catch Share Policy. This policy is designed to directly affect the life of fish, fishermen, and fishing communities alike; indirectly, this policy affects a great many aspect of our national life: jobs, government expenditures, imports, as well as established standards of governance, fairness and justice.
